Abstract

Jamsostek Mobile is the latest application from BP-Jamsostek, which provides services to its participants online. JMO has more complete features compared to previous applications, such as claim features, work accident reporting, co-marketing, and a network of service partners and branch offices. The purpose of this study was to create a promotional strategy using advertising media, namely videos and banners, in order to socialize the JMO application and formulate the impact of the Social Security Mobile (JMO) promotion using advertising media on BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants. The results of the study showed that some people were more interested in seeing promotional videos on social media than through print media. This is because promotional videos are denser, clearer, and easier to understand, and the dissemination of information reaches the public faster. So that promotion through video media can quickly increase the number of consumers or users of a product or service within a company. The other promotional strategy used is the banner. The results of the study show that some people are interested in seeing promotions through banners. This is because banners are usually placed in public places that can be reached by everyone, and the dissemination of information is very fast. So that promotion through banners is effectively used to introduce products or services.

Abstract

Promotion is a form of appreciation given to civil servants. There are several types of promotions and each type of promotion has different management procedures. This study aims to produce outputs in the form of Government Administration Standard Operating Procedures (SOP AP) for the management of regular and elective promotion services at the Regional Personnel Agency of South Sulawesi Province. The research methods used to collect data in this study are direct observation, interviews, and document reviews. The types of data collected, processed, and used to create SOP documents are qualitative and quantitative data. Before being analyzed, the data is validated using three triangulation techniques, namely methodological, data, and theory. The results of the study in the form of SOP AP for the Management of Regular and Elective Promotion Services at the BKD of South Sulawesi Province were compiled in accordance with the regulated principles and stages of SOP preparation, as well as considering the existing laws and regulations.

Abstract

There is an error in the job analysis and workload analysis at the South Sulawesi Provincial Social Service. Job analysis and workload analysis also still use the old format. Based on these problems, the study aims to improve job analysis and workload analysis through a design by the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 1 of 2020 in the Section for Handling the Rural Poor at the Social Service of South Sulawesi Province. The research method used in this study is qualitative. The data analysis method used is data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study are job analysis and workload analysis containing 17 (seventeen) items of job information made based on the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Job Analysis and Workload Analysis.

Abstract

Standard operating procedures (SOP) become a guideline and basis for doing a job in the most efficient and effective way by taking into account several factors such as work safety, work security and accuracy at work. This serves to improve the performance of the company PT Bosowa Propertindo Makassar because the SOP that previously existed at PT Bosowa Propertindo has not changed so that the previous SOP is no longer in accordance with the latest company rules and the use of a new system that requires SOP improvements and there are several SOPs that did not exist before, the purpose of making this thesis is to produce SOPs to optimize the performance of the Human Resource and General Affairs Unit (HR&GA). The research method used is a qualitative method by conducting interviews with parties who are in direct contact with the work to find out or determine the most effective and efficient procedures in carrying out the work which will be included in the SOP that will be made as well as conducting a document review to validate all data sources needed so that there are no fatal mistakes that can make this SOP not run optimally. The output of this thesis consists of five SOPs, namely Recruitment SOP, Payroll SOP, BPJS health registration and dismissal SOP, inventory procurement SOP and finally the SOP for submitting leave using HRIS.

Abstract

The business world will always be faced with change, this is caused by many factors such as high competitiveness between companies and the high willingness of the public to change products so that they can be more practical to use. A company must be able to keep up with the times. , one way is by doing packaging development. UMKM Coffee 919 is a business located in Buludatu Housing Block B No.5. The packaging used by UMKM 919 is still very old-fashioned and seems outdated, so researchers will develop the packaging which includes 5 important aspects, namely the form of packaging, packaging materials, colors, fonts and brands. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of product development stages in Kopi 919 and also to create trending coffee packaging using the Canva application. This research was conducted for approximately four months, from April 2022 to August 2022 and went through 3 stages of research procedures, namely the creation of packaging ideas, filtering ideas and developing packaging. This study uses the type of data in the form of qualitative data. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation (observation), interviews (interviews) and documentation. The results showed that standing pouch made of aluminum foil is suitable packaging for ground coffee and is liked by the public. In addition, storage period, logo/brand, net weight and composition are information that the public needs and the suitable colors for ground coffee products are brown and black.

Abstract

The objective of the study was to create marketing content in the form of promotional videos based on drama stories used as a promotional strategy at KCU Pos Makassar 90000. This study applied qualitative descriptive approach. The data collected through document review and semi-structured interviews with a variety of stakeholders who can aid researchers in the study process. According to the findings of this study, the sales promotion indicators employed are promotional media, promotion time, frequency, promotion quality, quantity, and determination or compliance of promotional aims. Furthermore, it employs marketing content elements to be considered dependable, notably relevancy, informativeness, dependability, value, distinctiveness, emotions, and intelligence. As a result of this study, the KCU Pos Makassar 90000 Instagram account now has marketing content in the form of movies with drama plots that are used as promotional media. Marketing content in the form of videos with drama narratives is projected to be an effective promotional medium for introducing products and services at KCU Pos Makassar 90000 and can serve as a content reference for businesses.

