Abstract

This research is aimed to answer the effect of Earnings per Share, Price Earning Ratio, Price to Book Value on stock return. The total sample use 228 manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2019-2021. Dependent variable in this research is stock return, while Earnings per Share, Price Earning Ratio, Price to Book Value as independent variables. Sample was selected using purposive sampling method. This research used Multiple Regression Analysis as a method of data analysis. Based on the results of testing and analysis of data, found that the partial Earnings per Share has a negative effect on stock returns, Price Earning Ratio has a negative effect on stock return, Price to Book Value has a positive effect on stock return while simultaneously Earnings per Share, Price Earning Ratio, Price to Book Value have effect to stock return.

Abstract

The General Election People's Festival which occurs every 5 years is something to look forward to because the election process is quite long so that fraud often occurs such as neutrality violations committed by ASNs. Various efforts are always made in every election. The ASN Neutrality Law is regulated in ASN Law no. 5 of 2014 which states that every ASN does not take sides from any form of influence and does not take sides in anyone's interests. It is stated that the influence in question is the influence of political parties. Prior to the issuance of this Law, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia issued Regulation Number 53 of 2010 which stated regarding Civil Servant Discipline. In this regulation, it is interpreted that what is meant by Civil Servant Discipline is the ability of Civil Servants to comply with obligations and avoid prohibitions specified in statutory regulations and/or official regulations. If they are not obeyed or violated, they will be subject to disciplinary punishment. Disciplinary violations in question are any words, writings or actions of civil servants that do not comply with obligations and/or violate prohibitions on civil servant disciplinary provisions, whether committed inside or outside working hours. PP Number 53 of 2010 is still realistic and in line with the realities of the current political season so it is still used as a basic reference for ASN integrity. Even though the word neutrality is not written concretely in the PP, article 4 points 12 and 13 prohibit every civil servant from engaging in practical politics or providing support to candidates in elections. Based on this, there is a need for an Implementation analysis so that there are efforts to strengthen the Implementation of the ASN Neutrality Policy in the 2024 Election with the Merilee S. Grindle Implementation Model. Where policy implementation is seen from 2 variables, namely the policy context variable (context of policy). The content variables are closely related to interests, goals to be achieved, resources that can be provided and the background of the factors involved in implementing the policy. Meanwhile, context variables relate to the environment in which policies are made and administrative activities are carried out. Abstract

ABSTRACT Digital marketing is very helpful to an attempt to introduce a product or goods sold in order to gain the advantage of having its own strategy used by Diary Photography to be able to continue to increase and compete with other photography entrepreneurs. The purpose of this research is to find out how strategies make use of Digital Media and its obstacles in the face of the competition of the creative industry (Wedding Photography) in the city of Palembang. This type of research is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are observations, interviews, documentation and data analysis. The object of this research is Wendi, the owner of Diary Photography. This research uses Kotler's AIDA theory. The results of this research are Attention, Interest, Desire, Action Strategy This uses Diary Photography to generate consumer interest in seeing Diary photography in a different way on social media Instagram and Instagram Feature Selection is quite intelligent used to promote. Abstract

Burai Village, which is located in Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra Province, with an area of around 2.66 square kilometers, is one of the tourism villages that is starting to be developed by the Ogan Ilir Regency government. In an increasingly advanced era, digital media cannot be separated from almost all community activities, one of which is developing tourism in Burai village. This article explains the Community Service activities of the Annisa Dwi Salfaritzi College of Administration and Government Palembang in Burai Village with the theme "Utilization of digital media in developing tourist villages in Burai Village, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra." The method used is an initial survey to provide an understanding of the importance of using digital media in developing the potential of tourist villages so that the community can participate in promoting and empowering community abilities through digital media more effectively. Abstract

Evaluasi Penyelenggaraan Diklat Kepemimpinan Tingkat III Pada Badan Diklat Provinsi Sumatera Selatan ini memfokuskan penelitiannya pada Evaluasi Penyelenggaraan Diklat Kepemimpinan Tingkat III Pada Badan Diklat Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Unit analisis penelitian ini adalah organisasi yaitu Badan Diklat Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Dalam mengumpulkan data peneliti melakukan kegiatan wawancara dengan Kepala Badan Diklat, Sekretaris Kepala Badan Diklat, Kepala Bidang Diklat kepemimpinan Badan Diklat Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, 2 orang staf dan 2 orang peserta Diklat Kepemimpinan Tingkat III sebagai informan. Setelah data diperoleh maka data akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan tehnik data analisis kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Peserta Diklat Kepemimpinan Tingkat III bersifat selektif dan merupakan penugasan dengan memperhatikan rencana pengembangan karir Pegawai Sipil yang bersangkutan. dengan berpedoman pada ketentuan yang termuat dalam surat Keputusan kepala Lembaga Administnasi Negara Nomor 193/XIII/10/6,20017, tentang Pedoman Umum Pendidikan dan Pelatinan Jabatan Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Penilaian terhadap widyaswara di lakukakan dengan meliputi beberapa aspek dengan tujuan untuk di jadikan pendoman untuk penyelenggaraan diklat selanjutnya dimasa yang akan datang. Selanjutnya terdapat beberapa aspek yang dinilai dari penyelenggara diklat dimana hasil penelitian tersebut diolah dan disimpulkan oleh penyelenggara sebagai bahan masukan untuk penyempurnaan program diklat yang akan datang. Sedangkan untuk evaluasi akhir dilakukan dengan memperhatikan hasil evaluasi terhadap aspek sikap dan perilaku kepemimpinan serta aspek akademis atau penguasaan materi. Nilai tersebut direkapitulasi dengan pembobotan masing-masing, sehingga menghasilkan nilai Akhir.

