Jurnal Mahasiswa Manajemen Umum (JMMU) adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) Akademi Manajemen Administrasi Yogyakarta. Jurnal ini hadir sebagai sarana komunikasi ilmiah bagi mahasiswa untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian, kajian teoritis, maupun studi kasus di bidang manajemen secara luas. JMMU bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan pengetahuan di bidang manajemen, memberikan ruang bagi mahasiswa dalam menyalurkan gagasan dan hasil penelitiannya, serta menjadi referensi akademik bagi sivitas akademika dan masyarakat umum yang memiliki minat pada studi manajemen. Ruang lingkup publikasi JMMU mencakup berbagai topik manajemen, seperti manajemen pemasaran, manajemen sumber daya manusia, manajemen operasional, manajemen keuangan, kewirausahaan, dan topik-topik relevan lainnya. Setiap artikel yang diterbitkan telah melalui proses penelaahan sejawat (peer review) guna menjamin kualitas dan kontribusi ilmiah. Dengan terbitnya JMMU secara berkala, diharapkan dapat memacu semangat mahasiswa untuk aktif meneliti, menulis, dan mempublikasikan karya ilmiah yang bermanfaat bagi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan praktik manajerial di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of a safety management system (SMS) by Apron Movement Control personnel on airside safety at Yogyakarta International Airport. This study used a quantitative research method, selecting a population of 34 AMC employees. Data analysis techniques used validity tests, reliability tests, and simple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing used a t-test and the level of relationship between variables was determined using R-test. The t-test results obtained a calculated t-value > t-table (6.664 > 2.0369), indicating that SMS implementation significantly influences airside safety. Based on the results, the regression equation Airside Safety (Y) = 12.718 + 0.598 SMS Implementation (X) indicates that SMS implementation influences airside safety. The coefficient of determination test yielded an R-square value of 0.580. This means that the SMS implementation variable influences airside safety at Yogyakarta International Airport by 58.0%, while the remaining 42.0% is influenced by other causal factors originating from outside this regression method.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of manual and digital correspondence management in realizing accountable administrative governance at the Department of Education, Youth, and Sports of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (Disdikpora DIY). Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that manual correspondence is still used, particularly for confidential letters or those requiring wet signatures, while the digital system via the SRIKANDI application enhances tracking capability, time efficiency, and archive security. The digital system supports administrative transparency and accountability by providing an auditable digital trail. However, the coexistence of manual and digital systems has led to work duplication and decreased efficiency. Other challenges include limited digital literacy, inadequate network infrastructure, and employee resistance to change. Therefore, sustainable human resource training, improved technological infrastructure, and strict internal policy are required to fully integrate the digital system. Such integration is essential to achieve modern, professional, and accountable public administration in alignment with good governance principles.

Abstract

Background : Hypertension in one degenerative diseases that has high mortality level and influences the quality of life and the productivity of elderly. The Physicaal changing decrease of the elderly causes health problem that is caysed by aning process and that often happens in the cardiovaskular system is hypertension disease. Problems were found in the village Trimulyo is less active elderly Posyandu activities because of the lack of family support that drove the elderly and the less explains the benefits cadres Posyandu activities so that the health condition of the elderly can not be monitored well, especially in patients with hypertension. One of the solutions in the management effort for hypertension in the elderly is the role of family support and the role of the cadre in recognizing, supervising, and taking care of the health problems in the elderly. The role of the cadre that is optimal and that is increasing the health level can control the disease in the elderly. Objective : The objective of the research was to find out the influence of the role of family support and the role of the cadre in the hypertension management effort in the Posyandu for the elderly in Puskesmas Jetis 1 Bantul. Methodology : The research was analytical survey in nature with cross sectional research design. The sample taken was 44 respondens using Total Sampling technique. The research instrument was using questionnaire and the data analysis was using Kendall Tau’s test. Result : The role of family support in the management effort for hypertension in the elderly has p value of 0,000. This showed that 0,000 < 0,05 and r count of 0,922. The role of the cadre in the management effort for hypertension in the elderly has p value of 0,000. This showed that 0,000 < 0,05 and r count of 0,734. Conclusion : There was an influence of the family support in management effort for hypertension in the elderly and it indicated the the level of the correlation was vey strong and the t count value has positif correlation direction. Meanwhile, there as also an influence of the role of the cadre in management effort for hypertension in the elderly and it indicated that the level of the correlation was strong the r count value has positive correlation direction.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the partial and simultaneous effects of work discipline and work facilities on employee performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning. Issues related to work discipline and work facilities can disrupt employee performance. This is a quantitative study because it uses measurement methods and samples to test variables and hypotheses. Data was collected using questionnaires and observations. The researcher conducted several tests, including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, t-tests, F-tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and determination coefficient tests. The population in this study consisted of all 61 employees at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Work facilities have a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline and work facilities have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.
