Abstract

Readiness to become a teacher is a condition where a person feels ready both physically and mentally to work as a teacher and has the required competencies so as to fulfill all duties and obligations as a teacher. Readiness to become a teacher can be supported by an introduction to the school field. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of Introduction to the Schooling Field (PLP) on readiness to become teachers as students of the 2023/2024 FAI UNISSULA Islamic Religious Education Study Program. The population of this study were all students of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program participating in the 2023/2024 FAI UNISSULA PLP class, a total of 94 students. The sample size was taken using the Isaac and Michael formula. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, classical assumption analysis and simple linear regression test analysis. The results of the research show that there is a positive influence of PLP on the teaching readiness of students in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program at FAI Unissula. The suggestion for this research is that students should increase their readiness to become teachers in terms of physical condition and competence make more use of PLP with more teaching practice.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out what the educational values of Birul Walidain are, the educational characteristics of Takrimul Ulad in the animated film Nussa and Rara which are in accordance with Islamic teachings, as well as the impact of the animated film Nussa and Rara on the people who watch it. This research is a type of documentary research. The presentation of data in this research is qualitative. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model, in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions. by analyzing the content of the animated film Nussa and Rara first before concluding. The results of the research show that many of the educational values of Birul Walidain and characteristics of Takrimul Ulad education contained in the animated film Nussa and Rara in episodes 10 and 12 are in accordance with Islamic teachings. There are also many positive impacts for people who watch the animated film Nussa and Rara. This rara makes the audience feel that they will not get bored with the scenes shown, because the animated film Nussa and Rara is not just entertainment but can also be used as a guide or reference for learning media for children under the guidance of their parents.

Abstract

Working mothers have a role as Madrasatul Ula for their children. The purpose of this Madrasatul Ula is that a mother figure becomes the first educator for her child. From the time they are in the womb until their child is born, mothers will always foster, guide, direct and educate their children wholeheartedly. But in this decade, the mother also helps in meeting the economic needs of the family. Whereas the figure of a mother is very important in educating her child. Especially learning related to Islam. PAI subject matter is important to be a beacon of life in worship and form individual piety and social piety. So it's really unfortunate if mothers can't accompany their children to study PAI. This study aims to explain how the role of working mothers as Madrasatul Ula in accompanying children's learning in PAI learning. By using a qualitative method approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. After the data is collected, it will be tested for the validity of the data using interactive analysis methods. The results of the study explain how working mothers as Madrasatul Ula manage their time in the midst of busy work to accompany their children's learning in PAI learning and explain the efforts made by working mothers in accompanying their children's learning.

Abstract

Character coaching and character development can motivate learners to do positive things. The implanting of character is not only cultivated through knowledge and practice, but must be habit. One of the efforts to form a character through the dorm program. From the applied dormitory program may help in developing learners' characters because they are unconsciously used to a continuous program of dorms. Through breeding, it is expected that learners habitually approach everything by reflecting known character values. The purpose of the study to find out is the dorm program, the character of the student and the retard factors and the implementation factors of the dorm program in emulation of the student character. The study employs qualitative methods, using field reseacrh. And data is obtained through documentation, observation, and interviews. Then the data is analyzed with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification. Results from the study indicate that the implementation of the dormitory program in ma of the skills as-sa 'adah pamotan program greatly affected developing the character of learners. With the environment, adequate facilities and infrastructure provide support for the run of the dorms program to create a character for religious learners, discipline, tolerance, compassion.

