Abstract

The rapid development of the times in the field of information and technology has changed the way consumers perceive a product they want. In addition to the price factor chosen by consumers, the quality of a product is also taken into consideration before making a choice. Therefore, companies must make improvements and improve the quality of their production systems, if they want to get good product quality. Repair and improvement of product quality with the hope of achieving a minimum level of product defects requires a lot of money. Companies that use quality as a strategic tool will have an advantage over competing companies, because not all companies are able to achieve the best quality. This study aims to analyze product quality with the Six Sigma method at PT. XYZ. The analytical method used in this study uses the six sigma method, namely the method (DMAIC) define, measure, analyze, improve and control. The results of this study indicate that the sigma value of the product is 3.4 sigma with CTQ 1. The total production is 61,148 and defective products are 1,727. There are 4 types of defects, namely break up 1,696, falll out 21, lump 10, and un twist 0. Proposed improvements that must be done are to conduct regular training for employees, clean up machine components related to the production process, and machine maintenance. periodically.

Abstract

Measurement of Time Study in the jeans production process at Cikijing Black Viper Convection. Seeing the importance of measuring every activity carried out by the company, an accurate measurement method is needed to be able to provide precise information on the time needed and the efficiency of the movements of each activity to produce products. One method used to measure the time of the activity used is the time study method. Time Study is a work measurement technique by collecting data based on the time needed to complete a job. The Time Study method is used to calculate the standard time value of a job. Some factors that influence the production process are environmental factors, there are no work procedures, confusing procedures, human factors do other work before the job is finished, work while chatting, lack discipline, and rush in doing the work. By determining the adjustment seen from the skills of workers in doing their jobs, and determine the looseness determined from several factors that exist in the work environment, as well as workers, it can be obtained standard time of the production process.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction with service quality at Siesan Cafe is carried out using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and TRIZ methods. Service quality is defined as a large measure of the level of service that can be provided in accordance with the level of consumer expectations. Consumer satisfaction is used to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the quality of products or services provided by the company. Consumer satisfaction is satisfaction. Consumer pleasure is satisfaction using the marketing mix attributes (4P) of products /services, prices /prices, places /places, and promotions /promotions that use average value calculations between consumer perceptions and employee performance, GAP values, and Cartesian diagrams. The most dominant factor is the product /service, place/place, and promotion/ promotion, wherein because of that service, place, and promotion does not meet the level of consumer perception/desire, so consumers feel less satisfied with the services provided from this value, namely, Products/Services with a percentage of 88.75% (not satisfactory) and a GAP value of -0.2, then there is a price/ price with a percentage of 87.85% (not satisfactory) and a GAP value of -0.5, then a place/place with a percentage of 91 , 83% (not satisfactory) and GAP value -0.4, and the last promotion / promotion with a percentage of 83.75% (not satisfactory) and GAP value -0.6.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Majalengka Regency is an area in West Java Province that is developing with various developments in all fields to create a more advanced citizen of Majalengka Regency. existing health facilities no longer meet overall health needs. The construction of the Outpatient Building and Bassement of the Majalengka Hospital is one of the efforts of the Majalengka district government to improve health services, this development is motivated by limited facilities, in this case the outpatient building in Majalengka Hospital which is currently running. Design of reinforced concrete column used a thickness of 550 mm with a concrete quality of 〖f '〗 _ c 25 Mpa and steel quality 〖f'〗 _ y 240 Mpa. Longitudinal reinforcement uses steel reinforcement as much as 16 with a diameter of 25 mm and stirrups using steel with a diameter of 13 mm with a distance of 150 mm for the top stirrup and 100 mm for the bottom stirrup. The results of the analysis of the column structure based on strength and deformation with the calculated results from the SAP 2000 v.14 program obtained shear (Vu) 43.03 KNm and axial force (Pu) 38.644 KNm and reaction moment (M) 60.3748 KNm. The output results from SAP are then processed by checking the column calculation manually P_ (n max) ˃ Pu so that the value obtained is 4235562.5 Kn> 38.644 Kn where the axial load (Pu) cannot exceed the compressive strength of the plan (〖∅P〗 _ (n max)) SNI 03-2847-2002 Article 12.3.6. In determining the shear reinforcement, the calculation result is 763.8 mm with the stirrup distance (s) is 347,381 mm where s <600.

