Abstract

Employees usually receive a fixed salary from the company and can also be interpreted as a motivation toemployees that can be done periodically. The remuneration is made up of basic salary, overtime, and so on.The administration calculates the salaries of employees and the data necessary for the salary calculationprocess such as employee data, employee time accuracy reports, and such reports are obtained through theprocessing of the percentage of employees received when recapitulating the presence and working hours datafrom HRD. In the calculation of salaries, three methods that can be applied by the agencies of the cafe areavailable Net, Gross method, and Gross Up method. The processes that have not been integrated into thesystem including data processing and the process of employee wage calculation are still manual.A summary of the results of this study is a web-based employee remuneration application that can helpinternal cafes such as HRD, admin, general manager, and general manager.Keywords: wage system, gross, information system.

Abstract

This study aims to build a pharmaceutical drug inventory forecasting system at PT Barriz Santun Jayausing the Weighted Moving Average method and error accuracy using Mean Absolute Percentage Error(MAPE). The object of forecasting in this study is drugs that fall into the fast moving category or drugsthat sell faster. The results of the research conducted by the system can provide comparative informationbetween actual data and forecasting results, besides that the system can display the estimated druginventory in the following month and produce an error using MAPE, while the forecasting results fall intothe category of being quite feasible in predicting the stock of fast moving drug supplies at PT BarrizSantun Jaya because it has an average error value between 20% - 23%. In conclusion, it is necessary tocompare using other methods, in order to see the accuracy of the forecasting results, while the accuracy ofthe error results can be minimized by comparing through calculations in certain periods, until you get atotal weight that is considered appropriate for forecasting.Keywords: Forecasting, Pharmaceutical Drugs, Weighted Moving Average, Website.

Abstract

Scheduling is the act, process, and method of scheduling or entering schedule data involves preparingactivities for a specific period while considering a number of variables, including classes, teachers, and time.The scheduling procedure at Omah Sinau Tutoring is still done manually. This causes inefficient use of timeand will affect the standard of education received by students. Omah Sinau Tutoring uses genetic algorithmsas an optimization technique to create schedules in order to overcome this problem. Many optimizationproblems can be solved with genetic algorithms. The benefits of analogies between the mechanisms ofnatural selection and the mechanisms of interbreeding, mutation, and other features inherent in the geneticalgorithm process serve as the basis for genetic algorithm solutions, rather than mathematical calculations.Genetic algorithms are capable of handling complex problems that are challenging to tackle by traditionalapproaches. The number of populations, generations, crosses, and mutations that can be handled by thegenetic algorithm to solve the problem by generating optimal scheduling and reducing the time needed tocreate the schedule so that the process of creating it becomes effective and efficient are the parameters used,based on the results of the tests conducted.Keywords: scheduling, genetic algorithm, tutoring.

Abstract

Information technology has become a crucial element in various fields, including services in Indonesia,which continue to develop rapidly. The use of information technology allows companies to accessinformation quickly, accurately, and precisely, as well as provide effective and efficient services. CV PerdanaMitra Inovasi, a local internet service provider in Rejoagung Village, Jombang Regency, faces challenges inthe conventional and slow customer complaint reporting process. With thousands of customers and a limitednumber of admins, prioritizing issues is difficult.In order to solve this issue, a decision support system (DSS) based on the TOPSIS technique was created toassist in establishing the importance of fixing FTTH network issues.. This system allows for the selection ofissues that should be addressed first and provides a list of repair solutions. The TOPSIS method was chosenbecause it can combine quantitative and qualitative elements accurately and precisely. The criteria in thecalculation include the number of affected customers, the number of technicians required, repair costs,estimated repair time, and distance. It is anticipated that using this method, the decision-making process inhandling FTTH network issues will be faster and easier, resulting in more optimal customer service.

Abstract

The implementation of a decision support system will be implemented in a website-based application aimed at making it easier for consumers to get the best smartphone recommendations. The study applied the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique method to determine the weighting. on the system and generate data according to the parameters consumer needs. The results of this research are a website-based application that contains recommendations for smartphones that are running effectively and are intended to be used by consumers in the Fast Fund Store as a means to rejuvenate smartphone recommendations as needed. This can be explained by the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique's successful use of scaling when an application is running.

