Abstract

The aim of this research is to empirically analyze employee performance improvement with aspects of organizational citizenship behavior, organizational culture and motivation in Sragen District, Sragen Regency. The analysis technique used is instrument testing which includes validity and reliability tests, linearity tests, regression analysis, path analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination test and correlation analysis. The results of the research are that Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test show that the value of F = 39.432 is significant 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that together the variables Organizational Citizenship Behavior, organizational culture and motivation have a significant effect on performance. The results of calculating the total R2 value of 0.915 can be interpreted as variations in employee performance in Sragen District, Sragen Regency being explained by the variables Organizational Citizenship Behavior, organizational culture and motivation at 91.5% and the remaining 8.5% is explained by other variables outside the research model for example training and climate. Work. The most dominant path of influence on performance is the indirect path of organizational culture through motivation on performance.

Abstract

This analysis explores the influence of both objective and subjective financial literacy, in addition to financial self-efficacy, on hazardous credit behavior among millennial PayLater users residing in Indonesia. A total of 262 participants provided data through an online survey, which was subsequently analyzed employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The empirical evidence suggests that individual perceptions of financial literacy reduce engagement in high-risk credit activities while simultaneously bolstering one's financial self-efficacy. The acquisition of objective financial literacy solely enhances one's financial self-efficacy without directly impacting behaviors associated with high-risk credit engagement. Furthermore, financial self-efficacy does not demonstrate a statistically meaningful impact on precarious credit practices is recognized, and it does not fulfill a mediating role in the association between financial literacy and precarious credit practices. These results underscore the critical role of subjective financial literacy in alleviating the risk associated with adverse credit behaviors.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine, test and analyze empirically the significance of the influence of psychological capital on employee performance through work motivation in employees carrying out financial functions in the Yogyakarta Special Region Regional Police. The research uses a quantitative approach. Primary data from respondents, with data collection techniques namely questionnaires. The sample using census/population techniques was 30 employees. Data analysis using instrument tests, linearity, hypotheses, and mediation analysis with bootstrap process Hayes 4.0. The results of the t test prove that psychological capital has a significant effect on work motivation, psychological capital has a significant effect on performance, work motivation has an insignificant effect on performance. Work motivation as a mediator has a significant effect on the influence of psychological capital on performance. The results of the F test show that the variables psychological capital and work motivation have a significant effect on performance. The total R2 test result is 0.898. This means that performance is explained by psychological capital variables and work motivation variables amounting to 89.8% and the remaining 10.1% is explained by other variables outside this research model. Analysis of direct and indirect influence paths has proven that the direct influence of psychological capital on employee performance is an effective and dominant path.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of information technology and digital payments on financial performance, as well as to examine the role of digital literacy as a moderating variable in the creative economy sector, particularly in the handicraft sub-sector at the Ngarsopuro Night Market in Surakarta. Using quantitative methods through a survey of 52 MSME actors, the results show that both information technology and digital payments have a positive and significant effect on financial performance. However, another important finding is that digital literacy has not been able to moderate or strengthen this relationship. This indicates that although the use of technology and digital payments has a positive impact, the limited level of digital understanding and expertise among MSME players remains a challenge that needs to be overcome in order to optimize the full potential of digitalization. The results of this study are expected to provide input for MSMEs to improve their digital capacity, as well as serve as a basis for consideration by the government and related parties in formulating more effective policies to improve digital literacy.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui, menguji dan menganalisis secara empiris signifikansi pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi terhadap motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Sampel dengan teknik sensus yaitu sebanyak 50 responden. Analisis data dengan uji instrumen, uji linearitas, uji hipotesis, dan analisis jalur. Uji t membuktikan  Lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja; lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja namun komunikasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan; Lingkungan kerja, komunikasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja namun kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan. Uji R2 total sebesar 0,944 artinya kinerja di jelaskan oleh lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 94,4 % dan sisanya sebesar 5,6 % dijelaskan variabel lain diluar model. Uji F dapat disimpulkan lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil analisis jalur membuktikan bahwa pengaruh langsung komunikasi terhadap kinerja merupakan jalur yang dominan dan efektif berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terbukti tidak efektif dalam memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja dan pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

