Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) VIII's downstream company is the Downstream Tea Industry (IHT). IHT makes two types of tea: tea bags and brewed tea.  The trademark used is Walini. Every year, IHT in running its business increases. This makes the author interested in examining the methods used and whether these methods are in accordance with sharia principles. Qualitative descriptive research is used in this type of research. Both primary and secondary data were used. Primary data was obtained from the marketing division, sales division, tabin, general department employees, and head of production. Data collection methods are through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results showed that IHT uses a marketing mix strategy, which includes product, price, location, and promotion strategies. The product strategy is to maintain quality, increase flavor variety, and improve packaging. The price strategy is Cost-Plus, Premium, Dynamic, and Competition-Based. The place (distribution) strategy is e-commerce, general trade, and contemporary trade. She uses gimmicks, collaborating with private and public educational institutions, events, and social media to promote herself. IHT uses sharia marketing strategies by using attributes and values such as spirituality, shidiq, amanah, fathanah, and tabligh.

Abstract

This research aims to measure and analyze the level of student interest in investing in the sharia capital market with a focus on the target research object, namely the Syari'ah Investment Gallery of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung for the 2022-2023 period. The research method used was a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to students and also conducting interviews with the Syari'ah Investment Gallery of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. As for the variables that serve as benchmarks, they are students' interest in investment, students' knowledge regarding investment and also students' knowledge regarding capital markets and sharia capital markets. The data was analyzed using statistical techniques using the Slovin method approach by collecting several data samples and processing them into concrete and relevant data. It is hoped that the results of the discussion in this research will provide some insight into the investment interest of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung students.

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of halal food products in an effort to protect consumers for Muslim in the Kiaracondong market. The objectives of this study are: 1) to further examine the halalness of food products as an effort to protect consumers in the Muslim community in Kiaracondong Market, Bandung City, West Java. 2) to find out the form of Muslim consumer protection in Kiaracondong Market, Bandung City, West Java. In running their business, most processed meat food traders do not fully understand the halal food products and consumer protection. This study used interview data collection techniques and documentation, interviews were conducted to traders of processed food products and consumers who purchased these food products. Documentation is used to obtain data regarding the description of Kiaracondong Market, Bandung City, West Java.  Based on data analysis by conducting interviews and documentation at Kiaracondong Market, Bandung City, West Java, researchers can conclude that both food traders and consumers have not implemented halal product standards as an effort to protect consumers. This is due to the lack of understanding and knowledge as well as awareness of traders of sellers about halal food standards to ensure the protection of Muslim consumers.

Abstract

Donation or donation is a voluntary element and does not expect a return of service or voluntary reward to have a noble value. It’s more of a human or human interest. A gift that is generally material or non-material. This study discusses the risk management of the distribution of donations to Palestine at the humanitarian agency MER-C Indonesia. This research was carried out with the aim of finding out the process of donation distribution and risk management of the distribution of donations to Palestine by MER-C Indonesia. Djohanputro defines risk management as a structured and systematic process in identifying, measuring, mapping, developing alternative risk management and monitoring and controlling risk management implementation. (2019:112) The type of research used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of interviews with staff or employees of MER-C Indonesia and secondary data of scientific journals. Data collection using triangulation techniques; i.e. observations, interviews and documentation. Further data processing techniques used in this research include editing, organizing and discovery of results. As for the results of the research, donations were distributed to Palestine through two programmes, the Indonesian Hospital in Gaza development program and the humanitarian aid program. Moreover, risk management of donation distribution is carried out MER-C by sending Indonesian volunteers to Palestine, making Egypt an alternative in channeling essential aid from outside the Palestinian territory, cooperating with various media partners and constantly updating through social media in the distribution of donations to Gaza, Palestine.

Abstract

Sukuk is a long-term security based on sharia issued by the issuer to sharia loan holders, which requires the issuer to pay the sharia loan holder's income in the form of profit sharing/margin/premium and repayment of interest funds at maturity. This statement is the definition of sharia bonds according to the National Sharia Council (DSN) No.32/DSNMUI/IX/2002. In Indonesia, according to the fatwa issued by the National Sharia Council, one of the types of sukuk is ijárah sukuk. Ijárah sukuk is financing that uses the ijárah contract system, or securities containing financial contracts based on sharia principles, which are issued by the issuing corporation, government or other institutions which require the sukuk issuer to pay a certain amount of compensation to the sukuk owner.rent out property and pay off family fixed assets on time. There are three parties involved in the sukuk ijárah contract. These contracts are investment contracts, namely between investors (sukuk holders) and special purpose vehicles (SPV) or collective investment contracts, sale and purchase contracts between SPV/KIK and suppliers or sellers of assets (goods), and lease contracts (ijárah) or sale and purchase contract. purchase between SPV/KIK and company or property tenants. Issuing sukuk in the capital market requires preparation for sukuk issuance.

