The purpose of research to determine whether the concept of self positively affect the learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education students. Second Is the behavior of learning positively affect the learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education students, Third Is self concept and learning behavior have an effect on to learning achievement of Islamic Religion High School student of State 04 Kedurang District of South Bengkulu Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative because this research is presented with numbers. The results showed that self-concept directly positive effect on learning achievement Islamic Religious Education In School Mengah Atas Negeri Kedurang Subdistrict of 0,379 (37,9)%, Both Behavior of learning gives a positive influence on learning achievement of .0,670 (67,0)% Third there is influence of self concept and behavior Learning together to positively influence the learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education In School Mengah Atas Negeri 04 Kedurang District of South Bengkulu 0,815 (81,5) %

Abstract: The problems in this study were 1) How is the evaluation of the activities carried out by teachers working group (KKG) of religious education, 2) How to Evaluate Activity of teachers working group (KKG) of religious education on the skills of teachers in teaching in the District Pagar Jati Central Bengkulu, 3) Obstacles and supporting teachers to follow the activities of teachers working group (KKG) of religious education. The method used in this research is qualitative research to uncover these problems in depth and thorough, while informants studied were administrators and members of the working group of religious education teacher residing in District Jati fence. Results of this research are activities by the working group of teachers in the district teak Fences routine nature there is no regular monthly as well when there are things that should be important if it can be weekly Mass will face semiannual then we will discussion to discuss the matter grating, preparation of RPP which will be given to students, or the Mass there is an urgent problem that must be solved together. Later in the activities of the working group also conducted seminars for teacher’s workshop of the religious education and other activities to increase knowledge and skills for the Master of religious education. Work activities teachers can help teachers’ skills in teaching activities of teachers working groups in the district of religious education teak railings so help teachers, because this activity is aimed to help teachers of religious education to be more proficient and professional in teaching, this activity is usually held one month one month 2 times, or if there are urgent as the new school year can be activities once a week.In carrying out the activities of the working group of teachers in the district Pagar Jati no problems were severe constraints only a little too did not become an obstacle in these activities.

This study aims to find out how the response of Al-Hasanah boarding school to the modernization of information communication technology. The nature of this research is field research (qualitative). The source of this research data is the leadership of boarding school Al-Hasanah, teachers (cleric), board and students of boarding school Al-Hasanah Village Pedati Market District Pondok Kelapa Bengkulu Tegah District. The results showed that modernization at this time can not be sepa- rated from human life and in education until the development of Al-Hasanah boarding school changes. However, as a board- ing school leader, teachers (ustadz), as well as boarders and students of Islamic boarding schools accept modernization, but modernization accepted by boarding schools is not directly swallowed raw, but Al-Hasanah boarding school is very selective in choosing the best and useful for santri for the future. By reason of seeing the fore for students who become alumni after being a santri who plunge society later. the alumni can also enter the general high school after taking education in this pesantren cottage.

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect of exemplary morals of parents of students, to know exemplary morals of teachers to students and to identify exemplary parents and teachers against the morals of students at SMAN 6 South Bengkulu. This research method is quantitative method by using a simple correlation and regression. The study population was student/student class X SMA 6 South Bengkulu, amounting to 238 people, while a sample in this study was 25% of the population of 60 people. The results of the study that the influence of exemplary parents and teachers to the character class X State Senior High School 6 South Bengkulu 2016, can be summarized as follows: First, there is a very significant influence among the exemplary morals of parents of students. From the calculation of the correlation between X1 to Y at 0.581 and regression equation Y = 26.619 + 0.581. Second, there is significant influence between the exemplary morals of teachers to students. From the calculation of the correlation between X2 on Y at 0.033 and regression equation Y = 8.258 + 0.033. Third, there is a very significant influence among exemplary parents and teachers jointly or individually against the morals of students. From the results of the correlation calculation by using multiple regression analysis obtained correlation R anatara price X1 and X2 together to Y at 0.583 and regression equation Y = 14.684 + 0.587 + 0.045.

This study aims to determine the influence of teacher teaching creativity on the students ‘ability to memorize Al- Qur’an, to determine the effect of students’ learning motivation on the students ‘ability to memorize Al-Qur’an to know the influence of teacher’s teaching creativity and student’s learning motivation to students’ ability to memorize Al- Qur’an. The population of this research is the students of class VI A and VI B which amounted to 240 people, while the samples in this study is 25% of the population of 60 people. Based on the discussion of research results that the influence of teacher teaching creativity and students’ learning motivation to the ability to memorize grade 6 students of SD IT AN-NIDA of Lubuklinggau City in 2017, can be summarized as follows: First, there is a significant influence between teachers’ teaching creativity on students’ memorization ability. This is based on the calculation of the correlation between X1 to Y of 0.581 and regression equation Y= 26.619 +0.581. Second, there is a significant influence between students’ learning motivation on the ability to memorize students. This is based on the calculation of the correlation between X2 to Y of 0.033 and regression equation Y = 8.258 +0.033. Third, there is a very significant influence between teacher teaching creativity and student learning motivation jointly or individually to the ability to memorize students. From result of correlation calculation by using multiple regression analysis obtained correlation price of R between X1 and X2 together to Y equal to 0,583 and regression equation Y = 14,684 + 0,587= 0,045.

