Abstract

This research is motivated by the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 80 of 2019 concerning the acceleration of economic development in the Gresik-Bangkalan-Mojokerto-Surabaya-Sidoarjo-Lamongan, Bromo-Tengger-Semeru, and Wilis Circular and Southern Cross regions. To support this regulation, the Mojokerto City Government seeks to develop Tourism Attractions (DTW) which are regulated in the Mojokerto City PERDA Number 7 of 2021 concerning the 2018-2023 Regional Medium-Term Development Plan. This tourism development includes Majapahit Maritime Park (TBM), Mojopahit ship restaurant, PLUT, IKM Center, and road access to tourist sites. The purpose of this study is to analyze the socio-economic impact of the Majapahit Maritime Park (TBM) development policy on the community in Blooto Village, Mojokerto City. This research uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The result is that the impact of the Majapahit Marine Park (TBM) development policy causes physical changes that have an impact on the social and economic aspects of the community. In the social aspect, there is a change in community behavior as well as an increase in the economy seen from buying and selling activities by the local community, which has been predicted due to this tourist attraction.

Abstract

Krisis iklim adalah kondisi di mana terjadi perubahan signifikan dalam pola iklim global, disebabkan oleh aktivitas manusia yang menghasilkan emisi gas rumah kaca. Fenomena ini menyebabkan berbagai dampak yang merusak lingkungan, ekonomi, dan sosial di seluruh dunia. Menjadi jelas bahwa krisis iklim bukan hanya ancaman di masa depan, tetapi juga merupakan kenyataan yang dihadapi dunia saat ini. Dengan meningkatnya suhu global dan intensitas fenomena cuaca ekstrem, tindakan kolektif yang terkoordinasi diperlukan untuk mengurangi emisi gas rumah kaca dan membangun ketahanan terhadap dampak perubahan iklim di seluruh dunia. Melihat krisis iklim yang semakin parah, lahirlah karya Hindia yang berjudul “Wawancara Liar Part IV”. Melalui penelitian ini penulis ingin mengetahui bagaimana Hindia mewacanakan krisis iklim yang sedang terjadi di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui analisis wacana kritis, yakni prosedur penelitian dengan cara mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dengan menggunakan pendekatan yang lebih subyektif terhadap objek yang diteliti. Analisis wacana krits yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah milik Norman Fairclough yang terdiri dari dimensi teks, praktik wacana dan praktik sosial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa lagu ini mewacanakan pentingnya waktu dan urgensi untuk mengambil tindakan terhadap krisis iklim, serta memikirkan dampak dari keterlambatan dalam merespons krisis iklim.

Abstract

Call Center 112 merupakan inovasi di bidang pelayanan publik darurat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan responsivitas pemerintah dalam menangani keadaan darurat. Diskominfo Kabupaten Mojokerto memainkan peran strategis dalam memastikan keberhasilan layanan ini melalui pengelolaan teknologi, pelatihan sumber daya manusia, dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Diskominfo dalam pengelolaan Call Center 112 serta dampaknya terhadap pelayanan publik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun layanan ini telah meningkatkan efektivitas penanganan darurat, masih terdapat kendala dalam aspek sosialisasi dan infrastruktur telekomunikasi di wilayah terpencil. Artikel ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan pemanfaatan Call Center 112 melalui perluasan jaringan telekomunikasi dan peningkatan pelatihan operator.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Sejak bulan Januari sampai dengan April tahun 2025, tren #KaburAjaDulu menjadi ruang ekspresi yang kuat di media sosial dalam menyuarakan keresahan terhadap realitas dunia kerja. Ini menandakan bahwa tren tersebut bukan hanya ekspresi individual, tetapi juga mencerminkan keresahan kolektif terhadap sistem kerja yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis representasi perilaku eskapisme digital sebagai bentuk ketidakpuasan pengguna media sosial terhadap dunia kerja melalui tren #KaburAjaDulu. Menggunakan pendekatan analisis isi sentimen kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui Brand24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dominasi sentimen negatif sebesar 55% dibandingkan sentimen positif 45%, dengan volume penyebutan mencapai 2309 dan jangkauan media sosial hingga 52 juta. Dominasi sentimen negatif ini mencerminkan tingginya tingkat ketidakpuasan kerja yang terekspresi secara publik, menunjukkan bahwa media sosial berfungsi sebagai saluran bagi individu untuk menyuarakan frustrasi dan mencari dukungan kolektif atas kondisi kerja yang tidak memuaskan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tren #KaburAjaDulu secara jelas menggambarkan ketidakpuasan pengguna media sosial terhadap realitas dunia kerja yang tercermin dalam perilaku eskapisme digital.

