Abstract

Digital transformation requires teachers to develop interactive learning media that suit the characteristics of vocational education. This community service program aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of teachers at SMKN 1 Mootilango in developing Genially-based interactive media. The program employed a participatory, practice-based approach through needs analysis, material presentation, genially demonstrations, guided practice, product presentation and revision, evaluation, and reflection. The results showed that teachers gained a better understanding of interactive media principles and were able to develop learning media integrating text, images, videos, animations, navigation buttons, links, and quizzes. The program also encouraged greater confidence, openness to technology, and collaboration among teachers. The resulting media offered advantages in visual quality, interactivity, flexibility, and ease of distribution, although their use still depended on adequate devices and internet access. This training represents an initial step toward strengthening teachers’ digital competence and fostering an innovative learning culture at school.

The program employed health education, interactive discussions, demonstrations, mentoring, and evaluation through observation of participants’ ability to understand the benefits, procedures, and utilization of CKG services. A total of 25 participants attended the program. The evaluation results showed that 20 participants (80%) demonstrated good competence in understanding and utilizing the Free Health Check Program, while 5 participants (20%) still required further assistance. The program successfully enhanced participants’ knowledge, awareness, and participation in routine health examinations. Abstract

Sports coaches play an important role in supporting athletes' recovery through the application of sports massage. However, many coaches in Gorontalo City still have limited competence in anatomy-based sports massage. This community service program aimed to improve coaches' knowledge and practical skills through theory- and practice-based training. The program employed a participatory training approach consisting of lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practice, mentoring, and evaluation using a pretest-posttest design, observation, and participant satisfaction questionnaires. The results showed an increase in participants' average knowledge score from 58.4 to 84.6, with an N-Gain score of 0.63 (moderate category). Observation results indicated that more than 80% of participants were able to correctly perform sports massage techniques based on functional anatomy principles. Participants also expressed highly positive responses regarding the training materials, learning methods, and program benefits. The training successfully improved coaches' competence and produced a functional anatomy-based sports massage module that can be sustainably used to support athlete development programs.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to implement cross-community collaboration in distributing Ramadan food packages and cash assistance to survivors of flash floods and landslides living in emergency tents in Beutong Ateuh Banggalang, Nagan Raya, Aceh. Conducted on 15 February 2026, the activity involved Islam Selamatkan Negeri, student organizations of Universitas Teuku Umar, a campus Islamic organization, Akademi Komunitas Negeri Aceh Barat, and several Muslimah communities. A descriptive-participatory approach was applied through field observation, activity documentation, coordination with village officials, and direct aid distribution. Food packages and cash assistance were distributed in a coordinated manner despite crowding, unstable electricity, limited access to clean water, and light rain. The activity showed that collaboration among students, volunteers, religious communities, educational institutions, and village officials can support community-based humanitarian assistance. It also contributed to meeting part of the survivors’ basic needs before Ramadan and emphasized the importance of continuous post-disaster support.
