Abstract

Islamic education represents a pivotal response to globalization, shaping the ethical and moral fabric of society to cultivate devout and virtuous individuals (Piety, 2020). This study aims to explore the role of emotional intelligence in Islamic education, particularly in the context of digitalization and its developmental pathways. Employing a qualitative research approach, this study relies on literature review as its primary data source, offering a descriptive analysis to illuminate key insights. The findings underscore the necessity for Islamic education to innovate its pedagogical strategies, fostering active student engagement through strategic planning aimed at enhancing emotional intelligence. This contributes both scientifically and strategically to the advancement of Islamic education, emphasizing the development of students' self-emotional intelligence.

Abstract

Religious education is a combination of basic knowledge that occurs in a person's personality. So that teachers cannot utilize multicultural values ​​​​to shape students' personalities. This study aims to define the strategies and implications of Islamic education. Islamic education basically aims to foster multicultural student behavior. To answer this problem, this study is a qualitative study with the aim of understanding primary data sources including principals, painters, and students, as well as secondary data sources including archives on the implementation of multicultural-based Islamic Religious Education activities. This study uses data analysis techniques through data education, data presentation, data verification, and drawing conclusions. This study is that the strategy of Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering multicultural-based student behavior in Lombok State Elementary Schools is to view and place all students equally and integrated with multicultural values ​​​​in Islamic Religious Education learning, such as: having values ​​​​of respecting differences, being fair, honest, responsible, honest in trust, self-confidence, cooperation, and deliberation.

Abstract

Drug abuse is a serious problem that affects individuals and society. drug rehabilitation that requires a holistic and spiritual approach as pe cts. This research group aims to re-explore the role of rat education as a drug rehabilitation approach. There is research on the methods used by researchers by collecting data from all observations, parts of observations, and required documents. There are findings that show that Islamic education is very important for the recovery process of illegal drug patients. This is an educational program that must be carried out which includes enthusiasm, morals, and so on. The research results showed that patients responded positively to Islamic religious education through approaches, attitudes, values ​​and behavior. The approach I take is about how to recover and recover from past drugs. . Implementation of this research is necessary to integrate Islamic education into Drug Addiction programs, provide speed to this approach, and I will not return our organization to support patient recovery.

Abstract

Secara teoretik pemahaman yang baik akan memberikan motivasi yang tinggi kepada siswa. Namun, secara nyata motivasi mereka rendah. Hal ini terlihat dari sebagian siswa dalam belajar pendidikan agama Islam kurang semangat mengerjakan pekerjaan rumah dengan alasan terlalu banyak tugas, serta lebih mementingkan mata pelajaran lain, meskipun materi dan pemahaman sudah disampaikan oleh dewan guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Pemahaman siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Rengasdengklok tentang akhlak terpuji subpokok materi kerja keras, tekun, ulet, dan teliti (X); 2) Motivasi belajar PAI Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Rengasdengklok (Y); 3) Hubungan antara pemahaman siswa terhadap subpokok materi bekerja keras, tekun ulet dan teliti dengan motivasi belajar PAI kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Rengasdengklok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan untuk pengumpulan datanya melalui tes, angket, wawancara, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemahaman siswa tentang materi akhlak terpuji kualifikasi cukup, Realitas motivasi belajar siswa pada bidang PAI termasuk kualifikasi tinggi, Terdapat hubungan positif antara pemahaman siswa tentang materi akhlak terpuji pada mata pelajaran PAI hubungannya dengan motivasi belajar PAI hal tersebut ditujukan melalui mode persamaan regresi Y = 49,25 + 0,11 X dengan koefisien korelasi 0,51. Adapun pengaruh antara variabel X terhadap Y adalah 56% dan ada faktor lain yang memengaruhi variabel X terhadapY 44%.

Abstract

Rumpun keilmuan Pendidikan Agama Islam menjadi landasan utama dalam penerapan SKI di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI), Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs), dan Madrasah Aliyah (MA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsepsi sejarah kebudayaan Islam (SKI), tujuan pembelajaran SKI, isi materi SKI (MI, MTs, dan MA), strategi pembelajaran SKI serta evaluasi pembelajaran SKI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan untuk pengembangan pembelajaran SKI secara holistik, melibatkan lebih dari sekadar pengetahuan dan hafalan. Cakupan materi SKI perlu diperluas untuk memastikan pemahaman yang mendalam. Praktik pembelajaran SKI di MI, MTs, dan MA cenderung kurang menarik minat siswa, menunjukkan perlunya pendekatan yang lebih inovatif dan menarik. Evaluasi pembelajaran juga menjadi fokus, dengan temuan bahwa belum maksimal diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran SKI. Oleh karena itu, rekomendasi dapat diajukan untuk memperbaiki strategi pembelajaran, mengembangkan materi yang menarik, dan meningkatkan metode evaluasi guna memastikan pembelajaran SKI mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan.

