Abstract

The problem at SMA Negeri 6 Semarang is that students still have difficulty deciding on a career, such as choosing a study program to take at college. Students have not been able to find their own interests or motivation to determine a career after graduating from high school and are still heavily influenced by parents, teachers and the environment. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the relationship between student conformity and career decision making. The research method uses ex post facto with a correlational research design. Data collection by observation, scale and documentation. The population is all class XII students, totaling 400 students with a sample of 100 students using proportional random sampling technique. Data analysis uses product moment correlation. The results of the research show that there is a significant relationship between student conformity and career decision making among students at SMA Negeri 6 Semarang City. The higher the student's conformity, the higher the career decision making.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the discipline learning level of students during the Covid-19 Pandemic in class X senior high school 3 Pemalang. This type of research uses survey methods with a quantitative approach. The population of this research were all class. The results of the validity test are said to be valid because the learning discipline instrument found that the calculation has a value greater than the table. The learning discipline instrument is also said to be reliable because in the reliability test, the alpha coefficient was found to be greater than 0.600, namely 0.955. In this research, the percentage of internal factors in learning discipline was found to be in the very high category of 9.26%, the percentage in the high category was 20.37%, the percentage in the medium category was 37.04%, and the low category was 4.63%. Meanwhile, for external factors, the percentage for the very high category was 9.26%, the percentage for the high category was 20.37%, the percentage for the medium category was 37.96% and the percentage for the low category was 4.63%. Based on the research that has been carried out, descriptive analysis was used to find out a picture of students' learning discipline. The percentage obtained in the very high category was 6.48%, the percentage in the high category was 25%, the percentage in the medium category was 34.26%, the percentage in the low category amounting to 6.48%. So, the factors that influence the learning discipline of class X students at senior high school 3 Pemalang are internal and axternal factors with the results obtained in the medium category with a percentage of 34.26%. The suggestion that researcher conveys is to conduct similar research with broader targets or even higher levels, so that more optimal results can be found from previous research.

Abstract

The background that drives this research is the low learning achievement of students from Broken Home families. This is due to family conditions that do not support the process of student growth and development, causing children to show irresponsible behavior such as skipping class, smoking, pessimistic about the future, withdrawing from the social environment and even participating in brawls. This study aims to determine how effective client-centered group counseling is in developing the learning achievement of students who are victims of Broken Home. The research method used in this study is quantitative with the type of research true experimental design, with a control group design pre-test post-test model. In this study, the experiment process is divided into three stages, namely experiment preparation, experiment implementation, and the end of the experiment. This research instrument is a questionnaire of resilience level consisting of 41 statement items developed based on the Likert model scale preparation technique. The population in this study was class VIII of SMP N 39 Semarang which amounted to 324 students. Class XII MIPA 1 is the class used for validity and reliability testing with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.740 so that the instrument is declared reliable. The sample used was 14 Broken Home students who were taken using purposive sampling technique. The results of the t test calculation obtained sig value in the output table> 0.05. In the calculation of the Paired T test output, the sig. value is 0.604, so the results of the post-test data analysis calculation show that the average score of student learning achievement in the experimental group of 63.42 increased from and to 68.83 after treatment. In the experimental group there was an increase of 4.8. While in the group that was not given group counseling treatment, in fact there was only a minimal increase, from 66.83 to 67.50. In the control group there was an increase of 0.67. The difference between the experimental group and the control group is 4.13. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so that there is an effectiveness of Client Centered Group Counseling to Develop Learning Achievement of Students Victims of Broken Home Sman 2 Semarang. Abstract

Abstract. The influence of Behavioristic Group Counseling with Assertive Training Techniques on Bullying Victims at SMP N 1 Bobotsari is motivated by the existence of bullying behavior caused by the inability of students who are victims of bullying to be assertive in the school and social environment. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is application of behavioristic counseling with assertive training techniques to victims of bullying at SMP N 1 Bootsari. This research uses quantitative research, pre-experimental design research methods carried out in one pretest-posttest design group. The sample in this study was 6 students who were victims of bullying. Obtaining a population using a purposive sampling technique collects illustrations without random sources. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. The results of the hypothesis test, the results of the t test from the paired sample test on Sig. (2-tailed) are 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is an influence from the group counseling service. It can be concluded that behavioristic group counseling services with assertive training techniques have an effect on bullying victims. Abstract

