Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the gallery of learning strategy in improving science learning outcomes in the concept of the respiratory system of grade V students of SD Al-Hillal2 Ambon. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research and consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The number of subjects is 25 people. The instruments used are tests and observation sheets. Tests are used to determine student learning outcomes and observations are used to determine student activities in learning through the Gallery of Learning strategy. The data analysis was used descriptively. The results of the analysis show that the application of the Gallery of Learning learning strategy in studying respiratory system material in humans can improve student learning outcomes in grade V of SD Al-Hillal 2 Ambon.  This result is shown based on the test results obtained by students, namely in the initial test it shows that of the 25 students who are the subjects in this study, only 3 students completed with a percentage of 12.00%. In the first cycle, the percentage of student learning completeness reached 52.00%, in the second cycle, the percentage of student learning completeness reached 100%. Thus, the percentage of completeness has reached classical completeness, namely 75%.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of PAI students in grade VI of SD Muhammadiyah Ambon. The subjects of this study are 6 people who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out with stages of data reduction, and data interpretation. The results of this study found that the emergence of Qur'an reading guidance learning in SD Muhammadiyah Ambon was motivated by the school's efforts in developing an Islamic education system that is adapted to the development of science and technology and existing socio-cultural changes and can be one of the characteristics of SD Muhammadiyah Ambon. The goal to be achieved is to improve the fluency in mastering the Qur'an reading of SD Muhammadiyah Ambon and students are able to read the Qur'an fluently and correctly, the introduction of tajweed from the beginning to the end and perfection in mastering the makhorijul letters. The method used in learning Qur'an reading guidance at SD Muhammadiyah Ambon is assignment through the practice of reading and memorizing short letters in the Qur'an with emphasis on reading in terms of Makhorijul letters and tajweed through practice techniques. Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of biology learning outcomes in grade VIII of SMP As-Salam Ambon through the application of the Index Card Match model of cooperative learning. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of four stages, namely action planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection with 17 subjects. The data collection technique is by conducting tests and observations. The data analysis of this study was carried out descriptively. The results of data analysis were obtained that the application of cooperative learning of the index card match model can improve the learning outcomes of students in grade VIII of SMP As-Salam Ambon on the material of the circulatory system in humans. This result is aimed at the increase in test results in cycle I, and cycle II which is carried out with the cooperative learning model of the index card match model, namely in the initial test of student learning completeness, which is 11.76%, after taking action using the cooperative learning model of the index card match, the success rate achieved by students in cycle I increased to 58.82%, then in cycle II it increased again to 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characterization of students' proportional reasoning in solving ratio and proportion problems based on the basic mathematics ability of grade VII of Al-Wathan Ambon Junior High School. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive. The number of subjects in this study amounted to 1 person who was selected using the purposive sampling technique. The instruments used are tests and interviews. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive, which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of data analysis were obtained that subjects in the learning process and in solving problems in social arithmetic material were able to reflect the characteristics of proportional reasoning and meet 3 of the 4 indicators of proportional reasoning ability used in this study, namely having a covariated understanding, recognizing proportional relationships that are different from non-proportional relationships in the real-world context, and developing many strategies to solve proportions or comparing ratios. This is based on the results of interviews conducted directly on the subject, namely in solving the problem, the subject is able to have a varied understanding of the given problem, is able to understand the relationship patterns contained in the problem to help him solve the problem, and is able to develop a problem-solving strategy.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze teacher problems in the perspective of Islamic education human resource management. This article uses the methodology of literature study to explore the various challenges faced by teachers in the context of human resource management of Islamic education. Databases such as Google Scholar are used to search for relevant sources of study, with search terms including "Islamic education," "teacher challenges," "human resource management," and "teacher retention in Islamic schools." Each selected study was analysed to assess the research design, context, and findings, to ensure a thorough review of existing research on teacher challenges. The results of the analysis show that the factors that cause the low professionalism of teachers in Indonesia include (1) there are still many teachers who do not pursue their profession, (2) the existence of teacher printing institutions that do not pay attention to how the output will be produced. and (3) lack of motivation of teachers in developing their quality. Solutions to overcome these problems include (1) organizing an effective teacher professionalism development program, (2) involving teachers in professionalism development programs, (3) improving competence through teacher certification programs, (4) improving teacher competence through training in the use of digital technology, and (5) encouraging teachers to be active in scientific activities

