Abstract

Bauhinia is one of the largest genus in Caesalpiniaceae family and distributed in all tropical area.  One among 300 species of Bauhinia is Bauhinia pottsii G. Don.  This species is distributed from Southern Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia, Malay Peninsular, Borneo, Sumatra, Jawa, Bali and Lesser Sunda islands. It was recorded that one specimen was originated from East Kalimantan and collected in 1925. During exploration in Kampung Temula, Kecamatan Nyuatan, Kabupaten Kutai Barat, East Kalimantan, Bauhinia pottsii G. Abstract

Bauhinia pottsii G. Don tersebar dari Myanmar Selatan, Thailand, Kamboja dan Semenanjung Malaysia, Borneo, Sumatra, Jawa, Bali dan Kepulauan Sunda Kecil. Pendataan tentang persebaran jenis ini dengan menggunakan bahan penelitian spesimen herbarium dan ditemukan bahwa salah satu spesimen tersebut berasal dari Kalimantan Timur yang dikoleksikan tahun 1925.  Dalam kegiatan eksplorasi dan penelitian di Kampung Temula, Kecamatan Nyuatan, Kabupaten Kutai Barat, Kalimantan Timur Bauhinia pottsii G. Don var pottsii ini ditemukan kembali setelah kurang lebih 87 tahun.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki dampak yang cukup besar terhadap perekonomian Indonesia. Walaupun UMKM telah melakukan ekspor berbasis e-commerce, UMKM masih mengalami berbagai kendala akibat minimnya kompetensi SDM, yaitu belum dapat memasarkan produk dengan maksimal. Oleh karena itu, pemasaran produk saat ini merupakan kendala bagi pelaku usaha UMKM. Peningkatan kompetensi bagi para technopreneur UMKM Kota Bandung diperlukan agar memiliki keterampilan yang terhubung satu dengan lainnya untuk dilatih dan dikembangkan lebih lanjut sehingga mampu menghasilkan kinerja ekspor terbaik dalam mengelola usahanya berbasis e-commerce. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang berupa pemaparan materi mengenai bisnis pasar global dilaksanakan pada 29 Mei 2022. Sebanyak 40 mitra UMKM KADIN Kota Bandung yang menghadiri kegiatan ini memiliki usaha di bidang kuliner, fashion, jasa dan perdagangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan materi pelatihan sesuai dengan kebutuhan kerja. Tindak lanjut dari kegiatan ini adalah diperlukannya program keberlanjutan dengan bantuan dosen Program Pascasarjana Magister Manajemen Universitas Widyatama dan KADIN Kota Bandung untuk membangun technopreneurship dan kebersamaan antar komunitas UMKM melalui Forum Informasi/ Komunikasi media.

Abstract

In recent years, sales in online platforms have received huge attention from generation Z in Indonesia, along with live streaming business model which has undergone rapid development in recent years. Although the way live streaming with consumers has been known as the key to influence consumer behavior, only a few research has studied the style of streaming communication in affecting purchase intentions. Based on the social influence theory, this study attempts to examine the influence of interaction orientation, parasocial relation, and digital influencer credibility on purchase intention. In addition, the present study also investigates the role of product involvement advertised by streamers as moderator. The quantitative approach with the survey is used through samples of 200 respondents selected by purposive sampling. The data is collected online through disseminating questionnaires using Google Form, which is then analyzed using SEM-PLS technique. The findings indicate that interaction orientation positively influences purchase intention and parasocial relation, while parasocial relation positively influences digital influencer credibility, and digital influencer credibility positively influences purchase intention. In addition, product involvement has a moderating role that can strengthen the influence of interaction orientation and purchase intention. This study provides implications for how an interaction can be delivered online and how the involvement of a credible influencer can affect purchase intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh total quality management (TQM), gaya kepemimpinan, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Pos Indonesia di Majalengka. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, dan kuesioner yang dijadikan pedoman dalam melakukan wawancara yang  dilakukan pada karyawan tetap PT Pos Indonesia di Majalengka dengan responden 46 karyawan yang diambil dari seluruh jumlah populasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda melalui software statistic SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Total quality management dan gaya kepemimpinan secara simultan  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial total quality management dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Pengawasan Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai pada Dinas X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 53 karyawan yang diambil dari seluruh jumlah populasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda melalui software statistik SPSS versi 24. Penyajian data dilakukan dengan cara studi kepustakaan, observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner yang dijadikan pedoman dalam melakukan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja baik parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

