Abstract

Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan merupakan konsep pelaksanaan Tanggung Jawab Sosial yang dilaksanakan oleh seluruh BUMN. Program Kemitraan meliputi pemberian bantuan modal kepada UMKM yang memiliki potensi dan prospek untuk dikembangkan. Sasaran yang ingin dicapai adalah meningkatkan kemampuan kewirausahaan dan manajerial serta peningkatan kemampuan produksi, pemasaran, dan lain-lain sehingga UMKM yang dibina dapat menjadi usaha yang mandiri dan berkembang. Sejalan dengan ini, PT Pindad (Persero) membentuk Program Pembinaan Mitra Unggulan guna mewadahi UMKM yang siap untuk dimandirikan. Dampak yang dialami oleh target sasaran pada program ini membawa Pindad meraih penghargaan dalam ajang ICSRA ke-3 tahun 2019. Dalam program ini terlihat bahwa komunikasi yang terjalin antara Pindad dengan UMKM berlangsung baik dan memperoleh penerimaan serta komunikasi yang dijalankan tidak bersifat menggurui. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian studi kasus dengan jenis data kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pencarian informasi yang dilakukan, bagaimana pendekatan yang dilakukan, bagaimana komunikasi dalam implementasi program, dan komunikasi seperti apa yang digunakan dalam evaluasi program. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka dengan teknik validitas data berjenis triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pencarian informasi yang dilakukan sesuai dengan model pencarian informasi yang dikemukakan oleh David Ellis dengan tahapan starting, chaining, differentiating, browsing, monitoring, dan extracting. Penedekatan bersifat Informatif dan Persuasif yang bersifat respon proaktif, reaktif, dan akomodatif. Pelaksanaan Program Pembinaan Mitra Unggulan merupakan tahap lanjutan dari pembinaan UMKM, pembagian kerja dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitas. Evaluasi yang dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan pemantauan. Evaluasi juga dilakukan kepada implementasi jadwal, target, tujuan, dan anggaran.

