Abstract

In the context of Islamic Pesantren, principals have significant roles in enhancing teachers’ professional development. This study developed a critical phenomenological research to investigate the perceptions of principals in Pesantren on the notion of teachers’ professional development. The aim was to examine the understanding of principals at Rahmatul Asri Pesantren on characteristics associated with professional teachers as well as to examine their experiences related to their efforts and obstacles in enhancing teachers’ professional development in their school. Qualitative research was utilized by the researcher to understand the voices of Pesantren principals. Interviews were conducted with four school leaders using semi-structured interview. In terms of the principals’ understanding on the notion of professional teachers, this research has identified three significant themes as the attributes of professional teachers. Professional teachers have been linked to the ability of teachers to teach based on their educational background, the ability of teachers to instill spiritual and moral values on their pedagogical practices, and the ability of teachers to use computers and internet to create interesting materials. Several efforts have been made by the principals to enhance teachers’ professional development such as giving motivation and rewards to teachers, encouraging teachers to participate in trainings and workshops, and providing teachers with adequate teaching facilities. However, several obstacles were faced by the principals in developing teachers’ professional development. Those obstacles include the teachers’ double job, the difference of teachers’ academic background, and the lack of teachers’ discipline and technological expertise. This study has implications on how school principals in Pesantren and government should consider the ways in strengthening the school practices in Pesantren such as maximising the training and workshops for teachers, giving rewards to teachers, and instilling the religious values on school policies and practices.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMPN 17 Makassar. 2) knowing the learning outcomes of students at SMPN 17 Makassar. 3) determine the effect of pedagogic competence on student learning outcomes of SMPN 17 Makassar. This study uses quantitative research with research methods in the form of ex-post facto research, and research instruments using questionnaires. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing online questionnaires to 36 respondents with purposive sampling technique, data processing is carried out with SPSS 20 with simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that: 1) pedagogic competence at SMPN 17 Makassar is in the "good" category with an average score of 15 or 42% located in the interval 67-77. 2) student learning outcomes at SMPN 17 Makassar are in the "very good" category with an average score of 11 or 31% located in the interval 92-95. 3) significant test results with t-test obtained tcount 2.841 = 2.03, ttable when compared is 2.841 > 2.03, meaning that there is a significant influence between teacher pedagogic competence on student learning outcomes at SMPN 17 Makassar. The results showed that the teacher's pedagogic competence gave 52%. The implication of this research is that the principal of the training school makes training or seminars on teacher competence that must be followed by teachers in order to master and improve teacher competence, especially pedagogics so that they can help students have better learning outcomes.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini peneliti membandingkan dua bagian, satu bagian adalah pembelajaran online satunya lagi merupakan pembelajaran tatap muka yang akan diteliti berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, preferensi gaya belajar, keakraban media, efektivitas tugas, efektivitas pembelajaran,nilai ujian, dan nilai akhir Kedua bagian itu diajarkan oleh dosen dan menggunakan bahan ajar yang sama. Hasil menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan dalam nilai tes, tugas, nilai partisipasi, dan nilai akhir, meski secara online rata-rata kelompok sedikit lebih tinggi. Sembilan puluh enam persen dengan pembelajaran online, siswa menemukan jalannya untuk menjadi lebih efektif. Jika dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran tatap muka. Tidak ada yang signifikan perbedaan antara preferensi dan gaya belajar dan nilai pada kedua kelompok. Studi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran setara atau sama efektifnya bagi peserta didik online dan tatap muka.

