Abstract

ABSTRACT, The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a positive and significant effect of family discipline on the learning achievement of PAK Class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon Academic Year 2021/2022. The research population was all Class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2021/2022 Academic Year who were Protestant Christians, namely 360 people. The sample is the entire population, namely 30 people. The research data were analyzed in the following steps: 1) Test the analysis requirements by: a) Test the relationship, it is known that rcount > rtable or 0.5096 > 0.361. This shows that there is a relationship between family discipline and PAK learning achievement of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon, b) The significant test of the relationship shows that the value of tcount > ttable is 10.384 > 2.048. From the results of the significance test of the relationship it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between family discipline and PAK learning achievement of Class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon, 2) Effect test: a) The magnitude of the influence of family discipline on PAK learning achievement of Class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon is: (r2) x 100% = 0.2597 x 100% = 25.97%, b) Testing the regression equation Y over X, the regression equation Yˆ = 29.85+0.62X means that it is in a constant state of 29.85, so PAK learning achievement of students will increase 0.62 times from the value of family discipline, c) the value of Fcount = 9.77 > Ftable (0.05,1.28) = 2.01, then the research hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

ABSTRACT, The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a positive and significant effect of the professionalism of PAK teachers on the learning interests of Class V students at Santa Maria Tarutung Private Elementary School T.P.2021/2022. The population in this study were all students of Class V SD Santa Maria Tarutung T.P. 2021/2022 there are 35 Protestant Christians. The entire population was used as a sample, namely 35 people. The research data was analyzed in the following steps: 1) Testing the regression which consisted of: a) Looking for the regression equation Y over X to get the regression equation 81.18 + 0.77X, b) Obtained the value of Fcount = 5.43 > Ftable(0.05 ,1.35-2=33) = 4.17 indicates that the influence of the professionalism of PAK teachers on the learning interest of Class V students of Santa Maria Tarutung Private Elementary School T.P.2021/2022 is linear, c) The large percentage of the influence of professionalism of PAK teachers on class student learning interest V Santa Maria Tarutung Private Elementary School are: (r2) x 100% = 0.1414 x 100% = 14.14%, 2) It is known that the value of tcount > ttable is 2.333 > 2.042. From the results of the significance test, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a positive and significant influence between the professionalism of PAK teachers on the learning interest of Class V students at Santa Maria Tarutung Private Elementary School T.P.2021/2022.

Abstract

ABSTRACT, The cooperation that is built between Christian Religious Education Teachers and parents has a very important role to foster student behavior in the form of: streamlining meetings between Christian Religious Education teachers and parents, Christian Religious Education teachers making visits to students' homes, up to giving material donations and spiritual which aims at forming student behavior that is in accordance with Christian values. Christian Religious Education teachers and parents must have the ability to direct students to have good behavior, such as: firm faith in God, discipline, upholding ethical values, good personality, skilled, independent and responsible. By having such behavior, students indirectly become bearers of joy or peace in the family, at school and in society.

Abstract

Abstract, This research was conducted at SD Negeri 173172 Hutagurgur Kab. North Tapanuli, this type of research is classroom action research using the Learning Start With a Question learning method as the main target aiming to improve student learning outcomes using the Learning Start With a Question learning method to improve student learning outcomes in social studies lessons in Class V SD Negeri 173172 Hutagurgur Kab. North Tapanuli. To obtain the data used in this study the authors conducted tests and observations. The data analysis technique in this study is a qualitative description by describing the percentages used. After carrying out the pre-test, it was obtained that the level of mastery of learning outcomes was classical, namely 2 students (8.3%) who achieved a level of mastery learning with an average value of 29.9. After the implementation of the first cycle using the Learning Start With a Question learning method, it was obtained that the level of completeness of learning outcomes in a classical manner was 11 students (45.83%) who achieved a level of learning completeness with an average score of 55.93. After the implementation of the second cycle using the Learning Start With a Question learning method, it was obtained that the level of completeness of learning outcomes in a classical manner was 21 students (87.5%) who achieved a level of learning completeness with an average score of 80.3. Thus, it can be said that learning activities using the Learning Start With a Question learning method can improve student learning outcomes in Class V SD Negeri 173172 Hutagurgur Kab. North Tapanuli in PAK lessons