Abstract

The method of implementing the Overbridge / bridge determines the stages that must be carried out in the Overbridge work, this study aims to analyze the work of making the Overbridge, especially in bored pile, pile cap, abutment, and girder work. The methodology used in this research is to directly see and observe Overbridge work, the Overbridge project location is located in Kertajati District, Cipali-Palimanan Toll Access to West Java International Airport, Majalengka, the concrete used is callas concrete B, F'c 20 90.130) with Slump value is 16 + - 2cm and for ironwork uses 32 mm main iron and 16 mm spiral. Then for the tools used are drilling machines, 45 ton capacity cranes, 6 m3 mixer truck, dum trucks and vibrators.

Abstract

In a project, the role of the time schedule is very important in the implementation of the project because it is necessary to manage the time for the project to be carried out in accordance with the targets to be achieved and as a guide in the implementation of the construction stages so that the project can be carried out properly without any obstacles. If in a project there is no time schedule, then the project cannot be managed properly and the results are not optimal or the implementation may exceed the project time limit. Therefore, the time schedule is a very important part of a project. Time schedule analysis is carried out using weekly data in the form of an S curve and a description of the implementation to determine problems that occur in the field and solutions to these problems.

Abstract

The bridge is located in the Boyolali-Kartasura toll road construction project section 5, which was built to connect the semarang-solo toll road. This research was conducted with the aim of planning the under structure of the bridge using the reinforced concrete method, the bridge span is 84 meters with a bridge width of 12.5 meters. The structural planning only focuses on the pillar (P1) of the bridge. The calculation of bridge structure refers to RSNI T-12-2004 (Standard of Concrete Structure Planning for Bridge) and RSNI T-02-2005 (Bridge Planning Preparing Standard). The internal force calculation is calculated manually using structural analysis. Based on the analysis and calculations on the structure of the bridge, the results of the planning for pier head reinforcement use D32-100, for column reinforcement using D30-50, and for Foot Pier reinforcement using D32-100.

Abstract

Cipanas Dam Construction Project, in the village of Pasir Cadasngampar, Cibuluh Village, Ujung Jaya District, Sumedang-Indramayu Regency, West Java Province. The Grouting Work Implementation Method is in the saddle dam section which consists of Trial Work, Drilling / Drilling, WPT, Grouting, and Check Hole Work. Drilling is carried out by split spacing (chessboard) on Curtain Grouting (curtain grouting) work carried out to a depth of 20 m, with 1 stage having a depth of 5 m, and each point grouting distance of 2 m, using the Down Stage method. The implementation of the Water Pressure Test at the Cipanas Dam Construction Project is carried out by means of a single test and multi-test. Grouting work is aimed at making the soil existing in the foundation of the fascial dam, the main purpose of grouting is to reduce the intensity of the filter flow / leakage in the saddle dam

The Cipanas Dam Construction Project, in Pasir Cadasngampar Village, Cibuluh Village, Ujung Jaya District, Sumedang Regency - Indramayu, West Java Province. The stilling basin is used to remove or at least reduce energy in the flow so as not to damage bridge cliffs, roads, buildings and other installations downstream of the spillway building or at the downstream end of the launch channel. The method of implementing the Stilling Basin Work consists of preparing the mobilization of tools, materials, clearing measurements, preparation of work, excavation work and concrete work. casting is divided into layers / segments, for example the WR 27 L1 / layer 1 block is carried out until WR 27 L9 / layer 9.K-125 is the casting implementation on the work floor on blocks WR 27, WR 26, WR 25, WR 24. Abstract

Heavy equipment mobilization is an activity to bring project equipment to the project location based on the specified specifications. The choice of heavy equipment is something important and must be considered so that its use is efficient and effective because it will affect the productivity of the machine. In this Talaga RSUD construction project, there are several jobs that use heavy equipment such as piling work with drop hammers, excavating poor with excavators and casting with concrete pump trucks and cranes.
