Eko dan Bisnis: Riau Economic and Business Review
Jurnal ini terbit empat kali setahun pada bulan Maret, Juni, September dan Desember berisi artikel, tulisan ilmiah dalam bentuk hasil penelitian dan non penelitian, kajian analisis, aplikasi teori dan review tentang masalah-masalah ekonomi dan bisnis di masyarakat. Penerbitan jurnal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas serta menyebarluaskan kajian ilmu ekonomi bisnis sekaligus sebagai wahana komunikasi di antara cendikiawan, praktisi, mahasiswa dan pemerhati masalah-masalah ekonomi bisnis. Jurnal Eko dan Bisnis mengundang akademisi dan peneliti yang melakukan penelitian orisinal di bidang ekonomi, manajemen dan akuntansi, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada: Manajemen SDM, Manajemen Pemasaran, Manajemen Keuangan, Kewirausahaan dan koperasi.

One of the training methods that can improve employee soft skills is Outbound Management Training (OMT). Outbound management training is a training program that is generally known as an alternative method of similar training using indoor media. The research was conducted on the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Pekanbaru City where in every year before the Covid 19 pandemic, almost most of the ASN in Pekanbaru city through Local Government Organizations (OPD) participated in outbound management training activities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to phenomenology. Descriptive approach can be interpreted as a problem solving procedure that is investigated by describing or describing the state of the subject or object of research (people, institutions and society) at the present time based on the facts that appear and as they are. The results of this study are the correct and effective implementation of outbound management training will be able to improve the soft skills of participants, especially in the aspects of intrapersonal skills and interpersonal skills

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction for Samsung smartphones at Justone Ponsel Pekanbaru. The research method used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used incidental sampling, with samples taken using the Slovin formula as many as 89 people. Findings Based on the partial test (test) it is known that there is a significant and positive effect between product quality variables on consumer satisfaction. It was also found that product quality contributed 51.6% to consumer satisfaction while 48.4% was determined by other variables not included in this study

This study tries to trace, analyze and show the market share of mobile phone brand users, especially in Riau Province. The data collection technique was carried out using an online survey method, covering the entire province of Riau. Respondents who participated filled out online questionnaires that were distributed and sent back as many as 490 respondents. The data analysis method used was the Markov Chain approach. Research shows that nationally in 2021 and 2022 the Samsung and Apple mobile phone brands have increased market share, in Riau Province the market share has actually decreased. Meanwhile, the use of OPPO, VIVO, Iphone and Realmi mobile phones in Riau Province has an increasing market share. In conclusion, the price factor and attractive features are the choices of the respondents studied.

Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it can be stated that the results of testing the Principal Leadership variable (X) through the t-test can be seen that tcount is greater than ttable (7.105 > 2.01063). Thus, it can be concluded that the Principal's Leadership variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance at SMAN 1 Kuantan Hiliru. The results of simple linear regression show Y=a+bX, namely: Y= 17.940+ 0.600X. From these equations it can be concluded that the regression coefficient of bx is positive. The result of the R Squere is 0.513 (51.3%), namely the Teacher Performance of SMAN 1 Kuantan Hiliru is influenced by the Principal's Leadership by 51.3% while the remaining 48.7% is influenced by other variables not examined

This research was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKO Tandun Rokan Hulu Factory. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKO Tandun Rokan Hulu Factory. The population in this study were 38 people. In this study, sampling using the census sampling technique was 37 people. The data used are primary and secondary data with analysis using simple linear regression with the results of the equation Y = 13.043 + 0.843X The results showed that the t_count value for the monitoring variable was 5.590 while the t-table value was 2.03011, it can be concluded that the t-count value > the value of t table and also the value of Sig. smaller than 0.05, which is 0.000, it can be concluded that the supervision variable has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination obtained an R Square value of 0.472 which means the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable/work supervision on the dependent variable/employee performance is 47.2% while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other independent variables not observed in this study

