Abstract

This research examines the optimization of online business media (e-commerce). The purpose of this study is to find out the comparison of online business media (e-commerce) between marketplace and social media platforms. The research location is located in Gresik City. Primary data was obtained from a survey questionnaire, while secondary data was obtained from the internet. The results of this study are information on the percentage of e-commerce media usage which is most widely used by buyers to meet the needs of daily life, such as 1) lifestyle, 2) food, 3) groceries, 4) household appliances, 5) needs household consumables, 6) skincare, bodycare and makeup.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how ERP-SAP based Accounting Information Systems are able to improve the quality of financial statements at PT PLN Persero UIKL SULAWESI. This study is a qualitative study with a case study approach. The data used is primary data obtained through interviews and observation. Data analysis used data triangulation which consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Accounting Information System at PT PLN Persero UIKL SULAWESI has a major contribution to the quality of financial reporting, especially in the process of preparing and presenting financial reports. In addition, this study also found that the results of financial reporting that were input using the ERP-SAP based Accounting Information System were able to improve the quality of the financial reports by fulfilling the qualitative requirements of financial reporting and providing an integrated system that allows the central office to control data processing automatically in real time.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study using the literature study method, with the aim of knowing the results of the implementation of ISO 26000-based Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to increase company value. The results showed that the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) based on the International Standard Organization 26000 in an effort to increase the value of the company by referring to the seven core subjects discussed in ISO 26000, namely: (1) Organizational governance; (2) Human rights (human rights); (3) Labor practices; (4) the environment (the environment); (5) Fair operating procedures (fair operating procedures); (6) consumer issues (consumer issues); (7) Community involvement and development, these seven subjects were issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions with purchase intention as an intervening variable for users of Wuling cars in Makassar City. This study uses primary data by taking data from questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study was probability sampling so that the number of samples used was 157 people. The data analysis technique in this study used (SEM) structural equation modeling with the help of smartPLS to be able to solve the problems and hypotheses that have been formulated in this study and used to test the relationships between variables. The results of this study indicate that Product Quality has no effect on Purchase Decision, Price has no effect on Purchase Decision, Product Quality has a significant effect on Purchase Intention, Price has a significant effect on Purchase Intention, Purchase Interest has significant influence on Purchase Decision, Product Quality has a significant effect significant effect on Purchase Decision through Purchase Interest and Price has no effect on Purchase Decision through Purchase Interest.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of quality of work life on deep acting, the effect of quality of work life on employee performance, the effect of deep acting on employee performance, and the effect of quality of work life through deep acting as an intervening variable on the performance of employees who work at Agency Offices. Regional Finance and Revenue Management in Mamuju City. The sample collection technique used is the saturated sample technique. The number of samples used was 116 respondents. The data processing method used in this study uses SPSS software. The results showed that quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on deep acting, quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, deep acting has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and quality of work life has a positive and significant effect through deep acting. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions of Yamaha Fino which is moderated by the promotion of the millennial female segment in Makassar City. The type of research used is correlational research, with a quantitative approach. The population used is the millennial female segment of consumers who have purchased a Yamaha Fino motorcycle in Makassar City, with a total sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is moderation analysis with SEM PLS. The results of this study indicate that (1) price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Yamaha Fino motorcycles in the millennial women segment in Makassar City, (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Yamaha Fino motorcycles in the millennial women segment in Kota Makassar. Makassar, (3) price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Yamaha Fino motorcycles with promotion as a moderating variable in the millennial female segment in Makassar City, and (4) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Yamaha Fino motorcycles with promotions as moderating variables in the millennial female segment in Makassar City. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian Yamaha Fino yang dimoderasi promosi pada segmen wanita milenial di Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian korelasional, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan konsumen segmen wanita milenial yang pernah melakukan pembelian sepeda motor Yamaha Fino di Kota Makassar, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis moderasi dengan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Yamaha Fino pada segmen wanita milenial di Kota Makassar, (2) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Yamaha Fino pada segmen wanita milenial di Kota Makassar, (3) harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Yamaha Fino dengan promosi sebagai variabel moderasi pada segmen wanita milenial di Kota Makassar, serta (4) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Yamaha Fino dengan promosi sebagai variabel moderasi pada segmen wanita milenial di Kota Makassar.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan analisis aspek pengaruh persepsi kemudahan serta manfaat yang dimoderasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap minat beli ulang saldo e-wallet OVO di kota Makassar. Penelitian adalah jenis penelitian asosiatif yang menggunakan pendekatan semantic diferensial. Adapun data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penarikan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 130. Data penelitian diolah dan dianalisis dengan teknik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) yang menggunakan bantuan SmartPLS versi 3.0 for windows. Temuan hasil penelitiaan: kemudahan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang saldo E-Wallet OVO sedangkan persepi manfaat dan kepuasan pelanggan secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli ulang saldo E-Wallet OVO, dan kepuasan pelanggan tidak mampu memoderasi persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi manfaat secara parsial terhadap minat beli ulang saldo E-Wallet OVO. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pelanggan, Minat Beli Ulang, Persepsi Kemudahan, dan Persepsi Manfaat ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze aspects of the influence of perceptions of convenience and benefits moderated by customer satisfaction on the intention to repurchase OVO e-wallet balances in the city of Makassar. Research is a type of associative research that uses a differential semantic approach. The data used are primary and secondary data. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total of 130 respondents. The research data was processed and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique using SmartPLS version 3.0 for windows. The findings of the research: convenience partially has no effect on the intention to repurchase OVO E-Wallet balances, while perceived benefits and customer satisfaction partially have a positive effect on the intention to repurchase OVO E-Wallet balances, and customer satisfaction is not able to moderate perceived convenience and perceived benefits as a whole. partial to interest in repurchasing OVO E-Wallet balances.
