Abstract

The level of business competition in this era of globalization occurs very quickly and tightly, this makes every business actor, especially companies, must be able to find a way out. One aspect that really needs attention is the marketing aspect. With this marketing concept and strategy the company can continue to exist in carrying out its business activities. The company is also expected to be able to face growing competition and be able to achieve the desired success. The purpose and intent of this research is to find out and analyze several concepts and good marketing strategies in order to address the current business competition. The research method used is a qualitative approach which is carried out by taking secondary data sources from previous references such as literature. , various journals, as well as related documents according to the study and research themes and analyzed. Through this research, it is explained that the business world really needs good marketing concepts and strategies in order to be able to compete. Of course, careful preparation in planning the concept and marketing strategy is needed. Thus, each concept and strategy produced is able to provide many benefits for both the Company and consumers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk lebih memahami keberadaan gagasan atau ide kreatif sebagai strategi yang diperkiraakan akan mampu menjadikan daya saing baik dalam menghadapi tantangan global bagi manajemen dalam menyikapi kearifan lokal yang ada. Metode penilitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu data yang dikumpulkan bentuk kata kata bukan angka sebagai penelitian yang diajukan untuk mendeskripsikan atau fenomena fenomena yang ada. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa terjadi perubahan kebiasaan tentang pengembangan bentuk produk, kegiatan proses usaha atau bisnis, serta terjadinya inovasi dalam manajemen organisasi. Berkaitan dengan manajemen kreatif dan inovasi perubahan dalam pengelolaan inovasi dalam proses-proses, produk dan pelayanan, organisasi, sampai pelanggan dan pasar. Dalam menunjang kegiatan manajemen kreatif dan inovasi dibutuhkan dalam memebrikan gagasan dan ide-ide baru secara terus mengalir sebagai antisipasi perkembangan dunia agar nilai kearifan lokal tetap eksis di era globaliasi. Upaya untuk mempertahankan nilai kebudayaan suatu lingkungan dengan memperhatikan nilai kerifan lokal senantiasa melekat pada diri generasi muda dalam menghadapi tantangan masa globalisasi.

Abstract

The low productivity of potatoes is caused by many factors, including the very low quality of the seeds used, poor storage, climate, capital, limited farmer knowledge, and attacks by plant-disturbing organisms, especially diseases. Not only that, many farmers are still unfamiliar with the various diseases that can attack potato plants, or their knowledge about potato plant diseases is incomplete. This study aims to design and develop an expert system web-based application technology using the Certainty Factor (CF) method to detect potato disease symptoms. The CF method defines a measure of the capacity of a fact or provision to express the level of an expert's belief in a matter experienced by the concept of belief or trust and distrust or uncertainty contained in the certainty factor. The results showed that the CF method could function optimally in detecting potato plant diseases which can help farmers based on the symptoms that appear with an accuracy value of 94%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to be able to find out and analyze the relationship between the financial performance of micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMESs and knowledge of financial inclusion towards the implementation of digitization in order to assist and facilitate financial inclusion activities towards public knowledge. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research method. The results of the research are data processing using SPSS 26 statistics and the results show that financial inclusion can trigger an increase in public knowledge or micro, small and medium enterprises, and financial inclusion can improve financial performance with knowledge of existing products in banking institutions with digital technology facilities. From the results of the study it can be concluded that MSMEs business actors have a partial effect on the use of digital technology services. Likewise, the knowledge variable about financial inclusion has a partial effect on the use of digital technology services. Keywords: Digital, Financial Inclusion, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises

