Abstract

Entrepreneurial leadership has gained prominence as a critical factor influencing organizational performance, particularly in emerging markets. This study examines how entrepreneurial leadership impacts organizational outcomes within Indonesian companies. Using a mixed-method approach, data were collected through surveys and in-depth interviews with leaders and employees in various sectors. The results show a strong correlation between entrepreneurial leadership traits—such as innovation, risk-taking, and proactive behavior—and improved performance metrics. The paper discusses practical implications for fostering an entrepreneurial mindset within organizations to enhance resilience and competitive advantage in volatile markets.

Abstract

Customer engagement is a crucial component of successful e-commerce platforms in the digital age, especially in rapidly growing regions like Southeast Asia. This research analyzes engagement strategies used by top e-commerce companies to retain customers and increase brand loyalty. Using a case study approach, data were collected from various platforms, focusing on user experience, loyalty programs, and digital marketing tactics. The findings reveal that personalized marketing and seamless mobile integration play significant roles in customer engagement. The paper concludes with recommendations for e-commerce businesses looking to improve customer interaction and loyalty in competitive digital landscapes.

Abstract

The rapid pace of digital transformation presents both challenges and opportunities for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. This paper explores how SMEs are adapting to digital change, highlighting the main barriers and enabling factors affecting their growth. Through qualitative interviews with SME owners across Indonesia, the study uncovers key themes around technological adoption, financial investment, and skill gaps. The findings suggest that while digital adoption can enhance competitiveness and efficiency, SMEs require support in terms of digital literacy and funding access. Policy recommendations include enhancing government support, providing digital training programs, and offering incentives for digital investments.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become an essential strategy for building a positive brand image and fostering customer trust. This study compares the role of CSR in enhancing brand image within Indonesian and Kazakhstani markets, focusing on sectors with high consumer visibility. Through a survey of consumers and interviews with CSR managers, the research identifies key CSR activities that resonate with each market's audience. The study concludes that culturally tailored CSR initiatives can significantly enhance brand perception, suggesting that firms should adapt their CSR strategies to align with local values and consumer expectations.

Abstract

As environmental concerns grow, companies are increasingly adopting green innovation and sustainable business practices to meet both regulatory requirements and consumer demand. This paper investigates the drivers of green innovation in Indonesian manufacturing firms and assesses its impact on environmental performance. Using survey data from 100 firms, the study finds that government incentives and consumer pressure significantly influence companies' sustainability strategies. However, the research also identifies challenges in implementing sustainable practices, particularly related to costs and limited technical knowledge. Policy implications include strengthening incentives for green technology and creating partnerships for knowledge sharing.

Abstract

The village is one of the jurisdictions of the legal community which has the boundaries of the territory authorized to regulate and administer government affairs. In this case the role of village government is very important because it concerns the service to the community. The maximum productivity of the village apparatus is one of the things that makes the government's goal achievable. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, conducting direct interviews with Kebumen Village officials and the people in that village. Based on research and analysis of performance indicators quality of work and quantity of work of the Kebumen Village Apparatus in carrying out their duties is considered not optimal, especially when there are still violations of work discipline, the violations related to working hours. Some factors inhibiting the performance of village apparatus in the form of a lack of number of village apparatus and a lack of development quality of human resources in Kebumen Village Apparatuses. It is necessary to make efforts to develop human resources for Kebumen Village Apparatuses to improve technical, theoretical and work discipline capabilities to improve apparatus performance Kebumen village.

Abstract

This paper examines the impact of innovative Human Resource Management (HRM) strategies on organizational success in the digital era. Over time, companies have increasingly adopted advanced technologies, including the internet, modern devices, social networks, e-learning, and digital platforms, to enhance employee performance and drive growth. These tools have positioned HRM as a critical factor for ensuring organizational survival and competitiveness in a technologically advanced world. The study highlights the effects of digital applications on HR processes such as recruitment, promotion, performance evaluation, employee satisfaction, and staff retention. It emphasizes the need for further development in HR practices to address challenges and seize opportunities in the digital context. The findings reveal that leveraging technology in HRM improves organizational efficiency, enhances employee satisfaction, and supports the development of an adaptable and innovative workforce essential for thriving in a dynamic digital workplace.

Abstract

User satisfaction in a health system is defined as the way the person perceived the service and its judgements about the care received. In Indonesia, health provider who could give dental treatments are Dentist, Dental Specialist, and Dental Co-ass Students under the supervision of Dentist in Charge of Service (DPJP) and under applicable laws and regulations. The objective of this research was to analyze whether there was a significant difference between patient’s satisfaction towards dental and oral treatment by dental co-ass students and dentist practitioner on RSGMP Jendreral Soedirman University, and measured using the Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire-18 (PSQ-18) that was modified according to field condition. Hypothesis of this research was there was a significant difference between patient satisfaction who received dental and oral treatment by co-ass students and dentist practitioner on RSGMP Jenderal Soedirman University. Result show that patient received treatment from general dentist showed higher level of satisfaction compared to patient received treatment from dental co-ass. The management of RSGMP Universitas jenderal Soedirman as a service provider needs to evaluate aspects which are still lacking in order to improve the quality of health services. Further research is needed to compare between patient satisfaction at RSGMP Universitas Jenderal Soedirman and patient satisfaction at other hospitals.

Abstract

Employee welfare is a crucial factor in forming a contribution to productivity and loyalty in the workplace environment. This study aims to explain the relationship between the formation of employee welfare and their level of productivity and loyalty. And the method used in this study is to use a survey involving 200 respondents from various industries. And there are research results obtained that have explained that there is a very significant positive relationship related to the relationship between employee welfare and loyalty and productivity. Which in this study has focused that investment in welfare programs can contribute to organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine consumer decision-making regarding marketing techniques in higher education institutions in the digital era. As technology advances and competition among universities intensifies, it is crucial for educational institutions to understand the factors influencing prospective students' decisions in choosing a university. The research employs a quantitative approach through surveys involving prospective students from various universities, as well as interviews with education marketing professionals. The findings reveal that the use of social media, personalized digital marketing, and alumni testimonials have a significant impact on influencing prospective students' decisions. This study provides new insights into the importance of adaptive, data-driven marketing strategies for attracting prospective students in the digital age. The significance of this research lies in its ability to offer guidance to higher education institutions in designing more effective and relevant marketing techniques that meet the needs of today's consumers.
