Abstract

The fundamental values ​​contained in Islamic law are reflected in the formulation of Islamic law itself, namely happiness, enjoyment, benefit, justice, and so on. The online system has the potential to conflict with the values ​​of Islamic law, which is detrimental to many people because of the difficulty of tracking various electronic transactions and it can have a very broad impact when it comes to crimes in the digital world. Based on this reality, several research problems arise related to the ITE Law from the perspective of maqāṣid shari'ah. This article is a library research study using a qualitative paradigm. The results of the discussion show that the emergence of social groups in the name of religion that misuse social media has occurred, one of which is spreading hoax news, updating news, photos, and videos, etc. that deviate from existing norms. The ITE Law is a new thing in the realm of legislation in Indonesia. For that, it is necessary to study further, one of which is in terms of maqāṣid syarī'ah the extent to which the objectives of the law are viewed from Islamic law or qawā'id uluhiyyah. The relevance of maqāṣid syarī'ah with the ITE Law is that there are regulations that guarantee the benefit of the people, namely being able to bring benefits and keep people away from evil deeds by using these cyber tools.

Abstract

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi covid-19 sekarang ini, kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) di semua tingkatan dan jenjang pendidikan, khususnya di tingkat taman kanak-kanak mengalami berbagai tantangan dan kendala. Di antaranya masih banyak guru yang mengalami kesulitan mengelola pembelajaran jarak jauh karena keterbatasan mereka dalam menguasai pembelajaran berbasis daring.  Sementara itu, kendala yang dihadapi orang tua murid adalah ketidaksiapan mereka dalam mendampingi anaknya dalam pembelajaran berbasis daring. Kondisi demikian menjadikan pelatihan pembelajaran berbasis daring bagi para guru dan orangtua murid sebagai salah satu solusi dalam mengatasi kendala pembelajaran di masa pandemi. Inilah yang menjadikan arti penting kegiatan pengabdian saat pendemi seperti sekarang ini bagi guru-guru yang menjadi garda terdepan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Metode dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasilnya, para peserta mampu mempergunakan berbagai aplikasi pembelajaran daring. Implikasi yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah bertambahnya keterampilan menerapkan teknologi pendidikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis daring bagi guru-guru TK di Kecamatan Mranggen-Demak.  During the Covid-19 pandemic, distance learning activities (PJJ) at all levels and levels of education, especially at the kindergarten level, experience various challenges and obstacles. Among the many teachers who experience distance learning difficulties because of their limitations in mastering online-based learning. Meanwhile, schools that are related to students' parents are their unpreparedness in assisting children in online-based learning. This condition makes online-based learning training for teachers and parents of students as one of the solutions in overcoming learning problems during the pandemic. This is the important meaning of service activities during a pandemic like it is today for teachers who are at the forefront of learning activities. The method in this service activity is carried out by means of training and mentoring. As a result, the participants were able to use various online learning applications. The implication obtained from this activity is the development of the application of educational technology in online-based learning activities for kindergarten teachers in Mranggen-Demak District.

Abstract

Wali comes from Wala or Waliya which means close, has a role in continuing the prophetic mission. In the Quran, this term is used to mean a relative, friend or protector. In carrying out the role of continuing the mission of prophecy, the saints who are more familiarly called Walisongo always invite Islam and Ahl al-Sunnah Wa al-Jama'ah, the da'wa used by Walisongo in realizing its mission is the application of the methods developed by Sunni Sufis in imparting teachings. However, the methods of preaching that are carried out by the saints are different, the values ​​of pluralism as practiced by Sunan Kudus are very different from other saints, where Sunan Kudus used methods by utilizing traditional symbols and beliefs of the local community, evidence of Da'wa methods are still visible today, namely the shape and style of the building of the al-Aqsa mosque, minarets, gates, and showers (ablution places) which are actually symbols of the eight Buddhist paths, each of which is given a statue of the head of Kebo Gumarang as a permanent Buddhist teaching. preserved as part of cultural assimilation.

Abstract

This article is aimed to investigate Tahfizh al-Qur'an learning model in the Billingual Class System (BCS) of Tahfizh Science Program at MAN 2 Kudus. This study tries to examine Tahfizh al-Qur'an learning model in Madrasah in order to enable it as beneficial as a Tahfizh al-Qur'an learning model for educational institutions which are based on Tahfizh al-Qur'an boarding schools, particularly for State Aliyah Madrasah as well as to give impacts on Development Model of Madrasah grounded in Tahfizh al-Qur'an Pesantren to creat tafaqquh fiddin scholars who are not only capable in the fields of science and technology, but also in the Qur'an memorization. The method used in this research is field research with a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The results showed that there was an integration between the learning in the tahfizh al-Qur'an boarding school and the learning in the formal Madrasah classes with a regular schedule and with intensive guidance for memorization targets at each level. The study can be concluded that by using the BIHIM HUFADZE model, which stands for guidance (Bimbingan), intensive (Intensif), halaqah (Halaqah), integration (Integrasi), madrasah (Madrasah), memorizing (Hafalan), repeating (Ulang), understanding (Faham), al-Qur'an (Al-Qur’an), recitation (Deresan), and Adding (Ziyadah).

