This journal aims to disseminate research results to academics, practitioners, students and other parties interested in the fields of Education Management and Social sciences, which include Curriculum Management, English Literature, Language, Graduate Management, Learning Process Management, Facilities and Infrastructure Management, Education Management, Financing Management, Assessment Management, Management of Educators and Education Personnel, Leadership Education, Educational Policy and Planning, Educational Economics, Educational Politics, Law, Management, Economics, Psychology, etc. The editor accepts manuscripts that have never been published by other media. The research published is the personal opinion of the researcher and is not the opinion of the editor or Dynasty Review. A journal that is published regularly two (2) times a year, with a publication frequency in December and June. The research method employed was descriptive qualitative research, and the goal of the study was to examine the forms and meanings of speech acts in the film The Man Who Knew Infinity's dialogues. The results show that there are 45 forms and meanings of speech acts in fifteen dialogues containing Locutionary, Illocutionary, and Perlocutionary Acts in the dialogues of Matthew Brown's film "The Man Who Knew Infinity," focusing on the analysis of speech acts of the theory of a British philosopher of language, namely John Langshaw Austin as described in his book "How To Do Things" (1962).

This study describes the strengthening of educational leadership as a solution to the problems of Islamic education. The approach in this study was carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was obtained using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis in this study used data reduction techniques, data presentation, and concluding/verification. Checking or checking the validity of the data used credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability techniques. The results of this study indicate that strengthening educational leadership is the most important and urgent variable to create/realize quality Islamic education. As a leader who should be followed and can be used as an ideal model for leadership, namely: Sidiq, Amanah, Tablig, and Fathonah. Strengthening educational leadership is a balance between the concepts in leadership solutions in Islam and Islamic principles and placing the task of leadership not only as a responsible humanitarian task but also answering the problematics of Islamic education. The aim of this study is to dig into the trend of globalization, cultural diversity, environmental issues, legal awareness of citizens, cultural pluralism and ethnic diversity in elementary school social science. This method of study belongs to a descriptive analysis study using the method for library research to study and address the issues and social issues of elementary school learning cultures. The data-gathering techniques in this study by locating and gathering data that support the cultural issues and problems of elementary school children's social sciences, both from books and journals. Thereafter, the data obtained was analyzed in order to achieve what was achieved intact and to draw conclusions and answer rules. The result of this study is first, the trend of globalization and the diversity of cultures in Indonesia became the central subject of IPS education regarding issues that people face in the social order of life. Second, environmental issues become the most influential IPS study subjects. Third, citizen legal awareness is appropriate to consider with regard to the application of the law in the lives of citizens especially for trainees who can be accepted as applying it in IPS study. Globalization is currently developing very rapidly and is extraordinary. Changes occur in all aspects of life, especially in the field of education. The sophistication of technology makes various information so easily available. This certainly affects the paradigm in the world of education. Student needs or learning objectives slowly change following the times. But unfortunately, currently there are still a lot of educators who have not changed their mindset towards the intelligence of students. There are still many educators who think that smart/intelligent children are children who have high scores in all subjects, especially mathematics and science. Whereas the purpose of learning is that each student is able to overcome their respective problems, of course where the capacity or problems faced by each child will be different. Students are social beings, who will later interact in the community. In community groups, of course, everyone plays their respective roles according to their fields and abilities. This study aims to identify and describe the structure of the curriculum and its implementation in Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Maqamam Mahmuda Takengon. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The problems discussed in this study are how the structure of the curriculum and its implementation in Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Maqamam Mahmuda Takengon. The results showed that the curriculum structure at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Maqamam Mahmuda Takengon implemented a modern pesantren education curriculum, namely the Gontor curriculum and the ministry of religion curriculum which consisted of religious, language and general subjects. The implementation of the curriculum goes well according to a predetermined schedule. Teachers who teach subjects have expertise in their respective fields. All religious teachers are alumni of modern Islamic boarding schools and master the yellow book. Teachers use various strategies in the learning process. Phonetic symbols are a fundamental aspect of linguistics, enabling the representation and study of sounds across languages.Effective communication relies heavily on pronunciation, which helps language learners express their ideas and thoughts intelligibly. But learning the subtleties of pronunciation can be difficult. The good news is that phonetic symbols offer a useful tool to support students as they work toward precise pronunciation. Language learners can accurately transcription and categorize speech sounds by using phonetic symbols. These symbols bridge the gap between spoken words and written symbols by providing a visual representation of sounds. The International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) is one standardized set of symbols that linguists use to accurately represent the articulatory and auditory characteristics of sounds.This research will explore of phonetic symbols and offer guidance on how students can use them to enhance their pronunciation abilities.