Abstract

Dalam lingkungan pembelajaran Online System, peluang untuk interaksi sering kali terbatas karena pemisahan jarak. Kemajuan dalam komunikasi modern teknologi telah memberi beberapa alat untuk meminimalkan masalah yang berkaitan dengan jarak geografis tersebut, sehingga peserta didik memiliki beberapa cara alternatif, baik sinkron dan asinkron, untuk berinteraksi dengan dosen dan teman sekelas mereka. Tujuan dari studi penelitian ini, adalah untuk menyelidiki masalah-masalah psikologis dan transaksional dalam lingkungan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Secara khusus, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencapai tujuan dengan memeriksa hubungan yang kompleks antara kehadiran, pembelajaran kolaboratif, dan kepuasan dalam lingkungan belajar Blended Learning. Data dikumpulkan dari Kuisioner Persepsi Mahasiswa dan wawancara tatap muka. Analisis data kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa persepsi Mahasiswa tentang pembelajaran Blanded Learning memiliki hubungan positif secara statistik ditinjau dari kehadiran dan kepuasan Pembelajaran. Artinya adanya peningkatan Mahasiswa yang diberikan pembelajaran kolaboratif tingkat tinggi/Blended Learning cenderung lebih puas dengan Pembelajaran online mereka daripada mereka yang belum menggunakan metode Pembelajaran Blended Learning Tersebut. Demikian pula, Mahasiswa dengan persepsi tinggi pembelajaran kolaboratif merasa tingkat tinggi kehadiran juga. Namun Demikian, hubungan antara kehadiran dan kepuasan keseluruhan adalah positif tetapi tidak signifikan secara statistik. Data wawancara mengungkapkan bahwa (a) Rancangan Pembelajaran, (b) dukungan emosional, dan (c) komunikasi adalah faktor kritis yang terkait dengan persepsi siswa tentang pembelajaran kolaboratif, kehadiran, dan kepuasan.

Abstract

Sesuai fungsi pendidikan nasional terletaktan Tanggungjawab dosen untuk mampu mewujudkannya melalui pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran yang mampu bermutu dan berkualitas. Salah satu strategi yang dapat dipergunakan dosen untuk memperbaiki mutu dan kualitas proses pembelajaran adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kontekstual atau Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL). Penelitian ini merupakan kuasi eksperimen dengan pertimbangan bahwa tidak semua variabel dapat dikontrol secara ketat. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pretest-posttest control group design . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan terdapat perbedaan pemahaman konsep ekonomi dan keterampilan proses antara kelompok mahasiswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran kontekstual dan kelompok siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

The moral decadence that appears in some of the younger generation today has a very big effect, because teenagers are a big hope as the nation's successors to become better. The purpose of this research was to find out the description of Moral Decadence in SMP Muhammadiyah Limbung, and to know the role of Islamic Education in tackling Moral Decadence in SMP Muhammadiyah Limbung. This research is a qualitative research,. The research will take place in Gowa district, precisely at Muhammadiyah Limbung Junior High School, Gowa Regency. The resource persons in this study are people who are considered competent and have knowledge, namely the Principal, Educators, and Students, Muhammadiyah Limbung, Gowa Regency. The author will carry out defects and efforts to collect information about the state of a symptom that occurs when the research is carried out systematically through the data analysis steps used in this study are: (1) Data reduction (2) Data display (3) Conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it was found that (1) Moral decadence that occurred at SMP Muhammadiyah Limbung were: Fighting, Using Drugs (sucking glue and illegal drugs), Watching Porn Videos, Saying bad words, and not attending the prayer together organized by the school. Factors causing moral decadence in Muhammadiyah Limbung Junior High School are the lack of attention and supervision from both parents of students and providing indirect examples, and (2) the role of Islamic education in overcoming Moral Decadence in Limbung Muhammadiyah Junior High School: Educators at Limbung Muhammadiyah Junior High School promote extracurricular activities and Islamic education

Abstract

Dalam ekonomi pengetahuan, universitas memiliki peran penting dan berkembang dalam mendukung inovasi dan memfasilitasi pembangunan ekonomi daerah melalui penambahan 'misi ketiga' kegiatan transfer pengetahuan ke misi inti pengajaran dan penelitian akademik. Kemampuan transfer pengetahuan tampaknya dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan dinamis dan budaya universitas tuan rumah. Sampai saat ini, kegiatan transfer pengetahuan perguruan tinggi terbukti sulit untuk dikuantifikasi dengan perbandingan antar institusi bermasalah. Makalah ini membahas kesenjangan ini dalam dua cara. Pertama, penggunaan rasio metrik yang dipublikasikan memberikan wawasan yang lebih besar tentang tingkat relatif kolaborasi antara universitas dan industri. Kedua, penelitian ini memperoleh ukuran kapabilitas dinamis di universitas Irlandia dan menghubungkannya dengan data yang sebelumnya tidak dipublikasikan tentang kinerja transfer teknologi dan pengetahuan. Penelitian menemukan korelasi yang tinggi antara universitas dengan kapabilitas dinamis yang kuat dan keberhasilan mereka dalam dimensi transfer pengetahuan ini.

