Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational communication on employee performance. The background of this research is the importance of the role of leaders and effective communication systems in increasing employee productivity in the work environment. The method used is quantitative through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 36 respondents. The results showed: (1) T test on Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance with a Sig value. 0.004 < 0.05 and t count 3.119 > t table 2.034 so that partially the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance is 47.5%. (2) T test of Organizational Communication also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a Sig value. 0.003 < 0.05 and t count 3.262 > t table 2.034 so that partially the effect of organizational communication on employee performance is 48.6%. (3) The F test on the Transformational Leadership and Organizational Communication variables shows a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated f value of 25.040 > f table 3.28 with a simultaneous influence of 60.3%, so overall the independent variables of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Communication have a significant influence on Employee Performance

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive business environment, organizational culture has become an important factor influencing employee attitudes and behavior, including at PT X as a mining contractor. In addition, work stress resulting from task pressure and the work environment can also affect performance. This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and work stress on the performance of PT X employees, which has not been specifically researched before. This study employs a quantitative causal approach with 50 respondents as the sample. Data were collected via an online questionnaire and analyzed statistically to determine the influence of the two independent variables on performance, both partially and simultaneously. The determination coefficient test results indicate that organizational culture and work- related stress together influence performance by 45.8%. The t-test indicates that organizational culture has a significant partial effect (calculated t = 5.891 > table t = 2.011; sig. 0.000 < 0.05), while work stress does not (calculated t = 0.442 < table t; sig. 0.660 > 0.05). The F test shows that both simultaneously have a significant effect (F calculated 19.824 > F table 3.20; sig. 0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

Abstracts - This study aims to explain the partial and simultaneous influence between the variables of cooperation ability and work motivation on work productivity at CV. Buana Jaya Sentosa. This type of research is quantitative research because it is related to numbers and statistics to test variables and hypotheses. Data processing using the SPSS Version 22 program with a population of 41 employees of CV. Buana Jaya Sentosa. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires via google form to respondents and data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, f-tests, t-tests, and determination coefficient tests (R2) partially or simultaneously. From the research results for the variable of cooperation ability, partial significance on work productivity with a calculated t value of 3.044> ttable 2.024 and significant of 0.000 <0.05, then the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted, the work motivation variable has a partial significant effect on work productivity with a calculated t value of 2.194> ttable 1.648 and significant of 0.000 <0.05, then the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted, while the variables of cooperation ability and work motivation have a simultaneous significant effect on work productivity with a calculated f value of 14.899> ftable 3.24 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted

Abstract

In public service, community satisfaction is a response to the quality of an organization's performance. This quantitative study aims to examine and prove the partial and simultaneous effects of work discipline and employee competence on community satisfaction. Work discipline and employee competence are two key factors that can enhance the quality of services provided by the Investment Management and One-Stop Integrated Service Unit in Kebon Jeruk Subdistrict, West Jakarta. The study used 100 samples of service users from this unit, selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires measured on a Likert scale. Data analysis employed descriptive and inferential techniques using SPSS Version 25. The results indicate that: 1) work discipline has a significant partial effect on community satisfaction; 2) employee competence has a significant partial effect on community satisfaction; 3) work discipline and employee competence simultaneously affect community satisfaction. The T-test results show work discipline with t-count 6.181 > t-table 1.984 and p-value 0.000, employee competence with t-count 3.559 > t-table 1.984 and significance 0.000, and the F-test with F-count 49.485 > F-table 3.090 and significance 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Mie Gacoan Tangerang. Intense competition in the culinary industry requires companies to understand the factors influencing purchasing decisions, with price and product quality being primary consumer considerations. The research population includes all consumers who have purchased Mie Gacoan at least once, with a sample size of 100 people taken using accidental sampling technique and the LemeShow formula. A quantitative method was applied in this study; respondent data was collected by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using IBM SPSS version 25. The results show that partially, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 2.148; similarly, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 11.941. Simultaneously, both variables together have a significant influence with a value of 266.863. The resulting regression equation is Y = (-13.209 + 0.263X1 + 1.193X2). An R Square value of 84.6% indicates that both variables together influence the purchasing decision. The remaining 15.4% is influenced by other factors outside of this study

