Abstract

At the Wala-Walaya Village Office, Tallo District, Makassar City, there have been no Service Standards as guidelines for providing services to the community. Government executors  are obliged to provide service standards to guarantee quality, affordable and measurable services as a mesurement of government performance to create quality services for the community. Through the preparation and establihsment of Service Standards for the three types of service standards that are most frequently requested by peolpe who come to the Wala-Walaya Village Office, as form of guarantee in providing services to the community and improving service quality. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The data in this research were obtained from  interviews with Wala-Walaya Village Office employees and the local community, direct observations regarding service delivery and document review. The results of this research are 3 Service Standard documents provides at the Wala-Walaya Village office, Tallo District, Makassar City. The Service Standard Document is for the type of Resident Card Cover Letter (KTP) service, Family Card Cover Letter (KK) service, and Domicile Certificate Cover Letter service.

Abstract

Tourism is a critical component of national development that significantly enhances the well-being of the community and contributes to economic growth. Nature tourism is a category of tourism that is in high demand among the general public. Bantaeng Regency is one of the regions with significant tourism potential, particularly natural tourism, due to its strategic geographical location. However, the majority of the natural tourist destinations are not currently under government management, and it would be regrettable if the potential were to be neglected. Consequently, it is imperative that the government realize the potential of tourism in order to enhance the well-being of the community and preserve the wealth of existing resources. The objective of this study was to develop and consolidate the Bantaeng Regency Regional Regulation Draft as a solid foundation for the development of public policies that will enhance the potential of tourism. This draft will serve as a guide for the planned regulation and implementation of tourism. In the preparation of this academic paper, normative juridical and empirical juridical methods are employed, with qualitative data collection methods, including literature evaluations and interviews with all pertinent stakeholders. The result of study are presented in an academic paper that has been drafted in compliance with the enactment of laws and regulations, as well as with the current laws and regulations.

Abstract

Archiving actions are carried out to ensure the company's continuity of operations. Archiving at an archive company provides not only as a source of information, but also as a memory center and a tool for monitoring organizational management actions. Archives are a valuable source of data for planning, analysis, development, policy formulation, decision making, reporting, accountability, assessment, and effective control. PT Perusahaan Pelayaran Nusantara Panurjwan (PPNP) does not yet have a website for digital archiving, which allows information to be retrieved more quickly and accurately. The goal objective of this study was to create an information system to assist with archive management at the research location. This study applied a qualitative approach. The data collected by the researcher, specifically the interview stage conducted in this study, seeks to get the relevant information. The following stage involves firsthand observation of activities linked to the subject under investigation. Finally, the literature study step aims to collect data, review the literature, and look for information relevant to this project. The result of this study will be used to create an archive website to help PPNP workers do their jobs more efficiently. The website that was built was successful in making it easier for archive administrators to archive all types of documents, saving time while searching archives and reducing the chance of document loss.

Abstract

Certificate services for community needs in Liu Village are currently based on manual certificate production. People who want to obtain a certificate must go immediately to the village office and present the administrative prerequisites, which include a photocopy of their family or identity card. Manually delivering certificate services takes a lengthy time since errors frequently occur when carrying out administrative needs; also, technical problems frequently occur throughout the certificate service provisioning process. According to Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services, this prevents the provision of simple and quick services. The objective of this study was to digitize the certificate creation system using the web and Android-based SI-SUKET (Sistem Informasi Surat Keterangan) application. This study applied a descriptive qualitative approach. The data gathering process used in this study included observation, interviews, and document review. The output of this syudy are presented in the form of an application that can help village officials provide certificate-making services in Liu Village, Majauleng District, Wajo Regency.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze & depict employee performance in library services at the Gorontalo Province Archives and Library Agency Office, studied from the perspectives of 1) productivity, 2) service quality, 3) responsiveness, 4) responsibility, and 5) accountability. This research employed qualitative methods with descriptive approach. According to the research findings, it can be concluded that the performance of employees in library services at the Gorontalo Province Archives and Library Agency Office in terms of service quality and responsibility has run optimally . However, based on the perspective of productivity indicator, employee performance indicated shortages in the number of employee personnel, limited budget allocations, and the availability of book collections that did not meet the established standards, resulting in less effective employee productivity. Meanwhile, the responsiveness indicator showed that some employees were still less responsive to visitor needs, affecting the maximum service quality. Lastly, the accountability indicator denoted that not all employees in the same field were competent in providing information and user guidance services to visitors, causing imperfections in both services.

