Abstract

Based on the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia No. 1177/M/2020 concerning the Penggerak School Program, the determination of the educational unit as the implementer of the Penggerak School Program is carried out by selecting the Head of the Education Unit who has learning leadership, learning that supports students and a willingness to learn that represents diversity throughout Indonesia (differentiated learning). The presence of the Penggerak School Program began with an independent curriculum development program which started from the implementation of the 2013 curriculum which was considered too rigid, the material was too dense and learning loss was caused by the impact of online learning during the Covid-19. The method used in research is libarary research methods. In general, this research describes the results of the penggerak school program carried out at the educational unit level, so that it can encourage the transformation process of educational units in order to increase student learning outcomes character in order to realize Pancasila students. Penggerak School Program has several advantages, namely being a school that can provide guidance to other schools (model school), getting assistance from expert trainers, accelerating school digitalization & improving the quality of school principals and teachers. Schools that take part in the Penggerak School Program will be expected to have output as a pioneer force in the transition to the independent curriculum.

Abstract

This paper presents a model of collaboration strategy "by design" implemented by the Program Kota Tanpa Kumuh (Kotaku) in Kepulauan Riau Province. This strategy is not only limited to cooperation in the implementation of programs or activities. But more than that, it starts from strengthening government institutions as "captain" in program implementation, which then produces policies, planning and budgeting that supporting the program. This collaboration model has succeeded in significantly reducing the area of slums to support the achievement of the government's target for reducing the area of slums in the 2015-2019 and 2020-2024 RPJMN.

Abstract

Employee work behaviour is greatly influenced by various kinds of customer attitudes and actions, both positive and negative. In general, a positive attitude from customers will provide indirect encouragement to improve performance. This research aims to analyze how employees' work behaviour relates to various customer attitudes, both positive and negative. This research method uses qualitative methods. The collection technique for this research was interviews with cafe managers and employees. The data obtained is based on information from management and various existing literature. The results of this research refer to how much customer attitudes influence how employees behave. Employees carry out duties and obligations according to the manager's direction. Of course, some of the directions that have been given could have gone better due to customers' attitude in the work environment. Thus, partially, there will be a significant influence between work behaviour and customer attitudes in the work environment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the workload faced in the operations of Pak Haji Edy's Tahu Gimbal family business. This family business is an example of micro-entrepreneurship in the culinary industry and is essential in the regional economy. This research focuses on an in-depth understanding of how workload affects business continuity and the quality of life of these families. The research methodology requires implementing a case study using a qualitative approach. Information was gathered through extensive interviews with Mr. Haji Edy and his family members, direct observation of business operations, and analysis of related documents. The research results revealed that Pak Haji Edy's Tofu Gimbal business faced a reasonably high workload. This workload includes operational aspects, marketing, business management, and social roles in the family. This business positively impacts the household budget, but hard work also affects the family's standard of living and overall health. Analysis of workload in the operations of the Tahu Gimbal Pak Haji Edy family business shows the need for support in the form of training, better time management, and strengthening social capital. This initiative helps improve the quality of life for these families and supports the development of small businesses in the community. This investigation further provides significant insight into the complex barriers small businesses face in the local economy face.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect customer satisfaction at the Jati Putra Mandiri Indonesia company. PT Jati Putra Mandiri is experiencing problems with customer satisfaction with the products offered. The independent variables used in this study are product design (X1), product quality (X2), promotion (X3) and the intervening variable in this study is the purchase decision. The population and samples used in the study were all customers at PT Jati Putra Mandiri Indonesia, totaling 148 respondents. The research uses quantitative methods where the analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPls 3.2.9 software. The results of the analysis show that product design has no effect on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. Product quality has a positive influence on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction, promotion has a positive effect on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. Then purchasing decisions are able to mediate the role of product quality on customer satisfaction, while product design and promotion are not significant. Thus, it can be concluded that the factors that influence customer satisfaction in this study are product quality, promotion, and purchasing decisions. Therefore, it is recommended for companies to maintain product quality and improve promotions and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of paternalistic leadership dimensions (benevolent leadership, moral leadership and authoritarian leadership) on innovation work behavior which has an important role as a driver of resource management in organizations to build innovative employee work behavior. The population of this study were employees of Investment Office and One-Stop Integrated Services Semarang Regency with sample techniques using saturated samples of 40 people and statistical analysis tools using Smart PLS Version 4.0. The results showed that the hypothesis that states the role of paternalistic leadership dimensions such as benevolent leadership and authoritarian leadership has an effect on innovation work behavior is accepted, while moral leadership has an effect on innovation work behavior is not accepted. Suggestions for future research should add or combine with other predictor variables so that the study can be generalized such as transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and work environment to improve innovation work behavior.

