Abstract

Kota Semarang merupakan kota yang memiliki 34 trayek angkutan umum yang beroperasi dengan jumlah penduduk tahun 2021 sebesar 1,656,564 jiwa. Penyebaran penduduk di masing- masing kecamatan di Kota Semarang belum merata, sehingga penentuan lokasi titik halte juga harus sesuai dengan kondisi eksisting baik berupa potensi dari demand maupun efektivitas dari penumpang. Pada trayek BRT Trans Semarang Koridor 4, memiliki fasilitas tempatpemberhentian angkutan umum yang belum optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji lokasi pemberhentian angkutan umum Koridor 4 Trans Semarang dengan berdasarkan potensi bangkitan dan tarikan penumpang. Metodelogi penelitian dilakukan dari tahapan identifikasi masalah yang terjadi pada wilayah studi, dilanjutkan dengan pengumpulan data baik primer berupa survei inventarisasi halte dan dinamis, data sekunder berupa jaringan trayek. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisa berdasarkan karakteristik demand, kebutuhan titik halte berdasarkan jarak, penentuan titik halte pada demand. Hasil analisis menunjukan kebutuhan halte pada trayek Koridor 4 Trans Semarang dengan perhitungan permintaan, terhadap 6 halte yang tidak efektif dari segi jumlah penumpang dan jarak antar halte yang belum sesuai, sehingga dipindahkan ke titik demand yang lebih besar pada trayek Koridor 4 Trans Semarang.

Abstract

Perubahan tata guna lahan pada daerah perkotaan memicu naiknya pertumbuhan akan pergerakan dalam menunjang kegiatan masyarakat. Semakin tinggi pergerakan masyarakat maka diperlukan prasarana pendukung transportasi yang memadai berupa kapasitas jalan yang lebih besar sehingga arus kendaraan yang dapan melalui jalan tersebut semakin besar pula, seperti yang terjadi di jalan Imam Bonjol Denpasar yang melakukan pelebaran jalan untuk menampung jumlah kendaraan yang semakin banyak dan sampai saat ini belum diketahui bagaimana kualitas udara yang diakibatkan oleh produksi gas buang kendaraan yang melintas di jalan Imam Bonjol Denpasar. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas udara yang disebabkan emisi gas buang tersebut. Pada penelitian ini kami menggunakan metode pemodelan vissim yang telah dikalibrasikan inventarisasi ruas jalan, kecepatan, dan volume yang kemudian dapat menentukan keluaran emisi kendaraan yang kemudian menghasilkan persentase keluaran gas buang yang dihasilkan yaitu adanya lonjakan hasil keluaran gas CO dan NOx sampai 216,21% setelah pelebaran jalan.

Abstract

Semarang city, as a metropolitan city, has not escaped the development of online transportation. There are several online transportation that are often used, namely Gojek, Grab and Maxim. The existence of online transportation can provide additional choices of transportation modes that can be used. Choosing online transportation to carry out daily activities cannot be separated from the push and pull factors for each individual which are definitely different. Therefore, this research aims to determine the factors that influence Semarang University students' preferences for using online transportation. This research was conducted using quantitative methods and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Overall internal factors influence USM students' preferences in using online transportation, namely (0.720) or 72%. However, the main factors that influence this are feelings of stress, difficulty getting parking and not having a private vehicle. Meanwhile, external factors as a whole influence USM students' preferences for using online transportation, namely (0.680) or 68%. The main factors that influence this are punctuality and ease of using online transportation.

