Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, promotion and price on  consumer purchase decision to buburbooth at the Awal Bros Sudirman Hospital Pekanbaru. The sample of this research is 98 people. The technical data used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 17. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the product quality variable partially influenced the consumer purchase decision of Buburbooth on Awal Bros Sudirman Hospital Pekanbaru. The promosion variable partially influenced the consumer purchase decision of Buburbooth on Awal Bros Sudirman Hospital Pekanbaru. And the price partially has no effect the consumer purchase decision of Buburbooth on Awal Bros Sudirman Hospital Pekanbaru. There is a significant influence between product quality, promotion and price simultaneously or together on the consumer purchase decision of Buburbooth on Awal Bros Sudirman Hospital Pekanbaru

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee work discipline at PT. XY Pekanbaru. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 47 people, using a simple random method (accidental random sampling). The data analysis method used simple linear regression. Based on the results of testing motivation has a significant effect on employee work discipline at PT. XY Pekanbaru, this is proven based on the t-test found that t-count is greater than t-table (9.913 > 2.014). The value of R. Square (R2) of 0.686 (68.6%) explains that the motivation variable contributes to work discipline at PT. XY Pekanbaru by 68.1%. While the remaining 31.4% describes other independent variables that were not observed in this study. Recommendations that can be submitted It is hoped that the company can pay attention to employees so that they quickly adjust to the work environment because this statement gets the lowest response from respondents

Abstract

This research was conducted at “X” Hospital Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention of the medical department of “X” Hospital Pekanbaru, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were employees of the medical section of “X” Hospital Pekanbaru as many as 108 employees and the sample used in this study amounted to 85 people. The method of determining the sample in this study used the method of proportionate stratified random sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method and quantitative analysis method. The results showed that job satisfaction partially affected the employee turnover intention of the medical department of “X” Hospital Pekanbaru. Organizational commitment partially affects the turnover intention of employees in the medical department of “X” Hospital Pekanbaru. Simultaneously, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have an influence on employee turnover intention in the medical department of “X” Hospital Pekanbaru, while the magnitude of the effect is 67.7%, while the rest (32.3%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of investment interest on investment decisions at PT. Global Kapital Investama Futures Pekanbaru. This research method uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with predetermined criteria with a total of 83 samples. The data analysis technique used the t test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that investment interest has an effect on investment decisions at PT. Global Kapital Investama Futures Pekanbaru, which is known that the value of t count is greater than t table (34.528 > 1.667) and the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). So it can be concluded that there is an influence between investment interest on investment decisions at PT. Global Kapital Investama Futures. That is, the higher the investment interest of a customer in investing, the higher the decision to invest, and vice versa.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Smk Kansai Pekanbaru Vocational High School, the purpose of this research was to find out the influence of the headmaster's leadership on the discipline of teacher work, with the population in this study being 34 people. Data collection conducted through the dissemination of questionnaires and data analysis techniques used at a significant rate of 0.05 is a validity test, a reality test with alpha cronbach, a t test, as well as simple linear regression analysis and R Square determination analysis ( ). The results of analysis and data of this study using the help of SPSS version 23, obtained the results of simple linear regression equations are Y = 17,187 + 1,189 X. Based on the results of the study on t> test showed the value of thitung>ttabel (4,556 > 2,037) then the results of this study showed that the leadership of the principal significantly influenced the discipline of teacher work. Based on data obtained from the results of correlation analysis between variable X and variable Y obtained R Square ( ) of 0.393 or 39.3%, this indicates that the percentage of contribution of free variable (100%-39,3%)  60,7%  influence to bound variables is 39.3% while the rest is influenced by other variables not studied in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee work discipline at PT Timur Jaya Pekanbaru. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 35 people, using a random census method. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression. Based on the results of testing organizational culture has a significant effect on Employee Discipline of PT Timur Jaya Pekanbaru, this is proven based on the t test found that t-count is greater than t-table (3.829 > 2.034). R. Square value of 0.308. This means that the contribution or contribution of organizational culture to the work discipline of employees of PT Timur Jaya Pekanbaru is 30.80% while the remaining 69.20% is influenced by other variables outside of organizational culture variables. Recommendations that can be submitted It is hoped that employees will further improve their work culture by carrying out all work according to applicable guidelines.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to the influence of tax knowledge, awareness of taxpayers and tax sanctions on the complience of individual taxpayers who carry out business activities and freelance jobs at KPP Pratama Pangkalan Kerinci. The sample in this study were who carry out business activities and freelance jobs at KPP Pratama Pangkalan Kerinci totaling 100 people. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression method using validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, F test, t test, and R2 test. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on the results obtained adjusted value R-square at 0.764 which can mean tax knowledge, awareness of tax payers and tax sanctions has a contribution of 76.4% contribution of taxpayer complience at KPP Pratama Pangkalan Kerinci. Simultaneously tax knowledge, awareness of tax payers and tax sanctions variabel affect taxpayer complience at KPP Pratama Pangkalan Kerinci. Partially obtained tax knowledge significant effect on taxpayer complience at KPP Pratama Pangkalan Kerinci with t value 5.247 > t table 1.985, obtained awareness of tax significant effect on taxpayer complience at KPP Pratama Pangkalan Kerinci with t value 3.896 > t table 1.985 and obtained tax sanctions significant effect on taxpayer complience at KPP Pratama Pangkalan Kerinci with t value 2.224 > t table 1.985

