Jurnal Mahasiswa Manajemen Umum (JMMU) adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) Akademi Manajemen Administrasi Yogyakarta. Jurnal ini hadir sebagai sarana komunikasi ilmiah bagi mahasiswa untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian, kajian teoritis, maupun studi kasus di bidang manajemen secara luas. JMMU bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan pengetahuan di bidang manajemen, memberikan ruang bagi mahasiswa dalam menyalurkan gagasan dan hasil penelitiannya, serta menjadi referensi akademik bagi sivitas akademika dan masyarakat umum yang memiliki minat pada studi manajemen. Ruang lingkup publikasi JMMU mencakup berbagai topik manajemen, seperti manajemen pemasaran, manajemen sumber daya manusia, manajemen operasional, manajemen keuangan, kewirausahaan, dan topik-topik relevan lainnya. Setiap artikel yang diterbitkan telah melalui proses penelaahan sejawat (peer review) guna menjamin kualitas dan kontribusi ilmiah. Dengan terbitnya JMMU secara berkala, diharapkan dapat memacu semangat mahasiswa untuk aktif meneliti, menulis, dan mempublikasikan karya ilmiah yang bermanfaat bagi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan praktik manajerial di Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim to be achieved is to determine the security of medical record files, the confidentiality of medical record files at Empat Lawang Regional Hospital, South Sumatra, to find out the obstacles and solutions to overcome obstacles in maintaining the security and confidentiality of medical record files at Empat Lawang Regional Hospital, South Sumatra. This type of writing uses qualitative writing, with three sources, data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation, literature study), which are then processed first before they are ready for use, and then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's qualitative analysis. The result is the security of medical record documents at the Empat Lawang Regional Hospital, South Sumatra, where there is an SOP which serves as a guideline for maintaining the security of medical records. Apart from that, fire extinguishers are available to anticipate if a fire occurs. Meanwhile, in terms of quality, this is done by keeping the room temperature under control, thereby avoiding insects and fungi which can damage medical records. A special medical records room was also created. Confidentiality of medical record documents at Empat Lawang Regional Hospital, South Sumatra, there is an SOP that regulates the confidentiality of medical record documents. Apart from that, this document can only be accessed by certain parties, so there is a rule that only medical records employees can enter the room. In the system there are also expeditions and loan books, so that the entry and exit of medical record documents remains controlled. The medical records room is also equipped with a Pingerkey or ID Card and CCTV to optimize the confidentiality of this medical records room. The obstacle in maintaining the security and confidentiality of medical record files at Empat Lawang Regional Hospital, South Sumatra is that the door is always open and not locked, so that non-medical record officers can enter without permission, apart from that there are several officers who are still eating and drinking in the room. The solution is that the front door should be repaired and a warning board provided such as "Staff Only", this is to avoid things that could cause other officers to enter without permission.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze spending performance in budget realization reports at BRILink Putri Cell Agent UMKM, with a focus on the effectiveness and efficiency of budget management. The data used covers various spending categories, such as operations, investment, salaries and benefits, maintenance, and marketing. The research results show that the average budget realization reached 99%, reflecting management that was almost in accordance with the planned budget. the investment expenditure category recorded the highest realization, namely 104%, while other categories such as operations, salaries and maintenance had slightly lower realization levels. expenditure to income ratio analysis shows a positive trend, with efficiency increasing over time. In the first quarter of 2024, the operating expenditure to revenue ratio is 40%, which then decreases to 35% in the third and fourth quarters. This efficiency provides more room for companies to invest in strategic development. The cost per unit of production is calculated to measure further efficiency, where operational expenditure contributes the largest cost, namely IDR 95 per unit.  The research results also highlighted that the company's strategic objectives, such as increasing production and developing infrastructure, were almost completely achieved with a high level of effectiveness. These findings show that BRILink Putri Cell Agent UMKM,, are able to manage resources well to support the growth and sustainability of their business.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain information regarding the performance of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Operators in Maintaining Aviation Security and Safety at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport. This type of qualitative research is descriptive. There were three informants involved in this research. The results of the research showed that the Operator Performance (GSE) in providing services on the air side first carried out supervision according to the SOP, secondly monitored employee movements, unloaded cargo and facilitated mobility. So the function of GSE in this supervision includes unloading cargo and facilitating mobility. With this tool, it makes it easier for airport staff to carry out their duties. Supporting equipment used is Ground Power Unit (GPU) equipment, baggage carts, passenger ladders which are used when supervising baggage and cargo unloading. The way it works is to operate the GSE tools which are used to support the aircraft departure and arrival process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of front office services at the Department of Education in Batu City by evaluating five main dimensions: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. The research method employed is a qualitative approach with a case study. The findings indicate that, overall, the quality of front office services at the Department of Education in Batu City is satisfactory. The tangibles dimension, such as cleanliness and facility comfort, and the reliability dimension, including staff consistency in performing tasks according to procedure, were rated positively. Responsiveness is demonstrated by the promptness in handling requests, supported by a facial recognition-based attendance system that enhances work efficiency. The assurance dimension was also positively assessed, showing a sense of security and comfort for the public. However, the empathy aspect still has room for improvement, particularly in providing clearer communication and more detailed information. Overall, this study recommends enhancing efficiency and information clarity to better meet public needs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of training and human resource development on employee performance at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop 6 Yogyakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). The total population was 1953. Using purposive sampling techniques, a sample size of 95 respondents was obtained. The data analysis method uses multiple regression analysis to test the influence of training and development variables on employee performance. The research results show that the research variable Training (X1) has a partial influence on Employee Performance (Y) with a calculated t value of 4.046 and a t table of 1.986. Human resource development (X2) influences employee performance (Y) with a calculated t value of 2.226 and a t table of 1.986. Simultaneously (together) the variables Training (X1), HR Development (X2) influence Employee Performance (Y) at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop 6 Yogyakarta. This is proven by the calculated F value of 29.415 which is greater than the F table of 3.10. Therefore, companies are advised to continue to optimize training and development programs in accordance with employee needs and developments in the transportation industry.

