Abstract

“Al-Jāmi’ li Ahkām al-Qur’ān wa al Mubayyin limā Tadlammanah min al-Sunnah wa Āy al-Furqan” karya Imam Al-Qurtubi merupakan salah satu kitab tafsir yang sangat fenomenal. Kitab ini menjadi kitab tafsir yang paling lengkap dalam membahas fiqih di eranya. Tulisan ini merupakan artikel konseptual dan menghasilkan beberapa temuan.  Pertama, kitab tafsir ini bercorak fiqih karena lebih banyak mendiskusikan persoalan-persoalan fiqih dari pada persoalan-persoalan yang lain. Penulisnya memberikan ruang ulasan yang sangat luas dalam masalah fiqih dengan kajian lintas madzhab. Kedua, sebagai karya ulama besar yang berwawasan luas, kitab ini memiliki banyak kelebihan dibandingkan dengan kitab-kitab yang lain. Ketiga, di samping beberapa kelebihan itu ada beberapa catatan sebagai kritik atas karya ini dan menjadi bagian dari kekurangannya.

Abstract

This paper discusses the interrelation of worldviews, science, language, and religion by comparing the secular, Christian, and Islamic perspectives. The worldview within which humanity exists plays a major role in shaping human perception. The Islamic worldview incorporates ethics into the body of scientific knowledge and entrusts humans with obligations toward the Earth, labeling them as Khalifah. Proceeding with this approach, the research undertaking a literature review and thematic analysis pursues the study of primary and secondary sources made up of the Holy Qur’an, Hadith, and relevant academic literature. By examining this Qur’anic and Hadith-based model of ethics, what is revealed is how Islam inspires an attitude toward knowledge acquisition in a manner that is moral in content, where scientific progress is weighed against social and ecological obligations. The findings stress the role of worldview in the formation of scientific thought, using language, and religious perceptions while focusing on how the Islamic worldview uniquely integrates ethics into science and knowledge. This work adds to a holistic understanding of the ways in which worldview serves as a guide for action in developing insights into the interconnection of faith, science, and ethics within the Islamic tradition.

Abstract

Self-assessment is one of the approaches to evaluate students’ reading skill in English. Through this test, students are permitted to find, know, and increase their reading skill. Reading is a challenging subject for many EFL students. They face various difficulties such as language barriers and lack of exposure to critically analyse the materials. This study aims to identify the students’ responses when they are asked to read in English. Further, a qualitative approach is applied, and data are collected from interview. The result of the study, students gradually respond favourably to the use of authentic assessment. They reveal that authentic assessment (1) motivates them to develop a reading routine so that they can learn more vocabulary and become more comfortable with English discourse, (2) aims to train them to exemplify their reading comprehension in more constructively such as writing reviews, presentations, and discussions, and (3) assists them in evaluating their own reading performance. In conclusion, most students admit that authentic assessment aids them in enjoying reading through a series of social practices, in this case, the use of authentic assessment components such as portfolios, performance assessment, and self-assessment.

Abstract

Human rights are closely related to local culture. In the sense that human rights standards to be accepted and implemented require local cultural legitimacy. People are more willing to follow these human rights standards when they accept the norms and values that underlie these standards as legitimate and valid from the point of view of their own culture. In other words, the stronger the legitimacy of human rights standards, the more they will be voluntarily followed by the people in general and the better their implementation by official state organs. Conversely, according to them, the weaker the legitimacy of human rights standards, the more frequently they will be violated by the population and the more impossible it will be enforced by the state. So this article wants to examine more deeply the opinion of Abdullahi Ahmed An-Na'im

Abstract

World Muslimah Beauty terselenggara sebagai media dakwah selain sebagai respon terhadap terselenggaranya Miss Universe ataupun kontes kecantikan lainnya. World Muslimah Beauty juga terselenggara sebagai wadah bagi remaja muslimah untuk mengapresiasi potensi yang dimiliki, kontes kecantikan ini tidak hanya menonjolkan sisi kecantikan dan keelokan tubuh wanita, namun memadukan tiga kecerdasan yang dimikili oleh setiap orang. Perempuan muslimah tidak perlu membuka kerudung untuk mengikuti kontes kecantikan, dan seorang muslimah tidak perlu menunda memakai hijab agar bisa mengikuti kontes kecantikan. World Muslimah Beauty sebagai filter atas budaya-budaya asing yang bertolak belakang dengan Negara kita. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, data-data dikumpulkan melalui hasil observasi lapangan, pengumpulan dokumentasi dan wawancara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh metode Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) terhadap hasil belajar Fiqih kelas VIII di MTs Al-Islamiyah AMZ Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi eksperimen. Sampel berjumlah 32 untuk kelas kontrol dan 30 untuk kelas eksperimen. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 22. Hasil analisis diperoleh bukti empiris yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan Independent sample t test didapat t hitung sebesar 0,807 dengan jumlah sampel 62 didapat df 60, maka dihasilkan t tabel sebesar 1,671 dengan demikian t hitung 0,807 < dari t tabel 1,671. nilai p sebesar 0,423 > 0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara pendekatan kontekstual terhadap hasil belajar pembelajaran Fiqih di MTs. Al-Islamiyah AMZ Depok.