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Surya Pilar Perkasa Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Surya Pilar Perkasa Pekanbaru, totaling 89 people.Data analysis used simple linear regression method using validity test, reliability test, normality test, R² and t test. The test was conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variable (independent variable) and the dependent variable (dependent variable).Based on the results of the research analysis, it was found that t count was greater than t table (10,846 > 1,988). Thus it can be concluded that the compensation variable (X) has an effect on employee performance. The simple regression results show Y = a + bX, namely: Y = 15.341 + 0.904 X. From the regression equation, it is concluded that the regression coefficient of bX is positive. This shows that if the independent variable is increased the equation will cause an increase in the dependent variable. The result of R Square of 0.558 explains that performance is influenced by compensation of 55.8%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision on the productivity of employees of the Production Division of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 31 people, using the census random method. The data analysis method used simple linear regression. Based on the results of the supervision test, it has a significant effect on the productivity of employees in the production division of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru, this is proven based on the t-test found that t-count is greater than t-table (3.983 > 2.045). The value of R. Square (R2) of 0.354 (35.4%) explains that the supervision variable contributes to the productivity of employees in the production division of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru by 35.4%. While the remaining 64.6% describes other independent variables that were not observed in this study. Recommendations that can be submitted It is hoped that the company can pay attention to employees so that employees in carrying out their work always think that today must be better than yesterday because this statement received the lowest response from respondents

Abstract

This research was conducted on students of Taruna Satria Vocational High School Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of store atmosphere on purchase decision of students of Taruna Satria Vocational High School Pekanbaru. Data analysis techniqued used quantitative analysis. The sample selection method employed accidental sampling in which the subjects are determined accidentally from the population number who are willing to be the sample. The research samples were 90 students. Based on the simple linear regression discussion with its regression equation: Y = 0.168 + 0.736, the regression coefficient value is positive which means the more the store atmosphere given then the purchase decision will increase. The result of t test, the tcount value for store atmosphere variable is in the amount of 9.928 > ttable in the amount of 1.987. Therefore, it can be concluded that the store atmosphere variable has significant effect towards purchase decision of consumers at D5 Mart Pekanbaru. Next, it can be concluded that the store atmosphere gives contribution or effect towards the consumer purchase decision in the amount of 50.1% while the rest 49.9% is influenced by another variable that was not investigated in this research.
