Abstract

Abstracts - This study aims to explain the influence of work culture and work discipline on employee performance at PT Surya Terang Teknik Abadi, Tangerang City. The population in this study were employees of PT Surya Terang Teknik Abadi, Tangerang City. Using a quantitative method with a saturated sample of 35 employees, data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using IBM SPSS version 25. The results of the study showed that partially, work culture (X1) and work discipline (X2) both had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the t- value of work culture (2.698) and work discipline (4.559) which are greater than t- table (2.046), and the sig. value (0.000) which is less than 0.05. Simultaneously, work culture and work discipline have also been shown to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). This is indicated by the F-value of 109.725 which exceeds F-table 3.29. The R Square value of 87.3% indicates that these two variables together make a major contribution to employee performance. Meanwhile, the remaining 12.7% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Employee productivity is a key factor in a company's success in facing increasingly intense competition. Work environment and work motivation are the main factors that influence productivity; however, previous research results have been inconsistent. PT XYZ, as a strategic public service company, faces challenges in optimizing employee productivity, such as punctuality, work quality, and innovation. This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and work motivation on employee productivity at PT XYZ using a quantitative approach through a survey of 48 active employees in the General Affairs & Property Assets division, Archives section. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results show that partially, the work environment has no significant effect on productivity (p = 0.180), while work motivation has a positive and significant effect (p = 0.000). Simultaneously, work environment and work motivation have a significant influence on employee productivity. These findings emphasize the importance of motivation as the main factor in improving employee performance. Therefore, the company is recommended to focus on strategies to increase motivation through incentives, self-development training, and the creation of clear and fair career paths.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment in the company PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Office of the TNI Headquarters in Cilangkap. The population used in this study were 50 employees of the company. The data collection technique used a Google Form questionnaire and data processing using SPSS 25 with a probability sampling method. Data testing was carried out by data analysis, classical assumption test, T test, F test, coefficient of determination and correlation (R-Square). The results of the study showed that partially work motivation (X1) did not have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) and had a calculated t value of 0.394 <t table 2.011 and a Sig value of 0.695> 0.05. Then the work environment variable (X2) partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) and has a calculated t value of 2.324 > t table 2.011 and a Sig value of 0.025 < 0.05. Furthermore, it is known that simultaneously the work motivation variable (X1) and the work environment (X2) have a significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y) with a calculated f value of 6.342 > f table 3.20 and a Sig value of 0.004 < 0.05. The multiple linear regression equation is Y = 19.539 + 0.059X1 + 0.209X2.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline and organizational culture on the performance of employees in the Human Resources Bureau of the Ministry of Population and Family Development in Jakarta. The method used is quantitative statistics, with a total of 40 respondents using a saturated sample. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and processed using SPSS software version 25. Hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression, through t-tests and f-tests, which aimed to determine the independent variables against the dependent variables. The results of the t-test showed that the work discipline variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as seen from the t-value of 4.799 > 2.026 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. while the organizational culture variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as seen from the t-value of 2.115 > 2.026 with a significance value of 0.041 < 0.05. In testing the f variable, work discipline and organizational culture have a simultaneous or simultaneous effect on employee performance, as can be seen from the f count value of 21.145 > f table 3.245 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and product innovation on customer satisfaction at a gold shop business in PD Pasar Jaya Cengkareng. The research background highlights the importance of service quality and product innovation as strategies to maintain satisfaction and build customer loyalty in the increasingly competitive traditional market. The study employed a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample consisted of 100 active customers selected using purposive sampling, with the majority aged 30–39 years. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale, with SERVQUAL indicators (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) for the service variable, and design, variety, customization, and aesthetics for the product innovation variable. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 27 through validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a t-count of 8.190 > t-table 1.984. Product innovation also had a significant effect with a t-count of 11.468 > t-table 1.984. Simultaneously, both variables significantly affected customer satisfaction with an F-count of 190.982 > F-table 3.09, and a combined contribution of 79.7%. These findings emphasize the importance of improving responsive and professional services, as well as developing product designs aligned with market trends to sustain satisfaction and long-term loyalty