Abstract

Accurate inventory management is crucial for manufacturing companies to sustain operations and customer loyalty. Inaccuracy of inventory data leads to issues such as overstocking, stockouts, and increased operational costs. This scientific article focuses on the implementation of cycle counting method as part of efforts to improve inventory accuracy in the company. Methods used in the implementation of cycle counting at PT Excelitas Technologies Batam is ABC analysis. The subject of this research is the employees of warehouse and finance department, while the object of this research is the implementation of cycle counting method as part of efforts to improve inventory accuracy: qualitative study at PT Excelitas Technologies Batam Riau Islands. The writing method used is descriptive narrative, using data collection techniques through observation in this research uses a rating scale, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The results of this research showed that the implementation of cycle counting periodically can improve the accuracy of inventory data, reduce stock variances, and minimize operational risks and costs. However, there were challenges in terms of limited human resources and technical issues in the implementation. Overall, cycle counting is proven effective in improving inventory management efficiency and serves as a reference for other companies with similar problems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan fasilitas finger print dalam meningkatkan ketertiban dan kualitas kerja karyawan di PT. Khatulistiwa Agro Abadi, Kalimantan Barat. Perusahaan ini telah menerapkan sistem absensi finger print guna menciptakan budaya kerja yang lebih disiplin dan profesional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem finger print memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kedisiplinan karyawan, kehadiran lebih tertib, dan proses absensi menjadi lebih akurat. Sebelum penerapan finger print, banyak karyawan yang datang terlambat tanpa pengawasan yang jelas, namun setelah diterapkannya sistem ini, perilaku karyawan menjadi lebih bertanggung jawab terhadap waktu kerja. Data kehadiran yang dihasilkan oleh sistem finger print bersifat real-time dan tidak dapat dimanipulasi, sehingga perusahaan dapat mengambil tindakan secara cepat dan objektif. Selain itu, sistem ini juga mendukung peningkatan kualitas kerja karena karyawan menjadi lebih konsisten dalam menjalankan tugas dan mencapai hasil kerja yang lebih baik. Dengan demikian, finger print bukan hanya sebagai alat pencatat absensi, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Active medical records are still frequently used in services, requiring fast access and proper management. The NTB Provincial Eye Hospital faces various problems such as incomplete filling of operation sheets, late file returns, and errors in file storage. This paper aims to provide an overview of the management of active medical records at the NTB Provincial Eye Hospital and to identify obstacles in its management and solutions to overcome them. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The subjects are medical record staff and the object is the management of active medical records at the NTB Provincial Eye Hospital. Data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the management of active medical records has been implemented through assembling, coding, indexing, file storage and retention of active to inactive files and in its management is hampered by non-compliance with file returns by inpatients, human error, and the IT department that has not been optimal in running its Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). Therefore, the hospital needs to develop Electronic Medical Records (ER) comprehensively to overcome existing obstacles.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the Optimization of Injourney Airport Waiting Room Area Facilities in Improving Flight Services at Syamsudin Noor Airport, South Kalimantan. The writing uses a qualitative method with data collection through observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies. The data that has been collected will be analyzed, reduced, then presented to be concluded. The results of the study prove that in general the facilities in the waiting room area of ??Syamsudin Noor Airport, South Kalimantan are quite complete, namely there are gates, toilets, nursery rooms, internet corners, reading corners, workspaces, charger stations, prayer rooms, trolly cabins, dispensers, kids zones, and smoking rooms have been considered quite good and optimal. However, there were factors that hindered the optimization of facilities in the waiting room area, namely the lack of human resources (HR) Facility care and trolly men so that additional human resources (HR) were needed in order to optimize the waiting room area facilities very optimally. Optimization of the waiting room area facilities at Syamsudin Noor Airport continues to be carried out with analysis of passenger needs and routine maintenance. Overall, the existing facilities support passenger comfort and satisfaction while waiting for departure.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Dinsos P3A of Gunungkidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, plays a crucial role in the implementation of social welfare programs, particularly in women's empowerment, child protection, and poverty alleviation. Accurate and transparent financial reporting is key to ensuring program accountability and effectiveness. This study aims to analyze the implementation of an Accounting Information System (AIS) in the preparation of financial reports at the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (Dinsos P3A) of Gunungkidul Regency. The method used was qualitative analysis using the Miles and Huberman model, which encompasses data collection, reduction, verification, and conclusion. The results indicate that the AIS has improved efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in financial report preparation. However, there are challenges in technical understanding and IT infrastructure. Factors contributing to the success of AIS implementation include staff training and management support. Solutions to address these challenges include increased training, infrastructure improvements, and strengthening the monitoring and evaluation system. Optimal implementation of the AIS is expected to improve the quality of financial reporting at the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (Dinsos P3A) of Gunungkidul Regency.