Abstract

Forecasting or prediction is a technique utilize to anticipate future indefiniteness in an attempt to make more effective judgement. Fuzzy Time Series is the latest approach in preparation brilliance that is utilize to predict propositions by translating annals data into linguistic values ​​and producing more precise predictions. This research discusses the fuzzy time series system developed by Chen (1996) to predict the number of visitors to the Indonesian Islamic Museum Hasyim Asy'ari Tebuireng Jombang (MINHA) in July 2024. In fuzzy time series, the extensive of the interval greatly influences the predictions results. The system for quotation the extensive of the interval used in this study uses Sturges' rule, predicting the number of visitors to the MINHA museum based on data for June 2022 - April 2024, the forecast results for May were 1390,583 with a MAPE value of 21.27, while the forecast for June produced a forecast of 17,204,417 months. Abstract

To keep pace with rapid technological advances and increase the amount of information available about all types of procurement activities, an information system is needed that assists with many tasks in the process. Computers are tools designed to make human work easier, provided they achieve a high level of performance, both in hardware and software development. All industrial companies, regardless of the size of the company, even newly established ones, must have a warehouse. Goods vary depending on the type and quantity of goods. This research aims to: First, to build an inventory information system application at the Berdikari Mancilan Mojoagung Ceramic Shop. Second, to apply the Reorder Point (ROP) method to inventory goods at the Berdikari Mancilan Mojoagung Ceramic Shop. This research uses field research or surveys. Techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation are used to obtain data for this study. Informants in this study include leaders and employees of the Berdikari Mancilan Mojoagung Ceramic Shop. The methods used to obtain data collected using observation and interview techniques include: Problem identification, literature study, data collection, requirements analysis, system design, implementation and testing. Abstract

The research aims to design and build a system of inventory prediction using the Weighted Moving Average (WMA) method at ATK Partner Store. These stores have problems in managing inventory, often in excess or shortage of inventory. To address the problem, the study used the WMA method, which gives greater weight to the latest data, to improve the accuracy of predictions. The data used in this study is sales data from January to May 2024. Using this data, predictions are made for June 2024 and beyond. The research process involves several stages, including data collection, system needs analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing. The system is designed using PHP as a server-side programming language to ensure optimal performance. Research results showed that the WMA method can produce inventory predictions with a high degree of accuracy, demonstrated by a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) below 10% for each type of goods. For example, inventory forecasts for June 2024 showed highly accurate results with a MAPE value of 0.031679478%. The system developed enabled Partner Stores to plan inventory better, reducing the risk of surpluses or stock shortages. The benefits of this research are not only perceived by the Partner Shop, but also provide new insights to students and contribute to the university in the development of science in the field of information systems and forecasting of supply. Abstract

This research aims to apply the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as a decision support tool for determining the eligibility of new members in the village youth organization. The Simple Additive Weighting method is chosen for its ability to handle various criteria and rank candidates based on the weighted sum of each criterion. This process involves several stages, including identifying assessment criteria, assigning weights to each criterion, normalizing values, and final calculations to determine candidate rankings. The research findings show that the SAW method can be effectively and efficiently implemented, providing objective and transparent results in the new member selection process. In this study, the algorithm used is the Simple Additive Weighting algorithm. The results indicate that the selection system for Karang Taruna members functions well. With the testing of 20 applicant inputs, the system can calculate accurately. The system's assessment scored a total of 1217.5, and the manual calculation scored 1270.4, resulting in an accuracy percentage of 95.83%. Thus, it can be concluded that the system's accuracy is good and can facilitate obtaining value data from the selection of Karang Taruna member applicants. Abstract

MTs Darul Falah is an agency that predicts the best students manually and still uses Excel, so the system that has been created will make it easier for teachers to predict the best students. In determining/predicting the best students the author uses the Decision Tree method. Decision Tree One of the classification algorithms that is commonly used to obtain non-binary classification results where the results will form the root of a decision tree. Therefore, the importance of the best student prediction system in making a decision. The aim of the research is to make it easier for schools to determine the best students who can be sent to take part in the Olympics. In this research, testing was carried out using Black Boks Testing. The results of this research are in the form of a website-based best student prediction system with data from 25 students who were predicted to be the best students. Overall it can be concluded that in testing the application the best student predictions were received according to what was needed. Keywords: Predictions, Decision Trees, Thesis Topics