This research is motivated by the independence of learning that is realized by every student, but this is not optimal, especially in learning Islamic Religious Education. The role of school learning environment is very influential on the success of the learning process, in addition to the low learning motivation to be one of the factors that make students have not achieved the independence of learning Islamic Education maximum. The purpose of this research is first to know the influence of school learning environment to the independence of learning Islamic Religious Education to students in SD Negeri 14 Bengkulu Se- latan, secondly to know the influence of learning motivation to self-reliance learning Islamic Religion on students at SD Negeri14 Bengkulu Selatan, third to know A simultaneous positive influence between school learning environments and learning motivation on the independence of learning Islamic Religious Education on students at SD Negeri 14 Bengkulu Selatan. With correlation coefficient between X2 and Y equal to 0,787 which show strong correlation and correlation equal to 62,0%. Thirdly, there is simultaneously an influence between school learning environment and learning motivation toward self-reliance learning of Islamic Religious Education in SD Negeri 14 Bengkulu Selatan with correlation coefficient between X1 and X2 together to Y equal to 0,808 which shows at very strong relation level with correlation equal to 65 , 4% and Y regression result of X1 and X2, regression equation obtained Y = 5,498 + 0,229 + 0,627

The purpose of this study is to determine: 1) Learning Discipline has a direct positive effect to learning achievement.2) Learning Motivation has a direct positive effect to learning achievement. 3) Family environment has a direct positive effect to achievement. 4) Learning Discipline, Learning Motivation, and Family Environment together have a direct positive effect to learning achievement. This research used quantitative approach which data and information in formof numerical, whereas research type is Compositional Causal and Ex Post Facto. The population was 239 students, while the sample was 36 students (15%) of the population. Technique for collecting the data used questionnaires and documentation. The result of this study:1) The discipline of learning has a direct positive effect to the learning achievement of 0.112 (11.20%). 2) Motivation to learn does not give effect to learning achievement equal to -0.333. 3) The family environment does not affect the learning achieve- ment of -0.059 4) Learning discipline, motivation in learning, and family environment gave direct positive effect to learning achievement of 0151 (15.10%).

The purpose of this research is to know a significant influence of methodology learning subject variables toward PPL, a significant influence of micro teaching variables toward PPL, and a significant influence of methodology learning sub- ject and micro teaching variables toward PPL students of Prodi PAI TA. 2016/2017 in STAIN Curup. The quantitative research method with the type of research expost facto was used in this research. The population was all students of Prodi PAI TA.2016/2017 in STAIN Curup which consists of 177 people with a sample of 60 people, and the instruments were documenta- tion and questionnaire. The result showed that there was a significant influence between methodology learning subject towards PPL students with the coefficient of determination (R square) as 0,935, it explained that the influence of methodology learning subject towards PPL students was 93,5 %. Next, there was a significant influence between micro teaching towards PPL students with the coefficient of determination (R square) as 0,572, it explained that the influence of micro teaching towards PPL students was 57,2 %. And there is a significant influence between methodology learning subject and micro teaching toward PPL students of Prodi PAI TA. 2016/2017 in STAIN Curup with the coefficient of determination (R square) as 0,935, it explained that meth- odology learning subject and micro teaching were influenced each other toward PPL students of Prodi PAI TA. 2016/2017 in STAIN Curup as 93,5 %, while the remaining 6,5 % was influenced by other variables besides methodology learning subject and micro teaching.

This study to determine whether there is a significant influence of positive teachers and peers against moral education students In MTs Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu. This research uses quantitative approach. The population is all students of class VI MTs Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu. Sampling is done by purposive sampling that is determination technique with certain consideration. Data were analyzed by using simple and double linear regression test.The result of this research shows that there is a significant influence between teacher toward moral education of VII MTS Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu academic year 2016/2017 is 30.7%, while the rest 69.3% is influenced by other variables besides teacher variables. There is a significant influence between peers to moral education of students is 10.3% and There is a significant influence between teachers and peers to moral education of students by 55.6% while the remaining 44.4% dipegaruhi by variables other than teacher variables and peers

The purpose of this study is to examine whether there is influence of principal supervision and innovation of in- tegrated curriculum development by educational staff on teacher professionalism and student achievement, either direct or indirect influence. This research is a non experimental quantitative research using data analysis method with path analysis statistical test (path analysis). The results showed two conclusions. First there is the direct and indirect influence of the principal supervisory variables and the innovative variables of integrated curriculum development by the educational staff on teacher professionalism variables. The magnitude of this influence is the direct influence of principal supervision on the professionalism of teachers by 2.37%, the direct influence of integrated curriculum development innovation on professionalism of teachers by53.29%, indirect influence of principal supervision and innovation of integrated curriculum development on teacher profes- sionalism of 7 , 37%, and total influence on teacher professionalism equal to 68,03%. Second, there are direct and indirect influence of principal supervision variable, innovation variable of integrated curriculum development by educational staff, and teacher professionalism variable to learning achievement variable. The amount of influence is the direct influence of principal supervision on student achievement of 1.32%, with indirect effect of 13.26%. The direct effect of integrated curriculum devel- opment innovation on student achievement is 1.41%, with indirect effect of 62.85%. The direct influence of teacher profes- sionalism on student achievement is 74.13%. And the total influence on student achievement of the three variables is 77.52%. That is, partially, principal supervision and innovative curriculum development development by uneducated educational staff on student achievement in MA Al Um Pinang Raya, but simultaneously together with the professionalism of teachers give a big positive impact.