Abstract

  Keselamatan jalan harus ditumbuhkan oleh masing-masing pelaku transportasi berupa bentuk kejujuran atau willingness untuk selanjutnya dibentuk adanya kesadaran atau awareness terhadap keselamatan lalu lintas angkutan jalan. Dibutuhkan metode penyuluhan yang dapat mengubah mind set dan menanamkan dengan akar yang kuat mind set budaya keselamatan berlalu lintas sejak usia dini. Pendidikan sadar lalu lintas usia dini (SALUD) memanfaatkan masa “golden age” sudah dilaksanakan di banyak daerah. Agar pendidikan SALUD dapat terarah, terukur, sehingga dapat menghasilkan dampak yang optimal pada pembangunan budaya keselamtan jalan  diperlukan “Buku Pedoman Penyuluhan Keselamatan Jalan Program Sadar Lalu Lintas Usia Dini” sebagai acuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Menyusun laporan hasil penelusuran informasi untuk melandasi penyusunan “Buku Pedoman Penyuluhan Keselamatan Jalan, Program Sadar Lalu Lintas Usia Dini”, dan 2) Membuat desain  “Buku Pedoman Penyuluhan Keselamatan Jalan, Program Sadar Lalu Lintas Usia Dini” .

Abstract

 Factor yang menjadi penyebab kecelakaan antara lain karakteristik lalu lintas dan infrastruktur jalan, kondisi lingkungan, desain dan spesifikasi kendaraan, serta faktor manusia. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah infrastruktur jalan yaitu struktur jalan pada stop points traffic light karena kerawanan kecelakaan pada persimpangan jalan adalah sebagai penentu keselamatan lalu lintas dan kenyamanan berkendara. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan infrastuktur jalan pada points traffic light yang menjadi penyebab keselamatan lalu lintas dan kenyamanan berkendara maka desain pada Concrete block pavement menjadi salah satu solusi mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Concrete block pavement sering digunakan untuk pembangunan trotoar, jalur sepeda, jalan masuk perumahan jalan, tempat parkir, kawasan industri serta pelabuhan dan bandara dan daerah yang permeabel. Concrete block pavement digunakan di Eropa pada cuaca ekstrem. Inovasi Concrete block pavement yang dirancang khusus dapat menahan beban lalu lintas statis yang berat seperti perkerasan kaku, dan ini dapat disesuaikan kembali dengan mudah jika diperlukan perubahan dalam tata letak perkerasan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen murni dengan parameter variasi dari pola dari jenis paving Holland dengan ketebalan 8 cm. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat uji tekan vertikal dan horizontal. Alat ini menemukan momen dan deformasi yang terjadi pada paving block yang diuji serta lendutan tanah yang terjadi akibat beban deformasi bentuk bata. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisa penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada bentuk pola paling optimum paving block tipe Holland dengan ketebalan 8 cm. Cara menentukannya adalah dengan melakukan pengujian berdasarkan tiga jenis pola yang digunakan. Dari perhitungan hasil uji dihasilkam aspek interlocking, aspek penurunan tanah dan aspek deformasi.

Abstract

This research evaluates the performance of on-street parking in Cilegon City to increase local revenue (Locally- Generated Revenue). Regional autonomy allows local governments to manage resources, including parking fees, which has the potential to increase Locally-Generated Revenue. However, the management of parking fees in Cilegon City is still less than optimal, as evidenced by the low contribution of parking revenue to Locally-Generated Revenue and the failure to achieve the parking fee budget target since 2019. Quantitative research methods are used by analyzing existing conditions, arrangement and parking fees, as well as revenue projections. The survey results show the need for increased parking facilities and better arrangement. Analysis shows a significant increase in income after parking arrangements, especially on Jl. D.I Pandjaitan 1. Even though there has been an increase in income, the effectiveness of the contribution of parking fees to Locally- Generated Revenue is still inconsistent. Analysis of ability to pay (ATP) and willingness to pay (WTP) indicates that existing tariffs are still feasible. Revenue projections after the arrangement show a significant increase, making parking fees a potential source for increasing Cilegon City's Locally-Generated Revenue.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of knowledge, attitudes, perceptions, co-workers, and income on the safety riding behavior of motorbike taxi drivers at Menara Sunan Kudus. Considering the high risk of accidents faced by motorcycle taxi drivers, understanding the factors that influence safe driving behavior is very important. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 100 motorcycle taxi drivers. Data were collected through questionnaires designed to measure safety knowledge, attitudes toward safety, risk perception, co-worker influence, and income level. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of each independent variable on safety riding behavior. The results of the analysis show that safety knowledge, attitudes towards safety, and risk perception have a significant positive influence on safety riding behavior. Apart from that, the influence of co-workers and income did not show a significant influence on safety riding behavior. These findings provide important insights for the development of more effective training programs and safety campaigns, with an emphasis on improving safety knowledge and attitudes and strengthening the positive influence of drivers' risk perceptions. Thus, efforts to improve driving safety among motorcycle taxi drivers can be focused on aspects that are proven to significantly influence safety riding behavior.

