The sample used in this study were 12 Islamic commercial banks so that 48 research data were obtained for the 2015-2018 period. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and the classical assumption test supported by SPSS version 23 for windows to test the direct effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Before conducting multiple linear regression analysis, the classical assumption test is performed. The classic assumption test is done with a normality test, a multicollinearity test, an autocorrelation test and a heteroscedasticity test. The results showed that Institutional Ownership, Audit Committee, Sharia Supervisory Board had no effect on Islamic Social Reporting Disclosure (ISR).

Abstract

Generation Z is the generation born from 1998 – 2010. Similar to Millennials, Generation Z likes to shop at offline stores as a social activity. But this generation is also one of the generations who use their smartphones the most to find the product they want to buy. The characteristics of the millennial and z generations that are closely related to technology are then used by e-commerce companies for promotion. It is proven that almost all sources of information about e-commerce come from digital media.Conducted a series of tests on hypotheses using predetermined statistical analysis techniques, namely correlation analysis, both simple and multiple regression with a total of 140 respondents who filled out the questionnaire. The influence between the variable price (X1) and consumer satisfaction Generation Z (Y) of rxy = 0.147 is very low. The influence between the Promotion variable (X2) and Generation Z (Y) consumer satisfaction of rxy = 0.138 is very low. The relationship between the variable Price (X1) and Promotion (X2) of rxy = 0.999 is classified as very high (strong). The simultaneous influence of Price (X1) and Promotion (X2) variables on Generation Z (Y) consumer satisfaction of 0.218 is relatively low. Generation Z consumer satisfaction in online shopping through selling prices and promotions can increase sales results and consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine whether there is an effect of compensation on employee performance in the Operations Section at PT. The echo of Adhitama Central Jakarta. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, sampling 65 respondents using a saturated sample, with analytical methods namely validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t test calculated using software SPSS version 24. Effect of Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Gema Suara Adhitama Operational Section can be seen from the correlation coefficient obtained by 0.514, there is a fairly strong level of relationship between compensation and employee performance, then with a coefficient of determination obtained a figure of 0.264, which means that the influence of compensation has a contribution of influence on employee performance by 26.4%, while the remaining 73.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The resulting simple linear regression equation is Y = 24.489 + 0.386X, which means that if the value of X increases by one unit, the value of Y will increase by 0.386 with a constant of 24,484. The results of the partial significance test for the compensation variable (X) obtained tcount > ttable (4.751 > 1.998) with a significance value (0.000 < 0.05), then there is a positive and significant effect between the compensation variable (X) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of communication and motivation on employee performance at CV. Eternal Moon Bienar East Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used is random sampling using a sample of 50 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, normality test, non multicollinearity test, non autocorrelation test, non heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination and significant test (t and f test). The results of the study can be concluded that communication and motivation have a positive effect on the performance of CV employees. Eternal Moon Bienar. This is evidenced by the simple linear regression coefficient of Communication (X1) and Motivation (X2) on Performance (Y) is Y = 7.579 + 0.189X1 + 0.641X2 with the interpretation of the value of the communication correlation coefficient Adj R 0.408 meaning that the two variables have a moderate level of relationship. While the value of the coefficient of motivation adj r of 0.551 means that the two variables have a moderate level of relationship. The level of significance of the effect of communication on employee performance is significant. This can be seen from the value of T arithmetic > T table ( 5.899 >1,678). Likewise, the level of significance of the influence of motivation on employee performance is significant, this can be seen from the value of t count > t table (7,820 > 1,678). Hypothesis Testing obtained the calculated F value > F table (32,061 > 3,200) so that it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and simultaneous influence between communication and motivation on employee performance CV. Eternal Moon Bienar.
