<![CDATA[The teaching profession ethics is essentially the formulation and implementation of good teaching methods and their implementation in accordance with good attitudes and behaviors, both in school institutions and in the community where the teacher is located, however to make teaching as a profession still requires thinking which is broad and deep, considering also that the teaching profession is very decisive whether or not, the progress and decline of the development of future generations. Based on the above thought, this paper tries to present explanations about things that need to be considered in finding and determining the size that will be used in formulating professional teachers or teaching staff in accordance with the educational goals to be achieved, as well as guidance and suggestions for thinking that can be used as input for the learning process in educational institutions.]]>

<![CDATA[Evaluation is one component in an education system that involves teachers and students. This means that the evaluation must be done systematically and planned. Evaluation is used as a tool to assess and measure a success in the education process. Al-Qur'an as the main source of Islamic education, and also many express the concept of evaluation in the verses as a reference for humans to be careful in doing their deeds. In the Qur'an the term evaluation does not have a definite word meaning but there are words that can be used as a reference to interpret the words of evaluation, such as Al-Bala, Al-Hukm, Al-Qodha, Al-Nazr and Al-Fitnah . This research uses literature study by studying several books and journals. The results of this study are expected for students and teachers to better understand the meaning of the word evaluation in education and in Islamic education.]]>

<![CDATA[Educator does not sound familiar among the people. An unsung hero is an educator. This writing aims for teachers to become professional educators in the teachings of Islam. There are indeed many teachers but not all teachers are professionals. Being a professional educator according to Islam is an educator who has a great sense of responsibility for the abilities of his students and provides scientific knowledge and religious knowledge.In addition to having knowledge and religion, professional educators must have good personalities, have good morals, have good character, have moral values, are virtuous and have good morals in accordance with Islamic teachings, because a teacher will be a role model for students and he also can be uplifting or provide motivation and inspiration to students and those around him with the abilities he had previously obtained.The professional teacher must have a goal, the goal of the professional teacher in Islamic teachings namely: to build a good society. social justice applies to every student, has a sense of tolerance, brotherhood, love, kindness and truth that stands out in students, individuals have freedom of thought in making decisions, able to live their lives happily. <![CDATA[Every human being will always feel the development, including the basic age children aged between 7 and 12 years. In its development there are several aspects that are urgent, including cognitive development or the development of knowledge of the mind. Cognitive development is something that is always increasing or developing which is related to thoughts such as reasoning, ideas, imagination and creative memories. In elementary age children who sit in elementary school experience 2 stages of cognitive development, namely the concrete operational stage and formal operational stage. Although there are at the same stage, cognitive development in primary age children at each age level has a different cognitive development. This needs to be understood in the educational environment with the need for teaching and learning activities in the classroom. Understanding the importance of the ability of cognition in children is nothing but for the needs in the selection of materials, strategies, models and methods that are appropriate. In this study using a qualitative approach and data analysis using descriptive methods. The aim of this research is to create an effective teaching and learning activity in the classroom and students understand easily the material presented by the teacher optimally based on the cognitive stage they experience.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of the 2013 curriculum scientific learning is the application of a student-oriented or student-centered learning approach (Student centered approach). Learning with a scientific approach makes students construct knowledge for themselves. Learning in the 2013 curriculum uses a scientific approach or a scientific process-based approach and the scientific approach also uses several strategies such as contextual learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of scientific learning curriculum 2013 in Islamic religious education subjects, especially to find out the implementation of Islamic religious education teachers in implementing scientific learning curriculum 2013 in Islamic religious education subjects class VIII at SMP Negeri 2 Merapi Barat regency. Lahat. This type of research is field research (field research) where the research will go directly to the field to conduct research using qualitative descriptive, data sources, primary data and secondary data, using data collection techniques which include observation, interviews, documentation and data analysis techniques using descriptive namely by describing the results of the data obtained in the research field. The results of this research, namely, the implementation of scientific learning curriculum 2013 in Islamic religious education subjects class VIII at SMP Negeri 2 Merapi Barat Lahat Regency has been running according to the theory put forward by Sudarwan in chapter II and covers three aspects, namely knowing, understanding, and practicing.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze to find out the influence of Flipped Classroom learning ad learning style on mathematical thinking skills. As well as To know the insteraksi between flipped classroom users with visual, auditorial, and kinesthetic learning styles towards mathematical thinking ability. The type of research used by researchers is Quasi Experiment Design. Sampling techniques used cluster random sampling technique which is a sampling strategy that is done randomly seebagai representative of the population. Data collection techniques include tests (essays) to measure students' mathematical creative thinking ability, interviews, questionnaires for auditorial, visual and kinestic information data And homogeneity test is Bartlet test, and hypothesis test using R program with post-anava test two roads is Scheffe test. The results of that analysis: There is an influence of Flipped Classroom on mathematical creative thinking skills and there is no influence of student learning styles on mathematical creative thinking skills. And there is no intraction between the treatment of learning and the category of learning styles.]]>