Abstract

The Food and Beverage (F&B) sector has a very important role in the economy, both globally and at the domestic level. One way to improve   product buying interest in the Food and Beverage sector is by developing new products. Product development is the process of creating goods and services to adjust the products made or offered for sale in accordance with consumer demand. In this study, product development will be carried out through packaging design. Bangi Cafe Sunset is a cafe that has a classic concept. Bangi Cafe Sunset is located at Metro Tanjung Bunga Street No. 18 Center Point of Indonesia, Mariso District, Makassar City, South Sulawesi. The purpose of this study is to develop packagedesign for products in Bangi Cafe Sunset CPI to increase buying interest by adding product identity to the packaging. The method of the study is a qualitative method by observing and interviewing. The results of this research show that the development of the new packaging design for Bangi Cafe Sunset was carried out through six stages of product development and Bangi Cafe Sunset improves  its packaging from the plain brown kraft packaging to the color of the ivory material with the design based on the results of the consumer interview and the agreement of the owner of Bangi Cafe Sunset and the Central Manager of Bangi Cafe to attract consumer buying interest.

Abstract

Residence is one of the basic needs of humans, including immigrants. Rumah Kos Pinang Indah as a provider of boarding rooms wants to expand its business by increasing its room capacity so that it can rent out more rooms. Increasing room capacity is a form of investment, but before making an investment there are risks that must be borne in the future, so before making an investment it is necessary to analyze the feasibility of the investment. This research aims to analyze the feasibility of investment that will be carried out by Rumah Kos Pinang Indah using a business feasibility study. By using qualitative methods and explaining the results descriptively, the first data source was obtained from primary data, namely interviews and observations, secondly secondary data by reviewing documents ranging from websites, journals, books, e-books and news articles that are closely related to this research. . The results of the research will produce a business feasibility study document containing an investment feasibility analysis if Kost Pinang Indah increases its room capacity in terms of market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, management and organizational aspects to financial aspects.

Abstract

Bureaucratic reform is one of the stages  to improve the quality of public services in achieving the vision of Advanced Indonesia in 2045. The implementation of clear and measurable service standards is the basis for ensuring that every stage of service leads to better public services and in accordance with community expectations. As a basic level public service provider, the Makassar City Maricaya Village Office has not yet fulfilled its responsibility to develop service standards and implement them in the service delivery process. This makes it difficult for the community to obtain service guarantee regarding the requirements, time, and costs required in completing the service. So it is necessary to compile and implement service standards with the aim of providing certainty and information disclosure to the public regarding public service delivery. This research used a qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews, document review and Focus Group Discussion methods. The preparation of service standards in this study involved public service officers and several service users at the Maricaya Village Office. The service standards prepared are guided by Regulation of Minister of Ministry of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform Number 15 of 2014 concerning Service Standard Guidelines. The draft service standards that have been made and agreed upon are then determined by the Maricaya Village Head to be applied in the implementation of public services at the Maricaya Village Office. The work in the form of Service Standards for letter of poverty statement, Business Certificate and Death Certificate is the final result of this research.

Abstract

PT XLA Cipta Perkasa office have SITAC Division, Finance Division, Procurement Division, and Human Resource Division. All divisions do not have and have not implemented Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Therefore, the purpose of this research is to develop a Standard Operating Procedure for the Human Resource Department (HRD) at PT XLA Cipta Perkasa. The research method used is a qualitative method approach. The results showed that the SOP has a relationship with knowledge management in a company. There are 4 (four) stages used by researchers in preparing SOP, including SOP Need Assessment, SOP Development, SOP Implementation, SOP Monitoring and Evaluation. The conclusion is when compiling a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), several aspects need to be considered such as the purpose of the document, the quality of the procedure implementation, the format, and the structure of the SOP writing. The researcher's suggestion is that the SOP should be made clearer for the company so that everything can be implemented in accordance with the previously established rules.

Abstract

The transformation of Oto Iskandar Di Nata Regional General Hospital (RSUD OTISTA) into a Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) aims primarily to improve the quality of healthcare services. However, even after becoming a BLUD, the quality of healthcare services provided to the community has not yet reached optimal levels. This study aims to examine the implementation of the BLUD policy at RSUD OTISTA, analyze the factors that hinder the policy's implementation, and formulate a scenario for planning the BLUD policy implementation. The research uses a qualitative case study method combined with Soft Systems Methodology (SSM). Data collection was conducted through interviews, document analysis, and observations. The scenario formulation for BLUD policy implementation was carried out using the TAIDA method and SSM. The study's findings indicate that the main issues in policy implementation are human resources and financial resources. Based on these problems, two scenarios were developed: the human resources and the financial scenario. The best scenarios are human resources scenario I and financial scenario I, which show that the quality of healthcare services will be maximized if supported by professional human resources and sufficient financial resources. To improve employee competence, it is necessary to conduct BLUD socialization, evaluate employee placement, determine the number, type, and qualifications of employees, coordinate with the BKPSDM, and carry out employee selection and recruitment. To increase hospital revenue, it is necessary to develop new tariffs, benchmark tariffs with other hospitals, propose tariff increases, optimize cooperation with insurance companies, and manage insurance claims effectively and efficiently.