Abstract

Indonesian as a national language did not emerge in a vacuum. It is the product of a long historical process involving various linguistic and cultural influences, among which Arabic and Malay stand out prominently. This article investigates the impact of the Arabic-Malay linguistic nexus on the formation of religious terminology in modern Indonesian. Based on the premise that most Islamic religious terms used in contemporary Indonesian are derived from a blend of Arabic—the language of Islam—and Malay—the primary medium of Islamic dissemination in the archipelago—this study adopts a descriptive qualitative and historical-linguistic approach. It traces the origins, phonetic adaptation, morphological changes, and semantic evolution of religious vocabulary. The findings reveal that Arabic-Malay influence extends beyond lexical aspects, shaping the sociocultural function of the Indonesian language in religious discourse. This paper affirms that the Arabic-Malay linguistic legacy has significantly contributed to the legitimacy and authority of Indonesian in articulating Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Education has a very influential role in shaping the character of students in every era, including in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The students’ character education is an important aspect of the implementation of learning in any field. However, this character education must be formed one of them with Islamic religious education, for example carrying out customs in schools, such as congregational Duha prayers, congregational midday prayers, tadarus, and others. The instilling character values as part of the vision, mission, and goals of the institution and trying to make it happen through real activities is one of the strategies that can be applied in developing character education for students. Writing this article aims to determine the formation of students’ character through Islamic religious education in schools. The results showed that the formation of students' character through Islamic religious education was formed by learning aqidah as the basis of religion, learning the Koran and hadith as a way of life and as a legal guide in worship, and learning morals as a guide. guide. for good or bad behavior. Abstract

The problem of this research is rooted in a paradox in marriage law. Many couples experience " marriage burnout ," a condition of deep exhaustion that is often triggered by the lopsided division of domestic roles. However, when looking for a solution, the legal system only provides a dead end: endure suffering or divorce. The type of library research or library research. The data collection technique that will be applied is a document study technique from primary and secondary data sources. The research results show that: 1). The deconstruction of marriage burnout as a legal concept is that marriage burnout is not just a personal problem, but a structural injustice. The main root is the lopsided division of domestic roles, where invisible workloads and unequal mental loads create systematic chronic fatigue. 2). Criticism of the Conventional Divorce Lawsuit Paradigm is that the conventional divorce law suit fails completely in dealing with marriage burnout . A legal paradigm centered on "wrongdoing" actually worsens the conflict and does not provide a path for healing, so it only offers a binary solution of survival or divorce, which is insufficient. 3). The Progressive Legal Solution Framework is that as an alternative, the research offers three progressive solutions: (1) Restorative mediation that focuses on the renegotiation of domestic roles, (2) Legal legitimacy for "temporary separation" time as a recovery space, and (3) Therapeutic court orders to create a fairer relationship structure, changing the law from a breaking tool into a facilitator of recovery.

Abstract

This article focuses on the crucial role and urgency of Islamic religious education based on the connectivism paradigm in facing the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era. This research uses a literature study or content analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the industrial revolution, characterized by the rapid development of digital technology and automation, requires a new approach to education, including Islamic religious education. Within the connectivism paradigm, Islamic religious education must effectively integrate information and communication technology (ICT) into the learning process. Abstract

Conventional inheritance and marriage laws govern joint property. The legal status of these assets is unclear; whether they are inherited or joint property is difficult to determine. This type of research uses a normative legal research approach realized through the Library Research method. The data analysis technique that will be applied is qualitative content analysis, conducted interactively and continuously throughout the research process. The results of the study indicate that: 1). The Classification and Legal Status of Digital Assets in Inheritance and Joint Property is that digital assets can be classified into two main categories: assets with direct financial value (such as cryptocurrencies and e-wallets) and assets with indirect economic value (such as commercial social media accounts and NFTs). 2). Technical and Legal Challenges in Identifying, Proving, and Transferring Digital Assets are: First, identification challenges due to the virtual and hidden nature of digital assets often make heirs unaware of their existence. Second, problems proving ownership due to limited access to private keys, passwords, and platform policies that prohibit the transfer of ownership. Third, problems with the transfer of rights due to the absence of a clear legal mechanism for transferring ownership of digital assets to heirs, which has the potential to result in the assets being permanently lost. 3). Legal reconstruction and future solutions to fill regulatory gaps include: First, amending the Civil Code and the Marriage Law to explicitly recognize digital assets. Second, establishing specific regulations governing digital asset inheritance procedures and requiring digital platforms to provide inheritance protocols. Third, strengthening the role of notaries and educating the public about the importance of recording digital assets in wills, as well as developing a voluntary digital asset registration system.
