Abstract

This study aims to develop the Multiply Cards game as a medium for learning mathematics in additional material in elementary schools that is interesting, metacognitive, and connection-based. This type of research is research and development (R&D) according to the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects of this study were class students at SDN Mekarsari 5, Kec II.Cimanggis, Depok City. The research tools consisted of material expert validation instruments, media expert validation instruments, teacher validation instruments, and student and teacher response questionnaires. Based on the evaluation of the validity test, the validation results of the material experts were considered "very feasible" with a total of 85% and the results of the media expert validation were 89%, while the teacher's validation was obtained with a total of 81%. So it can be concluded that the development of the Multiply Cards game as a medium for increasing learning in elementary schools is categorized as "very likely". This means that the media developed by the researcher can be used as a learning medium for arithmetic operations in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of an open-ended approach with cooperative learning type Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) on students' mathematical connection abilities. The research was conducted at SMPIT Bina Salam, Bekasi City in the framework of the independent learning program in the form of teaching assistance learning activities in educational units. This research method is an experiment. The number of students as many as 54 students in this study. The results showed that there was no difference in the mathematical connection abilities of students who used an open-ended approach with STAD type cooperative learning and expository learning. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the quality of learning and increase the activity of students and the ability to solve mathematical problems of students through the Quiziz-assisted problem possing approach on Derivatives of Algebraic Functions. This research was carried out during the independent campus learning program in the form of teaching assistance learning in the education unit. Quiziz is used to make it easier for students to create and exchange questions with each other because learning is done online. This research method is classroom action research that follows the Kurt Lewin model. This study includes 3 cycles where each cycle includes 4 stages, namely planning, acting, observing, reflecting. The subjects of this study were 29 students in class XII-A of the DITKESAD Health Analyst Vocational School, while the data was collected through tests, interviews, and observations. The results showed that there was an improvement/increase in the quality of the implementation of learning, namely in cycle I of 79.38%, cycle II of 88.13% and cycle III of 91.88% and improvement/increase of student activity in cycle I of 69% , cycle II by 76%, and cycle III by 91%, and there was a significant increase in students' mathematical problem solving abilities as evidenced by the level of completeness of student learning outcomes in each cycle increased, namely in cycle I by 58.62%, cycle II of 75.86%, cycle III of 93.1%, and the results of interviews conducted concluded that learning mathematics using the problem-possing approach is fun for students. The conclusion that researchers can draw from this classroom action research is that learning mathematics using the problem-possing approach can improve the quality of learning and student activity as well as student learning outcomes. Abstract

Teacher personality competence is a personal ability that reflects a solid, steady, mature, wise, and authoritative personality, being a role model for students and having noble character. Motivation is the driving force that encourages someone to do an activity that aims to get the desired result. In relation to learning, motivation is an important thing that can encourage children to carry out the expected results, namely changes in behavior.The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a positive and significant influence between the personality competencies of PAK teachers and the learning motivation of PAK students in Class VII-A and Class VII-B of SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon in the 2022/2023 academic year.The research data was analyzed with the following steps: 1) Test the analysis requirements by: a) Test the relationship, it is known that rcount > rtable or 0.4174 > 0.297. This shows that there is a relationship between the personal competence of PAK teachers and students' learning motivation. From the results of the significance test of the relationship, it can be interpreted that there is a positive and significant relationship between the personality competence of PAK teachers and student learning motivation, 2) Influence test: a) The magnitude of the influence of the personality competence of PAK teachers on the learning motivation of Class VII-A and Class VII-B SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon are: (r2) x 100% = 0.1742 x 100% = 17.42%, b) Testing the regression equation Y over X, the regression equation = 23.07+0.29X means that it is in a constant state of 23, 07, student learning motivation will increase 0.29 times the value of the personal competence of PAK teachers, c) the value obtained Fcount = 1.64 > Ftable (0.05,19.51) = 1.39, then the research hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This research analyzes the condition of students' learning motivation during the implementation of distance learning in Sabilulungan Mekar Rahayu Kindergarten, Bandung City. This research was studied because there were problems regarding distance learning being implemented. The research objectives are to examine the condition of students' learning motivation, the implementation of distance learning and the strategies of teachers and parents in implementing distance learning. The research approach uses a descriptive approach with qualitative methods. Research respondents are parents of students, data collection techniques using interviews, documentation and observation. The results showed that the condition of students' motivation tended to be less enthusiastic and felt bored, while the implementation of distance learning using whatsapp groups and learning activities had been designed and referred to the RPPH and RPPM, PAUD educators' strategies at home (parents) in conducting guidance in distance learning. namely using discussion strategies (question-and-answer) and exemplary while the strategy carried out by the teacher is to use a reward strategy given to children to foster learning motivation and carry out regular zoom.