Abstract

Insufficient work stress can lower productivity, while work-life balance helps maintain employee performance. At Nano Sportwear, high workloads often trigger stress and reduce performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and work-life balance on employee performance. The research employed a quantitative statistical approach using a questionnaire method. Saturated sampling was applied, involving the entire population of 35 employees. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed via Google Forms and analyzed using the T-test for partial effects and the F-test for simultaneous effects. The results indicate that work stress significantly affects employee performance T value 5.898 and sig 0.000. Work-life balance also has a significant influence T value 2.117 and sig 0.042. Simultaneously, both variables impact performance with an F-value of 157.515 and sig 0.000. These findings confirm that effective stress management and the creation of work-life balance are essential for enhancing employee performance in Nano Sportwear’s garment industry

Abstract

In the context of globalization and in terms of increasing community mobility, the role of immigration institutions is very important. This shows the urgency to see employee performance by understanding organizational culture and internal communication. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and internal communication on employee performance. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and literature studies. This study was conducted on employees of the Immigration Office of the Passport Service Unit Region I Pondok Pinang using a quantitative descriptive method. The population of this study was 32 respondents and the sample used was the entire population, because it used a saturated sampling technique. The technique used in collecting data was by using a questionnaire distributed via a google form link. The results of the T-test study showed that there was a partial influence of organizational culture on employee performance with a t-count value of 3.983> 2.045, so Ho1 was rejected and Ha1 was accepted. There was a partial influence between internal communication on employee performance with a t-count value of 2.328> 2.045, so Ho2 was rejected and Ha2 was accepted. Meanwhile, the simultaneous influence between organizational culture and internal communication on employee performance with a calculated F value of 77.858 > 3.32 and a significance value of 0.000, Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted

Abstract

In achieving the targets that have been set, the company must optimize all existing resources while ensuring long-term operational sustainability. In an effort to improve employee performance, the figure of a leader holds a key position because of his ability to motivate and actively involve employees. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership and work discipline on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees at PT Gasol Pertanian Organik with a total population of 35 employees. The data collection technique used was the survey method by distributing questionnaires, the research used in this study was quantitative statistics, with multiple linear regression analysis methods to examine the influence of these variables. This study also uses analysis methods, namely validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. Data analysis using SPSS version 25 software, the results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance of 2.266, and the work discipline variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance of 2.783. Simultaneous tests show that both independent variables, namely transformational leadership and work discipline, have a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a calculated F value of 85.826.

Abstract

The development of this increasingly advanced era, encourages many things to develop and innovate, including in the field of transportation. Promotion activities and attention to Service Quality carried out by the Gojek company can be a way for the company to continue to survive and continue to compete with other online transportation companies. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of promotion and service quality on customer satisfaction on Gojek users. The research method used in the study is a quantitative research method with hypothesis testing. In data collection, the method used is the questionnaire method. Determination of the number of samples in this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique, and using 50 Gojek user respondents in the Jakarta area. The data analysis method uses multiple regression tests. The research that has been conducted shows that the promotion and service quality variables have a positive and significant influence on the Customer Satisfaction variable. The results are shown by the results of the promotion t-test, the results of which are shown by a significance value of 0.005 which is smaller than 0.05 and a calculated t value of 2.949 which is greater than the t table of 2.013. The results of the service quality t-test are also proven to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y), with a significance value of 0.001 (<0.05) and a calculated t of 6.292 (> 2.013). And from the results of the f-test, it is shown by a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 and a calculated F value of 206,510 which exceeds the F table of 3.20. Which shows that there is an influence between Promotion and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

For companies, profit growth is an indicator that reflects financial performance, which may increase or decrease each year. This phenomenon is influenced by various internal and external factors. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding internal factors specifically financial ratios such as Return on Assets and Current Ratio and their ability to indicate a company's profit growth. This research employs a quantitative method using purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 64 non-cyclical consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021–2024 period. The data used are secondary data obtained from the companies’ annual financial reports. The data analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that, partially, Return on Assets does not have a significant effect on profit growth, whereas the Current Ratio has a significant effect. Simultaneously, both Return on Assets and Current Ratio have a significant effect on profit growth.