<![CDATA[The research purpose is to describe the cooperative type learning model Think,Talk,Write to increase the students’ independence and achievement of the student learning at English subject of the first class SMA Negeri 1 Merapi Selatan Lahar Regency. The subjects of the research are the students of X IPA at the second semester of the academic year 2019/2020 SMA Negeri 1 Merapi Selatan. The research design used is classroom action research and quotient experiment. The instuments used are the tes instruments of objective questions given ti the students at every cycle.Non test instruments used are the observation sheet of teacher’s activity and the observation sheet of students’ independence. The data of test result is analized by using descriptive statistics and the data of on test result is analized by using quantitative description. From the result of this research shows that the cooperative type learning model Think,Talk and Write can increase independece and achievement of the students learning of X IPA class SMA Negeri 1 Merapi Selatan Lahat regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di desa Muara Dua Kecamatan Nasal Kabupaten Kaur pada tanggal 07 Maret sampai dengan 21 April 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep nilai-nilai pendidikan islam yang terkandung dalam tradisi Paliare suku semende di desa Muara Dua kecamatan Nasal kabupaten Kaur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Etnografi, responden dalam penelitian ini adalah ketua adat, tokoh adat, kepala desa, dan masyarakat itu sendiri. Teknik Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis Spradley yaitu analisis domain, analisis taksonomi, analisis kompensial dan analisis tema kultural. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) adat paliare ini dilaksanakan setiap setahun sekali yaitu pada 10 Muharram. Adat tersebut menunjukkan akar dari adat paliare dan tetap dilestarikan oleh masyarakat setempat. (2) Konsep Nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam upacara adat paliare ini yaitu untuk memelihara diri dari perbuatan yang tidak baik, untuk meminta kepada Allah SWT agar di pelihara atau dilindungi dari bencana dan gangguan makhluk halus, untuk membentuk etika pergaulan yang sehat atau akhlak yang baik antara sesama masyarkat, agar selalu mematuhi peraturan-peraturan adat desa Muara Dua, menciptakan kerukunan, keamanan, dan kedamaian pada masyarakat desa Muara Dua. Kesimpulan Konsep Nilai-Nilai pendidikan Islam menurut akidah dalam tradisi Paliare terlihat dari keyakinan masyarakat untuk meminta perlindungan kepada Allah SWT dan Memelihara diri dari perbuatan yang tidak baik atau tercela. Kemudian Nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam menurut ibadah dalam tradisi paliare yakni senantiasa berdoa dan memohon hanya kepada Allah SWT, Secara akhlak dalam tradisi paliare yakni membentuk etika pergaulan yang sehat dan baik sesama masyarakat. Yang terakhir yakni Kemsyarakatan yang tradisi paliare adalah sama-sama mematuhi peraturan-peratura adat desa Muara Dua, menciptakan kerukunan, keamanan dan kedamaian pada masyarakat desa Muara Dua Kecamata Nasal kabupaten kaur.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of conventional methods in learning the history of Islamic culture in PP. Darunnajah Al-Barokah. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data analysis using data reduction steps, displaying data and drawing conclusions by collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation. Darunnajah Al-Barokah, so students seem bored and boring. The History of Islamic Culture is a story of the past which is the result of creation, work and human initiative guided by Islamic teachings. Learning the history of Islamic culture is very important because by understanding history properly and correctly, Muslims can reflect to take many lessons and correct deficiencies or mistakes in order to achieve glory and glory in this world and the hereafter. However, students in PP. Darunnajah Al-Barokah uses conventional learning methods, there are still many students who do not understand the material explained by the teacher. Students who do not understand the history of Islamic culture learning are 80% of the 30 students, and only 20% of the students already understand.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out the views of students in implementing ASYNCHRONOUS online learning during the pandemic and what factors hinder the difficulties of teachers and students in using the ASYNCHRONOUS method in learning English during the covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is qualitative. The sample of this study consisted of 8th-grade students at SMPN 14 Bengkulu City. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews with class representatives via WhatsApp media, and giving questionnaires. This study shows that there are factors in technical difficulties when learning online using the ASYNCHRONOUS method, namely internal factors, and external factors. The solution to this problem requires an approach, motivation, support, and supervision from parents to students, so it is estimated that teachers and schools can increase creativity in presenting subject matter. Good interaction and communication between teachers, students, and parents are expected to increase students' motivation and interest in learning English during the current covid-19 pandemic.
