Jurnal Mahasiswa Manajemen Umum (JMMU) adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) Akademi Manajemen Administrasi Yogyakarta. Jurnal ini hadir sebagai sarana komunikasi ilmiah bagi mahasiswa untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian, kajian teoritis, maupun studi kasus di bidang manajemen secara luas. JMMU bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan pengetahuan di bidang manajemen, memberikan ruang bagi mahasiswa dalam menyalurkan gagasan dan hasil penelitiannya, serta menjadi referensi akademik bagi sivitas akademika dan masyarakat umum yang memiliki minat pada studi manajemen. Ruang lingkup publikasi JMMU mencakup berbagai topik manajemen, seperti manajemen pemasaran, manajemen sumber daya manusia, manajemen operasional, manajemen keuangan, kewirausahaan, dan topik-topik relevan lainnya. Setiap artikel yang diterbitkan telah melalui proses penelaahan sejawat (peer review) guna menjamin kualitas dan kontribusi ilmiah. Dengan terbitnya JMMU secara berkala, diharapkan dapat memacu semangat mahasiswa untuk aktif meneliti, menulis, dan mempublikasikan karya ilmiah yang bermanfaat bagi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan praktik manajerial di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of a safety management system (SMS) by Apron Movement Control personnel on airside safety at Yogyakarta International Airport. This study used a quantitative research method, selecting a population of 34 AMC employees. Data analysis techniques used validity tests, reliability tests, and simple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing used a t-test and the level of relationship between variables was determined using R-test. The t-test results obtained a calculated t-value > t-table (6.664 > 2.0369), indicating that SMS implementation significantly influences airside safety. Based on the results, the regression equation Airside Safety (Y) = 12.718 + 0.598 SMS Implementation (X) indicates that SMS implementation influences airside safety. The coefficient of determination test yielded an R-square value of 0.580. This means that the SMS implementation variable influences airside safety at Yogyakarta International Airport by 58.0%, while the remaining 42.0% is influenced by other causal factors originating from outside this regression method.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of manual and digital correspondence management in realizing accountable administrative governance at the Department of Education, Youth, and Sports of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (Disdikpora DIY). Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that manual correspondence is still used, particularly for confidential letters or those requiring wet signatures, while the digital system via the SRIKANDI application enhances tracking capability, time efficiency, and archive security. The digital system supports administrative transparency and accountability by providing an auditable digital trail. However, the coexistence of manual and digital systems has led to work duplication and decreased efficiency. Other challenges include limited digital literacy, inadequate network infrastructure, and employee resistance to change. Therefore, sustainable human resource training, improved technological infrastructure, and strict internal policy are required to fully integrate the digital system. Such integration is essential to achieve modern, professional, and accountable public administration in alignment with good governance principles.

Abstract

Background : Hypertension in one degenerative diseases that has high mortality level and influences the quality of life and the productivity of elderly. The Physicaal changing decrease of the elderly causes health problem that is caysed by aning process and that often happens in the cardiovaskular system is hypertension disease. Problems were found in the village Trimulyo is less active elderly Posyandu activities because of the lack of family support that drove the elderly and the less explains the benefits cadres Posyandu activities so that the health condition of the elderly can not be monitored well, especially in patients with hypertension. One of the solutions in the management effort for hypertension in the elderly is the role of family support and the role of the cadre in recognizing, supervising, and taking care of the health problems in the elderly. The role of the cadre that is optimal and that is increasing the health level can control the disease in the elderly. Objective : The objective of the research was to find out the influence of the role of family support and the role of the cadre in the hypertension management effort in the Posyandu for the elderly in Puskesmas Jetis 1 Bantul. Methodology : The research was analytical survey in nature with cross sectional research design. The sample taken was 44 respondens using Total Sampling technique. The research instrument was using questionnaire and the data analysis was using Kendall Tau’s test. Result : The role of family support in the management effort for hypertension in the elderly has p value of 0,000. This showed that 0,000 < 0,05 and r count of 0,922. The role of the cadre in the management effort for hypertension in the elderly has p value of 0,000. This showed that 0,000 < 0,05 and r count of 0,734. Conclusion : There was an influence of the family support in management effort for hypertension in the elderly and it indicated the the level of the correlation was vey strong and the t count value has positif correlation direction. Meanwhile, there as also an influence of the role of the cadre in management effort for hypertension in the elderly and it indicated that the level of the correlation was strong the r count value has positive correlation direction.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the partial and simultaneous effects of work discipline and work facilities on employee performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning. Issues related to work discipline and work facilities can disrupt employee performance. This is a quantitative study because it uses measurement methods and samples to test variables and hypotheses. Data was collected using questionnaires and observations. The researcher conducted several tests, including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, t-tests, F-tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and determination coefficient tests. The population in this study consisted of all 61 employees at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Work facilities have a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline and work facilities have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of the Quality of the Online Registration System on the Mobile JKN Application on Outpatient Satisfaction at Permata Husada Bantul DIY Hospital. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were patients who used the online registration service on the Mobile JKN application, with a sample of 50 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, documentation and literature studies by obtaining research results that there is a positive and significant effect of the quality of the online registration system on the Mobile JKN application on user satisfaction, with this significance <0.05 (0.000 <0.005) and a determination coefficient value of 0.536 indicating that 53.6% on the level of user satisfaction. With this, improving the quality of the system for online registration on the Mobile JKN application can increase the satisfaction of outpatients at Permata Husada Bantul DIY Hospital.

