Abstract

Community service performed in SMEs snacks Pentingsari tourist village, because SMEs are an important component for the tourist village pentingsari. Mentoring Approach used was developed bisnis.mentoring program, the increase in productivity of SMEs, improving product quality, packaging, distribution channels. In general, community service shows that the improved performance of SMEs will increase incomes, consumers become satisfied, the emergence of a good business climate. Abstract

The problem in this study is that students' mathematical communication skills are low because students are not accustomed to writing what was asked of the questions before completing them, so students often misinterpret them when faced with story problems. To overcome theseproblems by applying the Three Step Interview learning model with aneducational approach character. This study aims to determine theeffectiveness of the Three Step Interview learning model with a character education approach to the mathematical communication skills of class X students of SPLDV. This type of experimental research, the population of all class X students at MA Tajul Ulum 2018/2019. Sampling was purposive sampling. The study sample was X MIA I control class, X MIA 2 experimental class and X IIS trial class. The results of the study showed that students achieved complete mathematical communication skills individually: 84.40 and classical: 88.57%. The influence of confidence and communicative on mathematical communication skills is 58.5%, there is a difference in the average of the experimental class: 84.40 and control class: 72.35. It can be concluded that the Three Step Interview model with a character education approach to mathematical communication skills in SPLDV material is effective.Keywords: Three Step Interview, character education, mathematical communication skills.

Abstract

Various learning models have been applied in teaching and learning activities. However in the practice there are some problems in its application. One of them is cooperative learning model type Teams Games Tournaments (TGT). This research uses literature study method and analysis of various problems of application of cooperative model of TGT type and its solution alternative. Abstract

Sejak awal Muhammadiyah didirikan, Muhammadiyah berkembang karena terdorong oleh adanya problematikaummat, kehadiran Muhammadiyah megemban amanah membantu memecahkan permasalahan ummat.Problem ummat sekarang ini adalah persoalan kemiskinan yang diakibatkan oleh ketidak adilan atas praktekpraktek kapitalis. Sistem kapitalis bukan menyiapkan lapangan kerja untuk menampung penganggur, tetapikapitalis mengurangi program padat karya menuju pada padat modal yang ujung-ujungnya pada pemenuhankebutuhan pribadi atau kelompok kapitalis, bukan membantu pemecahan masalah sosial. Muhammadiyahmemiliki tanggung jawab moral mencarikan solusinya, tulisan ini mencoba mencarikan jalan mengatasikemiskinan melalui penyiapan jutaan entrepreneur di lembaga pendidikan Muhammadiyah, dengan meredesainkurikulum maupun sistem pengajaran sekolah menuju pengajaran berbasis entrepreneur, sehingga bisamenghasilkan entrepreneur yang mampu menciptakan lapangan kerja.

Abstract

Latar Belakang :Onggok adalah serat yang merupakan hasil samping pembuatan pati dari ubi kayu(cassava). Serat onggok terdiri dari hemiselulosa, pektin dan selulosa, serta hasil sementara menunjukkanbahwa penambahan asam 20 ml merupakan kondisi optimal untuk proses hidrolisa pati dari onggok dankurang lebih 80% onggok mampu terhidrolisa menjadi glukosa pada 24 jam fermentasi (TrisantiAnindyawati, 2007). Obyek Penelitian : onggok yang diambil dari daerah Pati. Sampel yang diambildihidrolisis dengan HCl 1% - 5%, H2SO4 1%-5%, H2C2O4 1% - 5%, kemudian hasil hidrolisisdifermentasi dengan ragi hasil optimasi, waktu fermentasi hasil optimasi. Hasil fermentasi didestilasi dandilakukan penetapan kadar alkohol. Hasil penelitian : Otimasi konsentrasi asam, penambahan jumlah ragi,waktu fermentasi untuk menghidrolisis onggok yang dapat menghasilkan kadar ethanol maksimumadalah asam 3%, jumlah ragi 1%, dan waktu fermentasi 32 jam. Kadar glukosa pada hasil fermentasionggok yang dihidrolisa dengan asam klorida, asam sulfat, dan asam oksalat dengan konsentrasi asam,jumlah ragi, dan waktu fermentasi hasil optimasi berturut-turut adalah 23,73%, 23,88% dan 20,43%.Kadar ethanol pada hasil fermentasi onggok yang dihidrolisa dengan konsentrasi asam, jumlah ragi, danwaktu fermentasi hasil optimasi adalah untuk asam klorida 8,94% b/b, asam sulfat 9,11%, dan asamoksalat 6,93% b/b. Jenis asam untuk menghidrolisis onggok yang menghasilkan kadar ethanol palingmaksimal adalah asam klorida dan asam sulfat.

