Abstract

Tanaman hias merupakan salah satu komoditas hortikultura yang mempunyai prospek agribisnis yang cukup besar di Indonesia. Menurut pak Ende salah satu pelaku bisnis budidaya tanaman hias krisan di Sukabumi permintaan tanaman hias krisan meningkat tiap tahunnya rata-rata yaitu 3%. Namun hal ini tidak diimbangi dengan jumlah pemenuhan permintaan tanaman hias krisan, dikarenakan masih sedikitnya pelaku usaha budidaya tanaman hias krisan dan jumlah produksinya pun tergolong kecil. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan analisis kelayakan usaha tentang budidaya tanaman hias krisan di Sukabumi dilihat dari aspek pasar, aspek teknis, aspek legal dan lingkungan, aspek sumber daya manusia, dan aspek finansial. Berdasarkan kelima aspek tersebut, budidaya tanaman hias krisan di Sukabumi layak untuk didirikan. Hasil dari penelitian, target penjualan sebanyak 191.988 tangkai/tahun, Payback Period sebesar 4 tahun 1 bulan, Net Present Value Rp. 263.446.726, Interest Return of Rate 19,99%. Kata Kunci: Budidaya tanaman hias krisan, Analisis Kelayakan Usaha, Payback Period, Net Present Value, Interest Rate Of Return Abstract The ornamental plants is one of horticulture comodity which has a biggest agribusiness prospect in Indonesian. According to Mr. Ende as one of the ornamental plants chrysantemum businesses in Sukabumi said that the increasing number for ornamental plants chrysantemum for every years is 3%. However this is not matched by the number of request fulfillment chrysanthemum plants, because it is still at least businesses ornamental plant cultivation chrysanthemum and the amount of production was relatively small. therefore needed feasibility analysis of ornamental plant cultivation chrysanthemum in Sukabumi seen from the aspects of the market, technical, legal and environmental aspects, aspects of human resources, as well as financial aspects. Based on the five aspects, chrysanthemum cultivation of ornamental plants in Sukabumi worthy established. Results of the research, sales target of 191.988 stems/year, payback period of 4 years and 1 month, Net Present Value of Rp. 263. 446.726, Interest Rate of Return of 19,99%. Abstract

PT. Indo-Bharat Rayon merupakan salah satu perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan serat rayon yang berproduksi secara kontinu. Pengendalian kualitas meliputi pengujian bahan baku, produk setengah jadi, dan produk akhir yang dilakukan oleh seorang analis. Pencatatan kegiatan proses produksi dilakukan dalam logbook proses oleh operator. Namun, ketika terjadi kecacatan pada produk akhir pihak perusahaan mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan identifikasi kesalahan yang terjadi. Sistem Informasi Rekam Jejak Proses Produksi merupakan suatu alternatif untuk menunjang sistem pengendalian kualitasdalam melakukan perbaikan di stasiun kerja.Mengintegrasikan hasil pengujian produk dengan logbook proses dapat membantu dalam mengidentifikasi kesalahan yang terjadi disetiap stasiun kerja.Pada akhirnya dengan adanya Sistem Rekam Jejak Proses Produksi tersebut dapat menunjang kegiatan proses pengendalian kualitas,sehingga perusahaan dapat melakukan perbaikan pada stasiun kerja secara cepat dan efektif. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Pengendalian Kualitas. ABSTRACT PT. Indo-Bharat Rayon is one of the manufacturing company that produce rayon fibers with continuous processes. Quality control includes of raw materials analysis, work in process, and final products by an analyst.The recording of production activities is carried out in the process logbook by an operator. However, when a defect occurs in the final product, the company has difficulty to identify the source of the defect.The Information System of The Production Process Track Record is an alternative support system for quality control in work stations.Integrating the result of the product analysis with process logbook, so that the system can identifyan uncontrolled parameter that occur in every work station.The Production Processes Record and Trace System can support the activities of quality control system, so that the company can improve the work station immediately and effectively. Abstract

Sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta di Bandung, Perguruan Tinggi X bersaing dengan perguruan tinggi swasta lainnya. Dengan persaingan yang semakin ketat serta tuntutan masyarakat yang semakin tinggi maka Itenas harus mampu meningkatkan mutu dan keunggulannya. Saat ini Perguruan Tinggi X sedang menyusun perencanaan strategis Tahun 2016-2020 dengan tahap-tahap yang sudah memenuhi teori Strategic Planning. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur dan memeriksa kelengkapan atau keseuaian penyusuan perencanaan strategis Perguruan Tinggi X Tahun 2016-2020 yang sudah dirancang berdasarkan Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE) pada kategori perencanaan strategis. Pada penelitian ini hasil identifikasi mengenai kelengkapan Renstra pada Perguruan Tinggi X yang belum memenuhi kriteria Malcolm Baldrige terdapat pada bagian pengembangan pengembangan strategi dan implementasi strategi. Kata Kunci: perencanaan strategis, implementasi strategi, Malcolm Baldrige Criteria For Performance Excellence (MBCfPE)   ABSTRACT As one of the private universities in Bandung, the X universities compete with other private colleges. With an increasingly tight competition and the demands of society that the higher the X universities should be able to improve the quality and superiority. The X universitiesis currently working on a strategic plan 2016-2020 which stages already meet the theory of Strategic Planning. This research was conducted to measure and check the completeness or suitability of the strategic planning 2016-2020 the X universities which has been designed based onthe Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence(MBCfPE) in the category of strategic planning. Abstract

Pelanggan speedy menurun sebanyak 2.227 pada Bulan Agustus 2014 sampai Bulan Januari 2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan speedy dari segi pelayanan maupun teknis dengan menggunakan service  quality. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat keluhan pelanggan speedy berasal dari atribut pelayanan speedy. Atribut yang masih dirasakan kurang adalah kecepatan akses internet stabil dan tidak mudah putus, kecepatan internet sesuai yang dijanjikan, kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam menangani pengaduan gangguan pelanggan, keragaman paket internet speedy. Usulan peningkatan diberikan kepada manajemen dan pelayanan speedy. Kata kunci: Pelanggan Speedy, Kualitas Pelayanan, Service Quality.   ABSTRACT Speedy customers decreased by 2,227 in August 2014 through January 2015 Month. This study aims to measure the quality of service speedy service and technical terms by using the service quality. The results showed there were speedy customer complaints come from speedy service attributes. Attributes which is still less is speed internet access is stable and not easily broken, speed internet as promised, speed and accuracy in handling customer complaints disturbance, diversity speedy internet package. Abstract

Peningkatan traffic kapal industri tiap tahun di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur khususnya di kota Balikpapan membuka peluang usaha dalam jasa penyediaan BBM solar bagi kapal-kapal tersebut yang dikenal dengan nama Mobile Bunker Agent (MBA). Melihat dari tingginya biaya investasi dan tingginya risiko dalam membangun usaha MBA ini maka dibutuhkan sebuah studi mengenai analisis kelayakan bisnis MBA tersebut. makalah ini memuat penelitian untuk analisis kelayakan bisnis MBA di Kota Balikpapan. Dalam melakukan analisis kelayakan bisnis ini, dilakukan analisis aspek pasar, aspek teknis, aspek legal dan lingkungan, aspek manajemen sumber daya manusia, serta aspek finansial. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa investasi bisnis MBA di Kota Balikpapan layak untuk diimplementasikan. Dengan target penjualan rata-rata sebesar 14.400 ton per tahun didapatkan Payback Period selama 3 tahun 10 bulan, Net Present Value sebesar Rp 1.373.148.100,-, dan Interest Rate of Return sebesar 15,61%. Kata kunci: Industri jasa, solar, mobile bunker agent (MBA), analisis kelayakan bisnis ABSTRACT Increased traffic of industrial ships per year in the Province of East Kalimantan especially in Balikpapan City, open a business opportunities in the provision of petrol for the ships known as Mobile Bunker Agent (MBA). Judging from the high cost of investment and the high degree of risk in building this business we need a feasibility study on the analysis of the MBA business. This paper presents a study of the feasibility analysis for MBA business in Balikpapan City. In this study we will do an analysis about the market, technical, legal and environmental, human resource management, and financial aspects. The research concludes that business investment for MBA in the city of Balikpapan is feasible to be implemented. With an average sales target of petrol of 14.400 tons per year will obtain a Payback Period in 3 years and 10 months, and the Net Present Value of Rp 1.373.148.100,-, which get an Interest Rate of Return of 15,61%. Abstract

