There is problem about Employee commitment of TirtaMangutama local water company (PDAM) in Badung Regency. The problem of commitment employee is related to several constructs such as : leadership, employee empowerment, and employee satisfaction. The aim of this study is understanding the influence of leadership and employee empowerment towards the employee satisfaction and employee commitment. The data is collected by questionnaire then will be treated by partial least square (PLS) in statistic method. There are 65 sample in this study and it collected by proportionate stratified random sampling method. The result of this study are : 1) leadership had negative effect and not significant with the employee commitment. 2) leadership had negative effect and not significant with employee satisfaction. 3) employee empowerment had positive effect and significant with employee satisfaction 4) employee empowerment had negative effect and not significant with employee commitment 5) employee satisfaction had positive effect and significant with employee commitment.

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Dan Kinerja Karyawan Rumah Sakit BaliMéd Karangasem†ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisa pengaruh secara dari kompensasi dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi serta untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Rumah Sakit Bali Med Karangasem. Untuk itu dilakukan peneliatian di Rumah Sakit Bali Med Karangasemdengan jumlah sampel 72 orang. Data yang diperoleh diuji menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif model persamaan struktural (Structural Equation Modeling – SEM) berbasis variance atau component base SEM yang dikenal dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.Persepsi dukungan organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.Kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Persepsi dukungan organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The tittle of this reaserch is “The Mediating Role in Labor Discipline Training (Education and Training) and Work Motivation on Employee Perfomanceâ€. Aims of the research is to know influence about Diklat to Performance, Motivate to Performance , Diklat to Discipline , Motivate to Discipline and also Discipline to Performance. Totally of officer population On Duty Forestry Province of Bali counted 80 people, but which used as a sample only 30 people as according to officer which have got the Diklat. Analysis model use program of smart PLS (Partial Least Square). This Research find that Diklat having an effect on positive and significant to Performance , Motivation have an effect on positive but not significant to Performance, Diklat having an effect on positive and significant to Discipline, Motivation have effect on positive and significant to Discipline, and also Discipline have effect on positive and significant to Performance. Directly analysis and indirectly conclude that direct influence of Diklat compared to bigger than direct influence trought to Discipline.

Disable person is one of development targets in social welfare that sum of tends to increase, so as challenge in development itself. The government of Gianyar is policy in giving service and social rehabilitation through business group programmer is to achieve income and how to realize the social and lead independent life much better. The purpose of this research is to analyze 1) there is not an influence of economic working facility that arranged through business group programmer by disable person, in another hand to support their come, and 2) there is not an influence of economic working facility that arranged through business group programmer by disable person, against disable people of working hours. To response purpose of that research, head a special research by taking eleven KUBE respondents with 62 participants, taken as simple by using census methods data collection by an interviewing method according to the list of question that has been prepare. Then the business group programmer in order to deceive the economy of disable family in Gianyar is measured its influence to increase the disable family income after received the group programmer help. The analysis method that used in this research is parametric statistics analysis in the test of a couple two sample to know the differences between disable family income before and after receive their group business disable programmer. The result of this research shows that business group programmer in order to deceive the disable economy in Gianyar has got positive influence to develop the income and working hours of disable family in Gianyar. The suggestion given here are 1) to manage and aid the productivity, lead independent live, and able to develop the welfare level need supervisor, in charge as builder and director 2) beside various sewing skill who have owned other skills need to be given with the intent to be able to fill leisure time.

Perlambatan ekonomi beberapa tahun belakangan menurunkan kinerja industri perbankan Bali. Kontrasnya, persaingan justru semakin ketat dengan bertambahnya jumlah bank yang beroperasi di Bali. Dalam kondisi ini, bank perlu melakukan sejumlah upaya untuk memuaskan dan mempertahankan nasabah sehingga dapat bertahan di industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah pada industri perbankan di Bali. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survey mempergunakan kuesioner. Model diuji mempergunakan Partial Least Square. Kepuasan nasabah dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas, namun tidak demikian halnya dengan kualitas layanan. Kepuasan nasabah dipengaruhi lebih kuat oleh kualitas layanan dibandingkan kualitas produk, dan berlaku sebaliknya terhadap loyalitas. Ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek humanis dalam bentuk layanan berkualitas lebih berperan dalam memuaskan nasabah, sementara aspek rasional seperti kualitas produk lebih mampu meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah. Kepuasan nasabah memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas, namun pengaruh tersebut bersifat parsial. Diduga terdapat faktor lain yang mampu menjelaskan hubungan tersebut, yaitu persepsi risiko dan trust. Kata kunci: kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, kepuasan nasabah, loyalitas nasabah, perbankan.