Abstract

Adanya pandemi Covid-19 membawa dampak yang besar di semua bidang dalam kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia dan dunia, termasuk bidang pendidikan. Untuk memutus penyebaran Covid-19, maka kebijakan Belajar dari Rumah (BDR) harus diberlakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh BDR dan Peran Orang Tua   terhadap Motivasi Belajar. 2) pengaruh BDR terhadap Motivasi Belajar. 3). Pengaruh Peran Orang Tua terhadap Moditvasi Belajar. 4) pengaruh BDR dan Peran Orang Tua secara  terhadap Prestasi Belajar IPS. 5) pengaruh BDR terhadap Prestasi Beljar IPS. 6) pengaruh Peran Orang Tua terhadap Prestasi Belajar IPS. Penelitian mengambil lokasi di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 281 Jakarta. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini mewakili populasi di Sekolah Menengah Pertama  Negeri 281 Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi penelitian 358 dan sampel yang diambil 75 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kuessioner secara daring untuk variabel BDR, Peran Orang Tua, dan Motivasi belajar. Untuk variabel Prestasi Belajar IPS diadakan tes secara daring. Dengan angka sig = 0,004 < 0, 05 membuktikan bahwa terdapat signifikansi BDR dan Peran Orang Tua terhadap Motivasi Belajar. Dengan angka sig = 0,004 < 0, 05 membuktikan bahwa terdapat signifikansi BDR terhadap Motivasi Belajar. Dengan angka sig = 0,015 < 0, 05 membuktikan bahwa terdapat signifikansi peran orang tua terhadap Motivasi Belajar. Dengan angka sig = 0,000 < 0, 05 membuktikan bahwa terdapat signifikansi BDR dan Peran Orang Tua terhadap Prestasi Belajar IPS. Dengan angka Sig = 0,006 < 0, 05 membuktikan bahwa terdapat signifikansi BDR terhadap Prestasi Belajar IPS. Dengan angka Sig = 0.000 < 0, 05 membuktikan bahwa terdapat signifikansi Peran Orang Tua terhadap Prestasi Belajar IPS.   The covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact in all areas on leaves of Indonesians and world, including education. To break the spreading of Covid-19, the learning from home policy must be enforced. The  study aims to determine: 1) The influence of learning from home and the parental participation together on learning motivation. 2) The influence  of learning from home on learning motivation. 3). The influence of the parental participation on learning motivation. 4) The influence of learning from home and the parental participation togrther on Social Studies learning achievement. 5) The influence of learning from home on Social Studies learning ahievemnet. 6) The influence of the role of parents on Social studies learning achievment. The research took place at 281 Public Junior High school Jakarta, therefore this research represents the population at public junior high school Jakarta. The study using a quantitative research method and using multiple linier regression analysis technique. The research population was 358 and the sample was 75 respondents taken. Data collection was carried out using online questionnaire technique for variables of learning from home, the role of parents, and learning motivation. For the Social Studies Learning Achievement variabel, an online test was held. With the number sig = 0,004 < 0, 05, it proves that there is a significance of learning from home and parental participation on learning motivating. With the sig = 0,004 < 0, 05, it prove s that there is a significance of learning from home on learning motivation. With the sig = 0,015 < 0, 05, it proves that there is a significance of parental participation on learning motivation. With the sig = 0,000 < 0, 05, it proves that there is a significance of learning from home ang parental participation on the social studies learning achievement. With the sig = 0,006 < 0, 05 it proves that there is a significance of learning from home on the social studies learning achievement. With the Sig = 0,000 < 0, 05 it proves that there is a significance of parental participation on the social studies learning achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh variabel bebas (sikap dan motivasi belajar) terhadap variabel terikat (prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial) peserta didik terutama di SMP Negeri daerah Jakarta Timur. Jika didapatkan pengaruh yang bersifat positif dan sangat signifikan/meningkat, maka seberapa kuat pengaruh variabel bebas tersebut terhadap variabel terikat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret - Juli 2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survei. Dalam menganalisis teknik yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis korelasi dan juga teknik regresi. Teknik ini menghubungkan data yang menunjukan sikap dan motivasi belajar dengan data yang menunjukkan prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 666 seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII SMP N 81, SMP N 192, dan SMP N 222 Jakarta Timur. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 87 orang dari tiga sekolah dimana masing-masing sekolah terdiri atas 47 peserta didik dari SMPN 81, 15 peserta didik dari SMPN 192, dan 25 peserta didik dari SMPN 222. Hasil penelitian tersebut membuktikan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan sikap dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) peserta didik di SMP Negeri Jakarta Timur. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig = 0,000 < 0,05 dan Fhitung = 7,421. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan sikap belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) peserta didik SMPN di Jakarta Timur. Hal ini dbuktikan dengan nilai Sig = 0,136 > 0,005 dan Fhitung = 1,506. 