Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between patient satisfaction with the quality of nursing services at the Muhammadiyah University General Hospital Jember. Method: The research methodology used a cross sectional research design with the type of correlation test. The sample of this study used quota sampling with a total of 84 respondents. Using Chi-Square statistics with a p-value of less than 0.05. Results: Research findings showed that the quality of nursing services with good quality and patient satisfaction with satisfied quality. The result of the Chi-Square Test is p = 0.020 and the contingency coefficient is 0.374. Based on the results of the study, there is a stronger relationship between the Quality of Nursing Services in clinics in Jember province with Hospitalized Patients. Novelty: Satisfaction is a model of balancing between expectations (performance standards that must be followed) with the actual performance performed by employees, as well as the subjective value satisfaction expressed by patients after receiving health services. Nursing service quality is an important component for health care institutions to meet the needs and expectations of patients. Good quality nursing services will increase client satisfaction. It is expected that this study will increase the willingness of hospital staff to provide patient care.

Abstract

Objective: This study investigates the application of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in adopting Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS) and related healthcare technologies from 2020 to 2025. Method: Through a systematic literature review, 20 studies were analyzed to identify key factors influencing HIMS adoption, barriers, facilitators, and their impact on healthcare service quality and patient satisfaction. Results: Perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU) consistently emerged as critical determinants of acceptance, underscoring the importance of user-friendly, functional designs. Privacy concerns, resistance to change, and inadequate training were identified as significant barriers, while organizational support, trust-building measures, and personalization facilitated adoption. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of telehealth and IoT solutions, highlighting the role of external factors in driving acceptance. However, sustaining long-term engagement requires robust security measures, adaptive technologies, and standardization of evaluation metrics. Novelty: This study offers actionable insights for healthcare administrators and policymakers to optimize HIMS adoption, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Objective: The application of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in the educational process is becoming one of the main directions of the modern education system. This document discusses the technologies for using artificial intelligence in teaching programming, their integration into the educational process, as well as tools that increase efficiency for students. Method: First of all, it is emphasized that artificial intelligence platforms for automating code writing, such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT, serve to create an easy and fast programming environment for students. The importance of project management tools in developing students' teamwork skills in education is considered. The process of creating machine learning models using AI and applying them to solve practical problems is also covered in detail. Results: It is noted that the role of AI technologies is strong in making the educational process interactive, personalized and innovative. Novelty: The document presents modern resources, platforms, software tools and scientific sources recommended for students. This annotation helps to understand the role of artificial intelligence in teaching digital technologies and programming.

Abstract

Objective: Uzbekistan's domestic tourism sector remains underdeveloped despite its rich cultural and natural resources, primarily due to infrastructure deficiencies, high travel costs, and limited policy support. This study addresses the knowledge gap by employing a mixed-methods approach, integrating qualitative stakeholder interviews and quantitative surveys to identify barriers and growth opportunities. Results: Findings reveal that improving infrastructure, reducing travel costs, and enhancing marketing strategies are critical for domestic tourism expansion.