Abstract

Patient service has an influence on sales turnover of drugs and medical devices because of the emergence of a good sense of service will feel happy and comfortable using the services of a pharmacy or hospital so that the quality provided and the sense of service provided by the patient will affect sales turnover, especially in the installation section. pharmacy. -The purpose of writing this final report is to find out whether there is an effect of patient care on sales turnover of drugs and medical devices in the pharmacy installation section of the TK III Hospital 04.06.03 Dr. Soetarto The writing method uses a sample of 45. By using the IMB SPSS Statistics 22 tool. The results of this paper indicate that there is a significant effect between patient care on sales turnover of drugs and medical devices carried out in the t test. From the results of table 4.9 above, t count is 4.889 and t table is 1.6810, so 4.889 > 1.6810. or t count is greater than t table so that it is concluded that ho is rejected and ha is accepted. The magnitude of the effect of patient care on sales of drugs and medical equipment is 35.7%. From the results of data processing the value of R Square (coefficient of determination) is 0.357 or 35.7%. While the remaining 64.3% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information on drug procurement in pharmacy warehouses, including the purchase method of "hiba" or "dropping" and products at Rajawali Citra Hospital, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. The informants in this study were the head of the pharmacy installation warehouse and the acting logistics administrator of the pharmacy warehouse. The results of this study indicate that drug procurement is carried out using the national formulary and hospital formulary, in the form of an integrated information system. Its implementation has met the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia's Health Standard Number 72 of 2016, including procurement. The challenges encountered are the availability of Medanamamic acid tablets in large pharmaceutical companies and long delivery wait times. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a more efficient supply chain management system and establish stronger partnerships with distributors to ensure drug availability and reduce the duration of treatment

Abstract

Rumah sakit adalah sebuah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyediakan segala jenis pelayanan kesehatan paripurna, yang berarti pelayanan yang diberikan meliputi pelayanan promotif, preventif, kuratif, dan rehabilitative. Promosi kesehatan Rumah Sakit memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan kesehatan, komunikasi efektif, implementasi disiplin, dan arahan kepada hospitalia rumah sakit merupakan langkah-langkah kunci dalam mewujudkan hospitalitas dan menjaga integritas institusi. Namun tidak semua masyarakat mengetahui terkait branding RS PKU Muhammaadiyah Yogyakarta, seperti program HSR (Hospital Social Responsibility), dan media komunikasinya yang menjadi layanan unggulan saat ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan strategi promosi RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta dalam membangun branding di masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder. Metode wawancara dan observasi dilakukan untuk pengumpulan data. Populasi 100 orang pengunjung rumah sakit, diambil sampel 80 orang. Hasil sampel diperoleh menggunakan metode purposive sampling melalui rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi (X) dapat membangun branding di masyarakat (Y).

Abstract

The use of Additional General Allocation Funds (DAU-T) has a significant impact on community welfare and regional development, so the use of these funds is very important for the surrounding community and is very helpful for the community, such as infrastructure development, for example, the construction of bridges or roads makes it easier for people to earn a living and socialize with other villages. This study aims to determine the use of Additional General Allocation Funds (DAU-T) in community empowerment programs in 2024 in Bantul Regency and to determine the effectiveness of the use of Additional General Allocation Funds (DAU-T) in community empowerment programs based on infrastructure development. The research method used by researchers is an empirical qualitative approach, the type of research used is field research and case studies. The data collection techniques are interviews and documentation. The analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: The use of Additional General Allocation Funds (DAU-T) in Bantul Regency includes physical and non-physical development, from these activities that the use of Additional General Allocation Funds is mostly used for physical programs only while non-physical is still lacking. The effectiveness of the use of Additional General Allocation Funds (DAU-T) in community empowerment programs based on infrastructure development has not been effective due to the management of Additional General Allocation Funds (DAU-T) in community empowerment programs based on infrastructure development has not been effective due to the management of Additional General Allocation Funds (DAU-T) in Bantul Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the performance of Apron Movement Control officers influences the discipline of Ground Handling officers on the apron of Yogyakarta International Airport. The method in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, simple regression tests, determination tests, and t tests. Based on the results of the study, the results of the hypothesis obtained were the t-value of officer performance was 1.920> t table 1.677 with a probability of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant influence of AMC officer performance on the discipline of Ground Handling officers. From the results of the determination coefficient test, it shows that the R Square value is 0.754. This means that the magnitude of the influence of the AMC officer performance variable on the discipline of Ground Handling officers on the apron of Yogyakarta International Airport is 75.4%, while the remaining 24.6% must be explained by other causal factors that come from outside this regression method.