Abstract

The moral crisis is a major polemic for the Indonesian nation today. As we see on television and other social media, there are many cases such as murder, bullying, brawls, violence, lack of courtesy towards older people. Therefore, it is necessary to instill morals from an early age. Because morals that are instilled from an early age will continue to develop into the next age. The aim of this research is to determine the application of teachers' habituation strategies in instilling moral values in children aged 5-6 years at the Al Battani Mranggen Kindergarten and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for the habituation strategies used by teachers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The data sources consist of primary data (teachers) and secondary data (strategic location of the kindergarten, teacher names, and other data). From the research results, it is clear that teachers' habituation strategies in instilling moral values in children aged 5-6 years at Al Battani Kindergarten are dhuha prayers in congregation, reading prayers before eating and drinking, murojaah or memorizing short letters, short hadiths, short prayers and toyyibah sentences. , and shaking hands and responding to greetings. The supporting factors for this habituation strategy are support from parents, commitment to the school community, and adequate facilities. The inhibiting factors are the different backgrounds of the participants and the environment or social interactions of the students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi guru PAI dalam menerapkan konsep generasi khaira ummah di SMA Islam Sultan Agung 3 Semarang. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan dengan metode deskriptif analitis. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan model interaktif melalui tiga tahap, yaitu tahap reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan peningkatan ketekunan dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah; 1) Gambaran guru PAI dalam menanamkan perilaku yang mencerminkan generasi khaira ummah. 2) Strategi guru PAI dalam menerapkan konsep generasi khaira ummah pada peserta didik. 3) Faktor pendukung dari strategi diterapkannya konsep generasi khaira ummah di sekolah yaitu sekolah yang mendukung, guru-guru yang menjadi teladan, motivasi peserta didik yang tinggi, dan adanya kerjasama antara guru dengan orang tua. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu keterbatasan waktu, pengaruh lingkungan, kurangnya dukungan orang tua, motivasi siswa yang naik turun, dan tantangan perkembangan teknologi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kegiatan Tadarus Al-Qur’an dan shalat tahajud bersama terhadap pembentukan karakter religius di kalangan remaja. Penelitian ini berlandaskan pada pemahaman bahwa akhlak, sebagaimana dijelaskan oleh al-Ghazali, merupakan perilaku yang bersumber dari hati yang baik, yang sangat penting dalam pengembangan karakter individu. Selain itu, karakter yang kuat tidak hanya diukur dari ucapan, tetapi juga dari pilihan yang diambil, yang berkontribusi pada kesuksesan seseorang, seperti yang diungkapkan oleh Maxwell. Melalui metode kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari partisipasi aktif remaja dalam kegiatan tadarus dan shalat tahajud, serta dampaknya terhadap sikap dan perilaku mereka sehari-hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan dalam kegiatan keagamaan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman spiritual remaja, tetapi juga memperkuat nilai-nilai moral dan etika yang menjadi landasan karakter religius mereka. Dengan demikian, kegiatan Tadarus Al-Qur’an dan shalat tahajud bersama dapat dianggap sebagai strategi efektif dalam menanamkan karakter religius yang positif di kalangan remaja, yang pada gilirannya berkontribusi pada pembentukan masyarakat yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara deskriptif strategi yang diterapkan oleh pengasuh Pondok Pesantren Mamba'ul Ulum Kajen Margoyoso Pati dalam mencegah terjadinya perundungan (bullying) di lingkungan pesantren, serta mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam penerapan strategi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengasuh pesantren menerapkan strategi pencegahan perundungan melalui penanaman nilai-nilai keislaman, penguatan peraturan dan kedisiplin, peningkatan pengawasan dan pendampingan, penyuluhan tentang dampak perundungan, dan pendidikan karakter melalui keteladan. Pengasuh pesantren memberikan contoh mengenai akhlak terpuji dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Strategi utama yang berperan besar adalah penanaman nilai-nilai keislaman. Adapun strategi pengasuh pesantren yang kurang optimal yaitu peningkatan pengawasan dan pendampingan karena jumlah santri yang banyak tidak sebanding dengan tenaga pengasuh. Faktor penghambat peran pengasuh tersebut meliputi jumlah santri yang banyak hingga menimbulkan potensi kasus, budaya senioritas yang berlebihan, dan latar belakang santri yang berbeda, sedangkan faktor pendukungnya adalah penanaman nilai-nilai keagamaan yang kuat, perhatian besar pengasuh dan pengurus, lingkungan sosial yang positif, komunikasi yang baik dengan orang tua, dan kerjasama antar santri.

Abstract

Moderasi beragama menjadi bagian dari merawat Indonesia sebagai bangsa yang memiliki keberagaman untuk mencegah sikap ekstremisme. Senjata paling ampuh untuk permasalahan ini, ialah dengan menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang moderat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penguatan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama berbasis Sekolah Damai di SMA Negeri 3 Semarang. Penelitian ini masuk dalam kategori kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan informan kepala sekolah, guru pendidikan agama Islam serta peserta didik muslim dan nonmuslim SMA Negeri 3 Semarang. Kajian ini menjadi menarik karena SMA Negeri 3 Semarang, konsisten dalam menciptakan berbagai kegiatan dan program yang mampu menciptakan kebiasaan-kebiasaan baik, dalam mendukung tumbuh suburnya keberagaman dengan bingkai persatuan. Salah satunya kegiatan Specta Freeday dengan tujuan mengakrabkan satu sama lain, menumbuhkan sikap saling menghormati, dan menghargai antara umat beragama, dengan ini terciptanya Sekolah Damai.

Abstract

Pesantren sebuah lembaga yang sejak lama telah mendarah daging memiliki ikatan kuat di Indonesia, oleh karena itu pesantren bisa disebut sebuah lembaga pendidikan khas Indonesia. Dalam dunia pesantren tidak terpisahkan dari sumber pengetahuan utama yaitu Al-Quran , hadist, dan kitab kuning. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yang mana data didapatkan melalui proses wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi yang dilakukan dilingkungan sekolah yang mempunyai tujuan untuk memahami tentang yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian  sepeti mengamati  seluk beluk yang ada pada yang diteliti Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian lapanagan (field research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif.