Abstract

Islamic Economic History thought has the potential to become a bridge between earlier and later times, reshaping the latter to counteract the emergence of Islam and transform economics into a distinct academic discipline. Concerning the economic issues.The writings of early fiqh scholars teaching the Qur'an regarding existing economic problems were few and specific. This rope can be seen in the writings of early fiqh scholars teaching the Qur'an. The Qur'an mostly provides guidelines and prohibits the use of logic.This is what encouraged the emergence of virtuous scholars who work to organize committees to address new legal issues and develop legal logic (ushûl al-Fiqh) that can be applied to various segments of society.In addressing several issues, including economics, the scholars emphasize the Qur'an and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad as authoritative sources, along with various misdeeds committed by the followers of the prophet who arrived secretly. However, if they do not understand the legal implications in these summaries, they will apply analogies (qiyâs) and other derivation procedures to apply Sharia to new situations. Whenever a day passes, a number of fiqh mazhabs appear.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence work enthusiasm and work innovation have on the quality of work of employees at the Gorontalo province education and culture service. The population in this study were employees at the Gorontalo province education and culture service, namely 156 employees. The sampling technique used was random sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was 112 respondents and used the Slovin formula. Data collection uses questionnaires, observation, documentation and interviews. Analysis test tools using multiple linear regression analysis and statistical analysis methods using the SPSS 26 application. The results of this research show that, (1) work morale has a positive and significant effect on employee work quality; (2) work innovation has a positive and significant effect on employee work quality; (3) Simultaneously (together) work enthusiasm and work innovation have a positive and significant effect on work quality. To improve the quality of employee work, agencies need to pay attention to increasing employee morale and work innovation, so that work discipline and responsibility can be implemented that target improvements in solving problems in every job. So that if the work spirit and work innovation of employees at the Gorontalo provincial education and culture service is better, it will have an impact on improving the quality of work in every job they do.

Abstract

In the midst of the hustle and bustle of activity and high mobility of society, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java, is faced with a crucial problem, namely traffic jams. Significant traffic congestion in the Sidoarjo area, which affects transportation efficiency and road user safety. This research uses qualitative research methods with literature studies, to investigate and analyze traffic congestion problems in the Sidoarjo area and to explore solutions that can be implemented to overcome these problems. The result is an evaluation of alternative policies to overcome traffic jams on Jalan Raya Aloha Sidoarjo. This research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the most appropriate alternative policy to overcome this problem. The results of this research are about why the Aloha flyover is the most appropriate policy to overcome the problem of congestion on Jalan Raya Aloha. The decision to choose the flyover construction policy was because the policy met the criteria for overcoming congestion, namely reducing congestion, budget, quality and safety, ease of use and long-term benefits.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia continue to encounter various challenges such as limited capital, marketing barriers, and management issues, particularly in human resource management. Compensation serves as a crucial factor influencing employee performance and motivation. It is mandatory for every business in Indonesia to formulate a Pay Structure. This research aims to evaluate the Pay Structure of XYZ Catering MSME in Denpasar, Bali based on the 3P principle (Pay for Position, Person, and Performance). The data utilized comprises primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with business managers, supplemented by secondary data sourced from business websites and relevant literature. Job classification is conducted through job value analysis employing pairwise comparison based on 10 compensation factors assessed by business managers. Salary mapping is executed using a simple ranking method with adhered and overlapping double scales. Salary mapping with the adhered method yields a total salary increase of Rp10,218,890 from the initial total salary, whereas overlapping method result in a total salary increase of Rp5,789,746. Based on the analysis, the rectification of pay structure utilizing the overlapping simple ranking method is chosen due to its greater flexibility and offers pay structure improvement that aligns with the company's capabilities.

Abstract

This study review saspect sof the philosophy of science that focuses on aspect sof the development of science in the era of the industrial revolution 5.0. The study used a qualitative research method with aliteratur estudy approach.The collection of relevant data information is taken from various library sources suchas;books,journals,news, internet in accordance with the topic of discussion. The results of this study were obtained by classifying the dimensions, elements, and sub-elements of the relationship between philosophy and science, philosophy based on its character and function, the relationship between the philosophy of science and other sciences, studying philosophy, science and the industrial revolution 5.0.
