<![CDATA[The curriculum is one of the important tools in education. The curriculum has a central position in realizing the goals and objectives of education. The curriculum itself is a set of plans and arrangements regarding the objectives, content and learning materials, to achieve certain educational goals. The Islamic education curriculum must begin with the preparation or formulation of educational goals according to Islam. The goal of education according to Islam is the realization of a kaffah Muslim, namely a Muslim who (1) is physically healthy and strong; (2) his mind is smart and clever: (3) his heart is filled with faith in Allah. The development of these aspects must be balanced. The development of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum has undergone a paradigm shift, although some of the previous paradigms have been maintained to date. Values in Islam contain two categories of meaning seen from a normative perspective, namely considerations of good and bad, right and wrong, haq and batil, blessed and cursed by Allah SWT. This research can provide concrete recommendations for improving the Islamic education curriculum, so that students can have a deeper understanding of Islamic teachings and be able to practice religious values in everyday life.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the professionalism of teachers as educators in order to improve the quality of education along with efforts to increase this professionalism. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach sourced from literature studies. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach sourced from literature studies. The qualitative descriptive method is a type of research that can produce information in the form of notes and descriptive data sourced from the text being studied. Data collection techniques are carried out by reading and reviewing various accurate literature sources, be they books or existing research journals. The results of this research are: (1) Development of teacher professionalism. Professional development is teacher activities in the application of science and knowledge, technology and skills to improve quality, both for the teaching and learning process and the professionalism of other education staff. (2) Teacher professionalism. Professionalism is a performance quality and at the same time a demand for professional behavior in carrying out their duties. Consequently, teachers as professionals are required to be able to work within the corridors of professionalism. and (3) Quality of education. The general definition of quality is the overall description or characteristics of goods or services that demonstrate their ability to satisfy expected needs.]]>

<![CDATA[The guided inquiry learning model is a learning approach that can increase student participation and learning achievement. In this model, teachers and students work together to formulate problems, and students actively seek answers and conclude their own learning results. This research aims to evaluate Biology Science learning outcomes regarding the Characteristics of Living Creatures material for class VII students at SMPN 7 Bengkulu City and to assess the positive influence of implementing the Guided Inquiry Learning Model on these learning outcomes. The research method used is quantitative with a Quasi Experimental Design research design and a non-equivalent control group design. Data is collected through written tests, image documentation, photos and grades related to learning outcomes. Data analysis used the t test, and the results showed a tcount value of 5.764 > ttable 1.994. These results indicate that the Guided Inquiry Learning Model has a significant influence on student learning outcomes in Class VII Characteristics of Living Creatures at SMPN 7 Bengkulu City. The magnitude of the influence of this learning model is categorized as moderate, with an impact value (d) of 0.78.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of teacher communication skills on students' learning motivation in Elementary Schools. Good communication skills are considered a key factor in creating a conducive and interesting learning environment for students. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The study population consisted of fifth and sixth grade students in several Elementary Schools in the X City area. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, involving 150 students who participated in filling out a questionnaire designed to measure teacher communication skills and students' learning motivation levels. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, including linear regression analysis to determine the relationship between the two variables. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between teacher communication skills and student learning motivation. The better the communication skills of teachers, the higher the level of student learning motivation. This study concludes that improving teacher communication skills can contribute to improving student learning motivation, so it is important for teachers to develop and train these skills in their teaching practices. These findings are expected to be a consideration for schools and educational institutions in designing training programs for teachers, as well as in efforts to create a better learning environment for students.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the importance of teacher competency training in facing today's educational challenges, which are increasingly complex due to technological advances, curriculum changes, and diverse student needs. The research method used is quantitative, with a survey approach involving 200 elementary school teachers in several areas. Data were collected through a questionnaire designed to measure teachers' understanding of educational challenges, their skill levels, and relevant training needs. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and inferential statistics to identify the relationship between competency training and teacher readiness to overcome these challenges. The results of the study showed that teachers who regularly participate in competency training have a better level of understanding of educational challenges and show higher readiness in implementing innovative teaching methods. These findings emphasize the need to develop sustainable and relevant training programs to improve teacher competence. With the right training, it is hoped that teachers can be better prepared to face the dynamics of education in the modern era and have a positive impact on the quality of education in elementary schools.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of audio visual media on student learning outcomes in social science subjects in the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum in class VII MTs Negeri 01 Rejang Lebong. The type of research used is qualitative research with an experimental approach, this study looks for the relationship between the use of audio visual media and the learning outcomes of students who learn using audio visual media to determine the effect of audio visual media on student learning outcomes. The population of this study consisted of all VII grade students of MTs Negeri 01 Rejang Lebong which amounted to 40 students. The sample of this study amounted to 40 people using Purposive Sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were observation and tests. The data analysis technique used the sample Normality Test (Shapiro-Wilk), Homogeneity Test (Fischer), and used the t test Hypothesis test. Based on the results of statistical calculations showing the tcount value which is greater than the ttable (7.84> 2.100) it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the use of audio-visual learning media on student learning outcomes in Social Science subjects in class VII MTs Negeri 01 Rejang Lebong. In other words, the use of this learning media positively affects students' academic achievement.]]>

<![CDATA[Creativity is an important component that must be developed in early childhood. In order to develop creativity in early childhood, one strategy that can be used is to use colored sand as a learning medium. This research aims to determine the effect of using colored sand media on the creativity of early childhood at Adzkia Padang Kindergarten. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with a quasi-experimental design. The research was carried out at Adzkia Padang Kindergarten with a sample of class Gaza 1 for the experimental class and class Gaza 2 for the control class. Data collection was carried out through observation with an observation sheet instrument consisting of four assessment indicators. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis and nonparametric analysis using SPSS 27.0 for Windows. Based on the research conducted, the results showed that the use of colored sand media had a significant impact on increasing the creativity of early childhood at Adzkia Padang Kindergarten. This is based on the results of the T Test where the t-hit value was obtained (5.406) with a significance level of (0.000) which means that Ho is rejected and HI is accepted because 0.000 is smaller than 0.025.]]>

<![CDATA[This research examines the impact of the Teaching Campus Program on improving the quality of learning outcomes for grade 4 students at SDN 43 Bengkulu City. This program is part of the government's initiative in the Independent Learning-Free Campus Policy, which aims to integrate tertiary students into the primary school system to increase teaching resources and enrich the learning process. This study uses a quantitative method by collecting data through pre-test and post-test to measure differences in students' academic abilities before and after program implementation. The research sample consisted of 20 selected 4th grade students. In addition, data was collected through interviews with class teachers, students involved in the program, as well as classroom observations during the program. The research results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes. Observations and interviews also indicated increased student motivation to learn as well as more effective interactions between students and teachers. The program also helps identify and implement more innovative and engaging teaching methods, which is considered an important factor in improving learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[The occipital lobe is located posterior to the parietal lobe and above the parieto-occipital fusura which separates it from the cerebrum. Anatomically, area 17 is the primary visual cortex, the medial surface of the occipital lobe along the superior and inferior parts of the calcanius sulcus. And areas 18, 19 are visual associations, located parallel to area 17 which extends to the lateral surface of the occipital lobe. Recognizing colors is one of the scientific indicators which is included in function of the occipital lobe. Playing finger painting is fun for most children. Children aged four to six years are interested in expressing whatever they see in the form of images, colors or the results are still in the form of simple scribbles. Through finger painting activities, it is a painting technique using fingers or the palm of the hand on paper or a board.]]>
