Abstract

Cafe is one of a kind restaurant that usually serve snacks and baverages. The exsistance of cafe arround Universitas Negeri Semarang campus is gettingmore, one of them is Soda Ocean Cafe. Hence, the cofe owner must give the bestservice and facility for the consumer. This study aims to determine what factorsare the satisfaction of Cafe customers, as well as seeking discriminant functionand the accuracy of the function. Consumer satisfication with servicse andfacilities can be found out by discriminant analysis. Independent ariables in thisanalysis are sound system, live performance, environment, security, service,price, the variety of foods and drinks, cosiness, and location and dependentvariable is consumer satisfication. Analysis results shows that there is asignificant difference betweenthe type of satisfied consumer and dissatisfiedconsumer. The satisfaction factors of Soda Ocean Cafe customer areenvironment, security, and live performance. Discriminant function in thisanalysis isD=-3,269+0,783 nuansa - 0,121Keamanan + 0,646 HiburanThat function has 71,6%  classification accuracy. Abstract

Prostitusi merupakan masalah sosial ekonomi yang sangat dilematikdirasakan oleh bangsa kita. Masalah ekonomi merupakan salah satu alasanseorang wanita memilh untuk menjadi Wanita Penjaja Seks (WPS).Infeksi Menular Seksual (IMS) dan HIV/AIDS merupakan momok bagi parapenjaja dan pengguna seks bebas. Infeksi Menular Seksual (IMS) adalah setiap mikroba yang ditularkan seseorang kepada orang lain melalui kontak yang dekat dan intim (Spense, 1989). Dilokalisasi Sunan Kuning Kota Semarang merupakan tempat praktek prostitusi yang beresiko adanya penularan Infeksi Menular Seksual (IMS) dan HIV / AIDS. Untuk mencegah terjadinya IMS dan HIV / AIDS adalah dengan menggunakan kontrasepsi kondom dan pelaksanaan program Voluntary Conseling Test (VCT).

Abstract

Berkaitan dengan tema yang diangkat pada seminar ini yaitu meningkatkan kesejahteraan ibu dan anak sejak dini dalam rangka mewujudkan keberlanjutan (sustainability) maka kita sebagai masyarakat pemberi pelayanan kesehatan harus lebih memahami apa yang disebut konsep deteksi dini, stimulasi dan intervensi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan seorang anak. Disetiap permasalahan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan seorang anak didalam masa emasnya (golden periode) apabila dilakukan deteksi dini maka intervensi lebih dini masalah tersebut dapat dilakukan sehingga dapat dicegah suatu gangguan atau setidak tidaknya gangguan yang terjadi tidak menjadi berat. Intervensi atau stimulasi menggunakan prinsip plastisitas otak yang optimal terjadi selama dalam periode emas masa kehidupan manusia dimana 80 persen pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sel otak di usia 0-3 tahun.

Abstract

HIV cases among housewives is increasing from year to year. Data in September 2014 showed that housewife was ranked 2. Family support is needed to mothers with HIV positive in living her life with a dual role as a wife and mother as well as in compliance with ARV. This study aims to explore the opinion of mothers with HIV positive in terms of family support in ARV therapy adherence in Semarang. This study uses a qualitative research approach. Informants selected by purposive sampling with the help of key informants that case manager of KDS Arjuna Plus The Data validity which used with source triangulation method such family informant and case manager.The results of this study showed that family support from husbands, parents, and children like to remind to take medicine, listening to complaints from informants, drove to the clinic to support financially can improve informants adherence in compliance with ARV therapy. Compliance informants in ARV therapy has increased from time to time with an awareness of the informants and family support.Keywords: Mothers with HIV positive, Family support, Therapy of ARV

Abstract

Sago larvae is a potential source of animal protein because it is easy to digest, but it has a weakness, which is easy to rot. To avoid decay can be preserved by drying and salting the sago larvae. The purpose of this study was to determine the protein profile of the sago larvae which was dried with salt and without salt based on SDS-PAGE. The research sample used sago larvae with treatment:, 1) heated in oven with salt and 2) without salt, and also 3) salted without drying at 50 °C using an oven for 1 hour. The results of the study were obtained in the control of 26 bands and there were 6 major bands and 20 minor bands. In samples dried at 50°C using an oven for 1 hour without salting has 21 bands and  there  are  4  major  bands  and  17  minor  bands.  In  the  salted  sample concentration of 10% (b/b) for 1 hour it had 24 bands and there were 5 major bands and 19 minor bands. While the samples were dried and salted with a concentration of 10% (b/b) at a temperature of 50°C using an oven for 1 hour had 19 ribbons and there were 3 major bands and 16 minor bands. Based on the results of this study, the preservation of sago larvae by salting of 10% (b/b) is more recomended better than heating by oven for 1 hour at 50°C. In the salting  preservation,  number  of  protein  bands  of  sago  larvae  based  on  its protein profile decreases less than that in heating preservation . Abstract

Konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian erat hubungannya dengan pendapatan dari konsutuen itu sendiri. Konsumen dapat memutuskan  barang apa saja yang mereka inginkan, berapa banyak, kapan mereka  membutuhkan dan dimana mereka akan membelinya, tergantung pada  kebutuhan yang mereka inginkan sesuai dengan uang yang dimilikinyaPerubahan tingkat pendapatan akan mempengaruhi banyaknya barang  yang dikonsurnsi. Secara teoritis, peningkatan pendapatan akan  meningkatkan konsumsi, dengan bertambahnya pendapatan, maka barang yang dikonsumsi tidak hanya bertambah kuantitasnya tetapi  kualitasnya juga meningkat. ( Azis Nur  B.,2003,  Daniel, 2002).Sebagai sumber protein hewani, ikan tergolong mudah didapat dan  terjangkau untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsi masyarakat. Sumber protein hewani dari ikan memberikan kontribusi sebanyak  67 % dari  total suplai protein hewani, sementara itu daging  menyumbang 22 %susu 7 %, dan telur  5 % ( Poerwono  dkk,  l992)