Abstract

In recent years, the empowerment and planning system of the village government together with the community with the government system in Indonesia is based on law number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, which explains that a village regulation can be implemented by the village regarding its existing policies in its own area. Minister of Home Affairs issued Regulation Number 114 of 2014 concerning Village Development Guidelines. Article 1 Number 114 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for Development and planning through village empowerment states that, Village development is an effort to improve the quality of life and life for the greatest welfare of village communities. Cooperation or synergy between the government and the community in the context of development for economic prosperity as stated in mutual cooperation does not only require the role of the village government or the community itself, but also our shared role between the village government and the community which can be seen in various kinds of activities, including work. community service, village competitions, physical development in the form of infrastructure, as well as training in productive economic activities aimed at increasing knowledge and skills for the development of productive economic businesses for village communities. In this research, the researcher formulated the problem of how the village government synergizes with the community in developing innovative villages.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana JawaPos Radar Mojokerto membingkai pemberitaan Pilkada Mojokerto 2024 melalui pendekatan Analisis Wacana Kritis model Norman Fairclough. Fokus utama penelitian adalah pada penggunaan wacana keagamaan sebagai alat legitimasi politik oleh salah satu pasangan calon, terutama Gus Barra. Dengan menganalisis enam teks berita, ditemukan bahwa media menonjolkan citra religius kandidat melalui pilihan bahasa, simbol, dan kutipan dari tokoh agama, serta memberikan porsi pemberitaan yang tidak seimbang. Pemberitaan tersebut tidak hanya merepresentasikan fakta, tetapi juga mereproduksi nilai ideologis dan memperkuat dominasi politik berbasis identitas religius. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media lokal berperan aktif dalam membentuk opini publik dan tidak sepenuhnya netral. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan kesadaran kritis dari masyarakat serta komitmen media untuk menjaga etika jurnalistik dan keberimbangan informasi dalam proses demokrasi lokal.

Abstract

Women’s empowerment is a crucial strategy for promoting inclusive and sustainable rural development. This study aims to examine the dynamics of communication in the process of socio-economic empowerment of women in the batik community in Gumeng Village, Mojokerto Regency. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation involving women members of the batik community and relevant stakeholders. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.The findings indicate that the batik community plays a significant role in enhancing women’s economic independence by strengthening batik-making skills and contributing to household income. Socially, the community serves as a space for strengthening social capital, increasing self-confidence, and expanding women’s roles within the family and society. However, the empowerment process remains constrained by limited access to capital, market reach, and institutional support. This study concludes that the batik community functions not only as an economic production unit but also as a medium for social transformation and women’s empowerment based on local creative economy.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of sleepcall on the psychotic condition of final year students at the Islamic University of Majapahit. Sleepcall is a phenomenon that is generally used by students in maintaining long-distance relationships. However, the impact of sleepcalling on the mental health of final year students is not fully understood, which can lead to sleep, motivation, and concentration problems. This study uses quantitative methods to collect empirical data with certain validity. The results showed that sleep calling and anxiety levels had a significant impact on the mental health of final year students at Majapahit Islamic University, contributing 24.2% to their psychological condition. Sleepcall activity has a close relationship with students' current state of psychosis, demonstrating the importance of sleepcalling in influencing their mental health and well-being. This study also found that Sleepcall had a positive impact on the mental health of final year students by reducing stress levels and impacting the overall psychological condition.

Abstract

This research discusses the cultural diversity and traditions in Indonesia, with a focus on the Kirim Dawuhan tradition in Nogosari Village, Pacet Subdistrict. This tradition is an expression of gratitude by the villagers for the abundant water sources in their village and plays a significant role in environmental preservation and strengthening social bonds within the community. This study aims to address how the development of a Village Tourism through Rituals in Nogosari Village can be achieved and to provide practical and academic contributions to village development and further policies. The research method employed is a qualitative descriptive approach involving four youths from Nogosari Village as informants. The results reveal that the Kirim Dawuhan tradition encompasses the "Ubo Rampe" component, which holds profound meanings and life values. Nogosari Village possesses natural and cultural potentials that can serve as a foundation for Village Tourism development. This development could involve creating tourism packages based on the Kirim Dawuhan tradition, training for tour guides, collaboration with relevant parties, and utilizing technology and social media for promotion. In summary, the development of Village Tourism through the Kirim Dawuhan tradition in Nogosari Village has substantial potential for enhancing the community's economy, preserving culture, and maintaining environmental sustainability. Collaboration between local communities, the government, and related stakeholders is pivotal in achieving these goals. With the right and sustainable approach, this village has the opportunity to become an engaging and meaningful tourist destination, while maintaining a balance between cultural preservation, environmental conservation, and sustainable economic development.

Abstract

Open communication involves sharing information, feelings, and thoughts honestly and transparently. The role of parents in family interactions is explored in this study, focusing on the @thehartono'sfamily TikTok account's impact on children's character formation. Using qualitative descriptive analysis, the research examines content from the @thehartono'sfamily TikTok account, revealing three main aspects. Firstly, the learning of values and ethics. Secondly, the modeling of positive parental behavior in interactions. Lastly, the provision of support and guidance. Videos on the @The Hartono's Family TikTok account from July 2022 to December 2022 illustrate the parental role in open communication and its influence on children's character development. This family serves as an example of how positive character traits and integrity can be cultivated through open communication. The study suggests, as shown by the @thehartono'sfamily TikTok account, that through open communication, children can achieve their full potential in developing positive character.
