Abstract

The aim of designing the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) on the stock management website at the Department of Communication and Information (Diskominfo) is to produce a system that is efficient, easy to use, and supports smooth inventory management. This website is named STOFO (Diskominfo Goods Stock System). The Figma application is used in UI/UX design to create a more intuitive and responsive display according to user needs. The design process starts with identifying needs, creating wireframes, interface design, and testing to ensure user comfort. It is hoped that the results of this design can speed up updating and checking stock data and simplify administration at Diskominfo. With a simple and easy to understand design, users can quickly access stock information, thereby increasing efficiency and productivity in inventory management. Abstract

This research explores the use of Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm to optimize package delivery routes in the courier industry. With the increasing popularity of online shopping, delivery efficiency is becoming increasingly crucial. The ACO algorithm was chosen for its ability to solve the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) by finding the shortest route connecting multiple points. The research data was collected through interviews with couriers and analysis of the delivery route, which includes the coordinates of the package recipient to calculate the distance between points using MapBox. The results showed that the ACO algorithm was able to generate routes with shorter total distances compared to conventional methods. However, implementation in the field requires consideration of other factors such as the availability of package recipients, delivery demand at certain hours, and variations in delivery locations. This finding underscores the importance of considering various additional factors for the effective implementation of this method. The implementation of a web-based system that records the coordinates of the recipient and suggests efficient paths is proposed to improve delivery efficiency. Abstract

Developments in the industrial sector that go hand in hand with technological developments can certainly have a positive impact, one of these positive impacts is improving the economy. The business sector that is currently developing a lot is the business sector that operates in the trade sector. Agung Bakery Bakery is a company that operates in the trading sector by selling various types of bread offline. However, many consumers complain about the lack of online stores available. This shows that there is an opportunity to expand the reach of the business and improve service to customers by introducing an online store. The method used in this research is the Scrum method. The Scrum method was chosen because of its ability to manage projects flexibly and adaptively to changing needs during the development process. The development process begins with identifying user needs, followed by sprint planning, development, testing, and evaluation. Each iteration or sprint results in increased functionality that is tested and validated by users. The aim of this research is to find out the application and workings of a web-based online sales information system using the Scrum method at the Agung Bakery bakery. The result of this research is the application of the Scrum method in developing this system, the results are very targeted and run smoothly. This Agung Bakery bakery website can be used as a solution to the problem being studied. Keywords: Scrum, Website, information system.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a website that can diagnose damage to injection motorbikes using the forward chaining method, with a case study carried out at the Zafran Motor Workshop. to this research is the increasing complexity of injection systems on motorbikes, which often makes it difficult for motorbike owners to identify and repair damage that occurs. The diagnosis process begins with receiving input of injection motor damage symptoms from the user through a friendly and easy to understand interface. The system uses the forward chaining method to evaluate the entered symptoms and develop existing rules to identify the cause of the damage. The diagnosis results are based on 43 symptoms, 27 types of damage, and 7 rules for diagnosing injection motor damage. This research succeeded in designing a website to diagnose injection motor damage using the forward chaining method The majority of respondents (84%) were very satisfied with the performance of this website, while 4% were satisfied, 8% were quite satisfied, and 4% were dissatisfied. Surveys show the majority find the website easy to use with an intuitive interface and clear instructions for use. Thus, this research produces an injection motor damage diagnosis website that is effective and reliable in determining the cause of damage accurately. The main contribution of this research is to provide a solution that makes it easier for users to diagnose injection motor problems independently, with reliable diagnostic results and a user-friendly interface. Abstract

Mahkota Jati Jepara is a store specializing in various types of teak wood furniture. Currently, the sales data processing system in this store is still done manually. Sales of goods are managed using receipt-based bookkeeping, which leads to difficulties in searching for sales data. This also makes it challenging for company management to obtain information regarding the quantity of goods expected to be sold in the upcoming period. The use of a sales forecasting information system is expected to provide many benefits for companies in managing and processing sales data and sales transactions. By utilizing goods sales data from previous periods, companies can forecast the number of sales that are likely to occur in the future period. With this forecasting system, the store can anticipate the number of sales for the next period. Therefore, a sales information system is needed that uses the double moving average method. This method was chosen because it can help in forecasting sales, so that company leaders can predict market needs and determine the amount of stock that must be provided, so that there is no shortage or excess of furniture sold in the shop. abstranct is a brief summary of a research article, thesis, review, conference proceeding or anydepth analysis of a particular subject or disipline, and is often used to help the reader quickly ascertain the paper purposes. When used, an abstract always appears at the beginning of a manuscript or typescript, acting as the point-of-entry for any given academic paper or patent application. Absatrcting and indexing services for various academic discipline are aimed at compiling a body of literature for that particular subject. Abstract length varies by discipline and publisher requirements. Abstracts are typically sectioned logically as an overview of what appears in the paper. Abstract