Abstract

Research titled Giving Compensation Evaluation in Improving Staff Performance CommunityEmpowerment Board and Village Government ( BPMPD ) South Sumatra Province has the goal toevaluate the implementation of the compensation in improving the performance of the staff ofCommunity Empowerment and Governance Village ( BPMPD ) South Sumatra Province . The focus inthis study is the evaluation of Granting Compensation in Improving Staff Performance CommunityEmpowerment Board and Village Government ( BPMPD ) South Sumatra Province which can beanalyzed using the following indicators : Input , include : Human Resources and Funds ; process , include: Employee Earnings and Supplementary Type criteria for Granting Employee Income Supplement ;Output , include : Quality of Work ( Quality of work ) , timeliness ( promptness ) , Initiative ( Initiative ) ,capability ( capability ) and Communication ( Communication) . The method used in this research isdescriptive method with qualitative data analysis techniques . The data was collected by conductinginterviews with key informants who had been assigned . Key Informant who successfully met the Head ofthe Agency, the Agency Secretary , Kasubbag Finance , Personnel and Sub Section 2 of the staff of theAgency for Rural Empowerment and Governance ( BPMPD ) South Sumatra and secondary data in theform of documentation . In the implementation of the Compensation Provision In Improving StaffPerformance Community Empowerment Board and Village Government ( BPMPD ) South Sumatraprovince as a whole has been carried out in accordance with existing regulations and by the Governor ofSouth Sumatra Province Regulation No. 4 of 2013 concerning Income Supplement civil servants and civilservant in the Provincial Government Environment South Sumatra . Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh diskon, gratis ongkos kirim, dan special event day terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion di e-commerce Shopee dan mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang yang menjadi objek penelitian. Sampel yang diambil terdiri dari 267 responden yang telah melakukan Keputusan pembelian melalui aplikasi Shopee dan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner yang telah disebarkan. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel diskon, gratis ongkos kirim, dan special event day digunakan sebagai variabel independen, sedangkan keputusan pembelian menjadi variabel dependen. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah pengambilan probability sampling dengan simple random sampling. Analisis data yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes SEM-PLS menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS 4.0. Dari hasil penelitian, kesimpulannya adalah semua variabel yang diujikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian. Price diskon   dengan thitung > nilai ttable (5.793 > 1. 66), variabel gratis ongkos kirim nilai dengan thitung > nilai ttable (6. 230 > 1. 66), dan variabel special event day tanggal kembar dengan nilai thitung > nilai ttable (5. 722 > 1. 66).

Abstract

This study examines the correlation between ambient indicators of shoppingenjoyment and impulse purchasing behavior in social commerce. The researcher administered anonline questionnaire to gather primary data. This study engaged 202 social commerce users fromGreater Jakarta as respondents. The results were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). The findings indicate that shopping delight substantially affects online impulse purchasingbehavior, mediated by impulsiveness and browsing activity. This study enhances comprehensionof the influence of shopping delight on online impulse purchase behavior, specifically amongsocial commerce users.

Abstract

Fenomena penelitian ini mencerminkan meningkatnya penggunaan Mobile Banking di kalangan mahasiswa FEBI UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Kemudahan akses menjadi faktor utama dalam adopsi layanan ini, namun masih terdapat kekhawatiran terkait keamanan data dan risiko kejahatan cyber. Tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa bervariasi, dipengaruhi oleh fitur layanan, kendala teknis, dan pemahaman pengguna. Selain itu, adanya research gap dalam studi sebelumnya menunjukkan perlunya analisis lebih lanjut mengenai pengaruh kemudahan dan keamanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kemudahan dan Keamanan Terhadap Kepuasaan Layanan Mobile Banking Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah. Penelitian ini jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pengolahan data SMARTPLS 3.0. pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Angkatan 2021, yang kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan data yang ada menggunakan “ model pngukuran (Outer Model) yaitu covergent validity Disriminan validity, dan Uji Reabilitas dan Validitas,serta Model Struktural (Inner Model) yaitu R-Square,Q-Squere dan Pengujian Hipotesis.” Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kemudahan tidak bepengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasaan layanan mobile banking dengan nilai t-statistik 0,326 < t-tabel 1,96 dan nilai signifikan 0,026, hasil uji variabel keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasaan layanan mobile banking dengan nilai t-statistik 8,163 > t-tabel 1,96 dan nilai signifikan 0,000.

Abstract

The proliferation of local skincare products has reach nationwide awareness. Practitioners have find an increasing attention to facilitating skincare consumer purchase decision exposures with influencer and word of mouth strategies. However, previous research on the impact of influencers on consumers' word of mouth is limited. This study aims to provide new insights into the drivers of customer purchase decisions on local skincare products. influencers and electronic word of mouth. The questionnaire spread to determine the appropriate influencers' effect. An online survey was held on to test the proposed model. Results indicate that influencers and word of mouth predict consumer purchase decisions. Word of mouth mediated the effect of influencers and consumer purchase decisions. This study sheds on a new path to the understanding of social media influencers through the lens of digital channels. Word of mouth is able to boost the effect of influencers on all social media channels.