Abstract

Studi literature ini lakukan dengan di latar belakangi oleh fenomena, kekerasan dalam rumah tangga menunjukkan bahwa wanita dan anak anak sangat rentan terhadap untuk menjadi korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang berefek dikesehatan mental korban yang menjdi korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Tujuan dari artikel pembedahan jurnal jurnal ini untuk meriview kekerasan yang terjadi dalam rumah tangga dengan kesehatan mental para korban terutama wanita dan anak – anak maupun remaja yang mengalami dan melihat kejadian kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Untuk mengetahui defenisi dari kekerasan dalam rumah tangga dan efeknya terhadap kesehatan mental terhadap para korbannnya baik wanita maupun anak – anak dan remaja, serta factor yang mempengaruhinya. Riview dalam artikel ini terhadap jurnal penelitian terkait kekerasan dalam rumah tangga tahun 2016 – 2020. Hasil riview menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan subjek yang menjadi korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga adalah wanita dan anak – anak mau pun remaja, bentuk kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang dialami adalah kekerasan verbal, fisik, psikis, seksual, yang mana akan mempengaruhi kesehatan mental bagi para korban yang akan berakibat korban memiliki anixiety disorder, yang akan mengganggu keberlangsungan keseharian dari korban baik di rumah, lingkungan sosisal maupun sekolah. Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang terjadi secara terus menerus berefek kepada kesehatan mental bagi korban. Rancangan penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan wawancara, penelitian kuantitatif berupa survey, kualitatif berupa wawancara terhadap Koran yang dilakukan selama beberapa tahun dengan kelompok ada yang dikontrol dan tidak di control oleh peneliti. Duskusi yang dilakukan tentang hasil riview penelitian akan berimplikasi kepada peneliti selanjutnya, terutama unutk dilakukan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini ialah rendahnya minat belajar siswa kelas V SDN Pinang Ranti 01 Pagi, Jakarta Timur dalam mata pelajaran IPA. Hal tersebut dikarenakan metode dan media yang digunakan guru di kelas tersebut masih kurang menarik, sehingga menyebabkan siswa kurang tertarik dan kurang bersemangat dalam mengikuti pelajaran yang diberikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan minat siswa kelas V SDN Pinang Ranti 01 Pagi dalam pembelajaran IPA dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari 2 siklus dan tiap siklusnya terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi.