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial peserta didik SMPN di Jakarta Timur. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig = 0,001 < 0,05, dan Fhitung = 3,301.   The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the independent variables (learning attitudes and motivation) on the dependent variable (social science learning achievement) of students, especially in Junior High Public School in East Jakarta. If there is a positive, significant and grow up influence, then how strong is the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. This research was conducted in March - July 2018. The method used in this study was a survey research method. Data collection techniques used are correlation and regression analysis techniques, namely connecting the data that shows attitudes and motivation to learn with data that shows learning achievement in Social Sciences. The population of this study was 666 all students of class VIII SMP N 81, SMP N 192, and SMP N 222, East Jakarta. The sample used in this study were 87 students from three schools where each school consisted of 47 students from SMPN 81, 15 students from SMPN 192, and 25 students from SMPN 222. The results of this study prove that: 1) there are significant influence of attitudes and motivation to learn together on the learning achievement of students in Social Sciences (IPS) at Junior High Public School in East Jakarta. It is found by the value of Sig = 0.000 <0.05 and Fcount = 7.421. 2) There is an insignificant effect of learning attitudes on the learning achievement of Social Sciences (IPS) students of SMPN in East Jakarta. This is evidenced by the value of Sig = 0.136> 0.005 and Fcount = 1.506. 3) There is a significant effect of motivation on the learning achievement of Social Sciences students of SMPN in East Jakarta. It is found by the value of Sig = 0.001 <0.05, and Fcount = 3.301.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya kemampuan guru dalam merancang dan menyusun administrasi akademik pembelajaran, rendahnya kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan dan memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dalam pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian  ini menjawab apakah dengan supervisi akademik di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia (guru) di SMPN 1 Sungai Pua.  Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dapat meningkatkan kualitas guru di SMPN 1 Sungai Pua. Peningkatan yang tampak adalah guru telah mampu membuat, merancang program pembelajaran RPP sesuai kurikulum darurat masa pandemi covid-19, guru mampu menggunakan dan memanfaatkan TI dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh selama pandemi covid-19, guru termotivasi untuk menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan dalam menggunakan media dan model pembelajaran berbasis TI.   This research is motivated by the lack of teachers' ability to design and organize academic administration of learning, the low ability of teachers to use and utilize Information Technology (IT) in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research answers whether academic supervision during the Covid-19 pandemic can improve the qualTIy of human resources (teachers) at SMPN 1 Sungai Pua. The implementation of academic supervision during the Covid-19 pandemic is able to improve the quality of teachers at SMPN 1 Sungai Pua, the visible improvements are: 1) teachers have been able to make, design lesson plans learning programs according to the emergency curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic, 2) teachers are able to use and utilize IT in distance learning during Covid-19 pandemic, 3) teachers are motivated to add insight and knowledge in using IT-based media and learning models.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring menjadi salah satu sarana dalam belajar mengajar di masa pandemi sekarang ini. Upaya dalam mengurangi penyebaran virus covid-19 guru di tuntut untuk bisa dalam memberikan materi mata pelajaran nya melalui media elektronik. Adapun hubungan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di lihat dari minat belajar siswa terutama siswa SMP Negeri 4 Comal. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan dampak apa saja yang mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa. Bagaimana hubungan pelaksana pembelajaran daring dengan minat belajar siswa selama masa pandemic. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dalam memahami hubungan antara variabel independen yakni pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring IPS dengan variable dependen yakni minat belajar siswa.   The implementation of online learning is one of the means of teaching and learning in the current pandemic. The teachers are required to be able to provide subject matter through electronic media and this is the efforts to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The relationship between the implementation of online learning is seen from the students' interest in learning, especially students of SMP Negeri 4 Comal. This research was made to determine how the implementation of learning and what impacts affect student interest in learning. How do online learning implementers relate to student learning interest during a pandemic. This study uses quantitative methods in understanding the relationship between the independent variables, namely the implementation of social studies online learning with the dependent variable, namely students' interest in learning.