Abstract

Industry, agriculture and THR sectors are some of the leading sectors in Central Java . Central Java with thecapital city of Semarang City, is the third in Indonesia with the highest population in addition to West Java and East Java. Given the high population density and economic growth rate, it should also be followed by the sector's ability to absorb the available employment. Whereas in reality, the world of work or industry and professional associations often complain that the quality of staff (graduates) has not yet met the required skills demands (competencies). So the need for assessment of the absorption of employment from elementary school to upper for the planning of education system, so that education is more directed to education system oriented to the world of work appropriately and more efficiently with adequate amount and quality can absorbed. Data used in this research is observation data to Central Statistics Agency of Central Java and Ministry of Education and Culture of Central Java for the period of 2015. Observation unit in this research is cities in Central Java , the data used among others the amount of absorption Workforce in general with basic education background  toupper. In addition to employment data, data supporting factors such as workforce, industrial GDP value, agricultural GDP value, THR GDP value, and wage employment is also a research variable. The results of this study are the variables that significantly influence the model are the variables workforce, agricultural GDP value, THR GDP value, and wage employment. While significant variables have significant and significant influence in the spatial model are the variables workforce, industrial GDP value, agricultural GDP value, andTHR GDP value. Abstract

Periodontitis merupakan kelainan terbanyak di dalam rongga mulut disamping karies gigi. Peradangan dan infeksi gusi tersebut akan menyebar melalui peredaran darah ke organ tubuh lain. Bakteri Porphyromonas (P.) gingivalis merupakan yang terganas menimbulkan periodontitis. Untuk mengobatiperiodontitis, biasa digunakan tetrasiklin. Ekstrak bunga Pisang-pisangan (Heliconia rostrata = Hr) telah dipakai oleh masyarakat di kota Semarang dan sekitarnya untuk mengobati beberapa kelainan rongga mulut. Penelitian bertujuan membandingkan potensi antibakteri ekstrak bunga Hr dengan tetrasiklin terhadap P. gingivalis, juga mempelajari pengaruh zat aktif dalam Hr dibanding tetrasiklin terhadap proses penyembuhan periodontitis. Studi eksperimental laboratorik ini dilakukan pada tahun 2015. Sampel adalah ekstrak bunga Hr, dengan kontrol tetrasiklin dosis terapi periodontitis untuk pasien dewasa sebesar 250 mg. Indikator potensi aktibakteri adalah ukuran lebar zona hambatan oleh sampel maupun kontrol pada agar diinkubasi 24 jam dengan P.gingivalis. Metode difusi agar mengukur rerata zona hambatan yang ditimbulkan oleh potensi antibakteri ekstrak bunga Hr maupun tetrasiklin terhadapP. gingivalis. Metode ekstraksi yang menghasilkan zona hambatan adalah perebusan dengan akuades. Untuk membandingkan potensi antibakteri, digunakan konsentrasi sampel Hr 50,505m g dalam 200 ml akuabides, tetrasiklin 250 mg, dan P. gingivalis 50 l. Kromatografi Lapis Tipis mengidentifikasi zat-zat aktif dalam sampel. Didapatkan rerata lebar zona hambatan sampel 1,80 (SB 0,095) dan kontrol1,81 (SB 0,086), tidak ada beda bermakna di antara keduanya (p=0,724, p value > 0,005). Potensi antibakteri ekstrak bunga Hr tidak berbeda dengan tetrasiklin terhadap P.gingivalis. Zat-zat aktif dalam ekstrak bunga Hr adalah polifenol, tanin, dan flavonoid. Salah satu keunggulan ekstrak bunga Hr adalahpotensi antioksidannya, pelindung jaringan dari kerusakan akibat radikal bebas dari sel yang rusak. Disarankan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mendapatkan manfaat klinik lengkap ekstrak bunga Hr, dosis efektif , prosedur ekstraksi dan kemasannya yang tepat, untuk mendapatkan obat periodontitis yang praktis bagi manusia.Kata kunci: Periodontitis, Bakteri P. gingivalis, Tetrasiklin, Ekstrak Bunga Pisang-pisangan, Zona hambatan