This study was conducted to describe the influence of Leadership Style and Supervision on Employee Work Discipline in OPD X Employees. The research method used is quantitative, with a sample of 53 employees taken from the entire population. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS statistical software version 24. Data presentation is done through literature study, observation, interviews, and questionnaires, which are guidelines for conducting interviews. The study results indicate that Leadership Style and Supervision positively and significantly affect Work Discipline, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

In the national economic system, cooperatives have a strategic role in the creation of an advanced, just, and prosperous society based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Despite their development, the performance of cooperatives has apparently not met expectations. The competency and motivation of human resources are seen as being ineffective, which makes it necessary to find a model that is able to foster better performance. The purpose of this study is to describe a human resource competency model in an effort to develop the performance of cooperatives. The method used in this research is a survey, which is part of a quantitative approach. The source of primary data is the survey’s respondents, while secondary data are drawn from records, books, regulations, and reports. The data collection was carried out using observations, interviews, questionnaires, and through a study of the documentation. A sample of 65 respondents was selected using simple random sampling of a population of 185 managers of cooperatives in West Java. For data analysis, the multiple linear regression technique was used. According to the study’s results, human resource competency and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of cooperatives, both partially and simultaneously, meaning that the more effective the competency and motivation, the higher the quality of the cooperatives’ performance.

Abstract

Pada lingkungan organisasi yang dinamis dan kompetitif, organisasi perlu meningkatkan aset terbesarnya yaitu sumber daya manusia untuk mencapat produktivitas dan keunggulan kompetitif. Ketika menyangkut PT. Agung Sedayu Permai, sebuah divisi dari Agung Sedayu Group yang mengkhususkan diri dalam proyek pengembangan perumahan yang dibangun oleh Agung Sedayu Group, keinginan berpindah merupakan perhatian yang umum. Melalui penggunaan motivasi sebagai variabel moderasi, maka menentukan dampak penempatan kerja dan beban kerja kepada tujuan dalam berpindah di antara pekerja PT. Agung Sedayu Permai. Survei dikirimkan kepada 72 responden, yang semuanya adalah pekerja tetap PT. Agung Sedayu Permai, untuk mengumpulkan data untuk penelitian kuantitatif ini. Data akan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif.  Menggunakan Perangkat Lunak Statistik IBM SPSS Versi 29 untuk menganalisis secara statistik data yang dikumpulkan untuk investigasi ini. Baik validitas isi maupun reliabilitas instrumen dinilai menggunakan alpha Cronbach. Pengujian hipotesis telah menunjukkan korelasi yang signifikan secara statistik antara faktor-faktor termasuk lokasi kerja, beban kerja, keinginan untuk keluar, dan motivasi. Setiap orang yang terlibat dapat memanfaatkan temuan penelitian untuk mengurangi pergantian karyawan, baik dalam teori maupun dalam praktik.

Abstract

The transformation of work systems in the post-COVID-19 era has accelerated the widespread adoption of hybrid work models, including within the creative industry sector. While this model offers flexibility, it also presents new psychosocial challenges, particularly for Generation Z, who now dominate the younger workforce demographic. This study aims to explore the subjective experiences of Generation Z in cultivating resilience amid the dynamics of hybrid work. Employing an Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with eight Gen Z employees in creative roles to understand the adaptive strategies they had developed. The analysis revealed five core themes: (1) initial ambiguity and adaptation to hybrid reality, (2) the search for meaning and personal–professional balance, (3) the strength of social connections and emotional support, (4) the ambivalence of digital technology, and (5) self-reflection as a recovery mechanism. The findings suggest that resilience among Generation Z is not merely about endurance, but involves an active process of meaning-making and psychological growth that is reflective, social, and contextually grounded. Practical implications highlight the importance of organizational interventions that support emotional well-being, social inclusivity, and digital literacy as integral to strengthening the psychological capital of young employees in the hybrid work era.
