Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of green accounting on firm profitability, with firm size, leverage, and liquidity as moderating variables. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data analysis derived from annual reports and sustainability reports of energy firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2024 period. The study applies multiple regression analysis. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 170 observations. The data collection method uses documentation techniques. The results show that green accounting and firm size have a positive effect on profitability, while leverage and liquidity have no effect on profitability. These findings provide important insights into the role of green accounting and firm size in encouraging firms to obtain legitimacy, which can enhance profitability through disclosures in financial reports. The implications of this study demonstrate the application of legitimacy theory and provide benefits to relevant parties, particularly firms and stakeholders associated with the firm, in paying attention to the presentation of high-quality annual and sustainability reports.

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions of UD Swasta Nulus in Denpasar. This study is associative-causal with a quantitative approach. The study population consisted of 385 active consumers, with a sample of 80 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The price variable also had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, promotion had the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions, with the highest beta value and coefficient compared to other variables. Simultaneously, the three independent variables had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions of UD Swasta Nulus. This study enriches the empirical discourse in service marketing management, particularly in the printing sector, by emphasizing the importance of the marketing mix consisting of product quality, price, and promotion in shaping consumer purchasing decisions. Practically, these findings are expected to provide insights for UD Swasta Nulus in formulating more effective marketing strategies, especially through improving print quality, setting competitive prices, and strengthening digital-based promotional strategies to reach wider consumer segments.

Abstract

State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) are business entities whose capital is wholly or primarily owned by the government, and in the form of Persero, partial capital participation from the private sector is permitted. Earnings quality reflects the firm’s true economic condition; therefore, it is influenced by financial conditions and the policies implemented. This study aims to examine the effect of accounting conservatism, capital structure, liquidity, profitability, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure on earnings quality in SOEs listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2023 and 2024. Research data were obtained from financial statements and sustainability reports as secondary sources, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings indicate that accounting conservatism has a positive effect on earnings quality, whereas liquidity and profitability have negative effects. Meanwhile, capital structure and CSR disclosure show no significant effect on earnings quality. These results provide empirical insights for stakeholders in understanding the factors that influence the reliability of earnings information in SOEs.

Abstract

In the competitive property management industry, a company’s success depends not only on attracting new partners but also on retaining existing ones through strong brand loyalty. PT Bukit Vista Nusantara faces challenges in sustaining partner loyalty, as indicated by the high number of partners terminating their collaboration within a short period. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on brand loyalty, with brand trust serving as a mediating variable. A quantitative associative approach was employed involving 62 active partners who had collaborated with the company for more than one year, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis and the Sobel test to assess mediation. The results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on both brand trust and brand loyalty. Brand trust also significantly strengthens brand loyalty and mediates the relationship between service quality and brand loyalty. These findings underscore the importance of building brand trust to enhance long-term partner loyalty.

Abstract

Effective collaboration is a strategic imperative for contemporary organizations, yet its success hinges critically on team dynamics and underlying psychological factors like Trust and Psychological Safety. The purpose of this Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was to synthesize empirical research published between 2020 and 2025 to clarify how these psychological factors influence collaboration and team performance. Following the PRISMA guidelines, a rigorous search on Google Scholar using keywords such as "team performance," "psychological factors," and "collaboration" resulted in the final inclusion of 15 articles for in-depth synthesis. Findings confirm that Trust is the most vital psychological construct, acting as a crucial mediator: it successfully transmits the positive effects of Transactional Leadership on employee performance and, conversely, mediates the detrimental effect of Toxic Leadership leading to Employee Silence. Leadership Soft Skills and Emotional Intelligence are identified as primary antecedents that build perceived trustworthiness, which, in turn, significantly reduces Turnover Intention. The review also highlights emerging contexts: trust is now influenced by Agent-Related Factors in Human-AI Teams (HATs), and unconventional factors like Corporate Comedy are found to positively contribute to Group Cohesion. However, contradictory findings regarding trust's role in Knowledge Sharing suggest a significant research gap. This SLR concludes that building psychological capital is fundamental to effective collaboration and recommends that future research utilize Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to validate conceptual frameworks and employ mixed-methods approaches to resolve contextual conflicts within the literature.

Abstract

This study analyzes the strategic role of quality-based marketing models in enhancing the competitiveness of kombucha products, with a specific focus on Rumah SCOBY DBA, produced by the Yayasan Dharma Bintang Akademia. By integrating Total Quality Management (TQM), Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC), the research explores how quality-driven frameworks contribute to marketing effectiveness, consumer trust, brand positioning, and sustainable performance in the functional beverage industry. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) combined with conceptual analysis, the study systematically examined publications from 2015 to 2025 across leading academic databases, focusing on themes of quality management, functional beverage marketing, kombucha production, consumer behavior, and digital strategies. The findings reveal that product quality—characterized by fermentation stability, microbiological safety, and nutritional consistency—serves as the primary driver of consumer purchase intention. Process quality, through standardized SOPs, hygiene protocols, and traceability systems, reinforces credibility, while service quality, including transparent labeling, health education, and digital engagement, strengthens brand trust. Integrating TQM principles into marketing fosters consumer loyalty, differentiates brands in competitive markets, and supports long-term sustainability. This study provides practical guidance for producers, community-based enterprises, and policymakers to adopt quality-driven marketing models, offering a novel conceptual framework tailored to kombucha products and mapping future research directions in functional beverage innovation.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between market efficiency and digital financial innovation in the context of global financial transformation over the past decade, when fintech, cryptocurrency, and Decentralized Finance (DeFi) have significantly altered price formation and information dissemination mechanisms. The main issue raised is whether the Efficient Market Hypothesis (EMH) theory remains relevant in the face of digital market dynamics characterized by high volatility, speculative behavior, and regulatory uncertainty. The objective of this study is to assess the impact of digital innovation on information efficiency, price transparency, and the stability of modern financial markets. The study used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, examining 15 scientific articles published between 2015 and 2025 from various academic databases. The findings indicate that digital technology increases access and speed of information distribution, but does not always result in consistently efficient markets. Crypto and DeFi markets have been shown to exhibit fluctuating efficiency due to price anomalies, information asymmetry, and weak regulation. Overall, the literature synthesis confirms that market efficiency in the digital era is dynamic and influenced by the interaction between technology, investor behavior, and governance quality. This study concludes that the EMH remains relevant as a basic framework, but needs reinterpretation to suit the complex and rapidly changing characteristics of digital markets.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a major driver in enhancing the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the era of global competition. However, scientific evidence regarding the pathway of digital transformation and its impact on market performance remains separately distributed and has not been systematically synthesized. This study conducts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on PRISMA 2020 on international publications within the 2013–2024 range. The results of the analysis indicate that the digital transformation pathway encompasses digital capability, digital orientation, digital integration, digital strategy alignment, and the utilization of operational technology. Each pathway contributes differently to market outcomes such as sales growth, customer retention, market expansion, and competitive advantage. The study also found the presence of moderating and mediating roles through innovation capability, dynamic capability, organizational culture, and competition intensity. This research produces an integrated conceptual model and recommendations for a further research agenda to deepen strategic management theory in the context of MSMEs.