Abstract

Industri sektor perbankan di Indonesia telah banyak mengalami perkembangan dengan signifikan dalam peran serta memepengaruhi perkembangan ekonomi Indonesia di era digital. Perlindungan konsumen merupakan pokok utama yang dibahas dalam regulasi dan ketentuan perlindungan konsumen untuk mengoptimalisasikan kebijakan dalam penggunaan produk perbankan pada era digital saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ketentuan dan hukum perlindungan konsumen bagi konsumen lembaga jasa keuangan dalam mengoptimalisasikan kebijakan dalam penggunaan produk perbankan pada era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian menggunakan pendekatan normatif dengan paradigma post-positivisme, bahwa guna terciptanya perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen. Perlindungan konsumen merupakan upaya untuk memberi penjelasaan tentang pengetahuan dan pemahaman atas produk dan/atau layanan yang akan digunakan atau dimanfaatkan oleh konsumen. Perbankan yang mempunyai produk berusaha memberikan kepastian hukum dan ketentuan lainnya untuk melindungi konsumen dalam pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban konsumen di sektor jasa keuangan dengan memperhatikan cara agar terhindar dari dampak negatif di era digital.

Abstract

Narcotics are substances or drugs derived from plants or non-plants, both synthetic and semi-synthetic, which can cause a decrease or change in consciousness, loss of taste, reduce to eliminate pain, and can cause dependence, which are divided into groups as attached in the Law. This (according to Article 1 paragraph (1) of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics). The purpose of this research is to examine what makes millennials abuse drugs and find solutions to dealing with drugs for the sake of the golden generation. For the research method used is data reduction and data presentation. The results of this study indicate that there are many factors that influence the millennial generation to abuse drugs, including personality, family, environment, education, society and social community factors.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, knowledge within the company has become something that is very decisive for the success of a company. Knowledge Management System (KMS) as a key element in knowledge management, is an application system used by organizations to manage tacit and explicit knowledge as a platform for communicating information. Employee Cooperative (Kopkar) PT. Gudang Garam Tbk is a cooperative engaged in savings and loans under the auspices of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk Kediri which has a very important role in improving the welfare of employees. The advancement of science and technology is a new challenge for the HR & General Division to process the knowledge assets owned by each employee. As a result of the very accelerating effect of globalization, the emphasis on the importance of the quality of human resources (HR) is one response in responding to these changes. This research method uses data collection methods, data analysis and software development. While analyzing the knowledge management process into a client/server oriented system using the SECI model. From the report, 80% of the discussions that are often shared are in the category of cooperative management issues, and 20% discuss articles about the role of technology and how to grow productivity in an organization.

Abstract

Education is one of the most important things for people to have. Many people are competing for education to increase their abilities. Technology plays a big role in developing access to education to make it easier with many online applications and online classes education becomes easier. However, there are still many unresolved problems in this field of education, namely the emergence of the phenomenon of incompatibility between educators and students so that student interest decreases dramatically because of this. And also, the lack of learning materials taught that are not school subjects such as programming. Therefore, the author and team designed an application where this application can find students a learning mentor outside of school so that they can increase their knowledge. The application also provides a matching feature based on the student's personality so that the student can find a suitable tutor.

Abstract

The lives of communities on the coast are mostly active in port areas with extraordinary natural resources and the potential to be empowered through programs to improve the quality of life of fishing communities on the coast. Of the many ports for empowering fishing communities is the Tamperan Pacitan coastal fishing port. The area used for fishermen's activities has an infrastructure capable of anchoring small, medium-sized, and large-scale fishing boats. Pacitan's Tamperan Port, although at a traditional level, can maximize its existing potential and will have a significant impact on fishermen to improve their economic standard of living. One of the problems faced by fishermen groups on Pacitan's Tamperan coast is the lack of promotion or information about the fishermen's catches in the form of fish species that are known to the wider community. It is hoped that this service will increase knowledge for fishermen groups so that their activities and activities are known to the public through the development of information technology in the form of websites.  This community service activity includes website application development activities for fishermen and ship owners. It is hoped that in the future this website will be able to provide changes to the economic growth of the fishermen themselves. However, attention needs to be paid to the field of human resources so that it can keep pace with technological developments that are necessary and beneficial for fishermen. In this way, port management and fishermen can run optimally. Support from various parties must of course be supported, including from the local government, to create a port that has great benefits based on information technology.