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Salah satu masalah dalam pencegahan penyakit menularseksual dan HIV/AIDS di Indonesia maupun dinegara lain di dunia adalah karena belum maksimalnya penggunaan alat proteksi(pelindung)bagi pekerja seks komersial(PSK) dan pasangan seksnya. Metode Penelitian: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 90 PSK sebagai responden. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan 11 pertanyaan. Analisa data (univariat) dengan menggunakan tabel distribusi frekuensi untuk menggambarkan penggunaan kontrasepsi kondom dan penolakan penggunaannya.Hasil Penelitian : Didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa penggunaan kondom pada pekerja seks komersial  dalam kategori kadang-kadang sebanyak 59 orang (65,6%), kategori selalu sejumlah 31 orang (34,4%). Penolakan penggunaannya dengan penolakan pelanggan 58 orang (64,4%), ketidakberanian dalam menawarkan kepada pelanggan untuk menggunakan kondom 18 orang (20,0%),ketidaknyamanan dalam berhubungan seksual 14 orang (15,6%), ketidaktahuan manfaat kondom 4 orang (4,4%).Kesimpulan : Penggunaan kontrasepsi kondom pada PSK di lokalisasi Sukosari Kec.Bawen Kab.Semarang dalam kategori kadang-kadang, yaitu 59 orang (65,6%), serta penolakan penggunaannya terbanyak disebabkan oleh penolakan pelanggan sejumlah 58 orang. (64,4%). Saran : Diharapkan PSK dan pelanggannya lebih meningkatkan penggunaan kondom, dengan memperhatikan manfaat dan efek samping tidak digunakannya.

Abstract

The dominance of wheat flour in the national food source map is very alarming. Imports ofwheat which amounts to millions of tons annually broad impact that caused the Indonesiannation has no longer self-sufficiency in food.MOCAF is a product of flour from cassava(Manihot esculenta Crantz) is processed by the principle of modifying the cells in thefermentation of cassava that has a whiter color than ordinary cassava flour and neutral flavor.Shell eggs is one of the calcium-containing waste is quite high, so it can be used as fortifikan ongroceries. This study aims to determine the level of preference and quality of the flour andflour-based brownies are fortified mocaf calcium from egg shells. MOCAF calcium fortifiedflour served in various concentrations of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25%. Organoleptic testwas conducted on 20 semi-trained panelists and analyzed deskkriptif. The results showed thatthe organoleptic value of wheat flour that includes color, tenderness and flavor of the highergrades mocaf organoleptic flour, flour brownies MOCAF  A level higher than wheat flourbrownies. and the average level of preference mocaf flour brownies with substitutes variationeggshell shell flour 5% -25% above the average level of preference wheat flour brownies.MOCAF flour brownies with egg shell shell flour substitution of 5% has the highest joy. Areception level brownies that include color, texture, flavor, aroma, and consistency of thebrownies tepungMOCAF above the level of preference of wheat flour brownies. Abstract

Various problems faced by students in computer based test caused by the lack of tools to have trial test. This research is aimed to develop Smart Try Out System as a tool of computer based test and to know whether the tool is qualified to measure the students ability. The research method used in this research is Research and Development (RnD). The result of the study showed the response from teachers, media experts, and students. From the teachers, the percentage of the achievement reaches 92% at good qualification. From the media experts, the programming reach 80% at good qualification and the performance reach 76% at good qualification. Response from 10 students, the system reach 82,72% at good qualification. Response from 50 students, the system reach 87, 36% at good qualification. Based on the study, the writer developed a test device named Smart Try Out System which have response at good qualification.