Abstract

Tingkat persaingan perusahaan yang menjual produk air minum dalam kemasan semakin ketat karena maraknya barang-barang darurat merk baru, salah satunya merk syekher water. Orang dihadapkan pada pilihan produk yang luas, sehingga persepsi harga dan aktivitas promosi menjadi pertimbangan saat keputusan pembelian produk. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh antara persepsi harga dan promosi produk air minum clavio shekher water terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan kepada 145 anggota kelompok whatapps Himpunan Guru Nahdlatul Ulama Kota Surakarta sebagai konsumen utama air minum Syekher water di Kota Surakarta. Dengan teknik penelitian convinance sampling. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukkan persepsi harga dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk air minum Clavio Syekher Water, namun hanya memberikan kontribusi terhadap R value square (R2) sebesar 0,648 atau 64,80% terhadap keputusan pembelian. sedangkan sisanya 35,20% tidak diterangkan dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: Persepsi Harga, Promosi, Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen, Produk Air Minum Syekher Water.

Abstract

Indonesia mengalami pandemi Covid-19 di awal tahun 2020. Pandemi ini memaksa masyarakat untuk tetap di rumah untuk menekan penyebaran virus, termasuk di sektor pendidikan. Pembelajaran harus dilaksanakan secara daring dari rumah. Orangtua turut berperan dalam cara belajar yang baru ini. Aktivitas Belajar Dari Rumah (BDR) ini mengingatkan implementasi pendidikan karakter dimana keluarga juga merupakan fondasi pendidikan. Sebagai penelitian kualitatif, peneliti menganalisis bagaimana 18 nilai pendidikan karakter, oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia, diimplementasikan di lingkungan keluarga di masa Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner terhadap informan dan responden yaitu sejumlah orang tua dan peserta didik yang diampu oleh peneliti di SMP Negeri 85 Jakarta. Narasi dan hasil respons yang diperoleh dari informan dan responden digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan temuan. Hasil temuan menunjukkan 18 nilai pendidikan karakter tersebut dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh keluarga di rumah dengan persentase pelaksanaan paling rendah 85 persen dan paling tinggi 100 persen.   Indonesia experienced Covid-19 outbreak in the beginning of 2020. This outbreak forced people to stay at home for pushing down virus spreading, including education sector. Learning activity had to be done by online in home. Parents took role in this new learning manner. This learning from home activity reminds the implementation of character education that family is also the foundation of education. As qualitative research, the researcher analyzes how the 18 values of character education, issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture in Republic of Indonesia, are implemented family in the period of distance learning. The data collection was done by doing interview and questionnaire to informants and respondents, they are a group of parents and students that were taught by the researcher in SMP Negeri 85 Jakarta. The narration and response result taken from informants and respondents were used to describe findings. The findings show that the 18 values of character education were done well by the families in home with the percentage of implementation at the lowest 85 percent and the highest 100 percent.

Abstract

The question posted in this study was “Did the Problem Based – Learning Strategy give effect to the students’ ability in writing argumentative text in English Study Program of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu?”. The aim of this study was to examine whether problem-based learning strategies affect students' ability to write argumentative text in English Study Program of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. The methodology of this research was experimental research. With 146 students, the samples for this study consisted of two classes. Class B has 20 students and class C 20 students. The researchers took courses B and C because they had similar subject-writing skills. The researcher took class B and C because they have similar skill in writing I subject.  The data were obtained from the pre-test before the treatment in three meetings and post-test after the treatment by using Problem-Based Learning Strategy in experimental class. Students’ writing product is assessed by using analytical scoring rubric. The last step was the researcher discussed and concluded the data. The result of this research showed that Problem Based – Learning Strategy can improve students' writing skills. Calculated using T-test formula, it was found that t-count is higher than t-table (2.9>2.0024) and the average score  of the two classes was increased, the experimental class got increasing as much as 38.7 points, while in control class indicate the increasing as much as 3.8 points.  So, it can be concluded that this strategy gave a positive effect to the student’s ability in writing argumentative text.

Abstract

Webtoon is one of the mediums in delivering thoughts, point of view and life values with others; one of them is sweet home webtoon. By using visual Semiotic analysis, this study aimed to identify signs used in the Webtoon Sweet Home and to interpret the meanings of the Semiotic signs used in the Webtoon. The data source of this study is the serial comic entitled Sweet Home in the Webtoon which were technically collected using the qualitative method and visual materials in addition to applying the LINE Webtoon. Twenty six data were analyzed using the Visual Semiotic study proposed by Charles Sanders Peirce, including representamen, object and interpretant. Additionally, this study used three steps in interpreting the signs namely, non-verbal communicative legisign, framing techniques and communicative act. The study found that legisign was used on the panels in the Webtoon Sweet Home has general information in which the writer wishes to tell the readers. The legisign represents the meaning of the images portrayed in the Webtoon. Furthermore, the non-verbal communication legisign was identified based on facial expression, body language, posture and gesture. The framing technique concern what image shows, and the communicative act was analyzed based on the verbal sign found the Webtoon Sweet Home.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed patterns in all aspects of society, including its impact on political participation in society. Blitar Regency is a small example in several regions in Indonesia which carry out the 2020 simultaneous regional elections during the pandemic with a slightly different style from previous years. The purpose of the study was to determine the political participation of the Blitar district community in the 2020 simultaneous elections. The qualitative research method is a socio-political research with a normative-juridical approach with empirical data obtained from some information from informants who developed in the field. The results show that in a pandemic situation Covid-19 which has the potential to reduce public political participation in exercising their voting rights, it turns out that the Blitar Regency KPU is able to create a solution that is anticipatory, namely by implementing strict health protocols, and massive socialization either directly or digitally, so that it is able to approach the expected target, even higher from the previous two years. KPU, KPPS and the local community cooperate with each other to anticipate by trying to ensure health security during the simultaneous regional elections, also always trying to avoid possible frauds.
