Abstract

Community empowerment becomes effective when the community responds to the activities carried out in empowerment. This service activity is a form of community empowerment in the tourism sector with a series of socialization, training, and mentoring activities. The targets of this empowerment are community groups such as youth organizations, tourism awareness groups, and tourism observer groups whose members come from the local community. This activity started with a half day FGD to identify their needs. Based on FGD data, the results of the analysis show that the community needs socialization about tourism perspectives, training is needed related to tourism potential mapping, tourism object management, supporting facilities and infrastructure management and guest management. To strengthen the training, the community also needs assistance from professionals and professional institutions such as professional guides under the Indonesian Tour Guide Association (HPI), Tourism Village Association (ASIDEWI), Indonesian Archipelago Tourism Village (DEWISNU) regarding the management of local tourism potential. In the implementation of socialization, the community was presented with material about the urgency of tourism to improve their economy. The Alla Village community has all of these potentials, both natural potential, cultural potential, and garden potential. All require management by skilled, knowledgeable and professional local people. The training activity was continued with mapping and identifying tourism potential and found many locations that could be managed professionally. This PKM recommends advanced training to explore more deeply the local potential and the potential of local human resources.

Abstract

This digital marketing training activity aims to provide an understanding of optimizing the use of social media as a marketing medium. The participants involved in this digital marketing workshop consisted of 8 people who were woven fabric craftsmen in Lembang Kole Barabatu, Tana Toraja Regency. The material presented in the implementation of this community service focused on discussions related to "marketing strategies for several online media as a means of product marketing". The outline of the discussion consists of Strengths, Optimization Steps, Determining the Market, Maximizing Profit and Name, Posting Material, Maintaining Rhythm and Timeline Patterns, Narrative and Timing, Changing Personal Accounts to Business Accounts, Reading and Learning Insights, Building Targeted Followers, Tools Supporters and Safe Tips for transacting in cyberspace

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is still engulfing the world, therefore every individual needs to keep his body's immune system strong so that it is not easy to contract viral diseases. A strong immune system has a very important role in fighting viruses. One way that is taken in an effort to maintain health and maintain and increase immunity is to take traditional medicines to avoid disease attacks, including Covid-19. The purpose of this activity is to provide education on the importance of traditional medicinal plants that are around us to increase the body's immunity. With this educational activity, it will be achieved for people who understand the benefits of traditional medicinal plants as home medicinal plants which are part of herbs that can be used to prevent the corona virus by increasing human immunity.

Abstract

As an effort to prevent the Covid-19 pandemic, the government and its staff issued a policy for schools to carry out learning at home. As of March 16, 2020, the school has implemented the online student learning method. The online learning system (on the network) is a learning system without face to face directly between teachers and students but is carried out online using the internet network. Teachers must ensure that teaching and learning activities continue, even though students are at home. The solution is that teachers are required to be able to design learning media as innovations by utilizing online media (online). Due to the diversity of teacher competency levels in carrying out online learning, it is necessary to socialize the introduction of the learning system. Therefore, in this community service, lecturers who carry out community service try to introduce e-learning learning media by providing examples of how to use it, for example using Google Classroom, and making learning videos uploaded on YouTube. In addition to teachers, lecturers also provide direction, views and motivation to parents because students' parents are considered to have an important role and cooperation in educating children during online learning at home. The result of this community service is that teac hers already know, understand and can manage online classes well e-learning

Abstract

Environmental problems in urban areas are very concerning. Pollution of accumulated garbage, pollution of vehicles passing by every day, population density affects the quality of ground water that is absorbed, floods that bring dirt into the middle of settlements and so on. Many programs and activities have been attempted to overcome this from the past until now but there have been no significant results. To reduce this, it can be started by raising awareness of young people while cutting generations. Through enlightened youth, they have the potential to move socially in loving the environment so that the urban environment can return to its original nature. Raising awareness among young people is carried out through a literacy movement to groups of environmentalists and youth groups totaling 50 people. They were given material about the importance of the environment and the impact of its damage, especially in the area where they live. They are given training on institutional strengthening and responsibility so that they play a legal role in development. The results of this environmental education indicate the need to increase awareness and knowledge for young people to take the initiative and take a role in protecting the surrounding environment. They were given material about the criteria for a comfortable and uncomfortable environment, then their solutions in overcoming the uncomfortable environment. This initial step should be an example for other communities. The conclusion of this activity is that there needs to be ongoing attention to youth so that they are involved in development through strengthening the role of grassroots institutions such as youth organizations

Abstract

The SMEs peddled their business in the Container Village by the Padduppa Village Government, Tempe District, Wajo Regency. Kampung Container located on the Cenrana River Street is a place designed by the government so that it attracts all culinary connoisseurs and a place to relax for visitors who want to enjoy the beauty of the coast of Lake Tempe and the Cenrana River Flow. The MSMEs are domiciled in Padduppa Village, facilitated by the government to increase their productivity and business results. These MSME actors have been active in their business since 2018. But in financial management but still minimal and still manually so that sometimes the SMEs are difficult to manage their finances, addressing the development of the business of MSMEs in the Padduppa Village who are increasingly advanced and crowded by visitors so that they really need knowledge about regulating business finances so that SMEs continue to exist in his efforts without being burdened with financial problems and can be managed professionally for the welfare of MSME actors. The purpose of financial management education for SMEs is (1) MSME actors can maximize profits with The right decision (2) Utilization of the right and optimal money so that efficiency is maintained. (3) Efficiency so that financial distribution is appropriate in all aspects or financial control, this activity is carried out on Thursday, May 12, 2022, at the Padduppa Village Office Hall, Tempe District, Wajo Regency. The results obtained are (1) MSME actors are able to plan, regulate, direct, and supervise financial activities such as procurement and utilization of their business funds (2) MSME actors are able to estimate the needs and composition of capital (3) the level of participation of MSMEs is quite good, so The activities carried out can provide an overview of the benefits of financial management such as determining investment appropriately