Abstract

The Singkil Adiwerna intersection in Tegal Regency with a 2-phase arrangement has the potential to cause accident risks due to traffic conflicts. For this reason, it is necessary to make efforts to arrange phases to reduce traffic conflicts aimed at improving traffic safety by considering intersection performance. The analysis method uses PKJI (2023) method for intersection performance, PTV VISSIM for simulation modeling, and Surrogate Safety Assement Model Software for the number of conflicts. The results of the analysis of 2-phase conditions with a cycle time of 86 seconds have a degree of saturation of 0.60, a queue of 7.09 meters, a delay of 16.72 seconds, an intersection level of service B and a safety level with a conflict value of 452. The application of 3 phases with a cycle time of 100 seconds has a degree of saturation of 1.01, a queue of 14.02 meters, a delay of 32.74 seconds, an intersection level of service C, and a conflict value of 243 with a 46% decrease in conflict value from 2-phase conditions. If the application of 4 phases with a cycle time of 130 seconds has a degree of saturation of 1.27, a queue of 20 meters, a delay of 47.73 seconds, an intersection level of service D, and a conflict value of 104 with a 77% decrease in conflict value from the 2-phase condition. Based on PM 96 of the Ministry of Transportation, judging from the function of the road, namely a secondary collector road with a level of service of at least C, the selection of phase settings and cycle time of the APILL intersection recommends 3 phases with a cycle time of 100 seconds.

Abstract

Law Number 22 of 2009 on Traffic and Road Transportation establishes safety, security, comfort, and affordability standards for public transportation in Indonesia. There are 5,349 transportation companies operating. In 2021, long-distance buses (AKAP) reached 13,510 units, with a 2.34% increase. Violations in public transportation operations still occur, such as the lack of operating permits, supervision cards, vehicle inspection books, and route deviations. There were 4,266 violations involving buses in 2021. This legal study is an empirical research that analyzes how the law operates within society, including implementation, compliance, and law enforcement. Research data were obtained from BPTD Jambi reports and legal literature, using a qualitative descriptive analysis method. This research discusses transportation implementation provisions, law enforcement, legal accountability, and efforts to optimize public transportation laws. In the administrative area of Jambi city in 2022, 14 transportation units (27%) violated operational legality aspects. Legal consequences for these violations are regulated in Law 22/2009 with criminal provisions. Thus, efforts are needed to enhance the effectiveness of public transportation law enforcement.

Abstract

Increased activity in a city should be accompanied by the provision of adequate and safe road infrastructure. Ahmad Yani Road has a high accident rate. The problem became important and urgent due to the increasing number of accidents that occured after the construction of the frontage road on Ahmad Yani Road. This study uses a descriptive analysis approach with remote sensing using Google Earth imagery. The road section observed was 3.803 meters long with the analysis boundary on the east side. Results of the analysis carried out, several objects/objects were identified as hazards, including tree branches, iron poles on the right side of the road, and no road boundary lines. Regarding road equipment in the form of markings, signs and delineations, it is well monitored and complete. There is a safety fence that is 15 meters long and has a rigid nature. The fence is made to cover the sewers or pipes so that there are no road accidents in the area.
