Abstract

The Tebing Tinggi Religious Court Decision Number 94/Pdt.G/2019/PA.TTD opens an important discourse space in the study of Islamic family law in Indonesia, especially regarding the integrity of information in marriage contracts. This research uses a qualitative method with an empirical data based normative juridical approach, namely a case study of the court decision file. The analysis technique used is content analysis combined with a review of Islamic law and legislation, especially the Compilation of Islamic Law. The findings explain the existence of a man who remarried by declaring his status as a widower, even though he was still bound in a legal marriage, without permission from his wife or the court. The results show that the Panel of Judges granted the request for annulment of marriage because of the proven falsification of status by the husband, which is contrary to Article 4 paragraph (2) and Article 71 letter (b) KHI. This decision confirms that integrity and honesty in providing personal information are substantial requirements in the validity of marriage. Thus, marriages built on lies and manipulation of legal status cannot be juridically protected and must be annulled for the sake of legal protection of the injured party.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of madrasah head leadership on teacher performance at MTs Nurul Iman Tanjung Morawa. The approach used is quantitative with survey method, involving 37 teachers as respondents. The instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using a simple regression test. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the leadership of the madrasah head and teacher performance with a significance value of 0.006 <0.05 and a calculated T value of 2.971> T table 2.040. However, the coefficient of determination (R Square) is only 0.216, which indicates that the effect is still relatively low. This finding indicates the need for madrasah principals to strengthen their leadership roles according to transformational leadership indicators, such as providing inspirational motivation, paying attention to teachers' individual needs, creating a shared vision, and encouraging professional development through training, seminars, and active involvement of teachers in the decision-making process.

Abstract

The phenomenon of digital da'wah has grown rapidly alongside the increasing use of social media as a new platform for conveying Islamic messages, including hadith. This study examines how the process of hadith mediatisation is carried out through the TikTok account @risyad_bay. The main issue explored is how hadiths are mediated and repackaged into short-form content for digital audiences. This research was conducted to address the academic need to understand the transformation of hadith transmission in virtual spaces, which differ significantly from traditional da'wah settings. The study aims to uncover the forms of hadith presentation, da'wah communication strategies, and the implications of mediatisation on religious understanding among users. The theoretical framework employed includes the theory of religious mediatisation and digital da'wah communication. The method used is qualitative content analysis of TikTok videos uploaded by the account @risyad_bay over a specific period. The findings indicate that hadiths are presented contextually, accompanied by engaging visual elements, and delivered in a communicative style relatable to younger audiences. This mediatisation process contributes to the popularization of hadith values, although it also poses a risk of meaning simplification. The study concludes that hadith mediatisation on TikTok is an adaptive and effective da'wah strategy, yet it requires deeper interpretive efforts to maintain religious depth.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the process of forming the discipline character of students at Darul Mukhlisin Islamic Boarding School. The main focus of this study is how the Kulliyatul Mu'allimin Al-Islamiyah (KMI) curriculum is adopted and implemented as part of the pesantren's responsibility in shaping santri discipline through daily activities. The method used is a field study with a qualitative approach. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with mu'allim/mu'allimah, administration, and santri/students of Darul Mukhlisin Islamic Boarding School, while secondary data were collected from books, journal articles, theses, and other relevant scientific literature. Triangulation techniques are used in the data analysis process to ensure the validity of the findings. The results showed that the formation of santri disciplinary character is implemented through worship habits, da'wah activities, as well as continuous advice and supervision. The KMI curriculum provides a systematic framework for pesantren in instilling disciplinary values through consistent rules, activity schedules, and habituation. However, challenges still arise, especially when santri are outside the pesantren during the vacation period, which often relaxes the discipline that has been formed. Therefore, the sustainability of coaching and supervision is key in maintaining the disciplinary character of santri on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the formation of students' socio-religious attitudes through the application of collaborative learning models in Islamic Religious Education. Socio-religious attitudes are an important foundation in forming students' characters that are balanced between spiritual and social aspects. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation at the junior high school level. The findings show that the instillation of students' socio-religious values can be realized effectively through the integration of aspects of faith, worship, morals, and complementary learning media. The collaborative learning model encourages active involvement of students in the inclusive learning process, and allows for real internalization of values in everyday life. Thus, religious education that combines the three main pillars of religion and is supported by appropriate learning media is able to form students' religious awareness that is not only personal, but also has an impact on their social behavior.