Penelitian hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan kepercayaan diri pada mahasiswa perempuan tingkat akhir Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas PGRI Semarang dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya individu yang mengalami permasalahan terhadap krisis kepercayaan diri. Menurunnya tingkat kepercayaan diri yang dimiliki oleh individu khususnya pada mahasiswa perempuan tingkat akhir yang rentan terhadap masalah kepercayaan diri ini dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai hal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepercayaan diri. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 87 mahasiswa perempuan tingkat akhir Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas PGRI Semarang yang diambil menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner skala kepercayaan diri dan kecerdasan emosional. Hasil uji Pearson Product Moment diketahui nilai sig. (2-tailed) diperoleh 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan kepercayaan diri. Diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi (r) adalah 0.656 dengan taraf positif. Dengan ini artinya semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosional yang dimiliki individu maka akan semakin tinggi pula kepercayaan dirinya. Kata kunci: Kepercayaan Diri, Kecerdasan Emosional.

Abstract

The background that motivates this research is the lack of emotional maturity among students regarding decision-making, which is related to career planning. The aim of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between emotional maturity and career planning among 10th-grade students at SMK Ma’arif NU Tonjong Brebes. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study includes all 10th-grade students at SMK Ma’arif NU Tonjong Brebes. From the existing population, a sample was taken using purposive sampling technique, totaling 86 students from three classes. The analysis technique used is Product Moment correlation. The results of the study indicate that 1) Career planning among 10th-grade students at SMK Ma’arif NU Tonjong Brebes falls into the low category for 40 students, representing 46%. 2) Emotional maturity among 10th-grade students at SMK Ma’arif NU Tonjong Brebes falls into the moderate category for 34 students, representing 40%. The results show a significant relationship between the two variables with a correlation value of 0.554. Based on the research findings, it is recommended that the school optimize existing programs in counseling services (BK) by providing supporting facilities so that counseling teachers or counselors and subject teachers can offer maximum service programs.

The background that drives this research is that self-confidence is an aspect of personality that functions to encourage students to achieve success which is formed through the student's learning process in interaction with the environment. The problem in this study is whether there is a relationship between social interaction and self-confidence of class X IPS students of SMA N 1 Guntur Demak? The purpose of this study that the researcher wants to achieve is to determine the relationship between interaction and self-confidence in class X IPS students of SMA N 1 Guntur Demak.

Abstract

Sebagaimana telah diuraikan di atas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa stres akademik merupakan suatu gangguan jiwa yang disebabkan oleh tuntutan akademik. Hal ini disebabkan oleh adanya respon terhadap suatu kondisi ketidaksesuaian antara tuntutan lingkungan dengan sumber daya aktual yang dimiliki siswa terhadap prestasi akademik dan kemampuan untuk mencapainya, sehingga mengakibatkan terjadinya perubahan respon individu baik secara fisik, psikologis maupun dalam prestasi belajarnya, sehingga semakin terbebani oleh berbagai tuntutan dan tekanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengurangi stres akademik siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SMKN 10 Semarang kelas X jurusan Nautika, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 41 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada purposive sampling atau pengambilan sampel secara objektif. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t dimana output Paired T-Test, nilai sig uji-t pada tabel output < 0,05. Dan pada uji normalitas untuk masing-masing pengujian diperoleh nilai sig sebesar 0,447 dan 0,320 untuk masing-masing pengujian sehingga terdapat pengaruh konseling kelompok Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) dalam menurunkan stres akademik siswa kelas X Nautika di SMK Negeri 10 Semarang. Dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa konseling kelompok Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) memiliki pengaruh dalam menurunkan stres akademik siswa kelas X Nautika di SMKN 10 Semarang. Abstract

This research aims to increase the emotional intelligence of class XI students at SMK N 2 Semarang using the sociodrama technique group guidance services. This type of research is quantitative research with the type of experimental method used, namely pre-experimental design one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study was 108 students of class XI AKL (Institutional Financial Accounting) and the sample of this research was students of class sampling. Based on the hypothesis test, a significance (2-tailed) result of 0.000 was obtained. So the results of the significance value (2-tailed) < 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05. So there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest. This shows that the guidance of the sociodrama technical group can have an influence on the emotional intelligence of class XI AKL (Institutional Financial Accounting) students at SMK N 2 Semarang.
