Abstract

Commitment of teacher's organization is very important because through commitment a teacher can become more responsible for his main duties and functions than those who do not have commitment to the organization. The existing phenomenon is that the teacher's commitment to the organization has not been as expected. The desire to develop and build quality schools is still low, so it is still far from expectations. The purpose of this study is to find efforts to increase organizational commitment in East Jakarta State Senior High Schools through the strengtenth of organizational culture, learning organization and personality. These efforts are made through the identification of the strengths between these variables. This research is a combination study using a correlational approach and SITOREM Analysis. Correlational statistical methods are used to determine whether organization culture, learning organization and personality variables have a positive relationship with organizational commitment. The SITOREM analysis is used to determine the order of priorities and the recommendations for improvement of the indicators needed. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between organizational commitment and organizational culture and learning organization. This means that to increase organizational commitment, good organizational culture and organizational learning are needed.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efforts of school leaders in improving teacher performance through the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) principles in modern Islamic boarding schools (Pondok Pesantren Modern). Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research explores leadership practices that integrate continuous improvement, participatory decision-making, and quality assurance systems within educational management. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving school principals, teachers, and administrative staff in a modern Islamic boarding school setting. The findings reveal that leaders play a pivotal role as change agents in establishing a culture of quality by promoting teamwork, accountability, and innovation in teaching practices. Through consistent monitoring, feedback mechanisms, and the application of TQM’s Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, teacher performance significantly improved, particularly in instructional planning, classroom management, and student learning outcomes. Moreover, the integration of TQM fosters shared responsibility and alignment between organizational goals and individual teacher competencies. The study concludes that leadership based on TQM principles contributes not only to teacher professionalism but also to the sustainability of educational excellence in faith-based institutions that combine traditional values with modern management practices.

Abstract

Developing a strong linkage between educational institutions and the labor market has become a crucial priority in building a skilled and competitive workforce. This study aims to analyze the current condition and formulate strategic frameworks to strengthen the link and match between vocational education and industry needs in Indonesia, with a specific focus on Kebumen Regency. Employing a literature review method, this research synthesizes theories, empirical findings, and policy frameworks from books, academic journals, and validated online sources. The analysis focuses on identifying the relevance and effectiveness of the Triple Helix Model a collaborative synergy between schools, industries, and local governments as a strategic approach to enhance the alignment of vocational education with employment demands. The findings reveal that the link and match policy has not yet achieved optimal results, as seen from the relatively high unemployment rates among vocational school graduates. The gap between labor supply and industrial demand persists due to curriculum mismatches, limited industrial partnerships, and insufficient local government support. The study highlights the importance of multi-stakeholder collaboration through the Triple Helix approach to design adaptive curricula, establish internship programs, provide competency certification, and ensure graduate absorption by industries. Strengthening coordination among educational institutions, industries, and local governments is essential to create sustainable, skill-based employment opportunities. This research contributes theoretically to the development of vocational education management and practically offers a strategic framework for policymakers and educational leaders to enhance the effectiveness of link and match programs toward achieving human capital competitiveness in the era of Industry 4.0.

Abstract

The Objectives of this research are (1) to find out the effectiveness of the mechanism of monetary policy transmission by reviewing some required to achieve the final goal namely inflation by using the asset price and inflation expectations. (2) to find out determine which is more effective in realizing the final inflation target. This research uses regression models of Structural Vector Autoregression (SVAR) to estimate the effects of the mechanism of monetary policy transmission on inflation through the asset prices channel and the inflation expectation channel and also review some required to achieve the final goal namely inflation. The data used in this research are time series quarterly from 2010 to 2021. The secondary data used is sourced from the annual report officially published on the website of Bank Indonesia, the Statistics Center Agency, and the Ministry of Investment/BKPM. The variables used to estimate the mechanism of monetary policy transmission through the asset price channel are the BI rate, interest rates of the money market among banks, composite stock price index, real investment, output gap, and inflation. The variables used to estimate the mechanism of monetary policy transmission through the inflation expectation channel are the BI rate, inflation expectations, output gap, and inflation. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the mechanism of monetary policy transmission through the asset prices channel to achieve the final target on inflation each of which requires 6 (six) quarters. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the mechanism of monetary policy transmission through the inflation expectations channel to achieve the final target on inflation each of which requires 4 (four) quarters. The results also show that the inflation expectation channel is more effective than the asset price channel in realizing the final inflation target.
