Abstract

Keluarga yang tidak harmonis (broken home) dapat memberikan dampak yang buruk pada perkembangan anak. Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi pada anak broken home yakni anak akan memiliki self-esteem yang rendah. Umumnya seseorang dengan self-esteem rendah juga memiliki tingkat ketegasan yang rendah, hal ini akan membuat anak mudah menjadi korban dari perilaku penyimpangan ataupun sebaliknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat self-esteem siswa broken home sebelum dan sesudah diberikannya layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik assertive training serta mengetahui efektivitas layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik assertive training dalam meningkatkan self-esteem siswa broken home di kelas XI MAN 4 Banjar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan desain penelitian ini adalah pre-experiment dengan pola One Group Pre-test – Post-test Design. Pre-test diberikan sebelum adanya perlakuan dan post-test diberikan setelah perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebelum dan sesudah diberikannya layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik assertive training dapat dilihat dengan cara membandingkan hasil skor pre-test dan post-test yakni 450% < 595% atau dengan rata-rata 56% < 74%, dengan demikian (Ho) ditolak dan (Ha) diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik assertive training efektif dalam meningkatkan self-esteem siswa broken home di kelas XI MAN 4 Banjar.

Abstract

Bank is a financial institution that plays an important role in a country's economy. Credit is a loan that is submitted to buy something and the borrower makes payments by installments in accordance with applicable regulations. One of the things that is required by banks as creditors in providing credit is protection in the form of guarantees that must be provided by the debtor to ensure repayment of their debts for security and legal certainty. Basically the creditor holding the material guarantee has the right to execute collateral for sale by auction for debtor debt payment if the debtor fails to carry out his obligations based on a credit agreement or commonly referred to as default One of the dispute over a certificate ownership auction between the debtor or customer and the creditor or banking institution to be precise between the customer and PT Bank Panin Indonesia with decision number 209 / Pdt.G / 2019 / PN Tjk. The problem in this research is whether the factors that cause it to occur and how is the process of dispute resolution on the auction claim ownership certificate of customer ownership against PT Bank Panin Indonesia. This study uses a juridical normative and empirical juridical research approach. In this study using secondary data sources and primary data. Data collection techniques used through literature study, observation and interviews. Qualitative juridical data analysis. That the factors causing the dispute over the Auction of Customer's Ownership Certificate Ownership against PT Bank Panin Indonesia studied on Decision Number 209 / Pdt.G / 2019 / PN Tjk in which the Plaintiff was a Debtor to the Defendant As a result of the Plaintiff being unable to pay the Credit that was given by PT Bank Panin Indonesia as the Creditor, an auction was conducted with a limit value of Rp. 1,470,000,000 (one billion four hundred seventy million rupiah). As a result of this, the Plaintiff stated that the Defendant had committed illegal acts which caused the loss of the Plaintiff. The Dispute Resolution process carried out through Non-Litigation does not produce results, then it is carried out through Litigation. The Lawsuit against the Law filed by the Plaintiff against PT Bank Panin Indonesia was declared unacceptable. It is recommended that the public, in particular, be able to better understand and take into account and consider applying for credit to banking institutions because they have the risk of losing assets that are guaranteed to banking institutions. For banking institutions to be able to provide a very clear explanation when a credit agreement is made to avoid a lawsuit due to a misunderstanding between the banking institution as the creditor against the debtor at a later date.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya hasil keterampilan kerjasama siswa pada materi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan makhluk hidup di kelas III SDN 005 Langgini. Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT). tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatkan keterampilan kerjasama siswa pada materi keberagaman dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT). Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan dan empat tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas III yang berjumlah 25 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi, observasi dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diketahui peningkatakan hasil keterampilan kerjasama siswa setelah tindakan, rata-rata ketuntasan hasil kerjasama Pada kegiatan pra tindakan diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 62,4 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 56%, meningkat pada siklus 1 pertemuan 1 menjadi 67,8 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 60%, meningkat pada siklus 1 pertemuan 2 menjadi 68,6 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 68%. Nilai rata-rata kelas pada siklus 2 pertemuan 1 yaitu 74,6 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 76%., dan meningkat pada siklus 2 pertemuan 2 yaitu sebesar 84 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 80,6%. Maka dapat disimpulkan penerapan model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dapat meningkatkan keterampilan kerjasama siswa kelas III SDN 005 Langgini.Kata Kunci : Keterampilan Kerjasama Siswa, Model Teams Games Tournament (TGT)