Abstract

Abstract Because content marketing has become a trend and the primary foucs of many brands in increasing social media engagement, the use of visual design and copywriting techniques is an important consideration for any content marketer. As a result, the purpose of this research is to create a content marketing design for Instagram in order to raise brand awareness of Daya Potensia Indonesia (DPI). The research method used is a qualitative-decriptive method that is supported by the distribution of questionnaires to determine the impact of content design. SWOT analysis, Instagram parameter data analysis, and brand awareness level analysis are used in this research data analysis method. DPI’s content marketing management strategy was developed through eight stages, namely goal setting, target market mapping, content initiation and planning, content creation, content distribution, content strengthening, content evaluation, and content improvement. The content marketing strategy that prioritizes content creation through visual design and copywriting can increase engagement by 363%, account reach by 539%, and follow-up with a significant increase in followers of 282. According to the finding of the brand awareness analysis, 69% of respondents stated that they were familiar with the DPI brand. Thus, it is known the Daya Potensia Indonesia brand has succeeded in occupying the brand recognition position, so that 69 respondents in this research still need to be reminded of the DPI brand’s existence through massive promotions on Instagram or other media.

Abstract

One of the subsectors of the creative economy is the culinary sector. The growth of the culinary business has a positive effect on Indonesia's economic development because it is one of the creative economy's greatest contributors to GDP. The Indonesian economy includes MSMEs, particularly those in the food industry, which are the primary players in the sector. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant influence on the Indonesian economy, notably on the MSMEs in the food industry. One of the food-related MSMEs hit by the COVID-19 epidemic is Mie Baraccung Makassar. The promotion strategy used to improve the state of MSMEs is a social media advertising strategy. Due to the widespread use of social media among internet users, it is a very successful promotional tool. Mie Baraccung Makassar uses Instagram as one of their social media platforms; however, they do not yet have a plan for developing promotional content, and their Instagram feeds are not displayed in a clean and structured manner. The purpose of this study is to develop a promotion plan for Mie Baraccung Makassar's social media material in the form of promotional content employing graphic design. The objective of this study's qualitative technique, which is detailed descriptively, is to provide a thorough description of the circumstances and events. The result of this research is graphically designed promotional content for social media. This advertising content also doubles as informational material regarding Mie Baracung Makassar's goods and services.

Abstract

Based on existing regulations, every government organization is required to have service standards, one of which is SOP. One of the benefits of SOP is to improve government performance to make it more effective and efficient. The results of the pre-research interviews found that there were several SOPs at the Takalar District Social Service and PMD, especially in the Village Administration Development Sector that needed to be updated, so the purpose of this study was to develop or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), especially in the Village Administration Development Sector. Community and Village of Takalar Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive research design. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation and document review. While data analysis uses (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation and (3) drawing conclusions. Then to test the validity of the data, this study used a data validity test with source triangulation. The outputs or results of this study are SOPs for Supervision and Assistance in Village Financial and Asset Management, SOPs for Development of Village Financial and Asset Management, SOPs for Verification and Reporting on the Implementation of Village Fund Allocations, and SOPs for Compilation and Development of Village Financial Information Systems.

Abstract

Promotion is a strategy that is implemented to spread information and encourage prospective consumers to buy the products that are being offered. The primary goal of promotion is to disseminate information, which in turn attracts attention and subsequently influences sales. The emergence of social media has transformed it into a powerful promotional tool that is utilized for the dissemination of information. Almost all social media platforms offer product promotional activities that are presented in visually appealing advertisements. However, the primary challenge for MSMEs in operating a business that utilizes digital technology is the absence of additional knowledge regarding digital marketing. Therefore, in order to increase the awareness of the products offered, KWP Bulu Batu requires a social media account as a promotional tool The objective of this study was to create a social media account as a product promotion media at KWP Bulu Batu in order to spread knowledge about its products. This study was conducted at the Bulu Batu Youth Entrepreneurship Group (KWP) in Bulu Batu, Umpungeng Village Soppeng Regency. This study applied a qualitative descriptive approach. In order to accumulate the necessary information, questionnaires, documentation, interviews, and observations were implemented. The result of this study presented in an Instagram account with 12 posts named “sarabba__instant”. The evaluation is conducted using data from questionnaires and monthly sales change data. The expectation is that the public will be able to acquire valuable information by reading or simply viewing Instagram social media as a promotional media.