Testing the Customer Satisfaction variable on customer loyalty through the t-test can be seen that tcount is greater than ttable (5,770>2,042). Thus it can be concluded that the variable Customer Satisfaction (X) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Fadira Bookstore Pekanbaru. The results of simple linear regression show Y=a+bX, namely: Y= 9,251 + 0,814X. From these equations it can be concluded that the regression coefficient of bx is positive. The result of R Squere is that Fadira Pekanbaru Bookstore is influenced by customer satisfaction of 52.6% while the remaining 47.4% is influenced by other variables not examined

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at Rural Bank of Rokan Hilir.. To achieve this goal, research was conducted using a sample of 31 people, using the census method (saturated sampling). The data analysis method used simple linear regression. Based on the test results on the compensation variable (X) obtained t-count is greater than t-table (3.506 > 2.045). Thus it can be concluded that the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees. Rural Bank of Rokan Hilir,. The value of R. Square (R2) of 0.298 (29.8%) explains that the compensation variable contributes to the influence of the performance of employees. Rural Bank Rokan Hilir by 29.8%. While the remaining 70.2% describes other independent variables that were not observed in this study. Recommendations that can be submitted It is expected that the company will provide allowances for positions because it gets the lowest response from respondents, which is 3.15 with a category quite agree

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision on the work productivity of PT XYZ's harvest employees. To achieve this goal, research was conducted using a sample of 62 people, using the census method. The data analysis method used simple linear regression. Based on the test results on the control variable (X) using the help of SPSS, the t-count is greater than the t-table (5.827 > 2.000). Thus, it can be concluded that the variable X or the supervision variable has a positive and significant influence on the work productivity of PT XYZ's harvest employees. Value (R2) = (0.601 X 0.601 = 0.361) or 36.1% then the percentage of the contribution or contribution of the supervision variable to the productivity variable is 0.361 or 36.1% while the remaining 63.9% is influenced by other variables that are ignored or not investigated in this research

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at the Customs and Excise Office of Supervision and Excise Service Type B Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all teachers at the Office of Supervision and Service of Customs and Excise Madya Customs Type B Pekanbaru totaling 109 people. Samples were taken as many as 52 people. Data analysis in this study used descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. From the descriptive analysis, it was found that the respondent's response to the Work Environment variable statement was an average of 3.76 (Agree). Furthermore, the respondent's response to the statement of performance variables is on average 3.84 (Agree). The results of simple linear regression in this study are Y = 11.205 + 0.519X. By using the t-test, the ttable value is 2.009 and the tcount value is 6.562, meaning tcount = 11.205 > ttable = 2.009, which means that the work environment affects employee performance at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office of Pekanbaru Type B Customs with a large influence of 46.3 The remaining % of 53.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

This research was conducted at PT. Fajar Riau Wisata Pekanbaru Jl. Soekarno-Hatta no. 61 Tangkerang Barat Kec. Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Fajar Riau Wisata Pekanbaru. In analyzing the data obtained from the object of research using quantitative analysis and the number of respondents is 100 people, using the SPSS 24 program using the simple linear regression analysis method. Based on the discussion with simple linear regression, the resulting regression equation is Y = 32.740 + 0.426 X, meaning that the value of a is 32.740, this value indicates that when the Service Quality variable (Variable X) is zero, then Customer Satisfaction (Variable Y) is worth 32,740. While the value of b is 0.426. This means that every increase in perception of service quality by 1 unit, it will increase perceptions of customer satisfaction by 0.426. The result is that t count (3.298) > t table (1.98447) and significance (0.001) < 0.05. Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant effect of service quality variables on customer satisfaction at PT. Fajar Riau Wisata Pekanbaru. The direction of the influence is positive. This means that the better the quality of service it will increase customer satisfaction at PT. Fajar Riau Wisata Pekanbaru. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2 ) is 0.100. This means that the contribution of the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Fajar Riau Wisata Pekanbaru is 10%, while the remaining 90% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