The MSME sector plays a crucial role in Indonesia's economic growth. MSMEs contribute significantly to job creation, income generation, and economic growth. This research, conducted in Pamekasan Regency, will provide valuable insights for the government and other stakeholders in designing appropriate policies and programs to support MSMEs in effectively adopting digital technology. To identify factors influencing the acceptance and use of digital marketing among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pamekasan Regency, the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model can be used as a conceptual framework. Based on the UTAUT model, technology acceptance and use are influenced by four main factors: performance expectations, business expectations, social influence, and supporting conditions. This research will analyze the influence of these four factors on the acceptance and use of digital marketing among MSMEs in Pamekasan Regency, as well as their impact on product sales.

Abstract

Quantitative research aims to determine, test and analyze empirically the influence of discipline, competence and communication on work motivation and employee performance at the Yogyakarta City Social Workforce and Transmigration Service. Research data uses primary data from respondents regarding questionnaire answers. Sampling using census techniques was 75 respondents. Data analysis uses path analysis, hypothesis testing, direct, indirect and total effects. The research results show that competence and communication have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, while discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on work motivation; communication has a positive and significant effect on performance, while discipline, competence and work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. The results of the F test show that discipline, competence and communication on work motivation have a significant effect on performance. The total R square value of 0.955 means that performance is explained by discipline, competence, communication and work motivation by 95.5% and the remaining 4.5% is explained by other factors outside the research model, for example work environment variables, organizational culture and so on. . The results of the path analysis show that the direct path of communication to performance is the most dominant and most effective path for improving performance. The results of the Sobel test show that work motivation is unable to mediate the relationship between discipline, competence and communication on performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Klinik Pertamina IHC Sinabung (Divisi Medis) Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh pada Klinik Pertamina IHC Sinabung dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 68 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji regresi linier sederhana dan berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t parsial, serta uji F simultan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan Klinik Pertamina IHC Sinabung, yang dibuktikan melalui persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 4,369 + 0,895X1. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,785 (kuat) dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 61,8%. Nilai t hitung sebesar 4,136 lebih besar dari t tabel 1,997 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Budaya organisasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Klinik Pertamina IHC Sinabung, yang dibuktikan melalui persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 3,572 + 0,922X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,786 (kuat) dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 61,6%. Nilai t hitung sebesar 4,186 lebih besar dari t tabel 1,997 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Secara simultan, pelatihan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Klinik Pertamina IHC Sinabung, yang dibuktikan melalui persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 2,757 + 0,503X1 + 0,524X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,835 (sangat kuat) dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 69,7%. Nilai F hitung sebesar 74,867 lebih besar dari F tabel 3,097 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of competence, communication and compensation on job satisfaction and teacher performance at SMKN 1 Miri Sragen. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study was 100 teachers and the sample was 80 teachers. The research object is job satisfaction and teacher performance. All variables are measured using a Likert scale. The type of data used is primary data. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The determination results show a total R2 value of 0.594, meaning that teacher performance is explained by Competence, Communication, Compensation and Job Satisfaction at 59.4% and the remaining 40.6% is explained by other variables outside the research model. The results of multiple regression analysis show that simultaneously (F Test) it is concluded that the variables of competence, communication, compensation and job satisfaction have an significant influence on teacher performance. The results of the path analysis prove that the direct path or direct influence of competence on teacher performance in the SMK Negeri 1 Miri Sragen Regency is the most dominant and effective path among other variables and influences, because it has a positive and significant effect in improving teacher performance by a significant 0.375. Then job satisfaction has an significant effect on teacher performance with a significant coefficient of 0.225. The mediating role of job satisfaction in the analysis of this research model is able to mediate communication and compensation, but is not able to mediate competence on teacher performance in the SMK Negeri 1 Miri Sragen Regency environment.
