Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of workload and organizational culture on the performance of Bawaslu employees in North Toraja Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach to analyze the relationships among the variables. Workload is defined as the amount of tasks, responsibilities, and time pressure experienced by employees, while organizational culture encompasses shared values, norms, and practices that shape employee behavior within the organization. Employee performance refers to the ability of employees to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. The results of this study indicate that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a Tcount value of 3.146, which is greater than the Ttable value of 2.131, and a significance level of 0.002, which is less than 0.05. This suggests that an optimal workload can enhance employee performance by motivating employees and improving task management. Similarly, organizational culture positively and significantly influences employee performance, with a Tcount value of 2.692 > Ttable 2.131 and a significance level of 0.008 < 0.05. A supportive organizational culture fosters collaboration, communication, and commitment, which in turn improves individual and team performance. Furthermore, workload and organizational culture together have a significant combined effect on employee performance, as evidenced by an Fcount value of 12.487 > Ftable 3.68 and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. These findings highlight the importance of managing employee workload appropriately while cultivating a positive and supportive organizational culture to optimize employee performance. The study provides practical insights for policymakers and managers in Bawaslu and similar institutions to enhance productivity and achieve organizational objectives effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which service quality and customer satisfaction influence consumer loyalty at Wirun Pharmacy, Purworejo Regency. The research adopts a quantitative explanatory approach, employing multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analysis as its analytical techniques. The sample of 104 respondents was determined using the Lemeshow formula to ensure representativeness. The findings of the study demonstrate that both service quality and customer satisfaction exert a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Among these two factors, customer satisfaction emerges as the most dominant variable shaping loyalty, highlighting its central role in determining whether consumers remain committed to continuing their transactions with the pharmacy. These results suggest that ensuring customer satisfaction is not only an outcome but also a strategic tool to foster long-term loyalty. Furthermore, the research underscores the necessity for pharmacy service providers to maintain high standards of service quality, while simultaneously focusing on customer-oriented strategies that prioritize satisfaction. Continuous improvement in aspects such as responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy becomes essential to enhance consumer experiences. Practical implications of the findings provide valuable insights for pharmacy managers in designing service innovations, implementing customer-centered policies, and strengthening retention strategies in a competitive healthcare service environment. Overall, this study contributes to the understanding of how service-related factors interact to create sustainable consumer loyalty, offering guidance for both academic research and managerial practices in the field of pharmacy services. The study also highlights the relevance of customer relationship management, innovation, and effective communication as critical elements to sustain competitive advantage in the dynamic pharmaceutical industry.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of profitability, liquidity, and company size on stock prices among technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2021–2024. The research addresses the question of whether traditional financial indicators remain valid in explaining stock price variations in high growth and volatile sectors such as technology, particularly during the post-pandemic period. Using a purposive sampling method, the study selects 10 technology firms as the sample, with data obtained from annual financial statements and processed using SPSS version 26. Multiple linear regression is employed alongside classical assumption tests to assess both the partial and simultaneous effects of the variables. The results reveal that profitability, as measured by Return on Equity (ROE), has a significant and positive effect on stock prices, highlighting its reliability as a performance signal to investors. In contrast, liquidity and company size do not show a statistically significant positive influence, suggesting that these traditional metrics may be less effective in assessing stock performance in dynamic technology markets. The findings underscore the need for investors to prioritize profitability when evaluating technology stocks and prompt companies to strengthen their financial performance to enhance market valuation. This study contributes to the literature by offering empirical evidence specific to Indonesia’s digital economy and by providing practical implications for investment decision making in emerging markets.

Abstract

The growth of Indonesia’s e-commerce sector has been accompanied by significant challenges related to financial sustainability. Despite rapid expansion, several technology-based companies in the e-commerce subsector have recorded persistent losses, raising concerns about bankruptcy risks. This study aims to assess the probability of bankruptcy among e-commerce technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) by applying three analytical models: Altman Z-Score, Springate, and Zmijewski. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach using documentation analysis of published financial statements. Findings reveal that each model produces varying levels of sensitivity in identifying financial distress. The Altman Z-Score and Zmijewski models emphasize capital structure and liquidity aspects, making them more effective in capturing solvency-related issues. In contrast, the Springate model prioritizes operational efficiency, offering a different perspective in evaluating financial performance. The analysis indicates that PT Goto Gojek Tokopedia Tbk and PT Global Niaga Tbk are consistently categorized within the bankruptcy zone across most models, while PT Bukalapak.com Tbk presents fluctuating outcomes depending on the model applied. These results highlight the importance of employing multiple predictive tools to strengthen the accuracy of bankruptcy assessments. The combined use of the three models serves as an early warning mechanism that provides valuable insights for both corporate management and external stakeholders. Furthermore, the study underscores the role of bankruptcy prediction in testing the going concern assumption, thereby assisting decision-makers in formulating preventive strategies and risk management policies to safeguard financial stability within Indonesia’s e-commerce sector.

Abstract

This phenomenological study explores tourists' narratives and perceptions regarding the authenticity of experiences at Sukomakmur Agrotourism, Magelang, through an eco-spiritual lens. Agrotourism has evolved beyond agricultural education to encompass cultural, spiritual, and ecological dimensions, yet empirical studies on how tourists narrate authenticity in Indonesian agrotourism contexts remain limited. Using in-depth interviews with 15 tourists and participatory observation over three months (July-October 2025), the research employed interpretative phenomenological analysis to identify emerging patterns in tourists' authentic experiences. The research reveals that authenticity is interpreted through three interconnected dimensions: physical authenticity manifested through natural landscape and farming activities, cultural authenticity expressed through local wisdom and community interactions, and spiritual authenticity experienced through contemplative moments and transcendental connection with nature. Tourists describe experiencing profound connectedness, personal reflection, and transformative insights influenced by local wisdom and the religious-cultural milieu. The integration of eco-spiritual values significantly enhances tourist experience quality, creating memorable and meaningful encounters. The findings suggest that integrating eco-spiritual values can be a distinguishing element for sustainable agrotourism development, offering theoretical contributions to authenticity literature and practical guidance for destination management in creating transformative tourism experiences.

Abstract

This study aims to trigger the causes of defects in woven sarong products at PT Ibrahim Bin Manrapi and provide improvement solutions through the application of the Six Sigma method with the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach. The main problem faced by the company is the high level of product defects which reaches an average of 4.21% of total production, with the dominant types of defects including sewing defects (46.36%), color defects (24.96%), size defects (16.53%), and torn fabric (12.15%). Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation in the production department. The measurement results show a Defects Per Million Opportunities (DPMO) value of 42,100 with a sigma level of 3.36, which indicates that production quality is still below Six Sigma standards. Analysis of the causes of defects using the 5M approach (Man, Machine, Method, Material, Measurement) shows that the main factors causing defects come from old ATBM weaving machines, lack of operator accuracy and skills, complicated manual work methods, and the absence of consistent quality control standards at the end of the process. Recommended improvement efforts include machine rejuvenation, workforce training, implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), and continuous quality monitoring through the use of control charts. The application of the Six Sigma method has proven effective in helping companies identify problem sources and develop strategies for systematic and sustainable product quality improvement.