Abstract

Masalah kesehatan jiwa atau gangguan jiwa masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil riset kesehatan dasar (Riskesdas) yang dilakukan Kementrian Kesehatan pada tahun 2007, sedangkan prevalensi gangguan jiwa berat yakni psikosis sekitar 0,46% dari jumlah penduduk Indonesia sekitar 24.708.000 jiwa Halusinasi merupakan Salah satu bentuk gangguan jiwa  yang sering terjadi di masyarakat . Kemampuan mengontrol halusinasi merupakan kesanggupan (potensi) menguasai persepsi sensori secara langsung, atau merupakan hasil latihan atau praktek. Salah satu terapi yang digunakan untuk penanganan halusinasi adalah terapi thought stopping. Desain yang  digunakan  ”Quasi  experimental  pre-post  test  with  control  group”.  Penetapan  sampel dengan purposive sampling sebanyak 30 pasien rawat jalan di Poli Jiwa RS KabupatenGresik. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel independen: terapi thought stopping dan variabel dependen: kemampuan pasien dalam mengontrol halusinasi. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan wawancara terstruktur. Analisa data dengan menggunakan Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test dengan p=0,000 dan taraf signifikansi level 0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh terapi thought stopping terhadap kemampuan  mengontrol halusinasi pada pasien schizofrenia di PoliJiwa RS Kabupaten Gresik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat di simpulkan bahwa terapi thought stopping mampu meningkatkan kemampuan mengontrol halusinasi pada pasien skizofrenia. Perawat di Poli Jiwa sebaiknya membuat implementasi asuhan keperawatan pasien halusinasi serta mempunyai alat ukur untuk menilai keberhasilan dari kegiatan yang dilakukan sehingga dapat diketahui kemampuan pasien dalam mengontrol halusinasi.Kata Kunci: Terapi thought stopping, Halusinasi, Penderita skizofrenia

Abstract

This research aimed to study the use of cabbage extract as the source of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) onthe swelling power, solubility, amylose content, and organoleptic properties of mocaf. The researchwas carried out through two experimental steps with the first step aimed to study the optimumfermentation time based on swelling power of the mocaf. Whereas second step aimed to determine theoptimum cabbage extract concentration based on swelling power, solubility, amylose content, andorganoleptic properties. The results showed that optimum swelling power was achieved fromfermentation using 40% cabbage extract for 24 hours, optimum solubility was obtained using 60% and80% cabbage extracts, lowest amylose content was achieved by fermentation using 40% cabbageextract. The favored aroma, color and texture were obtained from fermentation using 20%, 40% and80% cabbage extract, respectively. The best fermentation condition was determined based on thelowest amylose content as low amylose means high amylopectin. Amylopectin plays important role intriggering the process of  puffing, by which food products will be light, porous, dry and crunchy.Mocaf with lowest amylose content is recommended as raw material for the manufacturing of cookies. Keywords: cabbage extract, lactic acid bacteria, mocaf, physicochemical properties, swelling power.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a practicum tool in the form of student worksheets and wireless data logging systems for learning guided inquiry models of capacitor characteristic material. The model used is the ADDIE development model which includes 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The tools developed have been validated by experts using instruments in the form of giving questionnaires with predetermined criteria and indicators. From the results of the validation, it was obtained the assessment of the objective aspects, the truth aspects of the concept, aspects of clarity of sentence, aspects of physical appearance and practical aspects of getting an average score of 85.18%, included in the Very Eligible category. Based on the results of the trial the student response tool after practicum got an average score of 89.67% included in the very feasible category. Based on the assessment that has been done, it can be concluded that,the principle of capacitor characteristics of the model of guided inquiry assisted wireless data logging is feasible to use and can be applied. The advantages of the model of guided inquiry inquiry assisted by wireless data logging are acquisition of data assisted by wireless data logging faster, simplifying data retrieval, data obtained can be analyzed directly using Smarthpone, effective and efficient in overcoming the constraints of limited experimental equipment.The drawback is that the student worksheets need time intervals for each step of inquiry learning Keywords: Development of devices, characteristics of capacitors, guided inquiry models, wireless data logging

Abstract

Almost all critically ill patients undergo an incapable to eat because of the reduced level ofconsciousness, sedation giving, intubated and malnutrition. The disturbance of nutrition will influence the immunity system, infection risk, mortality, healing process, length of ICU stay, andlength of mechanical ventilation. The precise nutrition given with enteral nutrition (EN) and parenteral nutrition (PN) will determine the full filment dose of nutrition according to thepatient’ needs. This Literature Review aimed to give the appropriate summary and development the method of enteral and parenteral nutrition given to critically ill patients in ICU. Theresearch conducted by doing reviews on the results of research published from year 2009 until 2013 obtained from several journal database such as CINAHL, EBSCO, Proquest and Google Scholar. The data searching done by using these key words, among them were enteral nutrition,parenteral nutrition, ICU, critically ill patients. The concept obtained refered to the given ofenteral nutrition, parenteral nutrition, the advantages and disadvantages of EN and PN,complication happened during the given of EN and PN, also the appropriate method forcritically ill patients surgery and medical. In critically ill patients, EN has always been the firstchoice and PN into alternative method. The supportive nutrition is very important in thetreatment of critically ill patient that can be given enterally, parenterally, or both of them canbe used together. Thus, the given of nutrition need to be conducted as a focus of nursing studyin the area of critical care nursing.Keyword: enteral nutrition, parenteral nutrition, ICU, critically ill patients