Abstract

This research examines how the leadership of the principal is in its efforts to build teachers who are characterized and innovative in this Digitalization Era. The research used in this research is a qualitative research which is described descriptively. Various sources were processed in this study such as books, research results, journals, and research articles. The results of this study suggest that over the last decade, studies of the effects of school leadership have increasingly aimed at identifying and validating the pathways through which principal leadership impacts key teaching and learning processes in schools. In addition, it was found that digital technology provides new challenges in the world of education today. Innovation is needed especially for school principals as leaders in the school sector to realize the various aspirations of the nation's education. One aspect that needs to be realized is creating human resources, namely teachers who have high character and innovation through the leadership of the school principal in this digital era. The role of the principal in this case is very important given the strategic position he holds. Through role models and strategic solutions, both traditional, interpersonal, and HR development, it is expected to be able to motivate teachers to be more creative and innovative in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

The rapid growth of mosques in Indonesia is a matter of pride for us Muslims. But it's really unfortunate, it turns out that the existence of hundreds of thousands of mosques in general are still only functioning as "mahdlah" places of worship. In fact, if we go back to the history of the mosque at the time of Rasulullah Muhammad Sallahu Alaihi Wasallam, then the existence of the mosque has multiple functions whose beneficial effects are felt for the people. The purpose of this study is to elaborate on the practice of congregational service-based mosque management which has been successfully practiced at the Al-Falah mosque in Sragen which is viral because of its unique management. The target that researchers want to obtain through this research is to obtain a clear picture of congregational service-based mosque management. The method in this study is to use a qualitative descriptive method by going directly to the research site. The results of the study prove that the Al-Falah mosque in Sragen has unique management and is based on community services, including services in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) activities.

Abstract

Pokok bahasan dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan pembelajaran kitab Bidayatul Hidayah dalam Membentuk Perilaku Disiplin Santri yang dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Hikmah Kabupaten Pati, dengan fokus penelitian mencakup 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran kitab Bidayatul Hidayah dalam Membentuk Perilaku Disiplin Santri, 2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran kitab Bidayatul Hidayah dalam Membentuk Perilaku Disiplin Santri, dan 3) Evaluasi pembelajaran kitab Bidayatul Hidayah dalam Membentuk Perilaku Disiplin Santri. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan temuan dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran kitab Bidayatul Hidayah diserahkan sepenuhnya kepada pengajar (ustadz) dengan memperhatikan beberapa aspek seperti tujuan, metode, media dan strategi penyampaian pembelajaran. 2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran kitab ini dilakukan satu kali dalam sepekan yaitu pada hari Selasa Pukul 19.30-20.30 WIB dan bertempat di Pondok Pesantren. 3) Evaluasi pembelajaran kitab Bidayatul Hidayah di Pondok Pesantren Al-Hikmah Kabupaten Pati menggunakan evaluasi teknik tes dan teknik non tes.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study focuses on the taÍfÍ al Qur’an education model conducted by KH. M. Arwani in the Islamic Boarding School Yanbu'ul Holy Qur'an. The author in conducting this research uses a literature study and a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the research that the authors did found several educational concepts memorizing the Qur'an according to KH. M. Arwani Amin, among others; 1. Sincerity, 2. Obedience  3. Importance of Quality, 4. Patience and Thoroughness. The method applied in PTYQ, namely the pesantren which he initiated as the following; 1. The musyrifahah method, 2. Recitation method, 3. takrÊr method, 4. MudÉrasah method, and 5. Test method.While the Al-Qur'an memorization system at the pesantren which is fostered by KH. M. Arwani is divided into five groups or classes, namely: Preparation Class, Class I, Class II, Class III, and Special Classes. “Adab“  learning and memorizing the Qur'an in  accordance with KH. M. Arwani Amin, covering adab before memorizing the Qur'an, must be based on sincerity, and adab when memorizing the Qur'an, namely; always pray and always obey all the rules of the teacher and the pesantren. Keywords: Al-Qur'an, Tahfidz, Education, M.