Abstract

One of the most crucial components of any business or organization is its human resources; these people are what set the company on its path to success. Employees must be able to provide their best work for the organization. Since employee performance, whether good or bad, affects a company's objectives and level of success. This study sought to ascertain the impact of numerous role conflicts, work-related stress, and motivation on female employees' performance at PT. Starlight Garment Semarang. The approach of quantitative research is implemented through the use of surveys, or data collection methods. Purposive sampling, or sampling with specific concerns, is a technique used in data collection methods. Non-probability sampling is the method utilized, and a sample of 75 responders is the result. The findings demonstrated a substantial relationship between job stress, motivation, and multiple role conflict and employee performance indicators. Employee performance is impacted by a number of role conflict variables, work stress, and motivation all at once. Based on the study's findings, it can be said that female employees' performance is partially and simultaneously impacted by the variables of numerous role conflicts, job stress, and motivation.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of customer-product fit on purchase intention and intention to recommend influencers with attitude as an intervening variable. The aim of this research is to understand consumers' behavioral intentions when they find recommendations for Uniqlo fashion products from influencers on Instagram. With the phenomenon that we raise regarding the harmony between marketing that occurs with influencers which can influence the role of an influencer who uses social media to influence consumers (followers) and the Uniqlo brand. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method, and sample selection uses a purposive sampling approach. This research was conducted on the general public, especially Instagram social media users. This research used a sample of 161 respondents who met the testing requirements because they had passed the data checking stage. Where the data is measured numerically and uses Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square. This program uses SmartPLS 3.2. The results of this research are that customer-product compatibility has a significant effect on influencers, customer-product compatibility has a significant effect on attitudes, customer-product compatibility has a significant effect on purchase intention and recommendation intention. The conclusion in this research is that all variables X have a significant influence on variable Y.

Abstract

The Kartika Job Training Institute (LPK) and STIEPARI Semarang have formed a partnership to offer part-time classes at the Kartika LPK building on weekends, allowing students to balance their employment commitments. Nevertheless, a number of obstacles have arisen, including the necessity for students to efficiently handle their time and focus, while simultaneously fulfilling their obligations to both endeavours. The data collection methods employed in this study encompassed interviews conducted by the interviewer, direct observations of the study subject, and a comprehensive literature review that entailed gathering information from newspaper articles, books, and prior scholarly research. The research findings, acquired through various data collection approaches, illustrate the efficacy of utilising Kartika LPK's advantages to capitalise on current chances. This entails the creation of distinctive and varied products in order to appeal to a more devoted client demographic, as well as the efficient utilisation of technology to bolster the advancement of the 3 In 1 programme. Moreover, effectiveness is attained by capitalising on existing possibilities to overcome hurdles. Ultimately, the achievement of lowering dangers is accomplished by means of proficient communication among training participants, enhanced customer service, and more streamlined employee training.

Abstract

Program for International Students Assessment (PISA) 2018, Indonesia is in the fifth highest position out of 78 countries as the country with the most students experiencing bullying with 41.1% of students claiming to have experienced bullying far above the average for member countries of the Organization of Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD), which is only 22.7%. Based on this data, the Ministry of Education and Culture has prioritized strengthening character as discussed in the Strategic Plan for the Center for Strengthening Character (Rensra Puspera) (Kemendikbudristek, 2022) for a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students with project-based co-curricular activities designed to strengthen efforts to achieve appropriate competency and character. with a Pancasila student profile. The objects in this research were school principals and teachers as well as students using interview techniques. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the research conducted at SMA Pengkerja Bekasi were 1) understanding P5 by participating in the school mobilization program; 2) the school principal as the policy holder holds IHT or meetings for teachers regarding strengthening P5 so that they can build an educational unit culture that supports the implementation of P5; 3) Designing P5 by forming a team of facilitators, arranging the time allocation for implementing P5 using a block system, determining the objectives of each theme written in the project module; 4) Manage P5 by involving parents and external partners; 5) Assessment by compiling a report card P5.