Donat Madu merupakan merek donat yang terkenal di Kota Cimahi. Agar dapat memenangkan persaingan maka Toko Donat Madu harus merancang dan menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat agar dapat menarik konsumen baru sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan taktik bauran pemasaran 7P yang menghasilkan atribut-atribut kue donat yang dipentingkan konsumen dalam membeli donat yang diolah dengan alat bantu multidimensional scaling proxcal. Hasil dari multidimensional scaling proxcal adalah peta persepsi untuk mengetahui pesaing terdekat Donat Madu berdasarkan persepsi konsumen yaitu donat Coffe n Friends. Selanjutnya menggunakan alat bantu multidimensional scaling alscal yang menghasilkan peta preferensi untuk mengetahui kekuatan atribut Donat Madu dibandingkan pesaingnya berdasarkan preferensi konsumen. Donat Madu unggul pada atribut variasi rasa, variasi harga, kesesuaian harga dengan kualitas, produk mudah ditemukan dan logo halal. Kata Kunci: Donat Madu, Taktik Bauran Pemasaran 7P, Multidimensional Scaling, Perceptual Map. ABSTRACT Donat Madu is a well-known doughnuts brand in Cimahi. To reach the higher selling rate, Donat Madu store should be plan and make the right marketing strategy to get the more consumer that will develop higher profit for the store.  The research was conducted based on the point of marketing strategy 7P that will result the doughnuts attributes which is the consumers priority to buy the item using multidimensional scaling proxcal tools. As a result of multidimensional scaling proxcal there’s a perceptual consumers map to know the closest competitor of Donat Madu based on consumer perception that is Coffe n Friends. The next step is using multidimensional scaling alscal tools that generate preference map to know the Donat Madu attributes strength, compare to it competitor based on consumer preference Donat Madu has more strength in variation of flavors, price range, the sustainability between the price and the quality, easy to find anywhere and also has the halal certificate. Abstract

PTS XYZ merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi yang perlu melakukan perencanaan sumber daya manusia terkait dengan pegawai teknisi laboratorium. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis beban kerja waktu saat ini sebagai informasi untuk menentukan jumlah pekerja optimal dan dilakukan pengukuran gap kompetensi. Hasil perhitungan analisis beban kerja menghasilkan jumlah laboratorium yang kekurangan teknisi sebesar 22% dan 78% sudah cukup. Selain itu, hasil pengukuran gap kompetensi menghasilkan teknisi yang sudah memiliki kompetensi sesuai dengan kompetensi kebutuhan jabatan sebesar 9%, sedangkan yang belum sesuai sebesar 91%. Kemudian berdasarkan nilai kesenjangan terbesar menghasilkan kompetensi Perhatian Terhadap Kejelasan Tugas (CO) (Kompetensi Generik) dan Pengetahuan dan Pengoperasian Mesin Kerja (Kompetensi Spesifik) yang harus dikembangkan. Kata kunci: Perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia, Analisis Beban Kerja, Gap Kompetensi   ABSTRACT PTS XYZ is one of the colleges that would need to conduct human resource planning system associated with the laboratory technician. This research will be the analysis of the workload of the current time as the information to determine the optimal number of workers and competency gaps measured workload analysis results of the calculations yield a shortage of laboratory technicians amount by 22% and 78% is enough. In addition, the measurement results competency gaps produce technicians who already have competence in accordance with the competency requirements of office by 9%, while that is not appropriate by 91%. Then based on the value of the largest gaps produce competence Caution Against Clarity Task (CO) (Generic Competence) and Knowledge Engineering and Operations Work (Specific Competencies) that must be developed. Abstract