Abstract

Fakta di lapangan ditemukan bahwa keterampilan guru di MIS GUPPI Al Khaerat Simbang Kec. Tombolopao Kab. Gowa dalam mengoperasikan dan membuat presentasi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Microsoft PowerPoint masih rendah. Hal tersebut yang menjadikan peneliti melakukan sebuah penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan dan efektivitas supervisi akademik sebagai upaya meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam membuat media presentasi pembelajaran menggunakan Microsoft PowerPoint di MIS GUPPI Al Khaerat Simbang Kec. Tombolopao Kab. Gowatahun pelajaran 2020-2021. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) yang dilakukan dalam 3 siklus. Peningkatan daya serap kelompok terhadap keterampilan guru pada Siklus I, II, dan III masing-masing sebesar 63,37%; 73,80%; dan 86,57%. Peningkatan ketuntasan kelompok terhadap keterampilan guru pada Siklus I, II, dan III masing-masing sebesar 25,00%; 50,00%; dan 100,00%. Sedangkan peningkatan daya serap individu terhadap keterampilan guru pada Siklus I, II, dan III masing-masing sebanyak 2, 4, dan 8 guru yang telah tuntas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pembinaan melalui penerapan supervisi akademik kepala madrasah dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam membuat media presentasi pembelajaran menggunakan Microsoft PowerPoint. Selain itu juga, kegiatan supervisi akademik ini efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam membuat media presentasi pembelajaran menggunakan Microsoft PowerPoint.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze (1) To analyze the influence of situational leadership on teacher commitment in Madrasah Tsanawiyah State of Tanjungbalai City. (2) To analyze the influence of organizational culture on the commitment of teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah State of Tanjungbalai City. (3) To analyze the influence of situational leadership and organizational culture together on the commitment of teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah State of Tanjungbalai City.The type of research used is quantitative research with questionnaire dissemination methods. Sampled in this study 51 teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah State of Tanjungbalai City. The calculation of analytical tests in this study was conducted using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program.Based on the results of research that (1) situational leadership has a significant effect on the commitment of teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah State of Tanjungbalai City. This is characterized by the value given X1 (situational leadership) to Y (teacher commitment) of 31,2% and positive means that the greater the situational leadership of the principal of Madrasah Tsanawiyah State of Tanjungbalai (X1) the greater the teacher commitment (Y). tcount at X1 = 2.394 >ttable (0.05;49) = 0.2329 or by comparing sig value = 0.001 < error level of 5% = 0.05.(2) The culture of significant influential organizations has a teacher commitment in Madrasah Tsanawiyah State of Tanjungbalai City. This is characterized by an X2 (organizational culture) value to Y (teacher commitment) of 31,4% and positive means that the greater the organizational culture (X2) the greater the teacher commitment (Y). tcount at X2 = 2,413 >ttable (0.05;49) = 0.2329 or by comparing the value of sig = 0.000 < error level of 5% = 0.05.(3) Situational leadership variables and organizational culture had an effect of 50,10% on teacher commitment in Madrasah Tsanawiyah State of Tanjungbalai City. Simultaneously situational leadership and organizational culture are low to the commitment of teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah State of Tanjungbalai City

Abstract

This research aims to find out (1) to find out the influence of coordination on the work performance of teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah State Of Tanjungbalai City. (2) To find out the influence of teacher work performance on the work performance of teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah State Of Tanjungbalai City. (3) To find out the influence of coordination and The population in this study is all permanent teachers of Civil Servants who are in Tsanawiyah State Tanjungbalai city which numbers 51 teachers. The calculation of the analysis test in this study was conducted using the help of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program. Based on the results of the study that (1) coordination has a significant effect on the work performance of teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah State Of Tanjungbalai City. This is characterized by the value given X1 (coordination) to Y (teacher work performance) of 12,70 % and positive means that the greater the coordination carried out by the principal of Madrasah Tsanawiyah State Of Tanjungbalai City (X1) the greater the work performance of teachers (Y). tcount at X1 = 2,129 > ttable (0.05;49) = 0.2329 or by comparing the value of sig = 0.001 < error level of 5% = 0.05. (2) The work performance of teachers has a significant effect on the performance of teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah State of Tanjungbalai City. This is characterized by a value of X2 (teacher work performance) against Y (teacher work performance) of 13,5 % and positive means that the greater the teacher's work performance (X2) the greater the teacher's work performance (Y). tcount at X2 = 2,231 > ttable (0.05;49) = 0.2329 or by comparing the value of sig= 0.000 < error level of 5% = 0.05. (3) The coordination variable and work performance of teachers had an effect of 21,10 % on the performance of teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah State Of Tanjungbalai City. Simultaneously coordination and work performance have a low effect on the work performance of teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah State Of Tanjungbalai City