Abstract

Regular handwashing is the first 5M health protocol and is effective in preventing the transmission of viruses and diseases. However, mobility and activities cause many to neglect to always have soap on hand when travelling. For this reason, a simple innovation for the use of soap is needed, namely by using paper soap. Paper soap is much more practical in its use and easy to carry anywhere. Based on the survey of the service team, several problems were found, such as students who were often absent from school due to illness, students' low understanding of hand washing with soap, and students' lack of knowledge in making paper soap. The purpose of this community service is to improve students' knowledge and skills in applying the six steps of handwashing with soap and to improve students' skills in making paper soap with natural ingredients. This community service was carried out by providing counselling on the importance of hand washing, assistance in making paper soap from natural ingredients to students. The results obtained from this service are an increase in knowledge and creativity of students who initially did not know how to make paper soap to know, and increased student understanding of the steps of good and correct hand washing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of knowledge of Blockchain on the ability to detect fraud, with technology readiness serving as an intervening variable. The research employs a quantitative approach, gathering data from auditor. The findings indicate a positive relationship between knowledge of Blockchain and fraud detection capabilities. Moreover, the readiness of technology significantly mediates this relationship, suggesting that higher levels of technology readiness enhance the positive effects of Blockchain on fraud detection. These results highlight the importance of both technical knowledge and readiness to adopt new technologies in improving fraud detection processes.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Game-Based Learning (GBL) telah menjadi salah satu metode pembelajaran inovatif yang menarik perhatian di era digital. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan GBL terhadap penguasaan materi matematika siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD). Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen digunakan dalam penelitian ini, melibatkan dua kelompok siswa kelas V di sebuah SD di Kota Bandung: kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan GBL dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen penelitian meliputi pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa, serta angket untuk mengevaluasi respons siswa terhadap metode GBL Hasil dan Pembahasan : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada penguasaan materi matematika siswa di kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Selain itu, siswa yang belajar menggunakan GBL menunjukkan tingkat motivasi dan keterlibatan belajar yang lebih tinggi. Metode GBL juga berhasil menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menyenangkan, sehingga siswa lebih mudah memahami konsep-konsep matematika yang abstrak. Kesimpulan : Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi GBL dalam kurikulum sekolah dasar sebagai salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, terutama pada mata pelajaran matematika. Namun, diperlukan pelatihan bagi guru dan dukungan fasilitas teknologi untuk memaksimalkan penerapan GBL di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of madrasah head leadership on teacher performance at MTs Nurul Iman Tanjung Morawa. The approach used is quantitative with survey method, involving 37 teachers as respondents. The instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using a simple regression test. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the leadership of the madrasah head and teacher performance with a significance value of 0.006 <0.05 and a calculated T value of 2.971> T table 2.040. However, the coefficient of determination (R Square) is only 0.216, which indicates that the effect is still relatively low. This finding indicates the need for madrasah principals to strengthen their leadership roles according to transformational leadership indicators, such as providing inspirational motivation, paying attention to teachers' individual needs, creating a shared vision, and encouraging professional development through training, seminars, and active involvement of teachers in the decision-making process.

Abstract

Fatherless women often experience unresolved emotional trauma and inner conflict that can surface in their speech. This study examines how impolite language used by five Indonesian women (aged 18–30) who grew up without fathers reflects underlying cognitive dissonance and emotional regulation strategies. Chat transcripts and interview data were analyzed using Culpeper’s impoliteness framework and Festinger’s theory of dissonance. The women’s utterances were categorized by type and function, revealing that 33% were direct, “bald-on-record” insults (e.g., “Bajingan kali jadi orang tua” (“What a bastard of a parent”)), while positive impoliteness and sarcasm each accounted for 24%, and negative impoliteness 19%. Nearly half of all impolite utterances served to express pent-up anger or disappointment, 32% served to assert dominance over the absent father, and 20% to signal identity (e.g. rejecting the obedient daughter role). These hostile expressions were immediately followed by internal conflict: participants felt torn between cultural norms (respectful daughter) and their cathartic outburst. Consistent with Festinger’s (1957) model, the most common dissonance-reduction strategy was reframing the behavior (justification) (36%), such as insisting “I know it’s rude, but it’s the fastest way to show I’m disappointed”. Other strategies included behavioral change (24%), avoiding conflict (20%), and environmental adjustment (20%). These findings suggest that impolite utterances in this context are not random aggression but purposeful emotional outlet and coping mechanisms. The women use language both to release long-suppressed trauma and to negotiate their sense of self, later employing cognitive strategies to restore consonance with their internal values. This complex interplay of linguistic expression and psychological regulation underscores impoliteness as a form of self-protective agency rather than mere rudeness.