Makalah ini membahas pengukuran kinerja menggunakan Malcolm Baldridge Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE) untuk kategori Fokus Pelanggan dari 6 kategori lainnya di sekolah x. Pada mulanya membuat dokumen aplikasi, membuat review proses dengan ADLI (Approach Deployment Learning Integration) dan review hasil dengan LeTCI (Level Trend Comparison Integration)  untuk mengetahui strength dan OFI guna membantu scoring untuk menentukan level kinerja organisasi. Diperoleh hasil scoring sebesar 40 poin dari 85 poin dan score untuk keseluruhan kategori sebesar 278 poin , sehingga kinerja yayasan x berada pada level kinerja ‘early result’   Kata kunci: Pengukuran Kinerja, MBCfPE, Fokus Pelanggan   ABSTRACT This paper discusses the measurement of performance using Malcolm Baldridge Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE) for the Customer Focus category from other categories in the school x . Abstract

Pengukuran aktivitas kerja pada dasarnya merupakan pengukuran besarnya tenaga yang diperlukan oleh seorang pekerja untuk melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Salah satu kriteria pengukuran aktivitas kerja manusia adalah dengan pendekatan beban fisiologi. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi beban fisiologi pekerja dalam bekerja, salah satunya adalah lingkungan kerja. Kondisi lingkungan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi besarnya pengeluaran tenaga selama bekerja. Lingkungan kerja yang baik dapat mengurangi pengeluaran energi selama bekerja. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan perbaikan sistem lingkungan kerja sehingga dapat meminimasi beban fisiologis pekerja yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Pengukuran beban fisiologi dari kegiatan kerja manusia biasanya ditentukan berdasarkan kecepatan denyut jantung dan pernafasan. Dari hasil analisis terhadap rancangan lingkungan kerja yang baru, beban fisiologis yang ditimbulkan lebih ringan dibandingkan dengan kondisi sebelumnya. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan denyut jantung yang lebih rendah dari sebelumnya. Kata Kunci : Kondisi lingkungan, kriteria fisiologis, perancangan, denyut jantung ABSTRACT Measurement of activity work basically is  measurement the level of energy needed by a worker at work. Once of the criteria of the work measurement is a physiological burden approach. Most of the factors can caused physiological burden, one of them is work environment. Condition of work environment is represent one of the factor influencing the level of expenditure of energy during working. Good work environment can decrease expenditure of energy during working.This study  envolved in designing a work enviromental system which is capable to minimize physiological burden that finnaly can improved the productivity. Physiology criterion of human being working activity is usually determined pursuant to speed of exhalation and heartbeat. Through analisys to the new work environment, the heartbeat is more light than before. Abstract

Makalah ini membahas penerapan prinisip manajemen risiko yang dapat dilakukan PT. YZX untuk memastikan supplier lokal terpilih dapat memenuhi target produksi fase mass production dengan meminimumkan risiko yang ada. Tahapan yang dilakukan adalah penentuan konteks risiko, identifikasi risiko, analisis risiko, evaluasi risiko, serta penentuan langkah pengendalian risiko. Pada identifikasi risiko dilakukan pembobotan faktor risiko menggunakan metode pendekatan Analytic Hierarchy Process. Proses evaluasi risiko dilakukan dengan cara pengukuran kapasitas. Data yang digunakan adalah data-data spesifik PT. YZX. Hasil akhir dari penelitian adalah usulan langkah pengendalian risiko yang dapat dilakukan PT. YZX terhadap supplier komponen lokal berupa aktivitas peningkatan kapasitas dengan penambahan overtime, holiday working, dan pembuatan buffer stock.   Kata Kunci: Manajemen Risiko, Analytic Hierarchy Process, Perencanaan Kapasitas   ABSTRACT This paper discusses application of risk management that can be done by PT. YZX to assure that chosen local supplier can fulfill production target in mass production phase by minimizing the existing risk. Stages that done in risk management is context definition, risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk controlling. In risk identification, weighing is done by using Analytic Hierarchy Process Method approach. Risk evaluation done by measuring production capacity. The data that is used is specific data of PT. YZX. The result of this research is proposal of risk controlling activity that can be done by PT. YZX for the local component suppliers as capacity increasing activity with additional overtime, holiday working, and buffer stock making.