Gaya kepemimpinan memegang peranan penting dalam suatu organisasi, pemimpin adalah motor penggerak utama dalam organisasi agar semua tujuan organisasi bisa tercapai. Untuk mencapai semuanya itu organisasi perlu memperhatikan lingkungan kerja pegawai agar bisa tercipta suasana yang nyaman dalam melakukan aktivitas. Disamping itu motivasi kerja bisa tercapai apabila pegawai termotivasi untuk bekerja lebih optimal guna meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan kinerja pegawai dalam suatu organisasi merupakan tolok ukur untuk mencapai target dan sasaran yang diharapkan guna terciptanya Aparatur Sipil Negara yang professional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Badan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Provinsi Bali, metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode angket yang jumlah 33 orang. Penguji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan PLS dengan program pengolah data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, (2) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap lingkungan kerja, (3) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, (4) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dan (5) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja.Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, kinerja pegawai perlu ditingkatkan guna meningkatkan kinerja PNS pada Badan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Provinsi Bali.

Performance of employees at Warung Mina Denpasar has experienced problems. Problems in employee performance are associated with some constructs such as training, motivation, work environment and morale. The purpose of this research is to know: 1). The effect of training on morale. 2). The effect of training on performance. 3). The influence of motivation on morale. 4). The influence of motivation on performance. 5). Effect of Work Environment on morale. 6). Effect of work environment on performance and 7). Influence Morale on performance. Research data obtained from the questionnaire, which then will be processed through statistical processing methods Partial Least Square (PLS). The population in this research is all employees of Warung Mina Denpasar which amounts to 120 people. After calculated using slovin formula then the sample in this study amounted to 48 people by using the probability sampling method of simple random sampling. This research was conducted at company of Restaurant Warung Mina which located in denpasar region that is peguyangan and renon. The results stated that: 1) Training has positive and insignificant effect on morale. 2) Training has positive and insignificant effect on performance. 3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on morale. 4) Motivation has positive and significant impact on performance. 5) The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on morale. 6) Work environment has a positive and significant impact on performance. 7) The spirit of work has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance.

Toll road is one of the alternatives used to overcome the increasing congestion in Indonesia. To manage toll roads is not enough with large funds, but must be supported by intensive, planned and measured form of training for all employees. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership on employee satisfaction, the influence of motivation on employee satisfaction, the influence of satisfaction on employee performance, the influence of leadership on employee performance, the influence of motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Jasamarga Bali Tol in Denpasar. To answer the purpose of this study then conducted research with a population of 94 employees with positions officer PT. Jasamarga Bali Tol as population. Samples were taken using Census method. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis of PLS. The results showed that leadership have positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Denpasar. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The suggestions given need to increase the motivation given by the company to the employees, for example by giving the financial motivation more feasible and non-financial motivation such as awards for employee performance.

The objective of this study is to identify the effect of marketing mixed strategy on marketing performance and competitive excellence at shopping mall in Badung and Denpasar. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 43 respondents taken by slovin formula method. Respondents were managers and leaders of shopping malls in Badung and Denpasar regencies. Data were analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. Measurement of research variables is done by using Likert scale to test the research instrument with validity and reliability test. The results showed that to achieve marketing performance can be made through the use of 7P marketing mixed strategy aimed at achieving marketing performance with the elements of product, place, price, promotion, process, people and physical. While marketing performance has a positive and significant impact on competitive advantage, where to achieve marketing performance with elements of sales growth, customer growth and sales volume. Furthermore marketing mixed strategy has a positive effect on competitive advantage but not significant. Suggestions for further research, it needs more concern to analyze the shopping mall in Bali so that the scope becomes wider for generalization in a wider area.

The Objective of this study is to identify the effect of transformational leadership, work environment and organizational commitment toward job satisfaction and employees’ performance administration of Warmadewa University, Denpasar Bali. The research approach used was deductive quantitative approach focusing on formal and substantive theory. Hypotheses were formulated to be tested so as to empirical social reality about the employees’ performance. Data collection methods used were questionnaires distributed using Likert scale at the rating interval between 1-5 scores. The sample of the research was 62 administration employees of Warmadewa University of Denpasar Bali as respondents involved in this research. The method of analysis used to determine the relationship between variables was structural model using the method PLS (Partial Least Square) with the aid of SmartPLS 2.0 software. Key research findings included: 1. Transformational leadership has a significant negative impact on job satisfaction, 2. Work environment has an important impact on job satisfaction, 3. Organizational commitment has an important impact on job satisfaction, 4. Transformational leadership has no significant impact on performance employees, 5. Work environment does not have an important impact on employees’ performance, 6. Organizational commitment has an important impact on employee performance, 7. Job satisfaction has an important impact on employees’ performance. Discussions on the results and research findings provided further with addressable suggestions, such as the importance of paying attention to transformational leadership patterns to align in encouraging job satisfaction and employees’ performance.