Penelitian ini membahas paradigma organisasi dalam Himpunan Mahasiswa Al-Washliyah (HMA) yang berfokus pada penerapan prinsip-prinsip Islam dalam manajemen organisasi mahasiswa. Organisasi HMA memiliki struktur yang fleksibel namun tetap mempertahankan nilai-nilai Islam yang moderat dalam setiap aktivitas kepemimpinannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana HMA mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keagamaan, sosial, dan akademik dalam membangun organisasi yang inklusif dan efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada HMA di beberapa kampus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pengurus dan anggota HMA, serta analisis dokumentasi kegiatan organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa HMA berhasil menerapkan musyawarah untuk mufakat dalam pengambilan keputusan dan mendidik anggotanya melalui kegiatan kaderisasi yang berfokus pada pengembangan karakter pemimpin Islam. Meskipun demikian, organisasi ini menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga kontinuitas partisipasi anggota serta adaptasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan media sosial. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman tentang pentingnya nilai-nilai Islam dalam membentuk organisasi mahasiswa yang berkarakter dan berorientasi pada kemajuan sosial. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi organisasi mahasiswa lainnya dalam meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan dan manajerial berbasis nilai-nilai Islam.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman (SWOT) pada Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) Cabang Kota Binjai sebagai dasar perencanaan strategi organisasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa HMI memiliki kekuatan berupa sistem kaderisasi yang berkelanjutan, jaringan alumni yang luas, dan identitas keislaman yang kuat. Namun, kelemahan ditemukan dalam aspek manajemen organisasi yang belum optimal, keterbatasan sumber daya keuangan, dan minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Lingkungan eksternal menawarkan peluang berupa perkembangan teknologi digital, meningkatnya kebutuhan akan pemimpin muda Islami, serta dukungan pemerintah terhadap organisasi mahasiswa. Di sisi lain, ancaman eksternal meliputi persaingan dengan organisasi mahasiswa lain, perubahan sosial yang cepat, dan persepsi negatif terhadap organisasi kolektif. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, strategi pengembangan meliputi penguatan manajemen organisasi, optimalisasi jaringan alumni, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, dan penyusunan program inovatif yang relevan dengan kebutuhan generasi muda. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa HMI Cabang Kota Binjai memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang serta mengatasi kelemahan dan ancaman. Implementasi strategi ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat peran HMI dalam mencetak kader pemimpin muda Islami yang berintegritas dan mampu berkontribusi bagi masyarakat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen kepemimpinan dalam organisasi Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI), dengan fokus pada strategi pengelolaan, penerapan nilai-nilai Islam, tantangan yang dihadapi, serta peluang pengembangan organisasi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa HMI menerapkan prinsip kolektif kolegial dalam pengambilan keputusan, yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai Islam seperti musyawarah, keadilan, dan amanah. Namun, tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya keterlibatan anggota setelah pelatihan kader serta kesenjangan antara idealisme dan praktik di lapangan. Selain itu, perubahan sosial dan teknologi digital menuntut HMI untuk beradaptasi dan mengembangkan inovasi dalam pengelolaan organisasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dengan penguatan kaderisasi, inovasi dalam penggunaan teknologi, serta implementasi nilai-nilai Islam yang lebih konsisten, HMI dapat terus memperkuat perannya sebagai organisasi mahasiswa yang progresif dan relevan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam organisasi kampus terhadap perjalanan perkuliahan mereka, dengan fokus pada manfaat yang diperoleh dan tantangan yang dihadapi. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode studi kasus, melibatkan mahasiswa yang aktif dalam berbagai jenis organisasi di kampus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk menggali pengalaman serta persepsi mahasiswa terkait keterlibatan mereka dalam organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam organisasi memperoleh manfaat signifikan, seperti pengembangan keterampilan kepemimpinan, manajerial, dan peluang networking yang luas. Namun, mereka juga menghadapi tantangan besar, terutama dalam hal pengelolaan waktu antara kegiatan organisasi dan tugas akademik, serta stres dan konflik internal dalam organisasi. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya dukungan dari pihak kampus, seperti pelatihan manajemen waktu dan pengelolaan stres, untuk membantu mahasiswa menyeimbangkan kegiatan organisasi dengan tuntutan akademik mereka. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pihak kampus dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pengembangan mahasiswa secara holistik.
