Abstract

Seiring dengan semakin majunya teknologi pada dewasa ini, seorang pemimpin dituntut harus mampu mengikuti perkembangan. Hal tersebut diperlukan dalam rangka mengantisipasi kegagalan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, yang selanjutnya memicu masyarakat untuk menyampaikan ketidakpuasannya. Salah satu pilihan untuk menyelesaikan masalah kompleks tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kepemimpinan transformasi. Pemimpin transformasional akan mampu mengelola secara optimal sumber daya organisasi dalam rangka mencapai tujuan yang bermakna sesuai dengan target yang telah ditentukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan karakteristik kepemimpinan transformasional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional sebagai salah satu model kepemimpinan yang lahir atas ketidakpuasan/ krisis kepercayaan terhadap model kepemimpinan yang ada dengan memotivasi pengikut tentang minat-minat pribadi yang melibatkan nilai-nilai pendidikan yang relevan dalam proses pertukaran dan tidak langsung menyentuh substansi perubahan yang dikehendaki. Karakteristik kepemimpinan transformasional terdiri atas idealized influence (pengaruh ideal), inspirational motivation (motivasi inspirasi), intellectual stimulation (stimulasi intelektual), dan individualized consideration (konsiderasi/pertimbangan individu). Komponen kepemimpinan yang dimiliki atau ditampilkan oleh pemimpin akan dapat di kategorikan kepemimpinan transformasional hendaknya memiliki karisma tinggi, membuat visi yang jelas, mengelola penyampaian visi, memotivasi tim, pertimbangan individu, kreatif dan inovatif, membangun budaya belajar di dalam organisasi, pembangkit intelektual.Kepemimpinan Transformasional dalam Revolusi Industri 4.0, pada lembaga pendidikan hendaknya mengembangkan Self-directed, Multi-sources, and Life-long learning, ICT base, memotivasi, dan responsif terhadap perubahan, adaptif, memiliki growth mindset, kemampuan dalam memanajemen SDM bawahannya, mampu meningkatkan kemampuan dan mengembangkan SDM anggota timnya dengan baik menerima, mendorong, dan memotivasi tim untuk memberikan feedback terhadap kepemimpinannya demi kemajuan bersama.

Abstract

Abstract The importance of innovation in the Islamic education curriculum to improve the character and ethics of students. Innovation in Islamic education is a must in facing the various challenges faced by the younger generation in the modern era. By applying innovation, Islamic education can become more relevant, interesting and effective in shaping the character and ethics of students. Some of the innovative approaches discussed in this research include a holistic approach in character and ethics learning, integration of Islamic values in every aspect of the curriculum, use of technology in learning ethics and morality, utilization of Islamic digital applications and platforms, and experiential learning. Through the application of these innovations, it is expected that students can experience a fun, active and in-depth learning experience about ethical values in Islam. The conclusion shows that innovation in the Islamic education curriculum is the key to forming a young generation that has good morals, noble character, and is able to face various challenges in life with full confidence and moral awareness. Abstract

Abstract A strategy for developing student innovation is really needed by every educational institution in improving the quality of its students. This research aims to reveal the strategy carried out by MA Darul Falah Sumbergempol in developing tarbiyah 'aqliyah which is carried out for students with management applied in coaching as an effort to improve quality. The method used in this research is qualitative, while data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of data analysis show that tarbiyah 'aqliyah has a strong foundation from the Al-Qur'an and Al-Hadith as well as the views of the ulama. The implementation of 'aqliyah tarbiyah at this institution is clearly realized in the organization's mission, namely providing integral monotheism-based education that combines several tarbiyah. This mission is the embodiment of MA Darul Falah Sumbergempol's vision, namely to create a superior and competitive educational institution to produce a generation that is devout, intelligent and independent. The vision and mission are outlined in the educational objectives of MA Darul Falah Sumbergempol which aim to shape people according to their vision and mission. Abstract

Each educational institution has an organization for its students, especially at the junior high and high school levels. Maybe we are familiar with the name, namely the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS). This needs to be considered because the importance of an organization for students is considered important because the Student Council is a forum to facilitate students to be able to do the tasks that are their responsibility for the benefit of the school and all students. Just like the program carried out by the student council must run according to expectations and be a good example for other students in acting and speaking. With the presence of the Student Council, it is hoped that it will be able to encourage students to build their leadership character through the tasks that have been given. This study uses descriptive-qualitative research, using data collection methods such as: observation, interviews, and documentation. With the above explanation, it raises the formulation of problems about how the student council efforts in building student leadership character and how important the role of the student council is in building student leadership character. Through the results of research conducted by researchers, the efforts of the student council at the school have been carried out in accordance with the program made at the beginning of the school year, as well as the basic student leadership training program and the flag ceremony. Then the role of the student council in building student leadership character is by enforcing student discipline and fostering physical and spiritual training. Abstract