Abstract

The ability to read the yellow book (turats) is a starting point for centers to understand the meaning and content of the Arabic texts they learn. They will have them when they have the knowledge of the al-Qowaid  al-Nahwiyah dan Shorfiyah. Fathul Qorib is one of the classic books known by the centurions among the so-called Yellow Book. It is the Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum Al-Hikmah in Sampang that undertakes efforts to improve the readings of the Book of Fathul Qorib through the learning of the material of the book of Fatul lil Ulum which needs to be examined.  The focus of this research is to explore the ability of the centurion to read the book of Fathul Qurib through the Nahwu book of Fathul lil Ulum in the Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum Al-Hikmah Sampang. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of qualitatively-descriptive research. As for the data source, the primary data that comes from the teacher's informant is also from the 5th and 6th classes and the data skunder is the documentation of images and video recordings of learning and evaluation activities. Data analysis techniques by collecting data obtained from the results of observations, interviews and documentation, data condensate and data presentation or data verification are then analyzed to obtain conclusions results of research.The results of the research concluded that santri can read the book of Fathul Qorib and understanding of the theory of nahwu increased with the presence of the application of the nahwu book of Al-Miftah lil Ulum, This was proved by santri who previously had not been able to know at all the theories of Nahwu such as isim, fi’il and huruf can be e-tahui. In addition, he is able to practice the results of the material understanding of the Book of Al-Miftah when reading the book of Fathul Qorib. Santri can distinguish the position of the sentences that are in the book of Fathul Qorib, such as the isim, fi’il and huruf.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan internet tidak dapat dipungkiri lagi. Kini internet menjadi kebutuhan masyarakat. Secara tidak sadar, sebagian orang menganggap internet sebagai kebutuhan primer bagi hidupnya. Bahkan tidak sedikit dari mereka yang termasuk ke dalam golongan addict atau kecanduan. salah satunya dapat dilihat banyak media yang tidak berbobot yang lebih menonjolkan eksploitasi seksual yang menimbulkan kasus-kasus pornografi yang pada saat ini semakin sering terjadi, itu merupakan salah satu bukti bahwa rendahnya kualitas media massa yang ada. Remaja yang sering menonton video porno, atau melihat gambar yang bisa membangkitkan gairah seksual mereka akan ketagihan, juga akan berdampak terhadap prilakunya, yang mana remaja akan meniru seperti adegan yang ia tonton. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti memfokuskan penelitiannya pada: 1. Apa yang melatar belakangi remaja menonton video porno. 2. Apa saja dampak intensitas menonton video porno pada prilaku asusila remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kulitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang mana data yang dikumpulkan berbentuk kata-kata dan gambar. Dari hasil wawancara dengan pelajar menyatakan bahwa hal yang melatar belakangi remaja menonton video porno adalah pergaulan (teman), rasa ingin tau, dan kejenuhan. Pengakuan dari siswa bahwa video porno juga berdampak terhadap rilaku remaja.

Abstract

Andalusia sempat menjadi wilayah kekuasaan umat Islam selama kurang lebih 8 abad. Dalam rentang masa itu, Andalusia berhasil membentuk tradisi intelektual dan akademik yang cemerlang, termasuk di bidang tafsir al-Qur’an. Artikel ini berupaya memotret tradisi tafsir al-Qur’an yang berkembang di Andalusia melalui penelusuran terhadap tiga persoalan, yaitu profil para mufasir Andalusia, identifikasi tokoh-tokoh kunci, dan karakteristik-karakteristik khas dari tradisi tafsir tersebut. Sebagai penelitian tekstual dengan pendekatan historis, sumber data utama artikel ini adalah laporan penelitian terdahulu tentang tradisi tafsir Andalusia dan literatur-literatur biografis, terutama Mu‘jam al-Mufassirīn, karya ‘Ādil Nuwayhiḍ. Artikel ini kemudian menghasilkan tiga poin kesimpulan. Pertama, profil para mufasir Andalusia memperlihatkan tingkat kematangan dan kecemerlangan tradisi tafsir di Andalusia hingga tingkat di mana tradisi tersebut berkontribusi dan berinteraksi secara dialektis dengan tradisi-tradisi tafsir di belahan dunia muslim lainnya. Kedua, Andalusia juga melahirkan tokoh-tokoh penting dalam sejarah tafsir al-Qur’an yang kerap dibandingkan dengan rekan-rekan mereka sesama mufasir dari belahan dunia muslim lainnya serta dianggap sebagai representasi-representasi paling cemerlang dari beragam genre yang berkembang dalam sejarah tafsir al-Qur’an. Ketiga, tradisi tafsir Andalusia berkembang secara relatif independen sehingga ditemukan beberapa karakteristik yang menandai orisinalitas tradisi tafsir tersebut dibandingkan dengan tradisi-tradisi tafsir lain di tempat yang berbeda.

Abstract

The delinquency of school-age children or adolescents who are attending school is not only troubling for parents and society, but also for teachers at school. Student delinquency is not just a matter of parents and society alone. But it is also a problem for schools, because schools as formal educational institutions are considered to be the most responsible for educational outcomes including the character of a child (student). Therefore it needs attention and efforts to prevent early moral degradation of students. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to try to reveal the principal's efforts to prevent the moral degradation of students at MTs At-Taufiqiyah. The research subjects were school principals, BP/BK teachers, student teachers, Akidah Ahlak teachers, and students. From the results of the study it can be concluded that school members contribute to each other in preventing the moral degradation of students at MTs. At-Taufiqiyah Aeng Baja Bluto. This effort is carried out by providing direct guidance to students. cooperate with foundation administrators, teacher boards and student guardians in instilling religious moral values, providing religious understanding and moral inculcation, and educating students to serve their parents.