Abstract

ABSTRACT, This study aims to describe the increase in PAK learning outcomes by using the active learning model type of role reversal question in class VII-D students of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency. This type of research is classroom action research. The research subjects were students of class VII-D SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency, totaling 36 students. Data collection methods in this study used tests, observation and documentation. Research instruments in the form of tests and observation sheets. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The indicator of the success of the action is marked by ≥75% of the number of students participating in the learning process who have obtained a value of ≥70. The results showed that there was an increase in PAK learning outcomes for class VII-D students of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency after using the active learning model type of role reversal question in both cycle I and cycle II. In cycle I students who scored ≥70 experienced an increase of 25% and in cycle II experienced an increase of 28% to 97%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT, The formulation of the problem in this study is whether after implementing the team games team games tournament learning method can improve student learning outcomes in Class VI SD Negeri 177041 Simarhompa. The number of subjects in this study were 21 students from Class VI in the 2021/2022 school year. To obtain data in this study, the authors conducted data collection research by means of a member test. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR) using an inquiry learning model. This study consisted of 2 cycles, cycle I and cycle II, each of which had two meetings. At each meeting the researchers conducted a test of student learning outcomes, to determine the level of student learning completeness. In cycle I for the class average value of 79.18% in cycle II increased to 83.04% or an increase of 3.86%. The results of the study show that through the application of team games team games tournament learning methods can improve student learning outcomes in Class VI SD Negeri 177041 Simarhompa

Abstract

This Study sets out the author's view of discourse analysis and illustrates the approach with an analysis of discursive “Sindbad and the Pirates’ Pit” movies discourse in contemporary Britain, specifically in higher education. It includes a condensed theoretical account of critical discourse analysis, a framework for analysing discursive events, and a discussion of discursive practices, as well as analysis of samples of the discourse of higher education. The paper concludes with a discussion of the value of critical discourse analysis as a method in social scientific research, and as a resource for social struggle.

Abstract

. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai analisis keterampilan dan kesulitan membaca permulaan pada siswa Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif-kualitatif. Pada metode deskriptif-kualitatif peneliti melakukan observasi dan mengumpulkan data secara langsung di lapangan kemudian data tersebut dianalisis untuk kemudian dituangkan dalam bentuk tulisan atau deskripsi. Penelitian dilakukan di kelas III (tiga) SDIT Bunayya tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 pada semester genap. Membaca permulaan merupakan kegiatan mengenal huruf dan kata-kata yang dihubungkan dengan bunyi dan makna sehingga memperoleh kesimpulan dari bacaan tersebut. Membaca permulaan merupakan keterampilan tahap awal yang harus dimiliki setiap siswa. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan pada penelitian ini yaitu masih terdapat beberapa siswa kelas III (tiga) SDIT Bunayya yang mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca permulaan. Kesulitan siswa dalam membaca permulaan tersebut disebabkan oleh faktor fisiologis, intelektual, lingkungan dan psikologis.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of instructional media in increasing the learning motivation of fifth grade students at SD IT Bunayya. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. Sources of data obtained from class V teachers and students as research subjects. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the role of the learning environment has a very large influence on student learning motivation and the teacher's role in increasing student motivation, namely through an individual approach, special guidance and pleasure of learning so that students have good learning motivation.

Abstract

Abstract. One of the causes of the less than optimal development of student learning is the influence of the lack of attention from parents on student learning at home. The attention of parents is very important and influential for the smooth development of student learning both at home and at school. The busyness of parents at work can have an influence on the development of children's learning, where time together with children will be reduced. This study aims to find out how the influence of the lack of attention of parents on the learning development of 1st grade students. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods. Where researchers use data sources obtained through interviews and from the results of literature studies from various reference sources such as journals, books, and articles. The results of the study show that optimal children's learning development can be carried out if there is full awareness in giving attention and not giving negative judgments about children's behavior. Where both parents must pay more attention by accepting and not judging the child. Keywords: Parental attention, Children's Learning Development. Abstrak. Perkembangan belajar siswa yang kurang optimal salah satunya disebabkan karena adanya pengaruh kurang perhatian dari kedua orang tua terhadap belajar siswa dirumah. Perhatian kedua orang tua sangat peting dan berpengaruh bagi kelancaran perkembangan belajar siswa baik di sekolah ataupun di rumah. Kesibukan orang tua dalam bekarja mampu memberikan pengaruh bagi perkembangan belajar anak, dimana waktu kebersamaan dengan anak akan berkurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagimana pengaruh kurangnya perhatian orang tua terhadap perkembangan belajar siswa kelas 1 SD. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian secara kualitatif deskriptif. Dimana peneliti menggunakan sumber data yang diperolah melalui hasil wawancara dan dari hasil studi kepustakaan dari berbagai sumber referensi seperti jurnal, buku, dan artikel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan belajar anak yang optimal dapat dilakukan apabila adanya kesadaran penuh dalam memberikan perhatian dan tidak memberikan penilaian negatif terhadap perilaku anak. Dimana kedua orang tua harus lebih memperhatikan dengan menerima dan tidak menghakimi anak. Kata kunci: Perhatian orang tua, Perkembangan Belajar Anak.