Determining the ranking of exemplary students can often be challenging due to the lack of systems toassist in decision-making. One applicable model is the Decision Support System (DSS). DSS isdesigned to enhance decision-makers' capabilities by providing necessary information and analysisbased on predefined criteria set by Pondok Pesantren. DSS aims not to replace human judgment butto aid in complex decision-making processes. In the context of Pondok Pesantren Al-Muhajirin,selecting exemplary students is often difficult due to the absence of objective methods to swiftlyassess eligibility based on available data. This research proposes using a web-based DecisionSupport System employing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP is a method that helps organize and analyze various relevant criteria during decision-making processes, thereby enabling a more effective selection of students deserving the title of exemplary student and scholarships. The findings of this study indicate that implementing a Decision Support System using AHP successfully yields final outcomes usable by decision-makers at Pondok Pesantren. Thus, this system not only enhances objectivity in the selection process but also accelerates and optimizes decision-making based on available data. Abstract

Spinach or amaranthus is a type of green plant commonly consumed by the public and has a long history as a highly nutritious food. Typically, this plant only exhibits mild symptoms of pests and diseases during early stages, which are often overlooked by farmers as common occurrences during the growing season. However, when these symptoms escalate and spread extensively, it is often too late to control them, resulting in decreased productivity or even crop failure. In addressing this issue, an Android-based application system has been developed to identify diseases in spinach plants. The choice of an Androidbased application was due to its cost and time efficiency. Based on conducted research, the author designed a system utilizing the Bayes' Theorem method for diagnosing diseases in spinach plants. This system is capable of providing rapid diagnosis results, including certainty percentages and recommended treatment solutions. Abstract

AW Futsal is located in Laok Jang-jang Village, Arjasa District, Sumenep Regency and provides sports fields for futsal. AW Futsal often faces customer complaints related to inadequate booking services. The main problems encountered are irrelevant information and the occurrence of double booking. Developing a webbased ordering system using the FCFS algritma is the purpose of this research to solve the problem. The FCFS algorithm prioritizes the process based on the order of arrival so that the first booker will be served first. This system is expected to increase efficiency and accuracy in the futsal field ordering process at AW Futsal, as well as improve the quality of service to customers. The calculation results from the data collected on April 21, 2024 with an average waiting time of 240 minutes from the average waiting time for field use 300 minutes from 9 bookers. Abstract

Cooperatives are one of the driving forces of the Indonesian economy, but often face the problem of a lack of information on customer deposits and loans that exceed the specified amount. Research conducted at the Makmur Farmers Cooperative, Tejo Village, Mojoagung District monitor functioning collaborative systems. Online platform applications can be used in collaborative processes. A web-based application created with the Codeigniter framework using the Scrum method, which aims to minimize the occurrence of problems in the collaborative savings and loan process. The Scrum method is often used because it implements processes in short iterative cycles and actively involves users in post-creation, prioritization, and review. This research aims to design and build an application capable of handling savings, loans and repayment. From the results of the training survey on developing the Savings and Loans Application System for Rich Farmer Cooperatives, it was found that 5 respondents agreed to use information technology to assist and develop the work of the Savings and Loans Cooperative application. Abstract

The Indonesia Pintar Program at SD Negeri Plemahan 2, Sumobito District, utilizes the TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. TOPSIS was selected due to its capability to offer optimal solutions by assessing how close alternatives are to the ideal solution.This study created a web-based information system to streamline the selection process of scholarship recipients. The system integrates various relevant criteria to assess the eligibility of candidates, such as economic conditions, academic performance, and other supporting factors. By applying the TOPSIS method, this system can offer more objective and structured recommendations in determining aid recipients.The study's results indicate that the information system not only enhances efficiency in the selection process but also provides better transparency and accuracy in decision-making. The school scholarship aid is granted to students in grades I-VI at SD Negeri Plemahan 2. The final TOPSIS calculation yielded a highest score of 0.916044465, selecting the students who correspond with the recipients of the school scholarship aid for the 2023/2024 academic year.