Abstract

Business competition requires companies to maintain the quality of services and products in order to increase customer satisfaction. CV Sumber Rejeki Teknik Sukses which is engaged in repair services and manufacturing machine components using lathe techniques. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction on CV. A Source of Success Techniques. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The population in this study was 62 customers, with a sample of 62 respondents. The result of this study is that the quality of service partially does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in CV. A Source of Success Techniques. The results were obtained from t calculated -0.820 > from t table 1.2960 with a sig of 0.416 > 0.05. Product quality partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in CV. A Source of Success Techniques. The results were obtained from t calculation 9,130 > from t table 1.2960 with sig 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the quality of service and product quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction in CV Sumber Rejeki Teknik Sukses. The results were obtained from the value of f calculated 420,222 > from f table 3.15 and significant of 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and well-being on performance. The research hypothesis tested is that there is a significant influence between motivation and well-being on performance at PT. Lemo Express Transindo. The research methods used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The observation technique involved direct observation of employees at work. The questionnaire technique involved distributing questionnaires to 31 employees to collect data by asking each employee to answer the statements listed in the questionnaire. The documentation study technique involved taking photographs during the observation. To determine the extent of the influence of motivation and employee well-being on performance, the authors used quantitative techniques, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination tests, all processed using SPSS 2025. The results showed that partially, work motivation and employee well-being had no significant effect on employee performance. However, simultaneously, work motivation and employee well-being significantly influenced employee performance, contributing 30%, while the remainder was influenced by other factors outside the study

Abstract

this research was conducted at Prasetiya Mulya University with the objective of examining the influence of performance (X1) and Helpdesk service quality (X2) on employee satisfaction (Y). The population of this research consisted of employees at Prasetiya Mulya University, Tangerang. The sampling technique employed was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. A total of employees were selected as the research sample. Data were analyzed using a quantitative method with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics Version 21. The finding of this study indicate that: 1) Performance (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction (Y), with a coefficient value of 3,671. 2) Helpdesk service quality (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction (Y), with a coefficient value of 5,361. 3) Performance (X1) and Helpdesk service quality (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee satisfaction (Y), with a combined value of 90,793. 4) The regression equation obtained in this study is: Y = 2,631 + 0,937 X1 + 1,312 X2. Abstract

PT X is a company founded in 2017 as a provider of supply chain solutions for the electricity and utilities sector in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work environment on employee performance at PT X. The method of data collection in the preparation of this thesis is through a survey on a population of 59 people with a sample of 59 using saturated sample techniques with a quantitative analysis method. The results show that training partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.000 T table of 3.730> 2.003. Work Environment partially has a positive and significant effect with a level of 0.003 2.011. Training and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.000 F table of 99.872> 3.20. These findings indicate the importance of effective training management and creating a conducive work environment to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Abstracts - This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee job satisfaction. A good organizational culture can shape the company's image and become a guideline for employee behavior. Meanwhile, the physical and non-physical work environment also affects job satisfaction, which ultimately has an impact on employee work results. This study was conducted at the Legal, Cooperation, and Public Relations Bureau of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia with a quantitative approach. A sample of 40 employees was obtained through questionnaires. The results of the t-test showed that organizational culture had a significant effect on job satisfaction (t count = 2.366> 2.026; sig. = 0.023 <0.05), and the work environment also had a significant effect (t count = 3.863> 2.026; sig. <0.05). Simultaneously, organizational culture and work environment affected employee job satisfaction (F count = 21.599> 3.24; sig. <0.001). Thus, both variables contributed significantly to increasing employe job satisfaction. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Employee Job Satisfaction.