Abstract

The assessment of various parties is that the government has not implemented a plan that can minimize the impact of the increase in subsidized fuel prices, the transfers carried out prioritize only social interests, so that weak market mechanisms must be taken seriously. This is certainly homework for the industrial sector to immediately take appropriate action regarding the impact of rising fuel prices. The types of research data collected are primary data obtained through direct observation and surveys as well as secondary data in the form of reports from each relevant SME department and data through case studies and comparative studies through reviews of previous research and policy references, in order to obtain sufficient data. and accountable. Case studies are carried out on SME target objects according to predetermined criteria. Based on the research results, it was found that the turnover of the two MSME respondents in the food and beverage sector was reduced because of the fuel price increase policy. The food and beverage cost variables for MSMEs most affected by the increase in subsidized fuel are as follows: (1) Transportation costs (2) Raw material costs (3) Capital costs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to review the factors that trigger generation Z in making online purchasing decisions. researchers used a qualitative approach with phenomenological research methods. The key informants in this study were 10 students as a representation of generation Z. The data were collected using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis technique in this study was assisted by using Nvivo 12 Pro. There are four stages in interpreting research data with the Nvivo Analysis test, namely: Import Data/Source Data, Coding Data, Project Visualization and Create Reports and Extracts.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Munculnya teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) merupakan perhatian khusus bagi pengajaran dan pendidikan yang fokus pada penulisan ilmiah. Banyak mahasiswa yang gagal memahami konsep teknik aplikasi AI untuk menyusun tulisan mereka. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melatih mahasiswa mengenai penerapan AI yang tepat dan etis dalam penulisan ilmiah. Tahapan kegiatan dimulai dari koordinasi awal antara tim pelaksana dan mitra institusi untuk menyusun rencana kerja, dilanjutkan dengan pemetaan kebutuhan peserta melalui survei, pengembangan materi pelatihan yang sesuai dengan latar belakang peserta, serta sosialisasi kegiatan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui workshop interaktif selama dua hari yang mencakup sesi kuliah, praktik langsung, diskusi etika AI, dan klinik penulisan. Setelah pelaksanaan, dilakukan evaluasi melalui kuesioner kepuasan dan pengumpulan tugas akhir peserta. Monitoring dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan penulisan serta evaluasi hasil tulisan yang telah disempurnakan menggunakan AI. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 70,6% peserta merasa sangat puas dan 29,4% lainnya merasa puas dengan pelatihan. Sebanyak 94,1% peserta berencana akan mengimplementasikan AI dalam penulisan ilmiah mereka. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini berhasil tidak hanya dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis mahasiswa, tetapi juga dalam membentuk perspektif etis terkait plagiarisme. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan ini telah efektif, dengan dampak positif yang diharapkan dapat diterapkan dalam berbagai inisiatif pendidikan di masa mendatang.Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Buatan; Penulisan Ilmiah; Pelatihan Mahasiswa; Etika Akademik; Peningkatan Kualitas.ABSTRACTThe emergence of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has become a major concern in education, especially in academic writing. Many students struggle to understand the concepts and techniques of applying AI in their writing. Therefore, this program aimed to train students on the proper and ethical use of AI in scientific writing. The activity began with coordination between the implementing team and institutional partners to develop a work plan, followed by a needs assessment survey, development of training materials tailored to participants’ academic backgrounds, and dissemination of the program. The implementation stage included a two-day interactive workshop involving lectures, hands-on practice, discussions on AI ethics, and a writing clinic. After the training, evaluation was carried out through participant satisfaction questionnaires and submission of revised academic writing tasks. Monitoring continued with mentoring and assessment of final papers enhanced using AI. The results showed that 70.6% of participants were very satisfied, and 29.4% were satisfied with the training. Additionally, 94.1% of participants expressed their intention to implement AI in their future academic writing. These results indicate that the training was successful not only in improving students’ writing skills but also in shaping their ethical perspectives on plagiarism. Thus, the training proved to be effective, with positive impacts expected to be applied in future educational initiatives.Keywords: Artificial Intelligence; Scientific Writing; Student Training; Academic Ethics; Quality Improvement.