This research aims to find out how the discovery learning model is implemented, improving learning outcomes, and increasing learning motivation for grade 5 students at SDN Pule 2 for the academic year 2023-2024. The research subjects were 15 students of fifth grade at SDN Pule 2, and a mathematics teacher as observer. The data collected includes student observation results, student learning outcomes, student learning motivation questionnaire results. This research is Classroom Action Research which was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle includes four (4) stages, namely, planning, implementing actions, observation and reflection. In this research, it can be said to be successful if at least 80% of students have high motivation (≥50) and at least 80% of students get scores above the KKM (70). The research results showed: (1) Student learning motivation was high in cycle I at 73.33% with an average of 68.9 and in cycle II at 93.33% with an average of 83.83. (2) Student learning completeness in cycle I was 66.7% with an average of 72.67 and in cycle II it was 86.7% with an average of 88.67. From the data above, it clearly shows that in cycle I the level of student motivation and student learning outcomes were not in accordance with the indicators of success so it was continued to cycle II, whereas in cycle II the level of student motivation and student learning outcomes were in accordance with the indicators of success so the research was stopped in the cycle II.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of people agility, change agility, mental agility, and result agility on Madrasah Diniyah teachers in Tutur Subdistrict, Pasuruan Regency. The researcher used a survey method distributed via a Google Form questionnaire. The population of this study consists of Madrasah Diniyah teachers, with a sample of 117 people obtained using random sampling techniques. The data were analyzed descriptively and measured using the analysis of variance (ANOVA) test assisted by the SPSS 22 program. The results of the study show that Madrasah Diniyah teachers in Tutur Subdistrict have a high level of agility in performing their duties. More than 60% of respondents showed positive responses to current developments and applied agility in their work. Based on the research results, teachers with high agility demonstrated maximum performance, were able to draw lessons from work experiences, adapted to changes with full awareness and enthusiasm for learning to improve their skills, knowledge, and competence. Based on gender classification, there was no significant difference between male and female teachers in the application of agility. This study provides insight that the development of agility in teachers can significantly contribute to improving the quality of education in Madrasah Diniyah.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the debate on the meaning of al-qawa>mah among the mufassirs, which makes it an excuse for the absoluteness of male leadership over women. This view has legitimised the role of women as leaders. In this case, Muhammad Abduh believes that leadership is not absolute for men because fadhl (the ability to earn a living) can also be done by women. Therefore, the focus of this study is on Muhammad Abduh's concept of al-qawa>mah in QS. an-Nisa'[4]: 34. The method used by the author is a descriptive-analytical method with a historical-sociological approach. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that Muhammad Abduh's interpretation of the memorisation of al-qawa>mah is not absolute for men, because the form of male leadership over women in question is democratic leadership, namely leadership that gives the led the freedom to act according to their will and not leadership that is coercive. Abstract

From the beginning of Islam to the present, women's roles in Islamic leadership have undergone significant change. From the historical contributions of Khadijah bint Khuwailid and Aisyah bint Abu Bakar to the challenges and opportunities faced by women in leadership in the modern era, the purpose of this study is to investigate the development of the role of women in leadership in the Islamic world. This study examines how various social, political, and cultural factors have affected women's leadership roles, as well as how current social changes may affect their prospects in the future, using a historical approach and contextual analysis. According to the findings of the study, despite the fact that women have demonstrated significant leadership abilities in a variety of contexts, the extent to which they are able to take on leadership roles is still impacted by a number of obstacles, including how text is interpreted, cultural norms, and structural barriers. However, opportunities for women to take on more active leadership roles are increasing as a result of advancements in education and social change. This study highlights the significance of gaining a deeper comprehension of these dynamics in order to achieve inclusive and sustainable progress. It identifies a number of strategies that can assist women's leadership development in Islamic contexts. Keyword : History, Islamic leadership, the role of women.

Abstract

Literacy activities is a way for students to recognize, understand and apply the knowledge they have acquired during the learning process. Literacy activities can develop vocabulary and knowledge in various things. Teachers are not only educators, but also mediators, learning resources, facilitators, models and role models. Researchers maximize this literacy activity through poetry writing activities in Indonesian language classes. The researcher aims to determine the role of teachers in learning to write poetry through literacy activities at the elementary school. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Literacy activities in learning to write poetry can increase students' self-confidence. Students will produce their own written works. Teachers provide encouragement or motivation so that they not only read but also write in literacy activities. The teacher will also be a facilitator for them so that their works are interesting and can be read by many people. This is evidenced by the existence of a poetry anthology entitled Persembahan Untuk Para Pejuang Negri and Karya Untuk Negriku.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to identify and analyze change management models in the context of transformative Islamic education. In the era of globalization and technological development, Islamic educational institutions face demands to adapt and undergo fundamental changes in management and teaching methods. This research employs the library research method by analyzing various literatures related to applicable and relevant change management models in Islamic education. The findings show that Lewin’s Change Management, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model, and the ADKAR model are effective approaches to assist Islamic educational institutions in the change process. Each model emphasizes organizational and individual readiness for change and strengthens the commitment to maintaining long-term results. Furthermore, this study highlights that the application of these models significantly impacts the development of Islamic educational institutions, making them more responsive to modern changes while maintaining core religious values. This research is expected to provide guidance for Islamic educational managers in designing adaptive and transformative change management strategies.
