Abstract

Objective: This research was conducted at dr Soebandi Regional Hospital. This study consists of two variables, namely the independent variable (free), which consists of compensation (X1), work discipline (X2), and work motivation (X3), while the dependent variable (bound) is Employee Performance (y). This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between compensation, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance with a sample of 162 respondents. Method: The data collection methods used in this study include interviews, observations, questionnaires, and literature studies. The data analysis technique in this study employs multiple linear analysis with data processing using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software 20. The data analysis methods include validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, partial t-test, F-test (simultaneous test), and coefficient of determination (R2). Results: The results of this study indicate that the variables of compensation, work discipline, and work motivation have a simultaneous influence on employee performance. Partially, the compensation and work motivation variables show an influence. Based on the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, the R-square value is 0.810 or 81%. Novelty: This study provides empirical evidence of the influence of compensation and work motivation on employee performance in a hospital setting, emphasizing the importance of these factors in workforce management.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine and analyze Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction towards Employee Performance at CV Surya Ananta Sentosa Muncar Banyuwangi. Method: This study uses a quantitative method. Research-related information, namely primary information obtained through observation, distributing questionnaires, interviews, and using secondary data through documentation. The research sample consists of 40 employees at CV Surya Ananta Sentosa in Muncar Banyuwangi. For data analysis, the author used Line Development Testing Increase. Results: The results of hypothesis testing state that OHS does not have a significant impact on employee performance, working conditions have a significant impact on employee performance, and working success does not have a significant impact on employee performance. Novelty: This study is based on the problems that occur at CV Surya Ananta Sentosa, namely the lack of attention to occupational safety and health. Although the company has provided protective equipment such as masks, gloves, and boots to prevent work accidents in the distribution section, employees often neglect to use them due to a lack of awareness and the perception that accidents are rare coincidences.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for K-24 pharmacies in Surabaya. Method: The type of research used in this study is quantitative. In particular, sampling techniques are often used to collect random data with data analysis instruments studied, which have quantitative statistical objectives to test hypotheses. Results: The effect of service quality variables on purchasing decisions has a t-value of 2.706 and a significant value of 0.009. This means that the service quality variable has a significant influence on the purchasing decision variable. The influence of the brand image variable on purchasing decisions has a t-value of 3.847 and a calculated value of 0.000. This means that the brand image variable has a significant influence on the purchasing decision variable. Based on the research results, it shows that the service quality variable has a significant influence on the purchasing decision variable. Then, the brand image variable has a significant influence on the purchasing decision variable. Novelty: Based on the research results above, the authors conclude that the service quality variable (X1) and the brand image variable (X2) have a simultaneous influence on the purchasing decision variable (Y).

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to identify, examine, and analyze the factors influencing firm value in basic industry and chemical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2023. The research is motivated by the phenomenon of fluctuating firm values in basic industry and chemical sector companies listed on the IDX from 2017 to 2023. Ideally, these companies should attract significant interest due to the everyday relevance of their products. Method: This is a quantitative study employing an explanatory research approach. The independent variables are profitability (Variable 1) and inflation (Variable 2), while the dependent variable is firm value. The research focuses on companies in the basic industry and chemical sectors listed on the IDX in 2023. The data used are secondary data sourced from corporate annual reports. The data analysis methods include descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. Results: The results indicate that profitability does not have a significant effect on firm value, inflation does not influence firm value, and profitability and inflation do not simultaneously affect firm value. The conclusion of this study is that all three hypotheses (H1, H2, and H3) are rejected. Novelty: Thus, the findings contribute to and reinforce empirical evidence showing that profitability and inflation do not influence firm value.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to find out the factors that affect Aero street shoe users in making purchase decisions. Method: The population in this study is unknown due to the lack of certainty about the number of Aero street shoe users in the horseshoe area. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a sample of 102 respondents. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. Results: Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that digital marketing, electronic word of mouth, and lifestyle partially have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Novelty: The results of the study can be used to build an online marketing strategy to have a high impact in increasing consumer response by using a three-variable approach (digital marketing, electronic word of mouth, and lifestyle).

Abstract

Objective: The community members who use healthcare services at the puskesmas are expected to show commitment to the services provided by the puskesmas. This commitment is one form of patient loyalty. Patient loyalty is crucial because the puskesmas is a primary healthcare facility responsible for providing basic services to both patients enrolled in the BPJS Health program and the general public. Novelty research is the development of a research model that uses customer bonding variables as an intervening variable which has not been developed by previous researchers. Method: The study population consisted of BPJS patients who visited Puskesmas Jelbuk during 2024. Sampling was done using the saturated sampling method with 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques using SEM PLS. Results: The results showed: (1) CRM had a positive and significant influence on patient loyalty. (2) Customer bonding had a positive and significant influence on patient loyalty. (6) The indirect effect test showed a positive and significant influence of CRM on patient loyalty through customer bonding.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to evaluate the raw material control system in the rubber production process at PTPN XII Persero Kebun Kotta Blater using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. Method: Employing a quantitative descriptive analysis approach, the EOQ model was applied to analyze inventory management practices related to rubber latex processing into RSS sheets. Results: The 2023 inventory data revealed that the company’s actual inventory issuance exceeded the optimal EOQ value of IDR 2,883.19, indicating inefficiencies in raw material control. Implementing the EOQ model demonstrated potential cost savings amounting to IDR 885,133,971,190,639 by optimizing order quantities and reducing excess inventory. Novelty: This research highlights the significant financial benefits of applying EOQ in rubber agribusiness, specifically within PTPN XII Kebun Kotta Blater, by providing an empirical assessment of inventory management optimization in the agricultural processing sector. The findings contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and sustainable resource utilization in natural rubber production.

Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of social media marketing on repurchase intention. Method: The method used is a literature review of references from online journals and foundations. Results: The results of this study indicate that social media marketing can have a clear positive and significant impact if there are additional mediating variables. These variables can be brand trust, brand image, and customer satisfaction. If only social media marketing is expected to influence repurchase intention, the results are still positive but not significant. Novelty: This study highlights the importance of mediating variables in strengthening the relationship between social media marketing and repurchase intention, emphasizing that social media marketing alone may not yield significant results without these additional factors.