Abstract

This study explores the important role of teachers in early childhood developmental psychology by drawing on the theoretical frameworks of figures such as Vygotsky, Bowlby, and Piaget. These developmental theories provide a broad perspective on how children learn and develop. The type of research used is library studies. This study focuses more on previous studies that examine the function of educators in the formation and development of developmental psychology theories. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the analysis show that a child's environment has a great influence on his development. The involvement of educators will be very effective in helping children's growth and development if children's growth and development go according to plan and in accordance with the child's age and developmental stage. There are many theories in developmental psychology, such as those put forward by Piaget, Bowbly, and Vygotsky. Preoperative thinking is present in children, according to Piaget's theory. Children have learned to use symbols for various objects and begin to interact with the surrounding environment in a fun and orderly way. Educators are highly responsible for guiding, encourage, and encouraging their children. Positive social interactions, appropriate stimulus, and a safe and supportive environment are important factors in the formation of personality and character

Abstract

The research aims to develop interactive multimedia Articulate Storyline 3 for Indonesian learning in grade IV of elementary school using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model which includes five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The trial subjects included 20 students from SDN 06 Pulai Anak Air, while the research subjects consisted of 27 students from SDN 01 Ladang Cakiah and 21 students from SDN 08 Campago Ipuh. Data collection was carried out through validation questionnaires involving material experts, linguists, and media experts, as well as practicality questionnaires filled out by teachers and students. The results showed that interactive multimedia obtained material validity of 92.5% (very valid), language validity of 85% (valid), and media validity of 97.5% (very valid). The practicality test reached 96.6% based on the teacher's response and 94.9% based on the student's response, both in the very practical category. The effectiveness test reached 91.06% with the category of very effective. The conclusion of the study is that the interactive multimedia Articulate Storyline 3 with the Problem Based Learning model is proven to be valid, practical, and effective to support the Indonesian learning process in grade IV of elementary school.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how the improvement of student learning outcomes in Indonesian language learning on the Procedural Text material using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in the 4th grade of SDN 28 Pasar Rabaa, Agam Regency. This type of research is action research (PTK) using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research was conducted over two cycles, with the research procedure consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research data obtained relates to the learning outcomes of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. Data collection techniques included tests and non-tests. The subjects of this research are the classroom teacher as the observer, the researcher as the practitioner or teacher, and the 20 students of the 4th grade at SDN 28 Pasar Rabaa, Agam Regency. The research results show that the teaching module in cycle I achieved an average of 85.4% (B), which increased in cycle II to 95.8% (SB). The results of the implementation of the teacher's aspect in cycle I achieved an average of 82.14% (B), which increased in cycle II to 96.42% (SB). The results of the implementation of the students' aspect in cycle I achieved an average of 82.14% (B), which increased in cycle II to 96.42% (SB). The students' learning outcomes in cycle I achieved an average of 76.37% (C), which increased in cycle II to 89.5% (B)

Abstract

This research aims to describe the improvement in student learning outcomes in poetry writing using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in grade IV SDN 04 Mungka. The type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a research procedure consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques include tests and non-tests, with a total of 16 subjects in this study. The research results indicate that the teaching module in cycle I obtained an average of 83.3% (B), which increased in cycle II to 95.8% (SB). The implementation of teaching in the teacher aspect in cycle I obtained an average of 83.92% (B), which increased in cycle II to 96.42% (SB). The results of the implementation of student learning aspects in cycle I showed an average of 83.92% (B), which increased in cycle II to 96.42% (SB). The learning outcomes of students in cycle I meeting I from the assessment of attitude aspects indicated that 3 students displayed positive attitudes and 3 students displayed negative attitudes. This improved in cycle I meeting II with 4 students showing positive attitudes and 1 student showing a negative attitude in cycle II. The learning outcomes of students, when viewed from knowledge and skills aspects, had an average of 78.7% in cycle I, which increased to 90% in cycle II. It can be concluded that the PBL model can enhance student learning outcomes in poetry writing lessons in grade IV at SDN 04 Mungka

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru di SDN 2 Karang Anyar, dengan fokus pada peran kompetensi guru, disiplin kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana faktor-faktor ini mempengaruhi kinerja guru dan mengeksplorasi pengaruh tambahan seperti motivasi pribadi, kondisi kerja, dan kesejahteraan guru. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei digunakan, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi guru, disiplin kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja guru, menjelaskan 46,1% variasi. Secara khusus, kompetensi guru muncul sebagai faktor yang paling berpengaruh. Namun, 53,9% variasi tetap tidak terjelaskan, menyoroti perlunya pendekatan holistik untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pengembangan profesional yang berkelanjutan, lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, dan kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman dinamika kinerja guru dan menawarkan rekomendasi bagi pembuat kebijakan pendidikan
